뉴로-퍼지 알고리즘을 이용한 점용접재의 강도추론 기술 (The Quality Assurance Technique of Resistance Spot Welding Pieces using Neuro-Fuzzy Algorithm)

  • The resistance Spot Welding is widely used in the field of assembling the plates. However we don't still have any satisfactory solution, which is non-destructive quality evaluation in real-time or on-line, against it. Moreover, even though the rate of welding under the condition of expulsion has been high until now, quality control of welding against expulsion hasn't still been established. In this paper, it was proposed on the quality assurance technique of resistance spot welding pieces using Neuro-Fuzzy algorithm. Four parameters from electrode separation signal in the case of non-expulsion, and dynamic resistance patterns in the case of expulsion are selected as fuzzy input parameters. The parameters consist of Fuzzy Inference System are determined through Neuro-Learning algorithm. And then, fuzzy Inference System is constructed. It was confirmed that the fuzzy inference values of strength have within ${\pm}$4% error specimen in comparison with real strength for the total strength range, and the specimen percent having within ${\pm}$1% error was 88.8%. According to KS(Korean Industrial Standard), tensile-shear strength limit for electric coated of zinc is 400kgf/mm2. Judging to the quality of welding is good or bad, according to this criterion and the results of inference, the probability of misjudgement that good quality is valuated into poor one was 0.43%, on contrary it was 2.59%. Finally, the proposed Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System can infer the tensile-shear strength of resistance spot welding pieces with high performance for all cases-non-expulsion and expulsion. And On-Line Welding Quality Inspection System will be realized sooner or later.

겹쳐진 3차원 물체의 2차원 영상에서 가리는 물체의 구분기법 (Separation of the Occluding Object from the Stack of 3D Objects Using a 2D Image)

  • 겹쳐진 물체의 분리에 대한 기존의 연구들은 주로 모델기반 정합방법을 사용하고 있어서 적용가능물체가 2차원물체에 한정되었고, 모델물체의 수가 증가하면 정합과정에 소요되는 시간이 지수적으로 증가하는 문제를 갖는다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 곡면을 포함하는 3차원물체를 대상으로 물체에 대한 정보가 없는 상황에서도 가리는 물체를 찾아내는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이 방법을 이용함으로써 겹쳐진 물체의 인식이 독립된 하나의 물체를 인식하는 문제로 단순화될 수 있다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 물체를 면의 결합으로 해석하고 면들은 경계선을 속성으로 표현된다. 3차원 물체의 겹침은 2차원 영상에서 면의 겹침으로 보여 지고 면의 겹침은 경계선의 교차로 나타나는 특성을 이용하여 겹침의 형태를 경계선의 형태로 일반화하여 분류하는 기법을 사용하였다. 면사이의 겹침 관계를 면특징 관계도를 이용하여 표현하기 위해 관계계수를 정의하였고 관계계수의 값은 겹침의 형태를 보여주도록 개념화하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능은 산업현장에서 사용되는 표준 부품을 임의로 겹치게하여 영상을 획득한 후 가리는 물체를 구분하는 실험을 통해 입증하였다.

  • 동물 혈청 중의 IgG (Immunoglobulin G)에 해당되는 난황에 포함된 면역 단백질 IgY (Immunoglobulin Yolk)는 식품 단백질로 장내 면역 물질로 중요하다. IgY를 정제하기 위해 신선란의 노른자에 카리지난이나 아라빅검을 전처리 물질로 사용하였다. 전처리 후 FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid chromatography)의 DEAE (Diethylaminoethyl) Sepharose 칼럼에서 이온교환법에 의해 불순물을 제거하여 IgY를 얻고, GF HPLC (Gel Filtration High Performance Liquid Chromatography)로 IgY의 분자량을 측정하고 표준 IgY와 비교하여 IgY 단백질을 동정하였다. GF HPLC에서 IgY의 다양성을 발견하였고 IgY 단백질 군의 다양성을 IE HPLC (Ion Exchange High Performance Liquid Chromatography)에서 AX, CX, SCX 칼럼을 사용하여 pH, NaCl 농도를 바꾸어 조사하였다. AX를 사용하여 0.5M NaCl, pH=8 조건에서 3개의 IgY 피크를 분리하였고, SCX를 이용했을 때 0.5M NaCl, pH=5 조건에서도 3개의 IgY 피크를 분리할 수 있었다.

재순환유동 예측을 위한 κ-ε 난류모델 개선에 대한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF κ-εTURBULENCE MODEL FOR PREDICTION OF THE RECIRCULATION FLOW)

  • The standard ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ and realizable ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ models are adopted to improve the prediction performance on the recirculating flow. In this paper, the backward facing step flows are used to assess the prediction performance of the recirculation zone. The model constants of turbulence model are obtained by the experimental results and they have a different value according to the flow. In the case of an isotropic flow situation, decaying of turbulent kinetic energy should follow a power law behavior. In accordance with the power law, the coefficients for the dissipation rate of turbulent kinetic energy are not universal. Also, the other coefficients as well as the dissipation coefficient are not constant. As a result, a suitable coefficients can be varied according to each of the flow. The changes of flow over the backward facing step in accordance with model constants of the ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ models show that the reattachment length is dependent on the growth rate(${\lambda}$) and the ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ models can be improved the prediction performance by changing the model constants about the recirculating flow. In addition, it was investigated for the curvature correction effect of the ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ models in the recirculating flow. Overall, the curvature corrected ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ models showed an excellent prediction performance.

DWT 및 고주파 노이즈 성분 분석을 이용한 PV 시스템 인버터 노이즈 구분 및 직렬 아크 검출 (Separation Inverter Noise and Detection of DC Series Arc in PV System Based on Discrete Wavelet Transform and High Frequency Noise Component Analysis)

  • Arc fault detector based on multilevel DWT with analysis of high-frequency noise components over 100 kHz is proposed in this study to improve the performance in detecting serial arcs and distinguishing them from inverter noise in PV systems. PV inverters generally operate at a frequency range of 20-50 kHz for switching operation and maximum power tracking control, and the effect of these frequency components on the signal for arc detection leads to negative arc detection. High-speed ADC and multilevel DWT are used in this study to analyze frequency components above 100 kHz. Such high frequency components are less influenced by inverter noise and utilized to detect as well as separate DC series arc from inverter noise. Arc detectors identify the input current of PV inverters using a Rogowski coil. The sensed signal is filtered, amplified, and used in 800kSPS ADC and DWT analysis and arc occurrence determination in DSP. An arc detection simulation facility in UL1699B was constructed and AFD tests the proposed detector were conducted to verify the performance of arc detection and performance of distinction of the negative arc. The satisfactory performance of the arc detector meets the standard of arc detection and extinguishing time of UL1699B with an arc detection time of approximately 0.11 seconds.

  • In response to the recent surge in aviation demand, major airports and aviation authorities continue to make efforts to formulate arrival and approach procedures that take into account efficient aircraft separation, noise and environmental issues of carbon (CO2) emissions. In order to ensure efficient traffic control and environmental issues, as a result, a new concept Trombone, Point Merge, etc. have been introduced and widely used in the domestic airspace. However, these new concept procedures which do not properly reflect the characteristics of the aircraft operation performance and the FMS vertical descent guidance hinder flight efficiency as well as bring in turn negative factors such as level-off flight and the use of drag device at the busiest phase of the flight descent operation, like the Continuous Descent Operation (CDO). Accordingly, throughout modification the current Standard Terminal Arrival Route (STAR) and Instrument Approach Procedure(IAP) that reflect the aircraft descent performance and the FMS guidance, the flight operation safety and efficiency is expected to be improved eventually. We herewith analyze and propose the way of improving flight efficiency in the arrival operation procedure by supplementary modification which consequently contribute to the aviation industry international competitiveness.

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the saponins in Panax notoginseng leaves using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detector

  • Background: Panax notoginseng leaves (PNL) exhibit extensive activities, but few analytical methods have been established to exclusively determine the dammarane triterpene saponins in PNL. Methods: Ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF MS) and HPLC-UV methods were developed for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of ginsenosides in PNL, respectively. Results: Extraction conditions, including solvents and extraction methods, were optimized, which showed that ginsenosides Rc and Rb3, the main components of PNL, are transformed to notoginsenosides Fe and Fd, respectively, in the presence of water, by removing a glucose residue from position C-3 via possible enzymatic hydrolysis. A total of 57 saponins were identified in the methanolic extract of PNL by UPLC/Q-TOF MS. Among them, 19 components were unambiguously characterized by their reference substances. Additionally, seven saponins of PNL-ginsenosides Rb1, Rc, Rb2, and Rb3, and notoginsenosides Fc, Fe, and Fd-were quantified using the HPLC-UV method after extraction with methanol. The separation of analytes, particularly the separation of notoginsenoside Fc and ginsenoside Rc, was achieved on a Zorbax ODS C8 column at a temperature of $35^{\circ}C$. This developed HPLC-UV method provides an adequate linearity ($r^2$ > 0.999), repeatability (relative standard deviation, RSD < 2.98%), and inter- and intraday variations (RSD < 4.40%) with recovery (98.7-106.1%) of seven saponins concerned. This validated method was also conducted to determine seven components in 10 batches of PNL. Conclusion: These findings are beneficial to the quality control of PNL and its relevant products.

슬립폼 공법으로 건설된 벽식 구조의 거동에 관한 연구 (Structural Behavior of Wall-Type Structure with the Application of Slip-Form System)

  • Slip-Form시스템을 사용하였을 때 공기단축 및 우수한 품질의 벽체타설이 가능하기 때문에, 그 적용성 및 구조적 거동을 평가하는 연구가 수행되었다. 그러나 슬래브를 벽체와 동시에 타설할 수 없기 때문에 벽체-슬래브 접합부의 주변에 취약점이 생기게 될 가능성이 있으므로, 본 연구는 Slip-Form시스템을 사용한 벽식 구조의 성능을 평가하고, 효과적인 접합부를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 7개의 벽체 실험체와 8개의 벽체-슬래브 접합부 실험체를 제작하여 실험을 실시하였다. 그리고 실험결과들을 설계식 및 이론적인 해석 결과와도 비교하였다. 벽체압축 실험으로부터 그 구조적 거동이 일체식 구조와 유사함을 알 수 있었으며, 벽체-슬래브 접합부 실험으로 부터는 철근연결용 철물이 있는 경우는 제외하고는 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 외벽에 철근연결용 철물을 사용한 경우에는 벽체의 강도을 검토하여 설계에 반영하여야 함을 알 수 있었다.

잡음 데이터를 활용한 음성 기저 행렬과 NMF 기반 음성 향상 기법 (Speech Basis Matrix Using Noise Data and NMF-Based Speech Enhancement Scheme)

  • 본 논문은 비음수 행렬 인수분해(NMF)를 이용한 음성향상 기법을 다루고 있다. 음성과 잡음에서 적절한 훈련을 통해 각각의 기저(basis) 행렬을 구하고 이 행렬들을 이용하여 두 음원을 분리 하는 것이다. 그 중에서도 음성향상의 성능은 사용하게 되는 기저 행렬에 따라 크게 달라짐을 보인다. 기존의 독립적으로 구한 음성 기저 행렬에 비해서, 잡음 데이터를 복원하는데 부적합한 방향으로 최적화시킨 음성 기저 행렬을 사용하였을 때 더 높은 음성향상 성능을 보임을 실험으로 확인하였다. 이 때 잡음 데이터의 복원 오차 자체를 크게 해주는 방향과 해당 인코딩 행렬(encoding matrix) 원소의 값을 작게 해주는 두 가지 방법을 적용하여 비교하였다. 좀 더 음성 복원에만 특화된 기저 행렬을 구함으로서 음성 기저 행렬이 잡음 데이터 복원에 사용되는 것을 최소화 하였다. 실험 결과에서는 perceptual evaluation speech quality값과 signal to distortion ratio를 지표로 사용하였고, 기존 기법에서 사용하는 기저 행렬 보다 더 높은 성능을 보임을 확인 하였다.

Molecularly Imprinted Solid-Phase Extraction for Determination of Enrofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin in Chicken Muscle

  • A simple and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous identification of enrofloxacin and its active metabolite ciprofloxacin in chicken muscle. Norflorxacin imprinted polymers synthesized in water-containing systems show high selectivity to enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in an aqueous environment. Using these water-compatible imprinted polymers as selective adsorbents in the solid-phase extraction of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin from chicken samples, the remaining biological matrix could be quickly washed out from the imprinted column while enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were selectively retained and enriched. Analytical separation was performed on a $C_{18}$ column using acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase and fluorescence detection. Good linearity was obtained from 0.8 to 500 ng/g (r > 0.998) with relative standard deviation of less than 3.9%. The mean recoveries of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin from chicken muscle were 80.6-94.5% and 77.8-91.8% at three different concentrations. The limits of determinations based on S/N=3 were 0.07 ng/g and 0.09 ng/g, which are below the maximum residue limits established in many countries.
