The purpose of this article is to search stakeholders' recognition related to Fire Construction Surveillance system; a client(order), fire fighting officer, supervision company, construction company, design company, other. The paper provides 4 important things. Firstly, a client(order) suggested the lowest recognition in the needs about the need of separation order, that of contract for any construction work limited registered companies, and that of standard price for engineering.. Secondly, the design company is lowest recognition in guidance and control participating in construction-design phase. Thirdly, the design company is lowest in adjustment about manpower-allocation according to allocation criteria of technical manpower. Fourthly, a client(order) and supervision company are relatively lower than other stakeholder in necessity on special education and training system for auditor in fire protection construction. Almost all related matters are related to more or less stakeholders' interest.
A laboratory-scale experiment was conducted to investigate control of soluble microbial products (SMP) by the internal recycle rate in the submerged membrane separation activated sludge process. The internal recycle rate of the reactor RUN 1 and RUN 2 were 100 % and 200 %, respectively. SMP concentration was rapidly accumulated in the reactor (RUN 1). The variation of accumulated SMP concentration was related to the denitrification rate at the beginning experiment however SMP concentration decreased without correlatively to the denitrification rate during long operation time. The microbial kinetic model was rapidly presented in the both microbial growth and extinction in the reactor (RUN 1). In the SMP kinetic model, Internal recycle rate is the lower, value of UAP and BAP which SMP matter were presented low. The study about development of kinetic model is relatively well adjusted to the experiment exception SMP. In the future, SMP formation equation must be thought that continually research is necessary.
The purpose of this study was to process bio-active glass ceramic composite, reinforced with sapphire fibers, by hot press. Also to study the interface of the matrix and the sapphire fiber, and the mechanical properties. Glass raw materials melted in Pt crucible at 1300$^{\circ}C$ during 3.5 hours. The melt was crushed in ball mill and then crushed material, ground and sieved to $<40{\beta}{\mu}m$. Sapphire fibers cut (30mm) and aligned. Powder and fibers hot pressed. The micrographs show good bonding between the matrix and the fiber and no porosity in the glass matrix. This means ideal fracture phenomena. Glass is fractured before the fiber. This is indication of good fracture strength. EDXS showing aluminum rich phase and crystalline phase. Bright field image of the matrix showing crystalline phase. Also diffraction pattern of TEM showing the crystalline phase and more than one phase. Strength of the samples was determined by 3 point bend testing. Strength of the 10vol% sample was approximately 69MPa, while strength of the control sample is 35MPa. Conclusions through this study as follow: 1. Micrographs show no porosity in the glass matrix and the interface. 2. The interface between the fiber and the glass matrix show no gaps. 3. Fracture of the glass indicates characteristic fiber-matrix separation. 4. Presence of crystalline phase at high processing temperature. 5. Sapphire is compatible with bioactive glass.

Photoelectric charging is a very efficient way of charging small particles. This method can be applied to combustion measurement, electrostatic precipitator, metal separation and control of micro-contamination. To understand the photoelectric charging mechanism, particle charging of silver by exposure to ultraviolet is investigated in this study. Average charges and charge distributions are measured at various conditions, using two differential mobility analyzers, a condensation nucleus counter, and an aerosol electrometer. The silver particles are generated in a spark discharge aerosol generator. After that process, the generated particles are charged in the photoelectric charger using low-pressure mercury lamp that emits ultraviolet having wavelength 253.7 nm. The results show that ultra-fine particles are highly charged by the photoelectric charging. The average charges linearly increase with increasing particle size and the charge distribution change with particle size. These results are discussed by comparison with previous experiments and proposed equations. It is assumed that the coefficient of electron emission probability is affected by initial charge. The results also show that the charge distribution of a particle is dependent on initial charge. Single changed particle, uncharged particle and neutralized particle are compared. The differences of charge distribution in each case increase with increasing particle size.
Behavior of the side force generated at high angles of attack by two ogive-cylinder bodies of revolution with nose fineness ratio of 2.3 (B1) and 3.5 (B2) and the effect of a strip placed close the nose tip of each body (B1S and B2S) are analyzed through the wind tunnel test at ReD=200,000 and a=42~60 deg. The side force generated by B1 is increased by placing a strip. The side force generated by B2 is in the starboard direction and its magnitude is higher than that of the B1S. The effect of the strips with various dimensions placed on B2 is investigated. It is found that the 4-layer strip placed on the starboard reversed the direction of the side force into port direction. It is confirmed by numerical simulations that the strip promotes the flow separation and increases the average pressure on the side where it is placed and consequently produces the side force in the corresponding direction.

A cantilever beam with a mass and a spring at the end can be use to model a miniature flexible arm. It is necessary to know the natural frequencies and mode shapes to discuss its free vibration, especially when modal analysis is employed. A beam is clamped-free. In this paper we look at the lateral vibration of beams that have step changes in the properties of their cross sections. The frequency equation is derived by Bernoulli-Euler formulation and is sloved by the separation of variable. The parameters of the beam, 'mass and spring stiffness' are defined as nondimensionalized parameters for wide application of the results. According to the change of eigenvalues and mode shape are presented for this beam. The results presented are the eigenvalues and the natural frequencies for the first three modes of vibration. Results show that the parameters have a significant effect on the natural frequency.
A mathematical model was proposed to describe the behavior of the liquid emulsion membrane(LEM) conraining sodium carbonate as internal stripping reagent. Experimental results of the batch extraction of lactic acid were compared with computed results by using the model. it was found that the model computations could predict fairly well the effects of parameter variations such as the carrier concentration, the stripping reagent concentration, the stirrer speed and the treatment ratio. An attempt has been made to reduce emulsion swelling which is one of the main problem of LEM. As the additives for swelling control, liquid paraffin, n-decanol, cyclohexanone and Span 85 were used. All the additives that were investigated tend to reduce the quantity of swelling to some extent. Cyclohexanone was found not only to reduce the swelling but also to increase largely the acid transport rate.

This paper describes on anodic bonding characteristics of MLCA(Multi Layer Ceramic Actuator) to Si-wafer using evaporated Pyrex #7740 glass thin-films for MEMS applications. Pyrex #7740 glass thin-films with same properties were deposited on MLCA under optimum RF magneto conditions(Ar 100 %, input power $1\;/cm^2$). After annealing in $450^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr, the anodic bonding of MLCA to Si-wafer was successfully performed at 600 V, $400^{\circ}C$ in - 760 mmHg. Then, the MLCA/Si bonded interface and fabricated Si diaphragm deflection characteristics were analyzed through the actuation test. It is possible to control with accurate deflection of Si diaphragm according to its geometries and its maximum non-linearity is 0.05-008 %FS. Moreover, any damages or separation of MICA/Si bonded interfaces do not occur during actuation test. Therefore, it is expected that anodic bonding technology of MICA/Si wafers could be usefully applied for the fabrication process of high-performance piezoelectric MEMS devices.

Conclusions: HPTLC is considered as an available and convenient method for quality control and standardization of multi-herbal drugs. Thereby, this method could be recommended to widely applicate in the traditional Korean medicine.
This experiment was conducted to separate X-and Y-bearing spermatozoa of boar semen. The ratio of X-and Y-bearing spermatozoa to total spermatozoa included in ejaculated semen obtained from 4 boars raising at the College of Agriculture, Seoul National University and treated by the sedimentory or electrophoretic technique was estimated. For the electrophoresis, the semen specimen was placed into the co, pp.r loop electrodes in 30cc of glass tube at room temperature for 30 minutes and in order to sedimentary separation, the semen was sedimented in 5$^{\circ}C$ water for 50 minutes. The sperm fluorescent stainning technique was performed by the method of Bhattacharya etal (1976). The results obtained were as follows; 1. Average rate of B-body bearing spermatozoa in normal boar semen was 45.15${\pm}$4.20%, and no significant difference was observed between 1st (44.88${\pm}$6.41%) and 2nd (42.75${\pm}$4.17%) fraction of fractionally collected semen. 2. Spermatozoa were separated into several different fractions by sedimentation. B-body a, pp.arances from the top and bottom fraction were 53.70% and 33.43%, respectively. There were highly significant difference between the top and bottom fractions. 3. The swine spermatozoa were separated into X-and Y-bearing spermatozos by electrophoresis without interferring the sperm motility. The rates of B-body bearing spermatozoa attracted on the anode and cathode were 60.4% and 21.8%, respectively. Highly significant difference betwee two fractions was also observed.
