본 논문에서는 준실시간 개념으로 개발 중인 광역보정시스템의 기준국 소프트웨에 대한 설계 및 구현 결과에 대하여 기술되어있다. 기준국 소프트웨어는 유지보수 및 확장성이 용이하도록 객체지향 기법을 적용하여 설계 및 구현하였다.

I study the actual condition and the problem of the crime prevention system of two seoul police station. that is operated on the unit of police box, and present the new improvement. Stragic and active is the new crime prevention system that introduces a concept of community oriented policing, the tendency of a developed country police. I present a medium - sized police station where 250${\sim}$300 policemen work. It consist of a patrol division, a community division and a administration support division. The chief of police bears the responsibility only for crime prevention service by concentrating on pure Patrol - centered crime prevention activity and community relation activity. Next I present a police inspector system. The most important on this paper is the community policing officer system that a policeman bears responsibility on district apart from a patrol division and support a police service related community. To be operated these systems effectively, these need to be regulated according to a police distinct, a police purpose and it's demand. Also a scale, function, authority of a existing. Police station must be regulated and the police training must be carried out.

Energy saving is as important as developments of green energy and alternative energy. The need for development of high-efficiency lighting apparatus further increased. This paper compared with the size of electrical equipment and analyzed the size of electrical capacity for the railway station building. Also discussed energy saving measures that can be achieved by using high-efficacy lighting fixtures, and the percentage of the lighting load capacity of the entire building.

Under awareness of the importance of interaction between local research agencies and farmers in developing local agriculture, this study attempts to analyse the level of interaction in extension services of Experiment Station. The data were collected through the interview with researchers in five Experiment Stations and farmers who have made contact with the researchers. The results of the analysis are as follow: (1) The Experiment Stations are currently providing extension services though they are originally research-oriented agencies. The extension methods of Experiment Stations are similar with those of extension agencies. (2) The more systematic the characteristic of extension service type is, the higher level of interaction is generated with several exceptions which should not be ignored. This study accentuates the efforts to improve the level of interaction as well as to construct a system as a linked set of actors.

지속가능한 성장을 위한 친환경 교통체계 구축의 필요성이 증대되면서 대중교통 접근성은 교통체계 설계에 중요한 요소로 고려되고 있다. 대중교통 접근성을 분석할 때 실질적인 이동경로를 반영하기 위해 최단거리 알고리즘을 활용할 수 있으며, 한 지점에서 네트워크상의 다른 모든 지점에 대하여 얻은 최단거리 및 시간을 이용해 정류장 단위의 세밀한 접근성을 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구는 접근성 계산을 위해 환승횟수에 따른 페널티와 다수 노선들의 대기시간을 반영하여 개선한 최단거리 알고리즘을 이용하였다. KTX 서울역을 대상으로 다층 네트워크로 구현한 서울시 지하철 버스 네트워크에 알고리즘을 적용하여 KTX 서울역의 대중교통 접근성을 정류장 단위로 확인하였다.

경계역은 수도권 도시철도 연락운임정산에서 반영되지 못한 평가지표이다. 경계역은 동일한 노선을 공유하는 2개 운송기관의 경계 지점에 있는 역사로서 선로 운영방식은 영업관리와 유지관리로 구분된다. 지금까지 연락운임정산은 경계역을 영업관리의 관점으로 평가하였다. 한편 수도권 통합대중교통 요금체계는 발전적 차원에서 경계역을 유지관리의 관점으로 해석할 필요성을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 유지관리 방식이 도입되는 상황을 염두에 두고 수입금 변화를 정량적으로 분석하는 방안을 마련하였다. 서울교통공사와 KORAIL의 4개 구간의 경계역을 대상으로하여 1일 교통카드자료를 기반으로 운송기관의 수입금 변화를 평가하였다. 본 연구는 향후 수도권 도시철도의 운송수입금 변화를 평가하고 배분하는 분석적 판단을 위한 기초연구로써 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

Since the operation of subway line 1 between Seoul and Cheongryangri stations in 1974, the rail length and riderships have been increased during the three decades. Furthermore, it was a remarkable increase of line length between 1995 and 2004 by the operation of Lines 5, 6, 7, and 8 within Seoul metropolitan area. This study reports the variations of riderships by the changing urban spatial structure. According to analysis results by station-to-station origin-destination trip tables, there were increasing ridership changes in new stations within new subcenters, while there were little ridership changes in old stations within Seoul and existing subcenters. The levels of competition between the existing and new lines brought about the difference of ridership changes.
