스팀분사 방식을 사용한 스팀 드럼세탁의 세탁성능 (Washing Efficiency of Drum Washing Machine Using Steam Jet System)

  • The washing efficiency of two types of washing machine- drum(drum washing) and drum using steam jet system(steam drum washing) was studied. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the performance of new steam drum washing. The relationship between washing temperature and washing efficiency(reflectance(%)) by soil removal, and that between washing temperature and electric energy consumption, Fabric damage evaluated by Danish wear method, Fabric shrinkage(%) during laundering were investigated, and compared with those in drum washing machine. Washing efficiency of steam drum washing according to washing temperature is better than that of drum washing. Electric energy consumption and fabric damage in steam drum washing are lower than those of drum washing. Fabric damage increased as washing temperature increased. Shrinkage of fabrics in steam drum washing and drum washing are about same. Therefore, we assumed that in the case of steam drum washing using steam jet system, washing efficiency remarkably increased, and fabric damage decreased, even with a lot of saving in given electric energy and water used.

  • 5-axis NC machining has a good advantage of the accessibility of tool motion by adding two rotary axes. It offers numerous advantages such as expanding machining fields in parts of turbo machineries like impeller, propeller, turbine blade and rotor, reasonable tool employment and great reduction of the set-up process. However, as adding two rotary axes, it is difficult to choose suitable machining conditions in terms of cutter path and cutter posture at a cutter contact point. Therefore in this paper, it is proposed to decide suitable machining condition through an experimental method such as adopting various cutter paths, cutter postures types. Also, in order to increase the efficiency of 5-axis machining, it is necessary to minimize the cutter posture changes and create a continuous cutter path while avoiding interference. This study, by using an MC-space algorithm for interference avoidance and an MB-spline algorithm for continuous control, is intended to create a 5-axis machining cutter path with excellent surface quality and economic feasibility. finally, this study will verify the effectiveness of the suggested method through verification processing.

신경회로망을 이용한 원격모니터링을 위한 가공공정의 공구마모와 표면조도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Tool Wear and Surface Roughness in Cutting Processes for a Neural-Network-Based Remote Monitoring system)

  • The tool wear and failure in automatic production system directly influences the quality and productivity of a product, thus it is essential to monitor the tool state in real time. For such purpose, an ART2-based remote monitoring system has been developed to predict the appropriate tool change time in accordance with the tool wear, and this study aims to experimently find the relationship between the tool wear and the monitoring signals in cutting processes. Also, the roughness of workpiece according to the wool wear is examined. Here, the tool wear is indirectly monitored by signals from a vibration senor attached to a machining center. and the wear dimension is measured by a microscope at the start, midways and the end of a cutting process. A series of experiments are carried out with various feedrates and spindle speeds, and the results show that the sensor signal properly represents the degree of wear of a tool being used, and the roughnesses measured has direct relation with the tool wear dimension. Thus, it is concluded that the monitoring signals from the vibration sensor can be used as a useful measure for the tool wear monitoring.

  • 고해상도 전자광학 탑재체의 주 반사경과 제2 반사경 간 조립 정렬은 전체 카메라 시스템의 조립 단계 중 가장 중요한 단계이다. 제 2 반사경의 정렬에는 파면센서와 콜리메이터를 사용하였는데 간섭계 보다는 크기가 작고 다루기가 편하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 고해상도 전자광학 탑재체의 제 2 반사경에 대한 정렬 방법과 절차에 대해 소개 하고자 한다.

  • The HR Plates made hot rolled coils is lower than general structural steel plates in price. No difference between general steel plates and HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm are found in most characters such as cutting operation, fabrication and even welding. It can be concluded that HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm can be applied to flanges and webs of any girders as well as longitudinal ribs, longitudinal and vertical stiffeners of steel bridges appropriately. To increase the demand of HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm, it is necessary that HR Plates is applicable to full member in steel bridge including main girder.In this study, availabilities of the narrow steel box girder of light railway transit with HR Plate width as a main member are discussed. For application of HR Plate to steel bridge with 50m span or more, new support systems in three types are presented. Computational analysis is performed in 15 bridge models of light railway transit with beam element and plate element. As a analysis results, three models in light railway transit are presented. We finally come to the conclusion that HR Plates can be apply to narrow steel box girder in the light railway transit.

강섬유보강 폴리머 포러스콘크리트의 내구특성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Durable Properties of Fiber Reinforced Porous Concrete Using Polymer)

  • This study evaluates the physical mchanical properties, durability of porous concrete for pavement according to content of polymer and steel fiber to elicit the presentation of data and the way to enhance its function for the practical field application of porous concrete as a material of pavement. The results of the test indicate that in every condition, the void ratio and the coefficient of water permeability of porous concrete for pavement satisfy both the domestic standards and proposition values. Among the properties of strength, the compressive strength satisfies the standards in the specification of Korea National Housing Corporation as for every factor of mixture but in the case of the flexural strength, more than 0.6Vol.% of steel fiber satisfied the Japan Concrete Institute proposition values. The case when 0.6Vol.% of steel fiber and 10Wt.% of polymer are used at the same time shows that the loss rate of mass by Cantabro test became 36.7% better and freeze-thaw resistance became 33% better.

  • 탄-소성론에 근거한 콘크리트나 토질과 같은 재료의 파괴 포락선은 주응력을 축으로 하는 공간 좌표계상에서 인장의 등압(hydrostatic stress)축을 향해 기울어진 형태를 가지며 소성흐름이 상관소성흐름 법칙(associated flow rule)에 따라 결정될 경우 콘크리트의 거동 예측시에 과도한 체적 팽창률을 나타내게 된다. 본 논문에서는 콘크리트의 다축응력 하에서의 거동을 예측하기 위하여 비균일 경화(nonuniform hardening)를 적용한 5계수 파괴 포락선과 등압축 방향 성분의 소성 흐름을 수정하는 비상관 소성흐름 법칙(non-associated flow rule)을 사용하여 비선형 유한요소해석 프로그램을 개발하였으며 신뢰성 있는 연구자의 다축응력 실험결과와 유한요소해석 프로그램의 해석결과를 비교하였다.

  • This paper described the development of electrostatically driven peristaltic micropump. The proposed micropump consists of a flexible membrane and a single chamber which electrodes are inserted. The single chamber is divided into smaller cells by the electrodes. The fabricated micropump was operated with four electrodes in the membrane and a various phase sequencing actuation. We studied the changes in the flow rate corresponding to the actuating signal applied to the micropump under the zero hydraulic pressure difference between lnlet port and outlet port. The pump was operated from 60 to 130 V. Whereas the maximum flow rate in basic actuating signal is about 83 ${\mu}1/min$ at 15 Hz, the maximum flow rate in optimized actuating signal is about 114 ${\mu}l/min$ at 10 Hz.

  • 운전자의 시인성, 뇌파, 심리평가를 위한 실내 실험실 및 측정 시스템을 구축하고 예비실험 결과를 분석한 후 운전자의 시인성을 측정하였다. 본 실험을 위하여 남, 녀 각각 20명의 피험자를 선발하였으며 이들의 연령은 피험자의 연령에 의한 측정오차를 최소화하기 위하여 모두 20대로 제한하였다. 그리고 본 실험 측정결과를 전압패턴에 따라 피험자의 장애물 인식 반응속도를 분석하였고, 남-녀 성별 간의 장애물 인식 반응속도 차이를 분석하였다. 또한 전조등의 전압변동에 의한 밝기 비율에 따라서 피험자의 장애물 인식 반응속도를 분석하였고, 전압변동이 없을 때의 장애물 인식 반응속도를 기준으로 상대적인 장애물 인식 지연시간을 분석하였다.

  • 가상 데스크탑 시스템은 단일 물리적 서버상에 가상화 기술을 사용하여 다수의 가상 머신을 실행하고, 이를 네트워크로 연결된 클라이언트에서 사용하는 기술이다. 가상 데스크탑에는 저장장치의 역할을 하는 가상 데스크탑 이미지가 연결되며, 본 이미지에는 운영체제 및 필요한 응용 프로그램이 설치되어 배포된다. 따라서, 새로운 가상 데스크탑을 생성할 때 가상 데스크탑 이미지를 함께 생성해야 하며, 이는 저장장치를 사용한 작업으로 시간이 많이 소요되는 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 이미지 풀을 사용한 빠른 가상 데스크탑 생성 방안을 제안한다. 이미지 풀은 일정 수의 가상 데스크탑 이미지를 포함하고 있으며, 이미지 준비기는 이미지 풀에 있는 이미지의 개수가 일정하게 유지되도록 골든 이미지에서 복사해오는 역할을 담당한다. 가상 데스크탑 생성시, 이미지 풀에서 필요한 이미지를 지연시간 없이 바로 가져옴으로써, 가상 데스크탑 생성에 소요되는 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다.
