(1) SA508 Gr.1a LAS exhibited a moderate cyclic hardening in $310^{\circ}C$ low DO water. A saturation stage or a slightly secondary hardening was occurred with decreasing strain amplitude. (2) Fatigue life of SA508 Gr.1a LAS decreases a little with decreasing strain rate in $310^{\circ}C$ low DO water.

Low cycle fatigue test results of Type 316 stainless steel in $310^{\circ}C$ water environment can be summarized as follows. 1. Cyclic stress response of Type 316 stainless steel shows negative strain rate sensitivity, primary hardening and secondary hardening. 2. Fatigue life in $310^{\circ}C$ water environment was shorter than fatigue life in room temperature air environment. This was because of water environment and temperature effects.

We propose the dynamic channel allocation (DCA) algorithm for multi-cell OFDMA systems to avoid co-channel interference (CCI). The proposed algorithm is utilized not in a centralized, but in a distributed manner which reduces complexity. The simulation results confirm that the number of overlapping allocated subcarriers is reduced and the average SINR of a sub-carrier is increased by this algorithm.

The question style In high school enoronmental science textbook was examined in terms of the placement, frequency, and type of question, and then analyzed the kind of scientific Inquiry process elicited by the question In the topic of textbook using the Tektbook guestioning Strategy Assessment Instrument (TQSAI). The average number of question per topic was only 0.6. The number of all Question In the high school enororunental science textbook was very little : the number of non-experiential Question was 8 and that of experiential one was 3. The total number of sentence was 1,236 and the ratio of the number of Question to that of sentence was 0.9% . The frequency of non-experlential question was higher than that of experiential one. In action part of the textbook, there were more kinds of Question styles than In the matin part.

섬이나 고립된 지역들은 디젤 발전기를 이용하여 전력 공급을 해왔다. 발전소와 송배전설비 증설에 대한 경제적 문제와 사회적 갈등이 심하기 때문이다. 최근 이러한 비용, 사회 그리고 환경 문제로 인해 에너지 자립섬에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 에너지 자립섬이란, 태양광, 풍력 등 신재생에너지와 배터리를 이용해 필요한 에너지를 스스로 생산하고 사용하는 섬을 말한다. 따라서 디젤 발전기 화석연료 사용량과 유지보수 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 상위제어기에 해당하는 EMS(Energy Management System)를 이용해 디젤 발전기, 태양광 PCS(Power Conversion System)와 에너지저장장치(Energy Storage System: ESS)의 유기적인 운영으로 높은 에너지 자립률을 달성한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

EHA(ethylhexyl acrylate), well known for the prepolymer used for PDLC, was used for the LC/polymer composite system for pixel isolated LC (PILC). In order to improve the polymer wall structures of EHA, various acrylate prepolymers were blended with EHA prepolymer.

Hot and high speed plume exhausted during KSLV-I flight test is cooled down by an amount of water ejected from 'gas deflector cooling system' of launch complex to reduce the effects on the launch vehicle and launch complex. In this study, simplified axisymmetric computational calculation with 2-phase is carried out to analysis the water injection effects on flow field.

The diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy had been performed by electrophysiologic studies and neurologic examination. However, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) has recently been proposed as a supplementary tool for its diagnosis. A 55-year-old woman presented with back pain and painful proximal weakness of the right leg. Neurologic examination and electrophysiologic studies suggested an upper lumbar plexopathy. MRI disclosed the signal change in lumbar plexus with the atrophy of the innervating muscles. We report a patient with idiopathic lumbar plexopathy confirmed by MRI.
