조명용센서모듈의 신뢰성평가기준 (Reliability Assessment Criteria of Sensor Module for Lighting Fixtures)

  • Lighting industry is rapidly being developed as the ubiquitous society based on sensor network emerges. This kind of paradigm shift brings the society convergence of technologies which leads to smart lighting system as well as the integration of interior and sensibility control. However, standards for sensors have not been firmly established, and problems related to quality and malfunction have been brought up, thereby calling for careful approach to the enhancement and assessment of reliability of the item. In this article reliability assessment criteria for sensor module for lighting fixtures is established in terms of performance assessment criterion and reliability assessment criterion.

가스 센서 어레이의 스마트 폰 응용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Gas Sensor Array to Smart Phone)

  • Gas sensor array can be widely applied to atmosphere environment, quality control of food, and medical fields etc. So for the commercialization and popularization of sensor technology, this paper looked into the method to provide users with general purpose smart phone and gas sensor array linked together. The reviewed system can detect unknown gas in the air and inform users using smart phone by arraying 8 kinds of common use gas sensor. This system is composed of the sensor module, communication module between sensor array and smart phone application software. In this paper, this prototype system demonstrate convincingly that the application of Gas sensor array to smart phone is a good outlook.

  • We are concerned with processing methods of the measurement values of sensors in the control system. When some faults happen to sensor components, the measurement value of sensors cause the malfunction of the plant. So it is necessary to detect and reduce the influence of faults to control with reliability for the overall system. The sensor status must be always good for best demonstration of the controller performance. A self-validating sensor detects the sensor state from the measurement value, reconstruct a soft sensor and can improve reliability of the sensor. If sensor faults, the sensor is detected and reconstructed with the best estimate from its correlation to other sensors and historical data. It is applied to the control of a flexible link system with the sensor fault problems in the light sensor module for position to show the applicability. In this paper, we propose a digital controller which reduces deflection of the moving set-point by reconstructing output of a sensor when the sensor fault is detected.

  • This study proposes a new approach to Control the Orientation and position based on obstacle avoidance technology by multi sensors fusion and autonomous travelling control of mobile robot system for implimentation of Smart FA. The important focus is to control mobile robot based on by the multiple sensor module for autonomous travelling and obstacle avoidance of proposed mobile robot system, and the multiple sensor module is consit with sonar sensors, psd sensors, color recognition sensors, and position recognition sensors. Especially, it is proposed two points for the real time implementation of autonomous travelling control of mobile robot in limited manufacturing environments. One is on the development of the travelling trajectory control algorithm which obtain accurate and fast in considering any constraints. such as uncertain nonlinear dynamic effects. The other is on the real time implementation of obstacle avoidance and autonomous travelling control of mobile robot based on multiple sensors. The reliability of this study has been illustrated by the computer simulation and experiments for autonomous travelling control and obstacle avoidance.

임베디드 리눅스와 웹 기반의 ECU 센서신호 원격계측 (Remote Measurement of ECU Sensor Signal based on the Embedded Linux and Web)

  • In this paper, we present a new method for the monitoring of Electric Control Unit's(ECU) self-diagnostic and the sensor signals of vehicle through Web. In order to measure the ECU's self-diagnostic and sensor signals, the interfaced circuit is designed to communicate ECU and terminal according to the ISO, SAE regulation of communication protocol standard. Microprocessor 80C196KC is used for communicating ECU's self-diagnostic signals and the results are sent to the Embedded Linux System(ELS) through RF module. ELS is developed by SA1110, RF module, Embedded Linux. All commands related in ECU communication are executed through Web. The CGI program composed in web server is executed by user and will return sensor signals from ECU Software on Embedded Linux system is developed to monitor the ECU's sensor signals using the arm compiler tool chain in which RS232 port is programmed by half duplex method. The possibility for remote measurement of ECU sensor signal through Web is verified through the developed systems and algorithms.

A Design and Implementation of Control Application for Arduino Prime Smart Car

  • In this paper, we design and implement an Application based on android platform, which can control arduino Prime Smart Car using Bluetooth communication. This Application consist of Bluetooth communication module, manual mode module, and line-tracer mode module. In the Bluetooth communication module, it checks the on/off status of Smartphone Bluetooth. If Bluetooth status is off, it activates Bluetooth, selects the corresponding device from Bluetooth device list, and connects with a pair. In order to reduce coding time, we implements Bluetooth communication using inherited class from android Bluetooth package. In the manual mode module, it implements six direction moving button and stop button, which can control arduino Prime Smart Car. In the line-tracer mode module, it implements Prime Smart Car with self-driving function using TCRT5000 sensor. And moving button and stop button is disabled.

  • 본 논문은 실시간 음성인식명령으로 구동되는 지능형 이동기제어시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 이동기제어시스템은 메인모듈, 음성인식모듈, 모터구동모듈, 센서모듈로 구성된다. 80C196KC로 구현된 메인모듈에서 퍼지논리가 적용된 지능형 제어시스템을 제안한다. 사용자의 몸무게 및 여러 가지 주변 환경요인들에 의한 비선형성을 개선하기 위해서 피드백제어가 가능한 모터구동모듈과 센서모듈이 구현된다. 또한 제안된 시스템에서 이동로봇의 제어를 위한 9개의 단어를 사용하여 동작을 테스트하였고, 제어입력으로 음성명령과 조이스틱 사용 시 이동로봇의 성능을 평가하였다.

Active Fault-Tolerant Control for a Class of Nonlinear Systems with Sensor Faults

  • A general active fault-tolerant control framework is proposed for nonlinear systems with sensor faults. According to their identifiability, all sensor faults are divided into two classes: identifiable faults and non-identifiable faults. In the healthy case, the control objective is such that all outputs converge to their given set-points. A fault detection and isolation module is firstly built, which can produce an alarm when there is a fault in the system and also tell us which sensor has a fault. If the fault is identifiable, the control objective remains the same as in the healthy case; while if the fault is non-identifiable, the control objective degenerates to be such that only the healthy outputs converge to the set-points. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method and encouraging results have been obtained.

고감도 보급형 방사선 측정센서 모듈 개발 (Development of High-Sensitivity and Entry-Level Radiation Measuring Sensor Module)

  • 본 논문에서는 고감도 보급형 방사선 측정센서 모듈 개발을 제안한다. 제안하는 측정센서 모듈은 섬광체+광증배소자(SiPM) 센서 최적화 구조설계, 센서 드라이버용 증폭과 필터 및 제어회로 설계, 근거리 통신을 포함한 제어회로 설계, 센서 기구설계 및 제작, 시제품에 적용되는 GUI 개발 등으로 구성된다. 섬광체+광증배소자(SiPM) 센서 최적화 구조 설계는 센서 구조 설계를 위한 섬광체와 광증배소자(SiPM)의 특성을 확인하여 설계한다. 센서 드라이버용 증폭과 필터 및 제어회로 설계는 SiPM을 이용하여 섬광체로 방사선에 의해 발생하는 미세 섬광신호를 처리하도록 설계한다. 근거리 통신을 포함한 제어회로 설계는 근거리 무선통신 기능을 지원하기 위한 MCU 설계 및 유선 통신 지원을 통해 데이터 전송이 가능하도록 설계를 수행한다. 센서 기구설계 및 제작은 플라스틱 섬광체에서 발생한 미세 섬광 신호를 광증배소자(SiPM)에 전달하기 위해 플라스틱 섬광체 외부에 반사지(미러링)를 감싸 발생한 섬광이 반사되어 효율을 높이도록 설계한다. 시제품에 적용되는 GUI 개발은 각 화면에 따라 상단에 날짜와 시간을 표현하며, 측정단위 및 시간, 초, 알람 레벨, 통신상태, 배터리 용량 등이 표현되도록 한다. 제안된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 공인시험기관에서 실험한 결과는 방사선량 측정 범위가 30𝜇Sv/h ~ 10mSv/h로 측정되어서, 현재 국내외에서 상용으로 판매되는 제품들 중에서 최고수준 범위와 같은 결과가 산출되었다. 또한, ±7.4%의 측정 불확도가 측정되어서 국제 표준인 ±15% 이하에서 정상동작 됨이 확인되었다

선택적 원거리 점멸이 가능한 Ad-Hoc 기반의 LED-IT-센서 통합 가로등 시스템 개발 (Implementation of a Ad-Hoc based LED-IT-Sensor Integrated Streetlight with Selective Remote Control)

  • 최근 그린 IT 기술이 이슈화 되면서 전 세계적으로 탄소 배출을 낮추고 에너지 효율을 높일 수 있는 환경 친화적인 광원에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 특히 고유가와 환경오염 등의 문제로 기존의 백열등이나 형광등을 대체하기 위한 새로운 광원으로 LED가 크게 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 저전력, 고효율, 고휘도의 LED 모듈에 온도, 습도, 조도, 그리고 이동 감지 센서를 포함한 복합 센서 모듈을 조합하여 가로등을 지능화하고, ZigBee 모듈을 이용하여 가로등 간에 IT기술인 USN 망 융합을 통하여, 가로등 시스템을 중앙에서 모니터링하고 지역 특성에 따라 선택적으로 가로등의 점멸을 원격으로 제어함으로써 효과적으로 에너지 절약을 극대화할 수 있는 Ad-Hoc망 기반 LED-IT-Sensor 통합 가로등을 설계하고 구현하였다.
