Decision Support Systems (DSS) is an Information Systems (IS) application that aids in decision-making processes for many business concepts and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of them and it depends on the firm's tasks for developing and retaining customers while achieving their satisfaction and enhancing the sense of belongingness for their products and services. Profit maximization, the process of customer value, and building strategic values for the firm are the three empirical benefits of CRM that are achieved through analytical, operational, and direction (AOD) capabilities respectively. This research focuses on the application of DSS models of what-if analysis (WIA) for CRM at (AOD) and also shows the dependence on the Information Success model (ISM). Hypothetical data are analyzed for (AOD) by three types of (WIA) to attain CRM and profit maximization and this analytical method can be used by any customer-oriented firm as a general model and for the purpose of the study we have compared the CRM between patients and hospital management.

purpose: This study aims to understand the relationship between stress in college life, vulnerability to depression, and smartphone overuse among undergraduate students majoring in public health. Methods: The subjects of the study were 320 students who were selected through convenience sampling from the department of emergency medical technology, physical therapy, and public health and administration attending G University in Gwangju. The study was carried out from October 22 to 26, 2012. For final analysis, 266 copies were used. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS WIN 12.0. Results: Excessive use of smartphones had a negative effect on stress in college life and vulnerability to depression. The stress of college life had an effect on students' sense of value, their friends of the same sex, and job. Depressive vulnerability had an effect on a students' dependency. Conclusion: For the prevention of smartphone overuse, programs to prevent college life stress and vulnerability to depression should be developed. Counselling programs for the groups should be made available to the students.

This study theoretically investigated the conceptional and technical aspect of participatory design as an approaching scheme for participatory design in community This study operated a case study in an senior hall which is expected to be the important institution for future aging society This study discussed the tool's potentialities after investigating technique's developments and usefulness. The main result of study is as follows 1) Conceptual approachment for participatory design in community starts with the attitude of designers establishing moral, philosophical and social sense of value as the mediator in city and region. And proceed the design in the method of mediating the opinion with the members of the community and the government. 2) The technical approachment should be more concentrated with the method of making the members interested and treat the rationalized process and proceedings more important. And develop this as a tool which Is easily understandable, more convenient when working, and has a adaptability in application. 3) The given technique in case study is produced with the data of demanded rooms, preferred image, priority, and room-layout game, and verified it's usefulness by analyzing and discussing of process and technique, and this technique can be useful after specific complement work as a result.

We have done a spectroscopic study of the solar transition region using high resolution UV & EUV data obtained by SUMER(Solar Ultraviolet Measurements of Emitted Radiation) on board SOHO(Solar and Heliospheric Observatory). Optically thin and conspicuous emission lines observed at the solar limb are carefully selected to acquire average values of physical parameters for the quiet region as a function of radial distance. Our main results found from the present study can be summarized as follows. 1) Nonthermal velocities estimated from various UV lines do not decrease with height at least within one total line intensity scale height above the limb. 2) Nonthermal velocity distribution with temperature is very similar to that of the disk center, in the sense that its peak is located around $2{\times}10^5 K$, but the value is systematically larger than that of the disk. 3) It is found that nonthermal velocity is inversely proportional. to quadratic root of electron density up to about 10 arc seconds above the limb, i.e. ${\xi}\~N_e^{-1/4}$, implying that the observed nonthermal broadening can be attributed to Alfven waves passing through the medium. 41 Electron density estimated from the O V 629/760 line ratio is found to range from about $1{\times}10^{10}cm^{-3}$ to $2{\times} 10^{12}cm^{-3}$ in the transition region.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey on the senses of employment so that it could provide a basic reference required for good human resources specializing in oral health with responsibility as professional. Methods : To meet these goals, a self-administrated questionnaire survey was conducted to dental hygiene college students in Gwang-ju. Results : 1. It was found that 30.7% respondents wanted to be employed as government officials of oral health. Most respondents 37.4% answered that faithfulness is the highest value as prerequisite for employment in hospital. 2. It was found that interpersonal relationships among employees had most significant effects 4.58 score on selection of employment, which was followed by in-house welfare benefit (hospital size, rest room, ect; 4.31). 3. The survey on respondents' occupational sense was represented by hospital/clinic management and dental management support 25.2%, oral health education 22.7%, oral disease prevention 19.7% respectively. Conclusion : For future social awareness about dental hygienists as occupation, desirable training courses as a part of qualification for professional dental hygienists were represented by case management (services, manners, ect; 25.0%), implant (22.8%), esthetics 14.7% and so on. As for working years, it was noted that 13.2% respondents would keep working as dental hygienists as long as they could.

Although Korean first ladies are not very big in changes in their hair style, American first ladies have greatly influenced clothing as well as hair style, exercising their influence over the apparel industry and fashion. Historically, American first ladies' fashion tastes have been on the center of attention and taken the lead in fashion. Although Korea first ladies' hair style are not very new or sensible enough to lead the fashion among the public, they have a sense of fashion and some influence on women of the upper classes. Beauty artists creating first lady hair style are representative of the times and have great value to the research. However, this study will not concentrate on their research. This study will analyze Korea first ladies' hair style, examine hair design and hair technique in fashion in those days. This study intends to provide important materials for Korean beauty history that has not been established by systematically arranging fashion style in the times analyzed through first ladies' hair style. Also, this study aims at researching in the aspect of beauty aesthetic concept through analyzing Korea first ladies' hair style.

This research aims to recognize necessity of modern expression of traditional pattern, understand the matter which is expressed when developing design using traditional pattern, and find the solutions. As the solutions, this research presents design of traditional pattern using symmetry concept and works on the possibility of symmetry as the pattern design. So this research carried out in-depth interview to textile designer working at Gyeongsangnam-do, analyzed the substances. The main results are as follows. First, the presented problems of developing common pattern design and designing using traditional pattern show the necessities for adequate harmony among conception of creative idea, traditional pattern and present pattern. As the solution, the efficient design principles are required. Second, the seven traditional figures can present design applying symmetry, also draw the 8 mapping models for the visuality and utilization. Third, the symmetry-applied traditional pattern design makes it possible for the traditional figure to be represented with the creative and modern sense and provides easier way to the design development by complementing the pattern design formation. As the result, symmetry-utilized traditional pattern design improvement shows the expectation that it will increase the design development ability and ease the figure drawing. In addition, the pattern development which can be applied to any figure presents the time efficiency as well as possibility of the high added value textile industry.

The MICE industry is a new industry that combines corporate meetings, intensive tours, conventions and exhibitions. The convention (the international conference itself) is a conception born from the interpretation of multiple industries such as conferences, incentive tourism, exhibitions and fairs. It is therefore necessary to develop products that can contribute to the revitalization of the MICE industry. We will participate in globalization era trends by developing original design with unique color sense as well as traditional beauty and elegance that can represent the Korean Wave in order to develop high value-added fashion cultural products. We examine the formative characteristics of Chogakbo and apply them to the harmony of geometrical characteristics and colors. The morphological characteristics and sewing method of the Korean traditional 'fo' were also used for shirt designs. It is a fashion cultural product that applies to the Korean Cheokagbo design as well as maintains a basic aloha shirt design that can be worn by everyone (regardless of gender and age) to make it globally acceptable. We used a simple and interesting geometric configuration of the surface represented by the surface composition of the patchwork as well as proposed a design costume by 3D clothing simulation work. The research results can be used as basic data for the domestic fashion market and cultural goods market.

Even in the best of economic environments, restaurants menu pricing is a serious concern to those in the food service industry. During times of rapid inflation, closer government regulation of compensation practices, and limited gains in worker productivity, the decisions regarding the proper charge for menu items become increasingly important. In addition to many operational and managerial factors, an important ingredient in the food service enterprise's success is its ability to meet the market by providing the value expected. The contribution-margin approach to pricing described above is familiar to cost accountants, who will also recognize that it admits of much elaboration before it can become a tool for day-to-day decisions. But the system probably has the greatest promise for multi-unit companies, where the cost benefit ratio of additional refinements improves in proportion to the number of operations. For example, the analysis required to specify the demand function better becomes less expensive if the findings can be applied to the pricing structure of numerous units. In any of its many adaptations, the essence of the integrated menu pricing system remains its ability to bring together the relevant revenues and costs with the operator's sense of the market and competitive environment to suggest prices that maximize profits.

Nowadays, the government, nongovernmental organizations, and educational institutions have come up with a variety of policies and objectives which are concerned about the importance of public design in the city. The project for integrated street environment in Sung-Nam at this time has started with the purpose to make the citizens' life safer and wealthier, and the purpose to improve the image of the nation. In the process of modernization, we must realize the overlooked problem(the thoughtless development for the environment and the threatening of the identity about the disagreed value and esthetic sense.) as our problem. We have focused on the suggestion of the road facilities suitable for urbanization which coincides with the quiet city and the global standards rather than pursuing the local growth and meaning. Based on the New Governance Design, we have presented the liberal design process which actively accepts the experts in a variety of fields. With the language of design, 'high-tech, self-restraint, and growth', we have made a homogeneous urban factor which is ideal for time and space.
