In a small sense Job creation is the making of certificate and In the big sense the government will create new industries and create jobs accordingly. therefore We used the most similar ISE as an example and linked it with the PMP of PMBOK. And I tried to standardize this process by deriving the detailed knowledge required for the foundation. As a result, eleven stages such as creation of (1) Job creation making plan (2) Offer on registration of private qualification (3) business process analysis (4) Confirmation of test criterion (5) Reception system development (6) Educational book development (7) Assist open lecture (8) TEST notice plan making (9) Implement training for certification (10) Operation of qualifying examination and Never ending training. The purpose of this study is to find a root from naturalism to contribute the identity of Korean fashion design in the world which has universality and particularity. The beauty of nature has accumulated in our unconscious-ness, influenced to our unconsciousness, and contributed to make the formative sense. Our consciousness influenced by climate, for example, the sense of softness from soft curve which can feel from the sight of Korean mountain, land the sense of comfort and security from round rock formed by weathering, the sense of thick-ness from cotton to endure cold winter etc. has a tendency to thick and act by nature's law. This tendency made naturalism by Korean climate and linked to the sense of natural-istic beauty and became a important part forming the Korean fashion design. In this study, the researcher found Korean climate is a important factor acting in our consciousness, and influenced the formative sense. The concept of climate which is made our formative sense include topography, climate, soil, plant and so on. This influenced a lot to set up a foundation of Korean fashion design. And the naturalism by Korean climate newly created and developed shape, color, material and design. It is our duty to develope design based on naturalism to secure the competitive power against the world in this period of information and this design is getting important as a high value added method put into Korean culture. Therefore, developing Korean design which shapes the beauty of Korean nature and traditional culture will have a important competitive power in the world. Moreover, it will make a new tradition of Korean fashion culture stagnated by internationally universalized western fashion after the modernization. Also, it will be needed to develop a common design which can be agreed not only us but all the world for the request of these days of international. Therefore, this study contributed to find definite ours and found centripetal point to find the direction of Korean's philosophy and ideology. But this approach, we could secure the competitive power in this period of international and information and determine and develope the Korean fashion as a culture base, leading the world.

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of practicing martial arts upon job performance of employees engaged in security industry. For positive investigation, 400 employees were questioned using some questionnaires; as a result, we obtained the following conclusion of the relation between the extent of the practicing martial art and the ability of performing their jobs. First, the more they practice martial art, the better and higher their mental health and psychological stability more than control group. Especially, when crime is reported to them or they arrest a criminal taken in an act of crime, the degree of their anxiety was low and they strongly expose self-confidence, their view of moral achievement and their sense of morality. Second, the more they practice martial art, the higher their ability of arrestment a criminal in an act and self-defense is. Because practicing martial art make their vital power and physical strength promoted. Third, the more they practice martial art, the more sincere the trust and friendship among colleagues are. As well they seem to feel strong solidarity oneanother. But practicing martial art appeared that it doesnt have an effect on coping with complications among generations and the gaps between master sergeant and them. Fourth, employees engaged in security industry practicing martial art is not only used in job performance merely as a technique; it is also effective on the mind that it make their anxiety dissolved and give them self-confidence.

If students are not aware of the information security, they easily let others know their information or they use others' information with no sense of guilt. The information security education is necessary to protect and prevent students from cyber crime. However, South Korea's information curriculum has no specific information security education course and it has led a school or teacher to teach contents of information ethics superficially. The purpose of this paper is to find the factors affecting the information security practice of the elementary school students. For an empirical analysis, questionnaire survey was conducted and the Partial Least Square(PLS) was used to analyze the research model. The analysis results show that the information ethics awareness and the information security awareness have a positive impact on the information security practice. The results of this study are expected to help choose the specific information security curriculum required for the information security practice of elementary school students.

With delegating proxy to process data before outsourcing, data owners in restricted access could enjoy flexible and powerful cloud storage service for productivity, but still confront with data integrity breach. Identity-based data auditing as a critical technology, could address this security concern efficiently and eliminate complicated owners' public key certificates management issue. Recently, Yu et al. proposed an Identity-Based Public Auditing for Dynamic Outsourced Data with Proxy Processing (https://doi.org/10.3837/tiis.2017.10.019). It aims to offer identity-based, privacy-preserving and batch auditing for multiple owners' data on different clouds, while allowing proxy processing. In this article, we first demonstrate this scheme is insecure in the sense that malicious cloud could pass integrity auditing without original data. Additionally, clouds and owners are able to recover proxy's private key and thus impersonate it to forge tags for any data. Secondly, we propose an improved scheme with provable security in the random oracle model, to achieve desirable secure identity based privacy-preserving batch public auditing with proxy processing. Thirdly, based on theoretical analysis and performance simulation, our scheme shows better efficiency over existing identity-based auditing scheme with proxy processing on single owner and single cloud effort, which will benefit secure big data storage if extrapolating in real application.

Though authentication using biometric techniques has conveniences for people, security problems like the leakage of personal bio-information would be serious. Even if cancelable biometric is a good solution for the problems, only a few biometric authentication scheme with cancelable feature has been published. In this paper, we suggest a face authentication scheme with two security factors: password and face image. Using matching algorithm in the permuted domain, our scheme is designed to be cancelable in the sense that templates that is composed of permutation and weight vector can be changed freely.

In ubiquitous environment, private enterprise or public institution's privacy data are sometimes exposed to hackers because of the lack of the sense of information security. We apply secret sharing scheme to solve the privacy problems. But, the existing secret sharing scheme are not suitable for the management of large a quantity of data because that required operation of large capacity. In this paper, We propose new secret sharing scheme for privacy data management. Our scheme makes high-speed operation possible, and it also allows for set weight for each secret pieces depending on weight of participants. The scheme proposed in this paper makes it efficient to collect and manage secure privacy data in ubiquitous environment.

We propose several practical SMC protocols for privacy-preserving cooperative scientific computations. We consider two important scientific computations which involve linear equations: the linear systems of equations problem and the linear least-square problem. The protocols proposed in this paper achieve acceptable security in the sense of Du-Zhan's paradigm and t-wise collusion-resistance, and their communication complexity is O(tm), where t is a security parameter and m is the total number of participants. The complexity of our protocol is significantly better than the previous result O($m^2/{\mu}$) of [4], in which the oblivious transfer protocol is used as an important building block.

Various Kinds of social pathology and crimes that threaten our daily safety are on the increase in process of time as a result of the development of science and technology empty of moral sense, Value Confusions, apolaustic tendency, economic and social transformation recently. Moreover the effective provision of police service lies beyond the boundaries of the police organization. Therefore private security personnel have made an effort for safety and protection of group as well as an individual through the introduction of private security industry based on a benefit principle and private security industry is being become complexes utilizing technology as well as high-end devices through various international events. The field of private security industry in Korea is being extended rapidly with expansionism of society and public services but the quality improvement is declining. Furthermore the study of recruit education program for security personnel as the basis of quality improvement is insufficient compared with the study of police service. Consequently, this investigation is going to contribute to development of recruit education program for security personnel through the analysis about difference of each subject usability for education about electronic security and facility guard.
