Korea is the only country in the world where the regulation of vehicle homologation has been changed from "Type Approval" to "Self-Certification". But there are some regulations that have not been fully changed, so they became double-regulations. In this research, we find out double-regulations in Self-Certification systems focused on "Specification Notice Procedure", and suggest a proposal of amendment to avoid duplication. Through the research, we can reduce unnecessary requirements about homologation, management of vehicle and administrative procedure significantly.

According to changing the society rapidly in the 21s1 century, the self-regulated learning ability is considered as an ability of which people should carry on their lives. The purpose of this study was to investigate prospective elementary school teachers in mathematics teaching method class in terms of the following areas: (1) the degree of their abilities shown the lower level factors of motivated strategies for learning such as self-efficacy, intrinsic value, anxiety, cognitive strategy use, and self-regulation (2) relations between factors of motivated strategies for loaming and performance of prospective elementary school teachers The results show that the prospective elementary school teachers showed above the mean value of the motivated strategies for learning and there are positive relations among lower level factors of motivated strategies fur learning except anxiety, positive relation between motivated strategies for learning and achievement. In order to help the prospective elementary school teacher to improve their motivated strategies fur learning in their elementary mathematics teaching method lecture, several methods such as mathematical connections to real world problem, history of mathematics and interview with mathematicians and application of feller's ARCS model to elementary mathematics education are suggested.

Purpose: This paper is a basic study done to establish spiritual health concepts according to Korean culture. The focus was on identifying perceived concepts of spiritual health in Korean people. Methods: The Q method, which is effective in measuring individual subjectivity, was used in this study. Results: Perception of the concept of spiritual health was found to have 3 independent types, Type I is a self-directed, present life centered type. This is a group stressing the importance of planning self-directed life and the people of this group consider the values of the present life as important. Type II is a faith-oriented, afterlife centered type. This is a group whose essence of spiritual health is religious devotion like faith in god and the people of this group do not sympathize with the oriental world view. Type III is an oriental, value-sharing type. This is a group with an oriental world view and the people of this group stress importance in sharing values with communities or others. Conclusion: These results not only become the basis for understanding the concept of spiritual health among Koreans, but also suggest the necessity of comprehensive education for spiritual health promotion.

The purpose of this study is to introduce policy and theoretical implications by analyzing affecting factors for the elder's happiness. For this study, we analyzed data using HLM. Data include a world value survey(hereafter, WVS) as personal level analysis data and also OECD's Social Expenditure Database(hereafter, SOCX) and database from the World Bank as national level analysis data. The subjects of personal level analysis were the elder who are over 65-years od age, and they were total 3,297 people, and while the subjects of national level analysis were total 9 OECD countries. For the data analysis, hierarchial linear model(HLM) analysis was done by using HML 7.0 program. As a result of analysis, First, for the elderly's happiness, they should improve self-disposition, members of social groups, and social class. Second, the old-age pension and the survivor's pension had no meaningful effect on the happiness. but it was found that self - disposition, social class, gender, and health status showed meaningful interaction effect according to old - age pension, survivor pension, per capita GDP, income inequality. This suggests that efforts to improve the happiness of the elderly should be made at the individual level and the national level at the same time.

In this paper, in order to explicate how mathematics education can contribute to humanity education, I enquired in which position mathematics occupy in Froebel's For this, I examined Froebel's theory of humanity education, his theory of mathematics education, and the applicational problem of his thoughts to nowaday education. Froebel's educational theory is based on the concept of the Divine Unity which is relevant to the notion of 'The Absolute' of Fichte, Schelling, Hegel. He claims that from inanimate objects to human being, all is subject to the eternal law, which is presided by God. So the world itself is the representation of this law of the Divine Unity and education consists in leading man to conscious and free representation of it. The revealing process of the inner law of the Divine Unity can be attained through the awareness of the divinity which resides in the self. And this process of self-consciousness is dialectical movement of the two opposites, i.e. 'inner' and 'outer' Froebel suggests that mathematics is the mediator between the inner and outer world, i.e. he suggests that since both human being and nature are the representations of the Divine Unity, mathematics is both the pure human spirits and the law of nature. Having such a role, mathematics becomes the main discipline in education. Though there are some criticism on Froebel's educational thoughts on mathematics discussed in this paper, it can provide a typical answer to the question about how mathematics education contributes to humanity education.

BACKGROUND: Gotjawal forest on Jeju Island is characterized by uneven topography that developed as a result of freezing-thawing weathering process and irregular substrates caused by numerous lava-flow collapses. Sanyang Gotjawal, located in southwest of Jeju Island, is a well-developed forest with a long history. In addition to photographs, there is a need for a good way to describe the unique features of Gotjawal, including its geology and vegetation. METHODS AND RESULTS: We illustrated the area's natural features using Clip Studio Paint 1.12.0. To reveal its complexity, we separated the vegetation and geological features in the illustrations. CONCLUSION(S): We drew a cross-section of Gotjawal's unique layers, including lava flows. In addition to an eco-geological approach, we described the dominant vegetation and geological characteristics of the three forest layers (trees, shrubs, and herbs) in Gotjawal.

How an elderly people meets death is the matter of how he has lived his life. It is very important for an elderly people at the last step of his life to re-light up life and to meet death with dignity. The purpose of this study is to investigate where fear or anxiety of death come from among the four dimensins of death anxiety and to compare the differenced between the elderly group and non-elderly group, For this research, the 473 of the subjects from 20 to 80 years old attending social welfare center and community areas in Seoul have been questionned. The summary for the study mentioned the following: First, the overall scores of death anxiety, in the non-aged group, gender and religiosity are important factors affecting the decrease of death anxiety, On the other hand, in the aged group, self-respect, death readiness and number of friends are significant factors. Secondly, for death anxiety of self, age and spouse are significant relationships among non-aged group and gender, death readiness and number of friends for aged-group. In the dying of self, the following each three significant variables: gender, self-respect and spouse among non-aged group and gender, self-respect and number of friends among aged group. In death anxiety of others, age, view on next world and spouse are best predictor for non-aged group. Finally, family-relationship, self-respect and spouse are significant factors for aged group. In dying of others, only one factors are influenced for non-aged group, on the other hand, gender, self-respect and death readiness are important factors for aged group. There remains the need for more detailed examination into the nature of this relationship and the extent to which core components strongly affecting the above subscales.

Purpose: This qualitative study used interpretative phenomenological analysis and photovoice methods to explore the meaning of non-suicidal self-injury experienced by adolescents. Methods: Participants were adolescents enrolled in middle and high schools in Gyeonggi-do and Jeollabuk-do who were selected through snowball sampling. Six participants had repeatedly engaged in self-injurious behavior for over a year. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and the photovoice method between November 2020 and July 2021. The collected data were analyzed using six steps of interpretative phenomenological analysis. Results: The results yielded 5 main themes and 18 subthemes. The main themes were 'a silent cry to an indifferent world', 'a heartache that one endures with scars', 'an inescapable cycle', 'filling the space in one's heart', and 'healing the wounds'. The study findings revealed that the self-injurious behavior of adolescents began as a consequence of feeling lost and struggling with conflicts at home and school, which helped them relieve tension and pain. Nonetheless, inflicting self-injury only left signs of regret and remorse, which became a trace that the participants wanted to hide. However, the wounds healed after receiving attention and support from others. They were determined to stop engaging in repeated self-injurious behaviors and made efforts to do so. Conclusion: This study can be used as a basis for the development of educational programs to prevent non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents. Additionally, it can inform nursing interventions that focus on building support systems to help adolescents who attempt self-injury.

본 연구는 한국 미혼 무자녀 성인을 대상으로 향후 자녀를 가지고자 하는 희망이 개인의 애착 그리고 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음과 어떠한 관련을 가지고 있는지 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 260명의 2-30대 성인을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 먼저 주요 변인 간 상관분석을 실시하고, 자녀를 가지고자 하는 희망을 종속변인으로, 성별, 애착(회피애착, 양가애착), 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음(분배공정성에 대한 개인적 믿음, 절차공정성에 대한 개인적 믿음, 분배공정성에 대한 일반적 믿음, 절차공정성에 대한 일반적 믿음)을 예측 변인으로 투입한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 성별을 통제한 위계적 회귀분석에서 회피애착은 자녀를 가지고자 하는 희망을 부적으로 예측하였다. 이후 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음 변인은 유의한 증분 설명량을 보였으며, 특히 절차공정성에 대한 일반적 믿음은 자녀를 가지고자 하는 희망을 정적으로 예측하는 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 개인이 친밀한 관계에 대하여 가지고 있는 기대, 그리고 나아가 자신이 속한 사회의 공정함에 대하여 가지고 있는 믿음이 자녀를 가지고자 하는 희망을 일정 부분 설명할 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구 결과에 대한 의의와 제한점, 그리고 추후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

문학 교육을 통해 중 고등학교 학생들의 일상생활과 삶을 들여다보고, 그들의 아픔을 치유하고 그들이 건강한 삶을 영위하도록 해야 하느냐에 대해서는 여러 가지 의견이 있을 수 있다. 하지만, 문학이 근본적으로 놀이이고, 만들기이고, 언어 예술이었다는 점에 대해서는 이론(異論)이 없을 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 과도한 입시경쟁, 맞벌이 가정의 증가, 가정 해체, 부모의 잦은 간섭과 무리한 통제 등으로 스트레스를 받고 있는 청소년들을 치유하는 일 역시 문학이 주도적으로 담당해야 한다는 논의는 반드시 필요하다. 시조는 우리 청소년들의 정신적 심리적 외상을 치유하는 효율적인 기재이다. 따라서 시조 교육을 통해, 좀 더 구체적으로 말하면, 시조에 담긴 전통의 전수와 창조적인 계승을 통해, 시조가 지니고 있는 세계 인식 능력과 세계를 재구성하는 능력의 함양을 통해, 시조에 면면히 흐르고 있는 생태주의와 대상에 대한 인식 태도의 복원을 통해, 그리고 시조에 쓰인 음성 언어의 회복을 통해, 우리 청소년들이 겪고 있는 정신적 심리적 외상을 치유하고 올바른 자아 정체성을 함양할 수 있는 시조 교육을 고민해야 한다. 시조 교육을 통해 시조에 대한 올바른 이해와 청소년의 트라우마를 치유하기 위해서는 '시조에 대한 이해와 학습자의 주관적인 경험과 상상력 선이해 활용하기 - 시조에 구현된 세계를 구체적으로 이해하고 형상화 방식에 대한 근본 태도를 경험하기 - 학습자의 생각과 느낌을 자유롭고 적극적으로 표현하기 - 학습자의 비판적 생각 표현을 중심으로 한 표현 활동하기 - 자아 정체성을 향상시키기 위한 학습자 활동 중심의 감상 표현 활동하기'의 수업 모형을 구안하여 한다. 그리고 학습 활동을 포함한 올바른 질문 제시의 기법도 필요하다. 그래야만이 학습자들이 시조를 통해 나를 표현하고 나를 절제할 수 있으며 나의 삶을 어떻게 설계할 것인지 '분명한 지도(Clear-Map)'를 그릴 수 있다.
