We report on the fabrication and characterization of self- and artificially-controlled ZnO nanostructures have been investigated to establish nanostructure blocks for ZnO-based nanoscale device application. Systematic realization of self- and artificially-controlled ZnO nanostructures on $SiO_2/Si$ substrates was proposed and successfully demonstrated utilizing metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) in addition with a focused ion beam (FIB) technique. Widely well-aligned two-dimensional ZnO nanodot arrays ($4{\sim}10^4$ nanodots of 130-nm diameter and 9-nm height over $150{\sim}150{\mu}m^2$ with a period of 750 nm) have been realized by MOCVD on $SiO_2/Si$ substrates patterned by FIB. A low-magnification FIB nanopatterning mode allowed the periodical nanopatterning of the substrates over a large area in a short processing time. Ga atoms incorporated into the surface areas of FIB-patterned nanoholes during FIB engraving were found to play an important role in the artificial control of ZnO, resulting in the production of ZnO nanodot arrays on the FIB-nanopatterned areas. The nanodots evolved into dot clusters and rods with increasing MOCVD growth time.

In this paper, we present the results of a study of lessons learned from the life of Caleb (Cal), a significant character in John Steinbeck's "East of Eden." His life serves as a powerful example of the process of self-discovery, overcoming conflicts with self, others, and society. He emphasizes the importance of managing and understanding your emotions, learning to acknowledge and express them throughout your journey. He makes moral judgments while confronting desires and conflicts, and transparently demonstrates the importance of self-determination based on ethical decisions, while his honest expression and acceptance of his own emotions emphasizes the core value of emotion management and understanding. Additionally, his story emphasizes the clear importance of understanding and compromise in human relationships. We present a thorough exploration of these topics and consider how the lessons from Caleb's story can be applied to our everyday lives. As a result of the analysis in this paper, we expect to gain insight into how these lessons can be applied and put into practice.

Manga develops by reflecting a change of society, reader's needs, and their thoughts and changes of tastes, sensitively. Shojo manga and Jyosei manga also do. We can find several kinds of meaningful changes in Japanese Jyosei manga in the 2010s. The works which represent preciousness of daily life, women's narrative and self-realization are gradually increasing. In addition, the works that deal with very touchy issues such as sex discrimination at work, sexual harassment begin to emerge. It has never been found in the manga of the former era. While this paper analyzes the social and cultural causes of these changes of the works that exclude romance and treat gender issues focusing on recent works, it examines changes of Japanese Jyosei manga in the 2010s and their meanings. I investigate the current trends of Japanese Jyosei manga in the 2010s through Umimachi Diary that represents a precious everyday life with woman-centered narrative, Metamorphose no engawa that deals with women's story from a new perspective, Good-bye My Miniskirt that tackles gender issues. Furthermore I intensively analyze how Nagi's Long Vacation and Darucyan, which win popularity from women in their 20s~30, represent lives and troubles of contemporary Japanese women. Nagi's Long Vacation represents the heroine's quest for a self throwing everything out. While Darucyan deals with self-realization, it forms of a bond of sympathy of readers by representing the heroine who suffers sexual harassment and inequal conditions very realistically. Nagi's Long Vacation and Darucyan have something in common with portraying troubles and self-realization of the working women in their 20s based on a indigenous reality to Japanese society very realistically. However they are unusual in that it is different from the manga of the former era in dealing with heroine's troubles and their solutions. The most distinctive changes of Jyosei manga since 2010 are that real issues surfaced with social changes. In addition, these social contradictions result from irrational discriminations and old customs of Japanese society for a long time. Manga reflects subtly the portraits of the times, their images of women, and their values. These changes of Jyosei manga also show the concerns of readers at that time, and it means that women began to be aware of the issues.

This thesis discusses and analyzes Jeju island's shamanistic myth "Samgong Bonpoori" from the perspective of analytical psychology. Similar to the "I live on my fortune"-type folktales discovered in the Korean mainland, "Samgong Bonpoori" is such a widespread myth that similar folktales are found not only in East Asian regions, including Korea, Japan, and China, but also in Ireland. The essence of the story is as follows; One day, a father asked his three daughters whose fortune they lived on. The first two daughters claimed that they owe their lives to their parents. However, the youngest daughter, Gameunjang-agi, replied, against his expectation, that "I live on my own fortune," and showed her fortune and virtue were physically embodied in the line drawn from her genitals to navel. Her answer enrages his father so fiercely that she was expelled and forced to embark on a journey with no one but a black cow carrying food to accompany her. In retaliation for telling lies against her, Gameunjang-agi transformed her two sisters into a centipede and a mushroom, while her parents were turned into beggars afflicted with blindness. Afterward, Gameunjang-agi wandered around the country and eventually found love with a Chinese yam digger. Not long after, they got married, and as a couple, they stumbled upon roots of gold in fields, which brought them an incredible amount of wealth. After this miracle has happened, Gameunjang-agi began to wonder about the status of her parents and decided to organize a party for all the beggars and the blinds in the country. She eventually found her parents and got a chance to reconcile with her sisters. The story ends with her parents regaining their eyesight and Gameunjang-agi reestablishing herself as the "Goddess of Providence." "Samgong Bonpoori" is a myth about a God. A God is ontologically a supremely perfect being; however, in this thesis, it will be discussed as a part of a folktale. Gameunjang-agi can be seen as the anima archetype of the father, which reveals the process of a paternal consciousness being transformed over time. At first, her parents deny Gameunjang-agi. However, after years of suffering from blindness, they regain their eyesight and finally recognize their daughter. This signifies that Gameunjang-agi is a being that has come into the world for a certain "purpose." Gameunjang-agi embodies the creative function of "femininity" that can renew the existing collective consciousness embedded in the patriarchal system. Such recognition of femininity matters to men to a great degree as well as to women. Without knowing their true nature (femininity), the two sisters submit themselves to their parents and conventional values. Not until they suffer from being transformed and captured into small and insignificant beings, a centipede and a mushroom, which symbolize their shadow, they fail to develop their self-awareness. Meanwhile, by reconciling with her parents and sisters--playing a significant role in reuniting the family--Gameunjang-agi turns out to be a figure that can reveal what it truly means to have self-awareness and achieve Self-realization. In conclusion, this story illustrates that recognition of femininity matters to men to a great degree as well as to women, and women's Self-realization plays a critical role in revitalizing the collective consciousness embedded in the patriarchal system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the job satisfaction of hospital workers according to the type of hospital and to provide basic data for successful hospital management. For data analysis, frequency analysis and chi-square analysis are performed for general characteristics, and Kendall's tau correlation analysis is performed to see the correlation between statistically significant factors among job environment, value realization, organizational characteristics, and individual ability factors. did A total of 241 people working at primary, secondary, and tertiary medical institutions were surveyed. Among the value realization factors in the research results, self-esteem and rewarding (p<0.05), autonomy and creativity (p<0.05), and among personal competencies factors, workload (p<0.05) were statistically A significant difference was seen. Value realization and personal competence factors were found to influence job satisfaction (p<0.001). In conclusion, the most basic for the qualitative and quantitative growth of the hospital should be the job satisfaction of the internal members, on the basis of which positive medical services should be provided to the patients.

Purpose: This is a phenomenological study to describe the experiences of nursing students on home visiting nursing service as a community nursing practice. Method: Individual interviews were conducted on subjective experiences of 17 nursing students. Data were analyzed through Colaizzi's method in which meaningful statements were extracted and these were clustered into 6 themes. Result: The nursing students started practice with anxiety and expectation at the same time. They were frightened at the clients' inferior environment and their level of loneliness. They also felt pity and experienced complicated feelings for the clients. However, the home visiting practice was a chance for them to discard prejudice on the clients. Positive experiences on visiting nursing practice reported by the nursing students included lively interactions between nurses and the clients, and variable provision of primary nursing care. However, facts such as much limited visiting time, non-professional and limited scope of practice were reported as negative experiences. They felt both worthiness of the home visit service and restricted self-capability at the same time through the practice. They also felt sorry for the clients because the home visit services were carried out during limited time period. Regardless of this, the home visit experience provided them an opportunity of self-growth. This self-growth includes increased awareness of issues for elderly, building of self-identity as a nursing student, self-reflection, and realization of the value of family. Conclusion: This study may provide data for better understanding of nursing students experiences of home visiting nursing services. However, more study on the barriers of their community health practice is needed in the future. Moreover, it is needed to establish desirable practice environment through the collaborative relationships between the university and staffs in the public health center.

Nanostuctures such as nanodot and nanowire have been extensively studied as building blocks for nanoscale devices. However, the direct growth of the nanostuctures at the desired position is one of the most important requirements for realization of the practical devices with high integrity. Self-assembled nanotemplate is one of viable methods to produce highly-ordered nanostructures because it exhibits the highly ordered nanometer-sized pattern without resorting to lithography techniques. And selective epitaxial growth (SEG) can be a proper method for nanostructure fabrication because selective growth on the patterned openings obtained from nanotemplate can be a proper direction to achieve high level of control and reproducibility of nanostructucture fabrication. Especially, SiGe has led to the development of semiconductor devices in which the band structure is varied by the composition and strain distribution, and nanostructures of SiGe has represented new class of devices such nanowire metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors and photovoltaics. So, in this study, various shaped SiGe nanostructures were selectively grown on Si substrate through ultrahigh vacuum chemical vapor deposition (UHV-CVD) of SiGe on the hexagonally arranged Si openings obtained using nanotemplates. We adopted two types of nanotemplates in this study; anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) and diblock copolymer of PS-b-PMMA. Well ordered and various shaped nanostructure of SiGe, nanodots and nanowire, were fabricated on Si openings by combining SEG of SiGe to self-assembled nanotemplates. Nanostructure fabrication method adopted in this study will open up the easy way to produce the integrated nanoelectronic device arrays using the well ordered nano-building blocks obtained from the combination of SEG and self-assembled nanotemplates.

The purpose of this study is the Influence of Sailing Yacht Experiences Participants of Flow on Satisfaction and Self-esteem relates to the impact on leisure industry, the popularity of korean culture and yacht basis for the realization is to provide. To achieve this study, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam area residents to target marine leisure and marine leisure experiences Academy experienced subjects participated in a total population of 428 people selected for the survey was conducted, data processing method frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, a simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis was used. Than as a result of research methods and data analysis through the conclusions are as follows. First, sailing yacht experience the flow degree of the participants to influence satisfaction were static. Second, the flow degree of the participants experienced sailing yacht self-esteem(general factors, family factors, work factors, social factors) was found to affect the static. Third, sailing yacht experience satisfaction self-esteem of the participants(general factor, family factors, work factors, social factors) was found to affect the static.

This study is on the effects of lifelong education participative motivation, self-efficacy, and self-directed learning on subjective happiness of middle age adults. Middle age adults 40-64 years old are questionnaire survey target in Incheon and Gyeonggido and total 289 copies among 300 were analyzed through SPSS 21.0. The major findings of this study con be seen as follows: The variables more affected on educational satisfaction of middle age adults are goal-oriented motivation and activity-oriented motivation in lifelong education participative motivation, self-regulated efficacy in self-efficacy, and each personality, recognition and environment in self-directed learning. In conclusion, new paradigm is needed for middle age adults in lifelong learning society. This program should provide them with knowledge and information for adapting the future society, Furthermore, middle age adults can achieve their own self exploration, self-development and self-realization through the lifelong education program. Given a chance of lifelong education, middle age adults should be provided with the specific programs.

This thesis is to reflect prevalently stereo-typed community ideas and find alternative ones that have interconnected, relational, and autonomous acting system for our lives. Probably community is the collective space in which 'I' as the subject in the world meet others and achieve the desirable objects each other. By the way the community spaces could be nation state, societies, and people of nation or ones that deal local problems, environments, and ecology and clubs ect, which are variable according to our concerns. In a sense community pay attention to not societies such as nations or people but lives of individuals, preparing for the territories where men feel convenient in their bodies and mentalities without artificial manipulation. In such a community the participant's vital energy can be stretched actively and relationally, and even if the leader be, there is the politics of doing nothingness not to be the obstacle in the way mens' will goes. In those communities they can live their lives at their nature and realize their dreams without barriers to their way. If we find these ideas of communities which are alternative for our period, we should gaze at Asiatic ones that may be scattered in classics of Confucianism, Daoim and ect. With these concepts and concerns, this paper was drawn up.
