간호대학생의 리더십, 비판적 사고성향, 간호전문직 자아개념이 행복감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Leadership, Critical Thinking Disposition, Professional Self-conception of Nurse on Happiness in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of leadership, critical thinking disposition, and professional self-conception of nurse on happiness in nursing students. Methods: Data ware collected from 160 nursing students from March to May 2015, using self reported questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression were used to analyze the collected data. Results: Happiness in nursing students was correlated with leadership (r=.68, p<.001), critical thinking disposition (r=.36, p<.001) and professional self-conception of nurse (r=.57, p<.001). Factors significantly influencing happiness in nursing students were leadership (${\beta}=.48$, p<.001), professional self-conception of nurse (${\beta}=.17$, p=.032) and life satisfaction (${\beta}=.18$, p=.003), with a total explanatory power of 53.0%. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that leadership, critical thinking disposition, and professional self-conception of nurse should be promoted to increase happiness of nursing students.

치과위생사의 업무스트레스와 자아개념과의 관계 연구 (The Study on relation of dental hygienist's job-stress and self-conception)

  • The purpose of this study is to help dental hygienist's efficient work and 10 use this data as basic material for quality improvement of medical treatment by identify and analyze dental hygienist's job-stress and self-conception. This data was surveyed by 197 dental hygienists who working at Dental Clinic, Dentist's office, and Dental Dept on the General hospital in Daegu area. The result as follow. 1. General characters of dental hygienist who participated this survey was mostly less than 25years old and works in the Dentist's office. 2. The dental hygienist's job stress average 259, self-conception was average 3.06. 3. A stress degree by the primary factors appeared that the stress related to Role-conflict was the hygienist. On the other hand, stress related to employees was the lowest. 4. Concerning the stress of respondent's expert knowledge or technique, there exist statistically significant relations in age(p=0.000). Total period of work(p=0.000)), marriage(yes or no)(p=0.012), number of job movement(p=0.024). 5. Concerning the mutual analyze between stress by the primary factors and self-conception, there exist statistically significant relations in stress from expert knowledge or technique(p<0.05, r=0.l53), conflict with patient(p<0.001, r=0.347), conflict between dentist and patient(p<0.05, r=0.159), relationship with employee(p<0.05, r=0.l83). In conclusion, there were significant relations between job-stress and conception. The study of program development for the self-conceit, positive attitude and self-conception are highly required to help dental hygienist's efficient work.

한국인의 자기 인식에 나타난 토착문화심리 분석 (Conception of Self in Korea: Indigenous, Cultural and Psychological Analysis)

  • 이 연구의 주된 목적은 한국인의 자기 인식에 나타난 토착문화심리를 탐구하는데 있다. 이를 위해 크게 네 측면, 즉 개인으로서의 자기 인식(보통 때의 나, 독특한 개인으로서의 나, 혼자 있을 때의 나), 가족과 함께 있을 때 자기 인식(아버지, 어머니, 자녀, 배우자와 함께 있을 때의 나), 주위사람과 함께 있을 때 자기 인식(친한 친구, 선생님, 직장 상사, 부하 직원과 함께 있을 때의 나), 타인과 함께 있을 때의 자기 인식(낯선 사람, 외국인과 함께 있을 때의 나)을 분석하였다. 분석대상은 1,465명(초 중 고 대학생 623명, 성인 842명)이었으며, 연구자에 의해 제작된 자유반응형 질문지를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 한국인의 자기 인식에 나타난 토착심리로서 두 가지 측면이 부각되었다. 첫째는 자기에 대한 인식에서 관계 내 역할의 중요성이었으며, 둘째는 관계 맥락 속에서 유동성있게 변하는 자기의 특징이었다. 이를 토대로 개별적 자기와 관계적 자기의 차원 및 자기의 일관성과 유동성 차원에 대해 논의하였다.

초등학교 저학년 학생들의 단계적 비유추론 학습과정을 통한 혼합물 학습 과정에서 제시된 생성적 비유의 특징 분석 (An Analysis of Features in Self Generated Analogies during Phaseal Teaching Learning Process about Mixture Using Analogy for Lower Elementary School Students)

  • Analogical reasoning is a central component of human cognition and contributes to scientific discovery and to develop science education. In this study, we investigated the process features of lower elementary school students' analogical reasoning to explain mixture concept. The subjects are 24 lower elementary students. And the research design includes three phases instruction to investigate the features of students' self generated analogy. Phase 1 is the introduction of analogy in which student learn to use analogy. Phase 2 is a POE class about mixture conception. Piaget and Inhelder studied the conception of mixing among children in relation to cognitive development. In phase 2, we taught the student with Piaget and Inhelder's the experiment and observed the features of learning process about mixture conception. Phase 3 is students' generation of analogy (self generated analogy) for the experienced phenomena in phase 2. We analyzed the students' responses through the three phases in the view of Gentner's Structure Mapping Theory. The results showed that many lower elementary school students even before formal operation stage understood the mixture conception and made well their self generated analogy to explain the mixture conception in spite of the difficulty of making self generated analogy.

"소학"에 나타난 자아의 개념적 표상에 관한 연구 (A Study of Conceptual Representations of the Self in Sohak)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate conceptual representations of the self in Korean culture by analyzing normative conception of the self present in Sohak. The method of this study was the historical method and the material for analysis is 'Reverencing for the Self of Sohak, which was the textbook for childhood education and contained normative tasks that the society of the Chosen Dynasty period held for what people should do in their lives. According to the analysis, the Chosen Dynasty had interdependent conception of the self, which had strong emphasis on connected relationships, especially between self and parents, and regarded respect, rightness, and politeness as important attributes of the self, and expected reciprocal exchange of mutual support in social roles. Also, there were many instrumental and terminal goals in normative expectations of the self, which were toward harmonious interdependent relationships. Finally, the attributes of the self that were thought of as positive characteristics served collective interests rather than individualistic ones. In addition, the society of the Chosen dynasty regarded socially disengaged emotion such as pride, anger, and pleasure as negative ones.

수술실 간호사의 의료기술에 대한 인지와 자기효능감 및 전문직 자아개념에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Perception of Medical Technology, Self Efficacy and Professional Self-Concept among Operating Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigates the perception on medical technology, self-efficacy, and professional self conception of OR nurses. The data was collected by distributing structured questionnaires to 164 OR nurses in 13 secondary hospitals located in Gyeongsangnam-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do, beginning Apr. 12th to the 24th of 2010, and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient. The correlation between perception on medical technology and professional self conception showed to be positively correlated at r = .222. The correlation between self-efficacy and perception on medical technology showed positive correlation at r = .197. Also, the correlation between self-efficacy and professional self conception was r = .609, showing a relatively high positive correlation. We have observed that the perceptions of nurses on medical technology and their self efficacy have a significant effect in professional self consciousness. Therefore, it is important to develop programs that increase self-efficacy and followed by policies to maintain them.

Body Piercer의 성역할 정체감, 자아개념, 자아강도에 따른 신체장식행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Behavior of Body Piercing According to Body Piercer's Feeling of Depression to a Sex Role Identity, Self-Conception and Self-Strength)

  • The purpose of this study is as well as Body decoration is a means to identify self-expression from the original nature of an individual freedom and originality, so there remains a race has not a cloth on, but there is no race does not pierce, it has been done with the beginning of a mankind. Subjects for this study were 202 persons, who experienced body piercing with twenties as the central figure. Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS 10.0 version and included AVOVA, Cronbach ${\alpha}$ realbility, Multiple Regression Analysis, Duncan's multiple range test, and Cross tabulation analysis. The result are as follow, The difference of self-conception classified by body piercer's sex distinction did not show significantly. Of the body piercer's feeling of depression to a sex role, neuter gender's feeling of depression showed highly in case of the physical self and the moral self and in case of the social self neuter's feeling and feminine gender's feeling to a sex role showed high. For the reason why he/she did body piercing, neuter gender's feeling showed high in case of influenced by the fashion and masculine gender's and feminine gender's feeling showed high in case of influenced by the curiosity. The body decoration classified by self-conception of body piercer did not show a significant difference.

학생의 인지적.정의적 변인, 변칙 사례에 의한 인지 갈등, 개념 변화 사이의 관계 (The Relationships among Students' Cognitive/Affective Variables, Cognitive Conflict Induced by Anomalous Data, and Conceptual Change)

  • 본 연구에서는 학습자의 인지적 정의적 변인, 변칙 사례에 의한 인지 갈등, 개념 변화 사이의 관계에 대해 조사하였다. 배경 지식, 장의존성 독립성 학습 전략, 논리적 사고력, 목표 지향, 선개념 및 능력에 대한 자아효능감, 통제 신념 등을 조사하였고, 선개념 검사, 변칙 사례에 대한 반응 검사, 직후 개념 및 개념 파지 검사를 실시하였다. 학습자의 인지적 정의적 변인과 변칙 사례에 의한 인지 갈등 사이에는 유의미한 상관이 없었다. 분자 운동에 대한 배경 지식, 장의존성, 독립성, 학습 전략은 학생들의 직후 개념 및 개념 파지와 유의미한 상관이 있었으며, 논리적 사고력과 직후 개념의 상관이 유의미하였다. 중다 회귀 분석 결과, 학습 전략이 학생들의 직후 개념과 개념 파지를 유의미하게 예측하였다. 정의적 변인의 경우, 능력에 대한 자아효능감은 직후 개념 및 개념 파지와, 목표지향은 직후 개념과 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 능력에 대한 자아효능감은 직후 개념과 개념 파지에 대한 유의미한 예언 변인이었으며, 목표 지향은 직후 개념에 대한 유의미한 예측 변인이었다.

유치원 교사의 직무 만족도에 영향을 미치는 자아 개념 요인에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Self-concept on Kindergarten Teachers' Job Satisfaction)

  • This study explored the relationship between kindergarten teachers' self-concept and job satisfaction. The subjects were 345 public and private kindergarten teachers. Instruments were 2 questionnaires: The Tools for Measuring kindergarten Teachers' Self-concept, and the Survey of Kindergarten Teacher Job Satisfaction. Results showed that kindergarten teachers' self-concept was positively correlated with job satisfaction. The most important sub-factor influencing job satisfaction was self-concept regarding professional and social position. These results imply that teacher education program or organizational climate improving teachers' positive self-concept would be needed.
