CCD Image Sensor에서 전압분배회로가 있는 고감도 감지회로의 설계 (Design of high sensitivity sense amplifier with self-bias circuit for CCD image sensor)

  • 본 연구는 전하 결합 영양소자에서 감지회로의 특성을 향상시키기 위하여 N형 MOSFET과 Polysilcon 저항에 의한 전압 분배 회로를 가진 감지회로를 설계하였다. 감지회 로에 흐르는 전류는 전압분배회로를 N형 MOSFET으로 설계하였을때가 Polysilicon 저항으 로 설계한 경우보다 감도 특성도 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 전압분배회로를 Polysilicon으 로 설계한 경우보다 N형 MOSFET으로 설계하였을 때 동작 주파수가 높을수록 전압이득 특성이 우수하기 때문이다. 감지회로에 흐르는 전류는 전압분배회로를 N형 MOSFET으로 설계하였을 때 2mA 정도를 나타내고 polysilcon으로 설계하였을 때 4mAwjd도로 나타났다.

  • Planar type magnetized inductively coupled plasma etcher has been built. The density and temperature of Ar plasma are measured as a function of rf power, external magnetic field, and pressure. The oxide etch rate and selectivity to polysilicon are measured as the above mentioned conditions and self-bias voltage.

임상간호사의 자기효능감과 간호업무성과의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Organizational Justice on the Relationship between Self-Efficacy and Nursing Performance in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the moderating effect of organizational justice on the relationship between self-efficacy and nursing performance among clinical nurses. Methods: In January 2021, a cross-sectional survey was conducted with 224 clinical nurses recruited from a university-affiliated hospital in Suwon, South Korea. Participants completed online-based, self-report structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using multiple regression and a simple model of PROCESS macro with a 95% bias-corrected bootstrap confidence interval. Results: Self-efficacy and organizational justice were found to be significant predictors of nursing performance. These two predictors explained the additional 34.8% variance of nursing performance in the hierarchical regression model, after adjusting the other covariates. In addition, organizational justice moderated the relationship between self-efficacy and nursing performance among the clinical nurses. In particular, at low self-efficacy level, participants with high organizational justice had higher nursing performance compared to those with low organizational justice. Conclusion: Enhancing organizational justice can be used as an organizational strategy for improving the organizational culture in terms of distribution, procedure, and interaction. Ultimately, these efforts will contribute to the improvement of nursing performance through a synergistic effect on organizational justice beyond nurses' individual competency and self-efficacy.

집합적 리더십이 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향: 심리적 안전감에 의해 조절된 조직기반 자긍심의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Collective Leadership on Creative Behavior: Mediating Effect of Organizational-Based Self-Esteem Moderated by Psychological Safety)

  • 본 연구는 집합적 리더십(collective leadership)의 유효성을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 집합적 리더십이 창의적 행동에 미치는 직접효과와 집합적 리더십과 창의적 행동간 조직기반 자긍심의 간접효과를 검증하고, 이러한 간접효과의 메커니즘이 심리적 안전감에 의해 조절되는 조건부 간접효과를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 동일방법편의(common method bias) 문제점을 최소화하기 위해 직급과 함께 직무상황에서의 정서성(affectivity)을 통제변수로 사용하였다. 회수된 설문지 319부 중 부적절한 자료(univariate outliers) 10부를 제외한 309부가 분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과, 집합적 리더십은 구성원들의 창의적 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 조직기반 자긍심은 집합적 리더십과 창의적 행동과의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하였다. 또한, 심리적 안전감의 조건부 간접효과는 '매우 낮음', '낮음', '중간'의 세 단계를 제외한 '높음', '매우 높음'의 두 단계에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 함의하는 바는, 조직의 리더들이 집합적 리더십을 통해 구성원의 조직기반 자긍심과 창의적 행동을 촉진하는데 있어 심리적 안전감이 높아야 그 효과성이 커진다는 것이다.

Comparisons of internal self-field magnetic flux densities between recent Nb3Sn fusion magnet CICC cable designs

  • The Cable-In-Conduit-Conductor (CICC) for the ITER tokamak Central Solenoid (CS) has undergone design change since the first prototype conductor sample was tested in 2010. After tests showed that the performance of initial conductor samples degraded rapidly without stabilization, an alternate design with shorter sub-cable twist pitches was tested and discovered to satisfy performance requirements, namely that the minimum current sharing temperature ($T_{cs}$) remained above a given limit under DC bias. With consistent successful performance of ITER CS conductor CICC samples using the alternate design, an attempt is made here to revisit the internal electromagnetic properties of the CICC cable design to identify any correlation with conductor performance. Results of this study suggest that there may be a simple link between the $Nb_3Sn$ CICC internal self-field and its $T_{cs}$ performance. The study also suggests that an optimization process should exist that can further improve the performance of $Nb_3Sn$ based CICC.

서브미크론 MESFET의 DC 특성 (The DC Characteristics of Submicron MESFEFs)

  • In this paper the current-voltage characteristics of a submicron GaAs MESFET is simulated by using the self-consistent ensemble Monte Carlo method. The numerical algorithm employed in solving the two-dimensional Poisson equation is the successive over-relaxation(SOR) method. The total number of employed superparticles is about 1000 and the field adjusting time is 10fs. To obtain the steady-state results the simulation is performed for 10ps at each bias condition. The simulation results show the average electron velocity is modified by the gate voltage.

자기인지 신경회로망에서 아날로그 기억소자의 선형 시냅스 트랜지스터에 관한연구 (A Study on the Linearity Synapse Transistor of Analog Memory Devices in Self Learning Neural Network Integrated Circuits)

  • A VLSI implementation of a self-learning neural network integrated circuits using a linearity synapse transistor is investigated. The thickness dependence of oxide current density stress current transient current and channel current has been measured in oxides with thicknesses between 41 and 112 $\AA$, which have the channel width $\times$ length 10 $\times$1${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, 10 $\times$ 0.3${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ respectively. The transient current will affect data retention in synapse transistors and the stress current is used to estimate to fundamental limitations on oxide thicknesses. The synapse transistor has represented the neural states and the manipulation which gaves unipolar weights. The weight value of synapse transistor was caused by the bias conditions. Excitatory state and inhitory state according to weighted values affected the drain source current.

Low Voltage CMOS LC VCO with Switched Self-Biasing

  • This paper presents a switched self-biasing and a tail current-shaping technique to suppress the 1/f noise from a tail current source in differential cross-coupled inductance-capacitance (LC) voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs). The proposed LC VCO has an amplitude control characteristic due to the creation of negative feedback for the oscillation waveform amplitude. It is fabricated using a 0.13 ${\mu}m$ CMOS process. The measured phase noise is -117 dBc/Hz at a 1 MHz offset from a 4.85 GHz carrier frequency, while it draws 6.5 mA from a 0.6 V supply voltage. For frequency tuning, process variation, and temperature change, the amplitude change rate of the oscillation waveform in the proposed VCO is 2.1 to 3.2 times smaller than that of an existing VCO with a fixed bias. The measured amplitude change rate of the oscillation waveform for frequency tuning from 4.55 GHz to 5.04 GHz is 131 pV/Hz.

Effects of the Superlattices on STM Imaging of Self-organized Substituted Alkyl Chain Monolayers on a Graphite Surface

  • We characterized the physisorption of p-iodo-phenyl octadecyl ether molecules (I-POE) onto superlattice regions of graphite surfaces using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The formation of self-organized I-POE monolayers does not affect the overall structures of moir$\acute{e}$ patterns and their modulation periods. However, the packing density of the I-POE monolayer and the orientations of lamella structures were sensitive to the underlying superlattice structure. Depending on the bias voltage, the STM images selectively showed moir$\acute{e}$ pattern, I-POE layer, or both. Reflecting the local density of states at a certain energy level, the STM images thereby revealed the relative energy level scale of the superlattice with respect to the molecular orbitals of I-POE.
