인터넷 영양교육 참여 대학생의 지역별 식품의 맛과 기호도에 관한 연구 I. 주식 및 부식 (Regional Differences in Taste and Food Preferences of College Students Attending Nutritional Education via Internet I. Main and Side Dishes)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the regional differences in food preference among college students participating in a nutrition education program via internet. The subjects were 1672 college students (male: 762, female: 910) and divided into 4 regional groups. A survey using a self-administered questionnaire was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire on taste and food preferences. Data was collected via internet or by mail. Prevalence of the food preferences among regional groups was examined using SPSS statistical package. Food preferences were significantly associated with sex and region. Female students in Chungcheong and Kyungsang areas showed significantly higher preference of the hot taste compared to Seoul and Kyunggi areas. Female students in Seoul, Kyunggi and Chungcheong areas showed significantly higher preference of the boiled bean rice compared to the Kyungsang area. The preference for Kimchi stew of female students in Seoul and Kyunggi was significantly higher than those in Chungcheong and Kyngsang areas. Male students in the Chungcheong area showed significantly higher Preferences of the Young radish kimchi, while female students in this area showed significantly higher preference of the Radish kimchi compared to other areas. The preference for roasted laver of female students in Seoul, Kyunggi and Kyungsang areas was significantly higher compared to the Chungcheong area. The preference for fried chicken of male students in Seoul was significantly higher than that in other areas. The preference for bean sprouts and season bonnet bellflower of male students in Seoul, Chungcheong and Kyungsang areas were significantly higher compared to the Kyunggi area. 대학생의 가공식품을 통한 당류 섭취와 관련 요인 (The Sugars Intake through Processed Foods and Its Related Factors in College Students)

  • 본 연구는 남 여 대학생들의 식생활에서 가공식품을 통한 당류 섭취량과 관련요인을 알아보고자 대학교 3학년 245명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 가공식품을 통한 당류 섭취량은 남학생 45.9g, 여학생 47.1g 이었다. 당 섭취량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 당 섭취량을 종속변수로 하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 남학생의 경우는 현재 음주여부, 수면시간, 우울 정도가 유의한 변수였으며, 여학생의 경우는 전공학과, 현재 흡연여부, 평소 간식섭취여부가 유의한 변수였다 (p<0.05). 이상의 연구결과, 평소 건강행태와 우울 등이 가공식품을 통한 당 섭취에 영향을 미치고 있으므로 대학생들의 건강관리를 위한 노력과 가공식품 중에서 당 함유량이 높은 품목에 대해 당 함량표시를 시각적으로 쉽게 구별 할 수 있는 표식제도 도입 등의 제도가 마련되어야 하겠으며, 특히 비보건계열 학생에 대한 보건교육이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

병원 재고자산관리에 관한 병원직원의 태도와 만족도 (Personnel Attitude and Satisfaction with Hospital Inventory Management)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing the attitude and satisfaction with inventory management of hospitals. Data were collected from 344 employees in two hospitals located in Seoul and one hospital located in Choong-Chung Do, Korea, using a self-administered questionnaire. Items included in the self-administered questionnaire were hospital and socioeconomic characteristics of personnels such as the level of knowledge, practice, attitude, and satisfaction with inventory management of hospitals. Major findings were as follows; Job position was significantly associated with satisfaction with inventory management. According to age, sex, type of position and aptitude of personnel the level of positive attitude to and satisfaction with inventory management showed significant association. Generally, those who had higher level of knowledge and practice showed a higher tendency toward positive attitude of inventory management, except for those in medical support post. A higher tendency of satisfaction with inventory management was also observed, with the exception of personnel in nurse post. This study showed that major factors affecting attitude toward inventory management are level of knowledge and practice, and factors affecting satisfaction are job position and aptitude. The level of attitude and satisfaction explained by these factors were 46.8% and 12.2%, respectively. According to the results of this study, higher level of knowledge and practice, job position and aptitude appear to be essential for the implementation of effective inventory management. Factors affecting attitude and satisfaction of inventory management should be studied more in depth systematically so that other objective test and measurements can be developed.

대학병원 임상병리사의 감정노동 및 직무만족도와 소진의 관련성 (Relationships of Emotional Labor, Job Satisfaction and Burnout among Medical Technologists in a University Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 대학병원에 근무하는 임상병리사들의 감정노동, 직무만족도, 소진수준과의 관련성을 파악하고자 대전광역시에 소재한 4개 대학병원에서 근무하고 있는 임상병리사 145명을 대상으로 2013년 4월 10일부터 19일까지의 기간 동안에 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지(self-administered questionnaire)를 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 소진에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 설명력은 인구사회학적 특성 및 건강관련행위특성변수가 투입됨으로서 21.7%의 설명력을 증가시켰고, 다음으로 감정노동 하위변수가 투입됨으로서 16.8%, 직무만족도 하위변수가 투입됨으로서 8.2%의 설명력을 증가시키고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과로 보아 소진에 영향을 주는 변수로는 감정노동이 직무만족도보다 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 임상병리사들의 감정노동에 대한 관리가 필요하다고 사료된다.

의료소비자가 인지하는 의료서비스 질의 구성 차원 (Dimensions of Consumer Ratings of a Hospital Outpatient Service Quality)

  • Objectives : To examine various dimensions of consumer ratings of health care service with factor analysis and to find which factors influence the overall quality of health care service. Methods : A cross-sectional study was conducted on outpatients of a general hospital located in Sungnam City. A self-administered questionnaire was used to assess the consumer's ratings of health care service received. The response rate was 92.8% with a total of 537 persons completing the questionnaire. Factor analysis was performed on 34 items evaluating the quality of health care service. Items were grouped into 5 dimensions as a result of factor analysis and the reliability and validity of influence on patient service assessment were evaluated for each dimension. Results : The 5 dimensions were as follows, 1) physician services, 2) non-physician services, 3) process 4) facilities, and 5) cleanliness A positive correlation with the quality of health care service was found for the dimensions of non-physician services and process, while no significant correlation was found for the dimensions of physician services, facilities, and cleanliness. Conclusions : The result of this study may provide basic information for the development of future self-administered questionnaires of consumer ratings and for the evaluation of quality improvement activities in hospital outpatient settings.

보건의료 조직에서 리더십 유형, 직무만족, 조직몰입 간의 구조적 관계 : 간호 및 행정직을 중심으로 (The Structural Relations of leadership Type, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment in Healthcare Organizations)

  • Healthcare organizations need mutual cooperation among various medical professionals in order to carry out the performance of their duties spite of haying a strong job specialization and independence based on license. However, spite of the importance of leadership roles, there have not been enough researches dealt with leadership effect under the complex duties' relationship of a healthcare organization. This study suggested a new model by combining characteristics of leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The data were self-administered questionnaires collected in 2006 from 437 employees (nurses, medical technicians, and administrative staffs) of 5 hospitals located in Seoul. The items of questionnaire were composed as a method of choosing new leadership style based on the Bass's standardized questionnaire on a Iransactionaljtransformational leadership combining the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire-XII (LBDQ-XII) of the Ohio State University and Graen and Uhl-Bien's LMK scale through simulation techniques responding to organizational commitment. As a result, the leadership style increasing employees' self-confidence and having continuous response relationship between managers and employees improved their discretion and empowerment as well as worthwhileness and pride. However, the leadership style emphasizing reward and a sense of duty brought about a bed result that was not able to effectively respond to employees' discretion and empowerment and even weakened their worthwhileness and pride. After all, the leadership style based on vision and change had an effect on organizational commitment but the other one based on reward and a sense of duty seemed to be unsuccessful in organizational commitment. Therefore, the desirable leadership in a healthcare organization should be based on employees' self-confidence and continuous response relationship between managers and employees.

대학생들의 사회적 지지와 건강상태, 대학생활 적응 및 학업성취도와의 관계 (The Relationship between Social Support, Health Status, College Adjustment and Academic Achievement in College Students)

  • Objectives: This study intends to understand the difference of social support levels and the relationship between social support the health status, college adjustment and academic achievement in the college student. Methods: Data were obtained from self-administered questionnaire of 416 college student. We measured the demographic characteristics, social support (tangible support, appraisal support, belonging support, self-esteem support), health status (36-item short-form health survey(SF-36), center for epidemiologic studies-depression(CES-D), perceived stress scale(PSS)), student adaptation to college questionnaire(SACQ), average grades point. Chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA test, pearson correlation analysis were used for analysis factors relation of the social support of the college students. Results: In considering the degree of social support by the demographic characteristics in the college students, the social support was better for the female college students. In considering the relation between social support and health status, the students who get better social support, were good in health depression and perceived stress status. When they got better social support their college adjustment and academic achievement were good. The result was statistically significant. Conclusions: Social support for students has great influence on health, college adjustment and academic achievement of students. Psychological aspects of students should be included in the strategy of social support for students.

행복결정요인이 지역주민 건강인식에 미치는 영향 연구 (Study on Effect about The Determinants of Happiness to The Local Residents of Their Cognition of Health)

  • This study focused on 'The Health' which should considered as a precondition for the local residents by reinvestigating the indicators of happiness after Young-Do ward formulate a community social welfare plan. There is purpose of this study as below. I searched an general attribute and the indicators of happiness, then looked how does results from questions about health and factors of the indicators of happiness can affects the health with some kinds of elements. Five hundred people from the inhabitants of Young-Do ward who is living in Young-Do district were separated by using the random sampling method as the subject of the study. The investigation took effect from October to November of 2010 and an investigator visited the inhabitants of a ward with structured questionnaire. An investigator had one-on-one talk with inhabitants of Young-Do ward while the investigation and I also collected the data through self-administered questionnaire as well. I found the physical elements influence in the health much more than the outside factors from the study. Higher satisfaction of their career, relationship between friends and co-workers, work environment and married life reflects the fact that higher self-contentment means high quality health level.

설문지에 의한 식이종류 및 식이행동의 비만과의 상관성에 관한 연구 -비만클리닉에 내원한 사무직 여성을 중심으로- (Diet, Eating Behavior and Their Associations with Obesityin Korean Office Ladies by Questionnaire)

  • Objectives : This study is to examine associations between diet and eating behavior with body mass index(BMI) in Korean office ladies. Methods: From OCT 2004 to OCT 2005, we collected obese office ladies who visited to the oriental obesity clinic and control group who were matched by age, occupation, working hours. Weight and height were self-reported. Subjects were divided to obese and non obese group by body mass index(BMI). Diet, eating behavior were determined from 21-item self-administered questionnaire. Independent paired t test was used for analyzing associations between diet, eating behavior and body mass index(BMI) Results: There were 141 participants in obese group and 50 participants in control group. Eating fast, skipping breakfast, night eating habit(p<.001), eating fatty food, drinking alcohol were highly positively associated with body mass index(BMI) values. There was no conclusive evidence that diet except fatty food were related to obesity. Conclusions: Eating behaviors are strongly related in obesity but associations between diet and obesity are not clear.

한국 패션 문화 상품의 고부가가치화를 위한 대응전략 연구 (A Study on Marketing Strategies for the High-Value-Added Cultural Fashion Products in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the purchase behavior and the level of satisfaction for Japanese tourists buying cultural-fashion product in Korea. Subjects were selected through convenient sampling technique in Seoul. A self-administered questionnaire was developed in Japanese by translation and back-translation method. Finally, 288 questionnaire out of 400 were used for data analysis. For the purpose of achieving high value-added fashion products, the 4P marketing strategies targeting Japanese tourists were discussed based on the results.
