한국판 의사소통 자기효능감 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 (Validity and Reliability of the Korean Version of Self-Efficacy Questionnaire(KSE-12))

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 Korean Version of Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (KSE-12)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. 2020년 3원 2일부터 3일 사이에 일개 지역 3개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 155명을 대상으로 KSE-12 설문지를 작성하도록 하였다. 도구의 요인을 파악하기 위하여 Varimax 직각회전방식을 이용한 탐색적 요인분석을 시행하였으며, 단일요인의 12문항이 도출되었다. KSE-12는 포괄적 대인관계 의사소통능력(GICC)과 정적상관관계를 보여(p<.001) 준거타당도가 확보되었으며 Conbach's α값이 .98로 나타나 타당도와 신뢰도가 높은 도구임이 확인되었다. 따라서 본 도구를 사용하여 한국 간호대학생의 의사소통 자기효능감을 평가하고 이들을 위한 의사소통 자기효능감 증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 근거자료를 마련해 나가길 바란다.

고유수용성 신경근 촉진법과 자가 보조적 관절 가동운동이 견관절 유착성 관절낭염 치료에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Treatment in Patients with Shoulder Adhesive Capsulitis for the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and Self-Assistive ROM Exercise)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of the study was to investigate a influence in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and self-assisted ROM exercise of shoulder adhesive capsulitis. METHODS: The methods of the study was to investigate a change in range of motion (ROM), an increase in ROM, visual analogue scale (VAS) and disability questionnaire by Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and self-assisted ROM exercise on 32 patients who were diagnosed with shoulder adhesive capsulitis. RESULTS: There was no significant difference between the two groups who were treated in the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and self-assistive ROM exercise group for flexion, extension, internal rotation, external rotation, VAS and disability questionnaire. Both group's flexion, extension, internal ratation, and external rotation levels were significantly different before and after the treatment. And significant statistical decrease in VAS and disability was seen. The extension of the shoulder joint was closely related to external rotation (r=0.84). There was a close relationship between internal rotation and external rotation at the shoulder joint. There was no increased range of extension through the exercise method. However, flexion, extension, internal rotation, external rotation, VAS, and disability questionnaire of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation groups were obviously higher than in the self-assisted ROM exercise group. CONCLUSION: Our study suggest that considering Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation for the patient who has shoulder adhesive capsulitis in clinic.

자활기업의 컨설팅 효과에 관한 연구 (Study on consulting effect of Jahwal companies)

  • 본 연구는 자활컨설팅의 효과성에 대한 연구이다. 전국의 8개 광역자활센터의 58개 자활기업의 자활참여자 275명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 컨설팅 전에 설문을 실시하고 컨설팅 후 설문을 실시하여 차이를 분석하였다. 측정 변수는 3개의 변수와 6개의 하위변수로 구성하였다. 상위변수는 대인관계, 조직시스템, 자활사업의지이다. 하위요소는 상호작용, 구성원 간 소통, 수평적 리더십, 조직안정성, 개인적합성, 발전성이다. 설문은 SPSS 21.0을 시용하여 빈도분석, t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 자활기관에서 실시하고 있는 컨설팅의 효과가 있는가를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 측정 척도를 개발하였으며 그 척도를 가지고 컨설팅 전후의 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 자활컨설팅은 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성별, 연령별, 지역별, 학력별 분석에서도 모도 유의미한 성과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

혈액투석환자의 희망과 자가간호역량과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between Hope and Self-Care Agency in Hemodialysis Patients)

  • This study examined and identified the relationship between the level of hope and self-care agency in hemodialysis patients. The purpose of the study was to reveal that hope is an essential factor to enhance self-care agency and to prepare the basic materials to help nurse the patients. The subjects for this study consisted of 108 persons who undergoing hemodialysis from 2 hospital, 2 hemodialysis center in Pusan, Korea. The degree of hope was measured by the questionnaire that has been developed by Miller. The self-care agency was measured by the questionnaire that has been developed by Kearney B.Y & Fleisher B.J. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test. one-way ANOVA and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient with SPSS WIN program. Results were obtained as follows: 1) The mean scores of hope were $131.77{\pm}25.77$(range 67-195). The rate of hope classified said that the lowest hope was 2.8% and low hope was 27.8%. 2) The mean scores of self-care agency were $143.78{\pm}23.63$(range 74-187). The degree of self-care agency classified said that the rate of self-care agency deficiency was 0.9% and low self-care agency was 12.0%. 3) The hope was significantly related to self-care agency. That is, the higher the hope score was, the higher the level of self-care agency score(r=0.668,p=0.001) was. In this result, there were hemodialysis patients who have very low hope score and self-care agency score. In this cases self-care agency can be increased by encouraging the patients to be more hopeful. Conclusively nurses should access the degree of hope and self-care agency of hemodialysis patients individually and apply the hope therapy in order that the patient have higher hope than before.

간호사가 인식하는 병원윤리풍토가 상사신뢰와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 대한 경로분석 (Path analysis of the Influence of Hospital Ethical Climate Perceived by Nurses on Supervisor Trust and Organizational Effectiveness)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the paths of influence that a hospital's ethical climate exerts on nurses' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, with supervisor trust as the mediating factor, and verify compatibility of the models in hospital nurses. Methods: The sample consisted of 374 nurses recruited from four hospitals in 3 cities in Korea. The measurements included the Ethical Climate Questionnaire, Supervisor Trust Questionnaire, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire. Ethical Climate Questionnaire consisted of 6 factors; benevolence, personal morality, company rules and procedures, laws and professional codes, self-interest and efficiency. Data were analysed using SPSS version 18.0 and AMOS version 18.0. Results: Supervisor trust was explained by benevolence and self-interest (29.8%). Organizational commitment was explained by benevolence, supervisor trust, personal morality, and rules and procedures (40.4%). Organizational citizenship behavior was explained by supervisor trust, laws and codes, and benevolence (21.8%). Conclusion: Findings indicate that managers need to develop a positive hospital ethical climate in order to improve nurses' trust in supervisors, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.

외식기업의 조직문화가 자기효능감과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Organizational Culture on Self-Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to recognize the self - efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. For the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis was performed and the Cronbach's s value was calculated to determine the internal consistency of the questionnaire. The effect of organizational culture of self - efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior was as follows. First, it was analyzed that individual culture, collective culture, hierarchical culture, and rational culture had a significant effect on self - efficacy. Second, self-efficacy had an important effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, individual culture and rational culture had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, the collective culture and hierarchical culture, which put emphasis on family relations and teamwork, had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior respectively. Therefore, it is found that the group culture which valuesfamily-friendly and feamwork of its members,or the hierarchical citure for adapting to the external environment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior family-friendly and lay emphasis on the teamwork of the organization members, and it does not have an effect on the organizational citizenship behavior.

치위생과 학생의 구직효능감과 취업스트레스의 관련성 (Relationship between job searching efficacy and employment stress in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between job searching efficacy and employment stress in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 235 dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam from September to October 30, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects (5 items), employment stress (22 items) and job searching self-efficacy (27 items). Data were analyzed by SPSS 20. program. Results: The lower grade students tended to have higher education service quality. Those who were dissatisfied with major had higher schoolwork stress. Poor economic status had a relation to family stress. The employment stress has an effect on job motivation, self-esteem, job skill, and human relation skill. Conclusions: It is necessary to reduce employment stress of the dental hygiene students. That should be provide support of education environment control, opportunity of self-development on improve the self esteem and human relation skill, from freshman to broaden understanding of the majors, for the employment stress coping skill.

여대생의 과민성 장 증후군, 자아존중감, 우울, 신체적 건강에 관한 연구 (A Study of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Self-esteem, Depression, and Physical Health in Female University Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of study was to explore the frequency of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) among female university students and identify self-esteem, depression, and physical health. Method: The secondary analysis was performed. A total 401 university female students were recruited from 1 university in Korea. IBS was diagnosed based on the Rome III criteria. The questionnaires included Rosenberg's self-esteem scale, Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression(CESD) scale, and physical health questionnaire developed by Lee. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS Win 15.0 statistics program using frequencies, percentages, ANOVA, and the Pearson's correlations of the variables. Result: The frequency of IBS was 26.7% in students. All women had mixed constipation and diarrhea subtype of IBS. Compared to the women without IBS, those with IBS reported significantly lower scores on self-esteem and higher scores of CESD and on the physical health questionnaire. Conclusion: Nursing interventions targeting female students with IBS should be developed in order to reduce the depression and physical health problem and improve self-esteem.

청소년의 집단 따돌림과 자아존중감, 스트레스, 우울 및 학교생활적응 관계 (Self Esteem, Stress, Depression and School Adjustment in Adolescents who are Victims of Bullying)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relationship between self esteem, stress, depression and school adjustment among adolescents who were victims of bullying and those who were not. Methods: The questionnaire included the Peer Victimization Scale (Callaghan & Joseph, 1995), Self-esteem Scale, (Rosenberg, 1965), Daily Hassles Questionnaire (Feiner, Ginter & Primavera, 1982) and Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression (Radloff, 1977). Data from 738 questionnaires were analyzed using frequencies, means, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test and logistic regression analysis with SPSS 14.0. Results: Victims of bullying accounted for 19.8% of the students. Significant differences were found for grade, school record, family living together, satisfaction with parents and satisfaction with friends between students who were victims of bullying and those who were not. Self esteem and school adjustment for the victims of bullying were lower than for those in the non-victim group, and stress and depression were higher. The logistic regression analysis revealed that school record, family living together, satisfaction with friends, self esteem, friend related stress, family related stress and depression were significantly associated with being a victim of bullying. Conclusion: The result of this study offer basic data for the development of intervention programs to prevent students becoming victims of bullying.

제 2형 당뇨환자의 우울증상군과 비우울증상군 간의 당화혈색소, 자가 관리, 삶의 질 간의 비교연구 (Comparative Study on HbA1C, Self-care Behavior, and Quality of Life by Depression Status in Type II Diabetic Patients)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to examine the correlation between HbA1C, self-care behavior, and quality of life among depressed and non-depressed patients with type II diabetes Methods: Data were collected between May 26 and July 5, 2011 using a questionnaire. The questionnaire included depression (CES-D), self-care behavior and quality of life. Hemoglobin A1C was ed from medical records. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, $x^2$-test, ANCOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: In this study sample (n=301), 20.9% of diabetic patients (n=69) were depressed. After adjustment for relevant covariates, depressed patients showed to have lower self-care behavior (2.8 vs 3.4, p<.001) and quality of life (2.8 vs 3.5, p<.001) scores, but the difference in HbA1C was no longer significant. Conclusion: This study suggests that the assessment and intervention for depressed diabetic patients can result in effective self-care behavior, which accordingly leads to improvement of the quality of life.
