Focusing on the concept of "narrative of desire" advocated by Peter Brooks, this paper aims to analyze the construction and presentation of the body narrative in I Am What I Am, combined with the "body situation" concept of Merleau-Ponty, the pioneer of body studies. This paper first analyzes the changes in the characters' physical and mental cognition in the film through the "desire narrative" and "visual body" proposed by body narratologist Peter Brooks. Secondly, this paper summarizes the physical and mental evolution of the coward-rebel-disciple-self-breaker experienced by the teenager, and analyzes the continuous plot composed of the body in time and space through the physical situation formed by time and space, that is, the visual presentation of the juvenile's personal body picture. So the protagonist's physical desire and visual body in "I Am What I Am" are the meta-driving forces of the narrative. The film presents the subject's physical desire in a visual way, and reproduces the deduction process of the body narrative through the body situation.shift from the common surreal, magical special effects, exaggeration, deformation and other techniques of commercial animations such as "Ne Zha: Birth of the Demon Child" (2019) and "Legend of Deification" (2020) to the true-life "I am What I am". This study is to identify the concept of action from the critical science perspective and to explore the agency of home economics teachers for the purpose of teacher education. The context and various characteristics of home economics teacher' agency were identified in terms of philosophy and teacher education. The results of the study indicates, first, the concept of action refers to an activity of individuals involving one's own intentions, and include the ability to reveal a unique identity that aims to reach a set purpose and decision, and this can be identified by mutual meaning in the public sphere. Second, teacher agency is influenced by a teacher's professional experiences and cultural and structural aspects, and it can create an environment which can promote self-directed and cooperative relationships among individuals and communities. Therefore, home economics teachers should be able to reasonably judge, contemplate, and act through reflections on the circumstances and consequences in which their agency is exercised. Third, home economics teachers can reflect and think critically about the values, roles, and sense of purpose of home economics education based on agency. Teachers should focus on the process of achieving their agency rather than on completing it, and they can continuously develop it through a perceived shared understanding among teachers. Therefore, the conceptualization of the agency of home economics teachers is to understand the practice revealed in a teacher's actions. This requires environmental support in school settings because it acts as a mechanism for strengthening the thinking and reflection of teachers through the creation of interactive environments in which professional knowledge and experiences can be shared.
This paper summarizes the concept of ludonarrative dissonance that occurred in the realm of full-scale game criticism, and materializes it with the latest work . In the process, it is examined that this game actively utilizes the ludonarrative dissonance to deliver cognitive experiences to players that go beyond the definition of gameness. Along with the all-round development of AAA-class games, the ludonarrative dissonance is emerging as an important task that each game must overcome. On the contrary, however, it should be noted that has a different effect than expected by revealing rather than overcoming the ludonarrative dissonance. The ludonarrative dissonance conveyed by has the effects of ironic interpretative possibilities. This paper looks at dissonance in two dimensions, and the first is the dissonance between the play-narrative structure inside the game. induces the player to recognize the dissonance and actively reconstruct the meaning of the whole game by reminding the player of the dissonance that occurs between the two structures. Second, it stimulates the cognitive dissonance that exists inside the player playing the game beyond the internal structure of the game. That is, by expanding the concept of gameness, it evokes the possibility that games can function more than a tool for convenient self-efficacy. As such, the ludonnarrative dissonance can be a more fundamental redefinition of game nature and an expression of a problem consciousness about the possibility of change.
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there was a difference between men and women in conceptualizing a calling in childrearing through social network analysis. The results are as follows. IAs a result of the study, it was found that mothers showed significantly larger networks and higher density than fathers did, indicating that mothers, more than fathers do, experience parenting and child-rearing based more on a concept of calling in childrearing. Parents directly linked responsibility, children's growth, direction, commitment, and parental character to a calling in childrearing. In addition, mothers also linked a sense of identity and parental growth to it. In the case of fathers, only four concepts were directly connected with a calling in childrearing. This shows that mothers, in comparison to fathers, connect essential self-concepts, such as identity as a parent and themes of growth, to a calling in childrearing. In centrality, similar concepts also were evaluated as important. The common parental closeness centrality is composed of responsibility, child growth, direction, and belief starting from the center. In the case of fathers, child growth, responsibility, and belief were evaluated in order, and in the case of mothers, responsibility, parental growth, and identity were evaluated as relatively important concepts.

This means the consideration of insanity state due to temporary false memory rather than the total loss of mental capacity from the existing concept of insanity. However, the interpretation of insanity in the criminal law has to be strict and its application could be difficult. In particular, the comparison precedent which is very similar to the subject one was determined not to be the same with the state of the insanity or inability to resist during the sexual relation though the victim had the symptoms of alcohol blackout, denying the quasi-indecent act by force. This argument is determined to be logical remarkably, and insanity and quasi-indecent act by force should be discussed considering the medical review on the alcohol blackout of the victims sufficiently when determining the individual precedents. In addition, the most important point in the sexual crimes is the consent, and there may be possibility of negligence in case that uncertain consent is determined as the consent to continue the following act. Also, in case of uncertain consent or suspicious, universal determination not to follow the act should be able to realized. Therefore, strong evidence is required for criminality, determining that the victim is the state not to be able to do the normal judgment and the minimum willful negligence is existed that the accused uses this. In the subject ruling, the act of the accused has to be clearly punished, however, it is determined to be unreasonable for the punishment with the quasi-indecent act by force under the interpretation of the current regulations.
This article attempts to examine the fundamental perceptions and attitudes of human beings towards others utilizing the concept of 'precariat,' a new word recently created to designate people affected by the inequality and instability brought about by neoliberal globalization. Especially, the precariats within South Korean society noted in this article will be North Korean migrants. When leaving North Korea, they have entered into South Korean society with hurting bodies and minds as they made their way through China or third party countries. After arriving in South Korea, they face difficulties such as inadequate jobs and low-level welfare benefits. Also, considering the social discrimination, exclusion, and indifference towards North Korean migrants which are commonplace, they come to live their lives as precariats. Given their situation, I would like to seek wisdom for North Korean migrants to apply as they escape from insecure lives, and perhaps Sangsaeng (mutual beneficence) would allow them to do that within South Korean society. In this light, I think that the concept of hospitality and Haewon Sangsaeng (the resolution of grievances for mutual beneficence), a code of practical ethics within the Daesoon Thought, as a basis for discussion with other philosophies that are practical in enabling North Korean migrants and South Korean citizens to coexist within modern day South Korean society. This can be achieved because 'Haewon (grievance-resolution)' lowers the boundary between self and others through sharing, and consequently, daily mutual interactions can unfold as 'Sangsaeng', which stands as a new ethical and practical system of values available to all modern individuals. In fact, contrary to the religious implications of Daesoon Thought, the philosophical and existential significance of Daesoon Thought has not received much attention. However, if we pay attention to the question of why human subjects should be hospitable to others, we can grasp how Daesoon Thought presents values that are existential in nature and also consider the specific context that accompanies the religious aspects of this system of thought.
This study tried to find out the applicability and effectiveness of the AI-based adaptive learning system in university classes by operating an AI-based adaptive learning system on a pilot basis. To this end, an AI-based adaptive learning system was applied to analyze the operation results of 42 learners who participated in basic mathematics classes, and a survey and in-depth interviews were conducted with students and professors. As a result of the study, the use of an AI-based customized learning system improved students' academic achievement. Both instructors and learners seem to contribute to improving learning performance in basic concept learning, and through this, the AI-based adaptive learning system is expected to be an effective way to enhance self-directed learning and strengthen knowledge through concept learning. It is expected to be used as basic data related to the introduction and application of basic science subjects for AI-based adaptive learning systems. In the future, we suggest a strategy study on how to use the analyzed data and to verify the effect of linking the learning process and analyzed data provided to students in AI-based customized learning to face-to-face classes.
Edification in Daesoonjinrihoe is not only a phenomenon that occurs following the differences of religious experience or spiritual development among the community members, which enables the members to share teaching and learning experiences with one another, but also an issue determined as one of the major activities of the religious order and a plan for achieving the purpose of the religious order-Podeokchenha(Wordly Propagation), Gujechansaeng (Salvation of all mankind) and Jisangcheonguk Geonseol(Building of earthly paradise). The purpose of this article is to clarify its concept and provide an example of edification, through considering the historical model for edification to help the cultivators with their work of edification. The archetype of edification of Daesoonjinrihoe was formed and gradually developed in phases by Sangje, Kang Jeungsan, the Supreme God(姜甑山, 1871-1909), Doju, Jo Jeongsan(趙鼎山, 1895-1958) and Dojeon, Park Wudang(朴牛堂, 1917-1995), by the three of whom the Religious Authority was succeeded. Sangje descended to the human world and preached to people to live by the rule of Haewon Sangsaeng(Resolution of grievances for the mutual beneficences of all life) and set an example of abolishing the old customs, living in mutual beneficences and having respect for human being. Doju, in revering the last will of Sangje, established the religious order by setting its creed, rituals and activities, which formed most contents of the archetype of edification. Dojeon set up a religious faith system by firmly establishing the Religious Authority and performed the True Law in accordance with Sangje's program of heaven to educate the cultivators to achieve the goal of self-cultivation following the last will of Doju. Through this, a perfect method to reach the state of Dotong(The Truly Unified State of Dao) is fulfilled. In this way, the archetype of edification was formed in the process of succession of Religious Authority. In conclusion, edification in Daesoonjinrihoe contributes to a 'systematic conveyance and understanding' through the historical archetype of edification, and it can be described as a concept that becomes a model to put into practice the 'True Law' of teachings given by two Sangjes for Dotong. Therefore, edification of Daesoonjinrihoe is drawing attention of its development as an important activity that realizes the ultimate value of the religious order because it solves the problems of immorality(absence of Dao), disorder and disregard of human value generated from the other side of this material civilization, with the truth of Haewon Sangsaeng, and has a function of rebuilding and leading the individuals and the society to the Truly Unified State of Dao through performing of the True Law.
As the 'Eco-friendly conversion project for Port's CHE(Cargo handling Equipment) ' which has started in 2014 ends in 2024, in addition to the existing 'Low pollution' paradigm to respond to fine dust problems, a full-fledged 'Zero-emission' conversion is to be required to implement 2050 carbon neutrality at the port level. Accordingly, this study calculated the future replacement demand for container handling equipments at the four major domestic ports(Busan, Incheon, Yeosu Gwangyang, and Ulsan), and assumed a scenario where every CHE supposed to eb replaced is electrified inturn every year. And then the resulting future emission reduction effect accordingly was calculated and analyzed. In particular, compared and analyzed the emission outlook applying the life-cycle concept(LCA), which is being adopted as a new emission calculation standard in most industrial fields, and the existing emission calculation concept that only considers direct emissions within the port, to provide more effective implications for the promotion of follow-up conversion projects. According to the analysis results, if the CHE is replaced according to the proposed schedule, it is expected that the existing emissions can be reduced by 79% compared to BAU in 2025 and 97.4% in 2030. However, if the LCA is applied, it is expected to be reduced by only 27.6% by 2030. This suggests that port's CHE must be converted to zero emissions and at the same time establish an Ports' self-sufficient energy grid based on renewable energy.
