청소년의 가족기능, 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십 분석 (Analysis of Family Function, Self-Efficacy and Self-Leadership in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship of family function, self-efficacy and self-leadership, and to identify factors affecting self-leadership in adolescents. Method: Sampling was done using a convenience sampling method and 779 adolescents were recruited between June 4 and 15, 2012. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires which included general characteristics, family function, self-efficacy and self-leadership. Data were analyzed using descriptive, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: The major findings of this study were as follow; 1) There were significant relationships between self-leadership and family function (r=.36, p<.001), and self-efficacy (r=.51, p<.001). 2) Self-leadership was significantly associated with self-efficacy (${\beta}$=.42, p<.001), family function (${\beta}$=.20, p<.001), satisfactory relationships with teachers (${\beta}$=.12, p<.001), experience as a leader (${\beta}$=.10, p=.001), higher school records (${\beta}$=.17, p<.001), and medium school records (${\beta}$=.11, p=.001). These variables explained 40.4% of variance in adolescents' self-leadership. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between family function, self-efficacy and self-leadership in adolescents and that in developing intervention programs to promote self-leadership, in adolescents, these variables should be considered.

여중생의 자기신체평가, 자아존중감, 건강행위간의 관련성 - 서울 일부지역을 중심으로 - (The Relations of Self-Body Evaluation, Self-Esteem, and Health Behavior of Junior High School Girls - In Partial Areas of Seoul -)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the relations of 'self-body evaluation', self-esteem, and health behavior among junior high school girls, analysing influencing factors for their health behavior, and building a base for its improvement. Methods: Data collection was conducted by self-report survey. Survey participants were 330 junior high school girl students in the area of Seoul, 221 from women's junior high schools and 109, coed schools. Survey included general characteristics, self-body evaluation, self-esteem, and health behavior. Results: 1. In their self-body evaluation, the students gave themselves $3.27{\pm}.53$ scores of the total 5, and of general characteristics, BMI, ideal BMI, personality, living standard were statistically significant different. 2. The scores for the girl students' health behavior were $2.77{\pm}0.37$ of total 4, and of general characteristics, school forms, grades, living standard were statistically significant different. characteristics, school forms, personality, school grades, living standard were statistically significant different. 3. The girls' self-body evaluation and self-esteem showed a low level of negative significant difference and their self-body evaluation and health behavior were significantly different, but a low level of negative significant difference. And the relationship between self-esteem and health behavior showed a high level of positive significant difference. 4. Influencing factors for the girls' health behavior showed a significant difference in self-esteem and school forms of general characteristics, self-body evaluation, and self-esteem.

청소년정서행동발달검사 표준화 연구 자료를 활용한 교사의 학교폭력 피해자 인지도 (Teachers' Recognition of Victims of School Bullying Using Data from the Adolescents' Mental Health and Problem Behavior Screening Questionnaire-II Standardization Study in Korea)

  • Objectives : The current study was conducted in order to investigate teachers' recognition of school bullying using a nationwide database of adolescents in middle and high school in Korea. Methods : Students in the 7th to 12th grades at 23 secondary schools participated in the current study during the fall of 2009. Subjects completed the self-report form of the Adolescent Mental Health and Problem Behavior Screening Questionnaire-II (AMPQ-II) and Symptom Checklist-90 Revised (SCL-90-R). In addition, relevant teachers used the teachers' rating scale of the AMPQ-II to report their students' status. Differences in the number of bullied students between teachers' recognition and students' report were explored. Results : A total of 2270 subjects provided relevant responses to the questionnaire. While the one-month prevalence of victimization according to students' self-reports was 28.9%, the recognized prevalence by teachers was only 10.6%. For prediction of the presence of school bullying according to students' self reports on the AMPQ-II, item 7 of the teachers' report on the AMPQ-II showed a sensitivity of 16%, a specificity of 92%, a positive predictability of 44%, a negative predictability of 72%, a false positive rate of 8%, a false negative rate of 84%, and an accuracy of 69%, respectively. No significant differences in subscores of students' self reports of the AMPQ-II and SCL-90-R were observed between bullied students who were recognized by teachers and those who were not recognized. In stepwise discriminant analysis, classification of teachers' item 2 and item 7 on the AMPQ-II with respect to school bullying according to students' reports showed an accuracy of 63.4%. Using this model, 75.2% of non-victimized subjects were classified correctly, while only 35.2% of victimized subjects were classified correctly. Conclusion : Despite the high prevalence in Korea, teachers' recognition of school violence among their students remains low. Pre-professional and continuing education to improve teachers' understanding of school bullying and knowledge of effective classroom-based prevention activities should be encouraged.

초등 영재아동을 위한 자기보고식 '지혜' 척도 개발 (Development of the Self-Report Wisdom Scale for the Elementary Gifted Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 초등영재아동을 위한 자기보고식 지혜 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 지혜와 관련된 문헌고찰과 지혜 특질에 대한 개방형 질문지를 통해 상황판단 및 문제해결력, 의사소통능력 및 기술, 정서적 안정감, 통찰과 적응 등의 4가지 요인을 바탕으로 총 42 문항의 초등학생용 지혜 척도를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 지역공동영재학급 소속 초등영재아동 215명을 대상으로 예비연구를 실시하였으며, 본 검사는 256명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과, 측정모형 적합도는 ${\chi}^2$=1596.46 (df=813, p=.00), TLI .90, CFI .91, RMSEA .046으로 양호한 적합도를 나타내었으며, 각 하위요인별 내적합치도 역시 상황판단 및 문제해결력 .86, 의사소통능력 및 기술 .87, 정서적 안정감 .89, 통찰과 적응 .87로 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지혜 척도의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 지혜와 관련 있다고 여겨지는 심리적 특성 간의 상관분석을 통해 수렴 및 변별타당도를 확보하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 초등영재아동을 위한 지혜 척도는 비교적 타당하고 신뢰로운 척도로 확인되었다. 분석결과에 대해 본 연구의 의의와 실용적 함의 및 한계에 대해 논의하고, 후속 연구에 대한 제안을 기술하였다.

고령운전자의 자기-평가 안전운전행동, 운전이동성 및 주관적 안녕감 사이의 관계 (The Relationship Between Older Driver's Self-Report Safe Driving Behavior, Driving Mobility & Subjective Well-Being)

  • 본 연구에서는 고령운전자의 자기-평가 안전운전행동과 운전이동성(이동량, 안전운전능력, 상황적응능력 및 사회활동) 그리고 주관적 안녕감(삶의 만족, 긍정 정서 및 부정 정서) 사이의 상호관련성을 살펴보았다. 65세 이상의 남녀 고령운전자 142명을 대상으로 한국형 자기보고식 노인 안전운전행동 척도, 고령자 이동성 척도, 그리고 두 가지의 주관적 안녕감 척도(삶의 만족, 긍정 정서/부정 정서 척도)를 이용한 면대면 설문조사를 실시한 후 수집된 자료를 상관분석과 경로분석을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기-평가 안전운전행동 점수가 높은 고령운전자는 주관적 안녕감도 높았다. 둘째, 자기-평가 안전운전행동 점수가 높은 고령운전자들은 운전이동성 전체 점수뿐만 아니라 물리적 이동량을 제외한 모든 운전이동성 하위요인에서의 점수도 높았다. 셋째, 물리적 이동량을 제외한 운전이동성의 하위요인 점수들, 그리고 운전이동성 전체점수가 높을수록 삶의 만족이나 정적 정서 점수는 높은 반면 부적 정서 점수는 낮았다. 넷째, 자기-평가 안전운전행동과 주관적 안녕감 사이의 관계에서 운전이동성의 전체점수와 이동성의 하위요인 중 물리적 이동량을 제외한 안전운전능력, 상황적응능력, 사회활동의 매개효과가 유의하였는데, 구체적으로 안전운전능력과 상황적응능력은 삶의 만족과 긍정 정서를 정적으로 완전매개한 반면, 안전운전능력과 사회활동은 부정 정서를 부적으로 완전매개하였다. 본 연구의 시사점과 추후 연구 방향에 대해 기술하였다.

Fabrication of Multimode Transflective Liquid Crystal Display using the Photoalignment Technique with a Self-Masking Process

  • We report on a simple method of fabricating multimode transflective liquid crystal displays (LCDs) using the photoalignment technique. Using a self-masking process of ultraviolet light by the reflector as a photomask as well as a reflective mirror, the periodic multimode is obtained with no additional fabrication processes. Moreover, variations of the cell gap are not required for such trasflective LCDs

  • We report on low-voltage pentacene TFTs with a Al2O3/OTS as a gate dielectric. Improving device characteristics, we performed chemical modification of self-grown Al2O3 surface with an octadecyltrichlorosilane(OTS) self-assembled monolayer(SAM). As the result of this combination, the mobility was improved from 0.3 to $0.45\;cm^2/Vs$. In addition, we examined that the SAM dipole electric field have an influence on gate leakage current, transfer and output characteristics.

  • In this paper, we report our quantum mechanical approach for the analysis of FinFET in a self-consistent manner. The simulation results are carefully investigated for FinFET with an electrical channel length(Leff) of 30nm and with a fin thickness(Tsi) of 10~35nm. We also demonstrated the differences in the simulations for the classical and quantum-mechanical simulation approaches, respectively. These simulation results also imply that it is necessary to solve the coupled Poisson and Schrodinger equations in a self-consistent manner for analyzing the sub-30nm MOSFETS including FinFET.

  • We report the operation of a self-adaptive vector phase conjugate laser (VPCL) oscillator which compensates intracavity polarization distortion and wavefront aberration simultaneously. The VPCL in Nd:YAG gain media produce an output with energy of 125mJ in a 20ns single-longitudinal-mode pulse at 10Hz, which is unaffected by intracavity polarization distortion.

자기조절증진 프로그램이 지역사회 당뇨병환자의 자기효능과 자가간호행위 및 생리적 지표에 미치는 영향 (Effects of a Self-control Promotion Program on Self-efficacy, Self-care and Physiological Indicators of Patients with Diabetes Living in Local Communities)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of a self-control promotion program on self-efficacy, self-care and physiological indicators of patients with diabetes who live in local communities. Method: This research was designed using a nonequivalent control group pre, posttest study. Data were collected from December, 2008 through March, 2009. The participants of the study consisted of 93 patients with diabetes who live in a local community. A self-control promotion program was provided for the experimental group for 12 weeks. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires and direct measurements, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, $X^2$-test, and repeated measures ANOVA. Results: There were significant differences in self-efficacy and self-care between the experimental and control groups. However, there were no significant differences in physiological indicators such as fasting blood sugar, HbA1C, BMI, and BP between the two groups. Conclusion: The results indicate that the self-control promotion program was effective in promoting self-efficacy and self-care, which are crucial factors in controlling diabetes mellitus. However, a longitudinal study needs to be done to confirm the effects of self-control promotion programs on long-term glucose control.
