The Significance of Professional Subjectivity of a Specialist in Taking into Account Educational and Civilizational Changes in the Information Society

  • A forecast foresight of the conditions for the development of educational affairs in the Information Society of Ukraine is presented, taking into account changes in the technique, technologies, and the socio-social sphere. Unresolved problems in Ukraine regarding the modernization and improvement of the education system by means of informatization are highlighted. The need for further improvement of Ukrainian education by means of informatization is noted. Formulated the main goal of future education. The necessary conditions for the successful development of future education are highlighted. The role and place of the key figure of the teacher in the education of the future is determined. The article highlights the theoretical and philosophical foundations of professional subjectivity of the future specialist. Recently, the world's pedagogical thought has increasingly focused on how to build an educational process so that it brings a sense of happiness to all its participants. It is believed that this is a new management philosophy in general, although its origins are in ancient Greek sources, which claim that only a happy life has meaning and value. It is found out that the professional subjectivity of a specialist is an important professionally significant quality of the individual, which provides a purposeful and optimal implementation of their mental, personal resources for solving professional and life problems, which is manifested in the desire for self-definition, self-determination, self-regulation and self-improvement in professional activities taking into account the information society. The structure of this phenomenon is shown.

The Influence of Individual Characteristics, Training Content and Manager Support on On-the-Job Training Effectiveness

  • The study examines the influence of individual characteristics, training content, and manager support on the effectiveness of on-the-job (OJT) training in the banking and finance industry. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the samples. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents in order to obtain the data. Using cross-sectional data obtained from 396 respondents in Bank A in Malaysia, the multiple regression results show that self-efficacy, motivation to learn, training content, and manager support have positive influence on OJT training effectiveness. Among all these factors, manager support is very highly correlated with OJT training effectiveness. The findings have given fruitful insight of the crucial roles of OJT training in the respective bank, particularly to bring forward the roles of systematic design and implementation of OJT training. This study is not only expanding knowledge in OJT and training, but offers managers practical insights in developing good OJT training program by considering employees need, capabilities, skills and job requirement. Furthermore, this study also provides a valuable framework in identifying the effectiveness of OJT training program for certain jobs. Further discussion of the research findings and its implications to theoretical knowledge of training and managers are promised at the end of the article.

권력부여(Empowerment)에 대한 개념분석 (An Analysis of the Concept mEmpowermentm)

  • Recently the concept of 'empowerment' not only attracts attention in the area of management but also is considered as an useful concept in the areas of nursing theory. practice, education, and research. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the meaning of the concept 'empowerment'. More concretely, it is to find the concept that can be applied appropriately to the area of nursing management. This study uses Walter & Avant's(1983) process of concept analysis. The attributes of empowerment based on the concept can be defined concisely as follows : 1. a dynamic and interaction process 2. a partnership which values self and others : power shaving 3. mutual decision-making using resources, opportunities, and authority 4. accept autonomy and responsibility Antecedents of empowerment consist of 1) mutual trust and respect, 2) education and support, 3) participation and commitment. In regard to the consequences of empowerment, it is expected to 1) positive self-esteem, 2) ability to set and reach goals, 3) the promotion of organization's effectiveness and productivity, 4) provide effective and high quality health-care, 5) a sense of hope for the future. The concept of empowerment is certainly believed that it will help future nurses since they needs an integrated technique that can treat acute and chronic patients' nursing, individuals, families, and communities. Therefore. it is necessary to develop the instrument including the defining attributes identified in this study. Also, it is need follow up study of this concept.

정적 및 동적 분석을 이용한 크로스 체크기반 취약점 분석 기법 (A Cross-check based Vulnerability Analysis Method using Static and Dynamic Analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 취약점 분석 도구들의 미탐지, 오탐지, 과탐지를 발생시켜 정확한 취약점 탐지를 어렵게 하는 문제점을 해결하고 분석 대상이 되는 어플리케이션의 위험도를 평가하여 안전한 어플리케이션을 개발하거나 관리할 수 있는 정적 및 동적 분석을 이용한 크로스 체크기반의 취약점 탐지 기법을 제안한다. 또한 각각의 취약점이 가지고 있는 자체 위험도를 계산하고 정확도를 높인 취약점 탐지 기법을 바탕으로 최종적인 어플리케이션의 위험도를 평가, 제시함으로서 안전한 어플리케이션의 개발 및 운영을 돕는다. 제안하는 기법은 정적 분석 및 동적 분석 기법을 사용하는 도구들의 상호작용을 통해 각 기법의 단점들을 극복하여 취약점 탐지 정확도를 향상시킨다. 또한 기존의 취약점 위험도평가 시스템은 취약점 자체 위험도에 대해서만 평가하였으나, 제안하는 위험도 평가는 취약점 자체 위험도와 탐지 정확도를 복합적으로 반영하여 어플리케이션이 얼마나 위험에 노출되어 있는지를 평가한다. 제안하는 기법은 CWE에서 SANS top 25의 상위 10위 항목을 기준으로 기존의 분석 도구들과 탐지 가능한 목록, 탐지 정확도를 비교분석하였으며, 기존의 취약점 위험도에 대한 정량적 평가 시스템과 제안하는 어플리케이션 위험도 평가 결과를 비교 분석 및 평가하였다. 제안하는 기법으로 프로토타입 분석 툴을 구현하여 실험을 통해 어플리케이션의 취약점을 분석하였을 때, 기존의 분석 도구들의 취약점 탐지 능력보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

대학생의 인권침해경험과 자아존중감: 희망과 그릿의 매개효과 (Human Rights Damage and Self-esteem of University Students: The Mediating Effect of Hope and Grit)

  • 이 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 인권침해경험과 자아존중감 간의 관계에서 희망과 그릿의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 자료는 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였고, 자료수집을 위해 한국의 2개 대학을 선정하였다. 자료는 SPSS PC+ 및 SPSS PROCESS macro를 활용하여 분석하였고, 자료분석을 위하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석 및 매개효과분석이 적용되었다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 Bootstrap방법이 활용되었다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인권침해경험은 희망, 그릿, 자아존중감과 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 그러나 희망, 그릿, 자아존중감은 서로 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 희망과 그릿은 인권침해경험과 자아존중감과의 관계에서 매개역할을 하였다. 인권침해경험을 한 대학생들의 자아존중감을 높이기 위해 희망과 그릿을 활용하여 높일 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.

병원감염관리에 대한 간호학생의 인지도와 수행도 (Recognition and Performance on Management for Nosocomial Infections among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify recognition and the performance level for nosocomial infections amongst student nurses and to provide data for preparing on efficient policy and control program for nosocomial infections. Method: 191 senior nursing student participated in this research from 5 nursing college which allowed data collection, in the city of Seoul. The questionnaire was composed of 73 items(likert scale) about eight areas; aseptic technique, disinfection, precaution, hand washing, urinary tract infection, respiratory infection, catheter related infection, and self care about nosocomial infections. Results: The mean score of recognition and performance level for management of nosocomial infection were 4.29 and 3.41 respectively. The mean score of the recognition level was significantly lower than the performance level in the eight areas. The mean score of both recognition and performance were highest in the area of disinfection. However, the mean score of recognition was lowest in the area of aseptic technique and the mean score of performance was lowest in the area of catheter related infections. The correlation of recognition and performance level was statistically significant. Conclusions: These research findings should be useful in promoting an intensive and continuous educational program on nosocomial infection for nursing students and to establish an efficient policy for preventing nosocomial infections.

의료기관 가정전문간호사의 직무분석 (Job Descriptions of Hospital Based Home Care Nurse Practitioners in Korea by DACUM Technique)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop and to analyze the task of hospital based home care nurse practitioners in Korea. Method: The definition of home care nurse practitioners and job description was developed based on developing a curriculum(DACUM) by 7 panels who have experienced in home care nursing. One hundred fifty four nurses who were working at hospital based on home care were participated. Result: Fourteen kinds of duties were identified : the selection of home care patients; basic home care nursing; advanced home care nursing; patient/family education and counseling; medical decision making and coordination of patient service; management of home care supplies and drugs for patients; management of medical records; management of home care the agency; management of home care personnel; management of the home care supplies for agency; home care public relations; improvement of home care quality; management of long-term care service; and self-improvement. Ninety-six tasks were classified. Conclusion: The abilities for quality improvement and the advanced nursing practice of home care nurses should be empowered.

애드혹 네트워크에서 적응적 시간관리 기법을 이용한 클러스터링 노드 에너지 수명의 효율적인 관리 방법 (An Efficient Node Life-Time Management of Adaptive Time Interval Clustering Control in Ad-hoc Networks)

  • MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network)에서는 에너지 효율을 높이기 위한 다양한 클러스터링 기법과 라우팅 알고리즘이 연구되고 있다. 일반적으로 무선 Ad-hoc 네트워크에서는 LEACH와 같은 클러스터 기반의 동적 라우팅 알고리즘이 많이 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 클러스터내의 각 노드가 가지는 속성을 고려하여 클러스터를 생성하고 노드를 관리하는 ATICC(Adaptive Time Interval Clustering Control) 알고리즘 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 ATICC은 노드의 속성 중의 하나인 잔여에너지 값으로 노드의 에너지 레벨을 분류한다. 그리고 분류된 에너지 레벨에 대응하는 시간차 컨트롤 기법을 이용하여 클러스터링 과정을 수행하거나 노드들을 관리한다. 특히 제안한 ATICC 알고리즘은 MANET에서 클러스터의 생성, 재생성, 진입 노드 및 이탈 노드의 검출과 관리를 통해 노드의 에너지 관리 효율을 향상시키고 클러스터의 Lifetime을 증가시키는 결과를 보여주었다.

  • 오늘날 사용하고 있는 네비게이션의 신뢰성은 기술적인 발전을 통해 상당히 높아졌다. GPS는 위성기반 위치추적 시스템으로 가장 광범위하게 사용되는 기술이다. 하지만 GPS기반 시스템은 위성이 정확한 뷰를 제공해줄 때에만 위치추적이 정확하다. 본 연구에서는 추적을 위해 내부구조에 의존하지 않는 독자적인 네비게이션을 제안한다. 스마트폰의 내장센서와 내장 맵을 사용하여 정확한 차량 위치추적을 구현한다. 성능평가 결과 정확한 차량의 위치 지원 면에서 우리가 제안한 시스템이 GPS보다 성능이 우수함을 나타내었다.

  • This study aims to invest in empirical relationships in a model that becomes the process of Team-Performance due to participation in practical training through causality between Training Effectiveness variables, soft-skill competence, Employee-Creativity, and team performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical tool used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 23 software. Accidental sampling technique is used to collect the sample. As many as 202 respondents filled up a survey questionnaire with complete and valid answers. This study's results significantly contribute to fill the gap of inadequate empirical evidence that can answer critical questions about the missing link between training and employee-performance, more specifically between training-effectiveness and team-performance. The results showed that practical training would encourage employees' soft-skill competence, improve Employee-Creativity, and improve Team-Performance. Furthermore, training-effectiveness also plays a significant role in enhancing employee-creativity and helping in optimal team-performance. This study also found that the relationship between employee-creativity and team-performance did not show positive and significant results; therefore, empirically, it did not support the hypothesis built in this study. Practical training targeted towards increasing soft-skills and creativity is a fundamental reason which not only aims to contribute toward organizational performance but also provides personal feedback for self-development.
