자기주도적 경력과 경력성공 간 관계 연구 -경력전략으로서의 경력단절을 중심으로- (The effects of the self-directed career management on the career success - Focused on the career interruption -)

  • 평생직장 개념이 사라지면서 스스로 고용가능성을 높이기 위해 경력단절이나 직장이동을 경력개발을 위해 전략으로 활용하려는 이른바 무경계 경력관리(boundaryless career)나 프로틴 경력(protean career)이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 개인차원에서의 경력관리을 위한 경력단절이 경력성과에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력개발원에서 실시한 "제3차 인적자원기업패널(HCCP)" 자료를 사용하여 경력관리를 위한 경력단절 경험이 있는 그룹(자기주도적 경력추구자)과 일반경력단절 그룹(일반경력관리자)으로 구분하여 이들 두 집단간 경력성과에 차이가 있는지를 실증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 자기주도적 경력추구자일수록 경력단절과 경력전략에 더 적극적인 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 자기주도적 경력관리를 하고 있는 근로자일수록 자신의 경력목표 달성에 도움이 되는 것이라면 다른 조직으로의 경력단절의 빈도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 자기주도적 경력관리 집단일수록 실질적인 경력성공 달성도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반 경력관리자 집단보다 자기주도적 경력추구자 집단이 경력개발을 위한 경력단절이 이후 임금 및 근로조건 개선되었을 뿐만 아니라 실질적인 임금에 있어서도 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

간호대학생의 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Esteem and Self-Efficacy on Ego-Resilience of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성의 관계를 확인하고 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 자아탄력성에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 2016년 9월부터 2016년 11월까지 G시에 위치한 4년제 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 서면동의를 받아 247건의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 22.0 Statistics Program을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과 자아존중감은 자기효능감, 자아탄력성과 순 상관관계를 보였으며, 자기효능감은 자아탄력성과 순 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 자아존중감, 자기효능감이 자아탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 59.2%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생이 앞으로 임상 현장에서 경험하게 되는 다양한 스트레스 상황을 적절한 대처하고 적응하면서 전문직 간호역량을 높이기 위해 대학교육에서부터 자아존중감과 자기효능감을 증진시키려는 노력이 필요하다 여겨지며, 자아존중감과 자기효능감을 활용한 자아탄력성 향상 프로그램 개발과 적용이 요구된다.

공기청정용 가습액이 새집증후군 자각증상에 미치는 영향연구 (Effects of Humidification with an Air Purifying Substance on Sick Building Syndrome Symptoms)

  • Indoor air quality (IAQ) is recognized as a byproduct of industrialization that took place in the 20th century. The great attention to IAQ has been gained since 1980s, and led to numerous research studies that have mainly made in the developed countries. As the development of residential environment in Korea enters in the process of qualitative growth, IAQ has viewed as one of the core issues in the society, and research in relation to IAQ has been implemented until now in the fields of engineering and medical science. It is widely known that the sources and effects of indoor air pollution have been various, and IAQ research with multidisciplinary approaches is required. Nevertheless, few research embedded into a socio-behavioral approach to identifying interventive measures of residents and analyzing their choices is made. The purpose of this study is to examine the use of an interactive measure of residents in apartments that is air purification with phytoncide available in the market, and to investigate their self-reported effects of the air purifying substance on sick building syndrome symptoms. This study utilizes a field experiment design with pre-test and post-test, and the experiment is conducted in a natural field setting. A total of 87 test subjects from 32 households with already sick building syndrome are drawn via internet, and the participation is solely voluntary. The participants receive and use the air purifying substance, and are asked to use it continuously for two weeks and identify their self-reported symptoms of before- and after-use. The research findings indicate that air purification using phytoncide is effective to alleviate their symptoms in relation to sick building syndrome. Also it is noted that the participants report that the use of the air purification causes the positive impacts on their daily life. Further research is needed that compares the group with only humidifier and evaluates the mid-term and long-term use of the air purification and its effects.

  • The effects of the magnetic field and gas pressure on the etching characteristics were investigated in the axial magnetic field enhanced RIE system. This system has many advantages compared with the conventional RIE system ; the capability of operating at low pressure, low self-bias voltage, high electron density and high etch rate in the low pressure, but also has disadvantages such as the nonconformity of plasma density which intensifies as the magnitude of magnetic field increases. To overcome this problem we made some grooved anode and tried to find the optimal pressure and B-field strength.

  • The global economic recession caused a great change of the labor environment such as restructurings and unstable employment. This facts brought about an increase in sense of rivalry, over workload, job uncertainty and lowering of self-confidence. Due to the fact that the work process and employing system in construction field is little differ from normal industries, especially, labors working in construction field are much exposed to the job stress. On this study, we survey construction-field labors and made an analysis of the gathered data through the statistic method to reveal what kind of job-stress factors influence on the defects of construction works. As the result, we investigated the truth of the induction factors which cause the job-stress in costruction field and proposed an alternative plan for an effective job-stress management which make the defect rate low.

  • The quantum effects in the channel of a $\delta$ -doped NMOSFET structures are investigated by solving Schrodinger and Poisson equations self-consistently. According to the scaling of MOSFET structures, electron distributions change by the strong energy quantization. However the presence of a low-doped epitaxial region produces a reduction of the electron effective field for a given charge sheet density and therefore, improves the electron effective mobility. We also focus the quantum-induced threshold voltage shifts, low-field electron effective mobility and gate-to-channel capacitance. The reported results give indications for the fabrication of ultra short MOSFET's.

Effects of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in Fashion Design Classes

  • In recent years, in order to enhance the problem-solving skills required by the industrial field, universities have introduced the Problem-Based Learning(PBL) method to solve the problems caused by the lack of creativity, problem solving ability and self-directed learning. This study applied PBL class methods such as 'learning based on individual specific problems', 'self-directed learning', and 'small-group learning of small members' to practical design of fashion design. To do this, I conducted a questionnaire after conducting research based on the PBL module for one semester in a practical class of fashion design major at P University. As a result of the survey, the satisfaction and achievement of the class conducted by PBL learning method was improved than the existing teaching method. As such, if PBL class is used as a way of solving problems through close communication between professors and learners, it is expected to be established as a learner-centered education method that can improve creativity and professionalism.

Attitude Change Towards Self-Service Technology Adoption Using Latent Growth Modeling

  • As the utilization of technology in the tourism field becomes familiar, it greatly impacts people's tourism activities. These changes could also affect the behavior of tourists during the pandemic. To investigate consumers' adaptation to the self-service technology (SST) environment during the coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, we adopted a model of absorptive capacity as the main framework for empirical research. To track the social effects of COVID-19, consumers' behavioral intentions for four different points in time are collected. The analysis was conducted using latent growth and structural equation modeling. We set the organizational and environmental characteristics as the first step of the model, with assimilation and trust as a middle step. Intention to use a kiosk is placed at the final step as an exploit. Findings indicate that organizational characteristics and environmental characteristics positively influenced assimilation and trust, except for environmental characteristics. Consumers' assimilation in SST encourages immediate intention to use a kiosk. Consumers' trust in kiosks positively impacts both immediate and continuance intention to use a kiosk during COVID-19.

Effects of prestressing force on natural frequency of prestressed concrete beams considering self-weight

  • This study investigated the effects of prestressing force on the natural frequency of concrete beams considering changes in the self-weight of the beam. For this, a finite element formulation was derived to account for the increase in the stiffness of a beam-tendon system due to the axial force and deformation induced by prestressing of the tendon. The developed finite element formulation was validated with the data obtained in laboratory experiments. The experimental natural frequencies of the small prestressed concrete (PSC) beam specimens were consistent with those obtained using the proposed method. The first natural frequency increased almost linearly as the prestressing force increased. The proposed method was then applied to four actual PSC bridges typically employed in the field. Different from the laboratory specimens, the first natural frequencies of the actual PSC bridges barely changed or increased with increasing prestressing force. The results of an analytical parametric study showed that the increase in the natural frequency strongly depended on the magnitude of the prestressing force relative to the total weight of the structure. Thus, the variation in the natural frequencies of the actual PSC bridges with high total weight relative to the prestressing force was negligible due to the application of the prestressing force.

청소년의 경비행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Variables Associated with Adolescent Deviant Behaviors)

  • 본 연구는 부모애착, 자아통제력이 청소년의 경비행에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 경비행 친구의 매개적 효과를 검증하기 위해 실행되었다. 이를 위하여 사회통제이론과 일반이론을 토대로 연구모형을 설정한 후, 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 검증하였다. 분석자료는 한국청소년패널조사 초등학교 4학년 5차년도 자료 2,448사례였다. 분석 결과 구조방정식모형의 측정모형과 구조모형이 모두 자료에 적절한 모형적합도를 보여주었으며, 구조모형의 모든 경로들이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 청소년의 부모애착과 자아통제력, 경비행친구는 청소년 경비행에 직접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났을 뿐 아니라, 부모애착과 자아통제력은 경비행친구의 매개 과정을 통하여 간접효과도 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 청소년 비행 예방 및 실천적 개입에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.
