700A급 고온초전도 케이블코아 제작 및 평가 (Construction and Tests of 700A class HTS Power Cable Core)

  • In this paper we present the results of tests for the high-Tc superconducting (HTS) power cable core. A prototype HTS cable cores have been constructed using Bi-2223 based Ag-sheathed HTS tapes. HTS cable cores has been tested at 77K with DC currents. Results shows that the cable cores carrying up to 700A DC and self-field effects are discussed.

열처리 분위기에 따른 $MgB_2$ 초전도의 특성 변화 ($MgB_2$ Superconducting Properties under Different Annealing Condition)

  • $MgB_2$ bulk samples were sintered at different ambient. In this work, high purity Ar gas was added with oxygen and hydrogen gas, which can be regarded as impurity in a sense, as a possible dopant in the $MgB_2$. It was found that oxygen in the sintering ambient leads to a decrease in the critical current density $J_c$ at self field and lower fields. However, we can obtained higher $J_c$ at higher fields. It was also noted that $MgB_2$ samples sintered with 5% hydrogen in Ar revealed the increased $J_c$ at all fields compared to those processed in pure Ar ambient. From the XRD and FESEM analysis, the impurity gas in Ar can refine the $MgB_2$ grain size and result in increased grain. boundary, which can act as a strong flux pinning sites in $MgB_2$ samples. Also discussed are the effects of sintering ambient on irreversibility field, $H_{irr}$ and the upper critical field, $H_{C2}$.

상담자의 스트레스, 소진, 삶의 만족의 관계에서 자기돌봄의 조절된 매개효과 (The Moderated Mediation Effects of Self-care in the Relationship between Counselors' Stress, Burnout, and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 상담자 스트레스가 삶의 만족에 미치는 과정에서 상담자 자기돌봄을 통한 소진의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 상담현장에서 근무하고 있는 상담자 416명의 응답 자료를 활용하여 모형을 분석하였다. 첫째, 상담자 스트레스는 소진을 매개로 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자 스트레스와 자기돌봄의 상호작용 효과는 유의하며, 자기돌봄 수준에 따라 스트레스와 소진 간의 관계가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상담자 스트레스는 소진을 거쳐 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 자기돌봄에 의해 조절되는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 상담자의 스트레스와 소진을 예방하고 완화하여 삶의 만족을 증진시키는 자기돌봄의 효과 검증을 통해, 상담자의 개인적·전문적 성장, 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 자기돌봄 요인의 실증적인 근거를 마련했다는 데 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 자기유능감을 향상하고, 부부 간 갈등해결방법 습득과 친밀한 가족관계 형성을 위해 통합예술치료 프로그램을 실시하여 어떠한 효과가 있는지 밝히고자 하였다. 본 프로그램의 대상자는 A시에 거주하는 결혼이주여성으로 한국에 거주한지 2년 이상인 여성으로 한정하였다. 실험집단 30명, 통제집단 31명을 무선표집으로 배치하고, 총 8회에 걸쳐 개입하였다. 사전검사는 1회 차에 실시하였으며, 사후 검사는 프로그램이 끝난 지 한 달 후에 실시하였다. 결혼이주여성을 위한 통합예술치료 프로그램의 실시 결과, 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 자기유능감과 갈등해결방식에 효과가 있게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 실시한 결혼이주여성을 위한 통합예술치료 프로그램은 결혼이주여성으로 하여금 성공 경험을 만들어 줌으로써 자신감을 회복하고, 적극적으로 원만한 부부관계 및 가족관계를 형성하게 하기 위한 것이다. 또 실천 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 통합예술치료 프로그램을 제시하여 이주여성의 가족 및 사회적응의 기초를 마련하고자 한다.

초등예비교사의 '지층과 암석'에 대한 프로젝트 학습이 자기주도적 학습능력 및 환경감수성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Project Learning on 'Strata and Rock' of Pre-service Teachers on Self Directed Learning Ability and Environmental Sensitivity)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 초등예비교사의 '지층과 암석'에 대한 프로젝트 학습이 자기주도적 학습능력 및 환경감수성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 2016년 3월부터 6월까지 15주간의 실험처치 기간을 설정하였으며, 연구에 참여한 학생들은 B 교육대학교 4학년 1학기에 재학 중이고 '지층과 암석' 강좌를 수강하는 과학교육 심화 1개 반 34명의 학생을 대상으로 연구집단을 구성하였다. 연구집단의 실험처치는 현장체험 중심의 지층과 암석에 대한 탐구활동으로 이루어졌다. 모둠별로 프로젝트 학습의 방법을 활용하여 탐방하고자 하는 지역을 설정하여 현장체험 학습을 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등예비교사의 '지층과 암석'에 대한 프로젝트 학습이 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 초등예비교사의 '지층과 암석'에 대한 프로젝트 학습이 환경감수성에 미치는 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 초등예비교사는 '지층과 암석'에 대한 프로젝트 학습에 대해 흥미를 느끼며 학생들의 인식에 긍정적인 반응을 보였다.

아버지와 어머니의 헬리콥터 부모역할이 고등학생의 진로준비 행동에 미치는 영향: 학업성패귀인과 진로결정자기효능감의 순차적 매개효과 (The Effect of Paternal and Maternal Helicopter Parenting on the Career Preparation Behavior of High-School Students: Sequential Mediation Effects of Academic Achievement Attribution and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy)

  • This study examined the sequential mediation effects of academic achievement attribution and career decision-making self-efficacy on the effect of paternal and maternal helicopter parenting on high-school students' career preparation behavior. A total of 285 (119 male and 166 female) Korean high-school students in the second grade participated in the study. Research variables were measured using the Career Preparation Behavior Scale (Kim, 1997), Helicopter Parenting Scale (LeMoyne & Buchanan, 2011), Attribution Questionnaire (Weiner, 1979), and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (Betz et al., 1996). To examine the sequential mediating effect, data analysis was performed using SPSS 29.0 and PROCESS MACRO (v4.2) Model 6. The results revealed no correlations between helicopter parenting and academic failure attribution. However, higher paternal and maternal helicopter parenting were found to indirectly reduce high-school students' career preparation behavior through lower internal academic success attribution (effort and ability) and higher external academic success attribution (task difficulty and luck), which reduced career decision-making self-efficacy. These findings can be employed to develop more effective intervention programs comprising career guidance for adolescents, which emphasizes the negative effect of helicopter parenting. This study expands the research field, as previous findings on helicopter parenting mostly focus on college students.

건설업 종사자의 근로조건이 근로환경만족도에 미치는 영향과 안전보건정보제공의 매개효과 (Effects of Working Conditions on Satisfaction with Work Environment and Mediating Effects of Providing Health and Safety Information among Construction Workers)

  • Objectives: In order to prepare measures to enhance construction workers' satisfaction with their working environment, the effects of working conditions and the mediating effects of safety and health information on workers' satisfaction with their working environment in the construction industry have been studied. The results of this study can be used as basic data for further studies in this field. Method: Data on 1,361 male construction workers from the 5th Korea Working Condition Survey (KWCS) were used for this study. The effects of working conditions were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and the mediating effects of health and safety information were analyzed with SPSS PROCESS macro using the bootstrap method. Results: The safety and health management system and the self-determination of break time had a statistically significant positive effect on satisfaction with the working environment. Chemical and ergonomic risk factors had a statistically significant negative effect on satisfaction with the working environment. The provision of safety and health information, the mediating variable, had a statistically significant positive effect on satisfaction with the working environment. Therefore, it had a mediating effect between working conditions and satisfaction with the working environment. Conclusion: In order to enhance construction workers' satisfaction with their working environment, the above results suggest that the safety and health management system should be well established; self-determination of break times should be guaranteed; and chemical and ergonomic risk factors should be controlled. In addition, workers should be provided with necessary health and safety information related to their work. This study will be useful if these findings are used as basic data in further studies in related fields.

  • Because the physics occurring during an interruption process is not well known, it is not easy to analyze the characteristics of a self-blast circuit breaker neither theoretically nor experimentally. Fortunately the available computational power and the numerical method improved recently make it possible to predict an interruption process as precisely and fast as possible. Therefore many researches using computational methods have been done for the interruption process of interrupters and applied to extend the information such as thermal and dielectric reignition. In this paper, we have simulated the interruption process of SF6 self-blast circuit breakers with the arc plasma during the fault interruption of a 10 kA current. The CFD program used here is coupled with the electromagnetic field analysis, the radiation model and the effects of turbulence. Through this work, we have get further information about the thermal performance as well as the behavior of the arc. The results have been compared with the measured arc voltage.

Leadership in Design Management by Prentice Hall's Self-Assessment

  • This paper compares and contrasts four different kinds of leadership models in Design Management. Similarities and differences between these four models in contemporary leadership issues and challenges are analyzed and described. Each model will demonstrate the effects of leadership and how these leaders use the different approaches to develop their leadership style in their design field. This paper proposes that contemporary leadership in Design Management involves a unique bonding among leaders and followers, and more flexible and developed leadership will continue in the understanding and skill with which applying to the dynamic of organization change. The results and application of each model's assessment indicate a team of leaders that are capable of achieving excellence through their combined talents and vision to achieve in design fields using their potential inability of their own leadership.

Dispersion of shear wave in a pre-stressed hetrogeneous orthotropic layer over a pre-stressed anisotropic porous half-space with self-weight

  • The purpose of this study is to illustrate the propagation of the shear waves (SH-waves) in a prestressed hetrogeneous orthotropic media overlying a pre-stressed anisotropic porous half-space with self weight. It is considered that the compressive initial stress, mass density and moduli of rigidity of the upper layer are space dependent. The proposed model is solved to obtain the different dispersion relations for the SH-wave in the elastic-porous medium of different properties. The effects of compressive and tensile stresses along with the heterogeneity, porosity, Biot's gravity parameter on the dispersion of SH-wave are shown numerically. The wave analysis further indicates that the technical parameters of upper and lower half-space affect the wave velocity significantly. The results may be useful to understand the nature of seismic wave propagation in geophysical applications and in the field of earthquake and material science engineering.
