컨설턴트의 감성지능이 컨설팅 서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships between Emotional Intelligence of Consultant and Consulting Service Quality)

  • 본 연구는 컨설턴트의 감성지능이 컨설팅서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 컨설팅을 받은 경험이 있는 PM급을 대상으로 260부를 분석에 사용 하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 컨설턴트의 감성지능 중 자기감성이해를 제외한 나머지 변수들은 대부분 컨설팅 서비스품질에 대부분 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 컨설턴트의 감성지능은 컨설팅 서비스품질 중 확신성, 신뢰성, 공감성, 대응성에서는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 유형성에서는 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이렇게 대부분의 변수에서 긍정적인 효과가 나타남에 따라 컨설턴트의 감성지능역량의 증대는 컨설팅 서비스품질을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 컨설턴트 육성 정책이나 컨설팅 수행지침과 관련하여 새로운 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

챗봇 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색 - 금융 서비스에서의 챗봇 (Exploring Factors Influencing Usage Intention of Chatbot - Chatbot in Financial Service)

  • Purpose: Chatbots are widely diffusing across various industries to substitute human manpower in the industry. However as researchers only develop technology that is applied to chatbot, the diffusion is slow in progress. The purpose of this study is to propose useful implications to accelerate diffusion of chatbots across industries by analyzing the perception of customers. To achieve the research purpose this study analyzes causal effect relationship between characteristics of chatbot character, service quality, individual difference, and intention to use chatbot. Methods: This study developed a survey that contains various questionnaires for each construct based on literature review. Data collected through survey was tested for convergent validity and discriminant validity and further analyzed the relationship using PLS-SEM method to verify hypotheses. Results: Trustworthiness of the chatbot character, ease of use, application design, responsiveness, customization, assurance, inertia, and previous experience have significant influence on forming user satisfaction, consumer trust, and intention to use. The others, likability, appropriateness, technology anxiety, and need for interaction were not significant in this research. Conclusion: Although the constructs of the research model was significant in previous literatures, some do not have significant effect on intention to use chatbots. Based on the results, chatbot managers will be able to develop chatbot systems which are more appealing to users and more academic researchers will focus on analyzing user perception and intention.

G4C 스마트 앱 서비스 특성이 사용의도에 미치는 영향: 한·중 비교 분석을 중심으로 (The Influence of Using Intention by G4C Smart Application Service Characteristics: Comparing Korea and China)

  • Purpose - Recently, the prevalence of high-speed mobile communication technology (4G) and mobile devices (smart phones, tablet PC, etc.) is leading innovative changes across all fields in society as well as business environments. Furthermore, a diversified mobile application service has spread rapidly through mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. Accordingly, the traditional E-government services paradigm has rapidly changed into mobile intelligence. To identify the influencing factors on the using intention of G4C smart app services, based on previous studies, the variables that influence using G4C smart app services are defined; these are user cognitive factors (perceived usefulness, perceived easiness), user characteristics factors (user innovativeness, self-efficiency, social influence), service quality factors (convenience, interactivity, accessibility), and system quality factors (instant connectivity, safety). Research design, data, and methodology - This is designed not only to collect data with a questionnaire survey (9/22/13~10/23/13) but also to test hypotheses with SEM by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 in both Korea and China. All items are used with Likert 5 scales. A total of 643 questionnaires (Korea 318, China 325) are used. Results - The perceived usefulness and perceived easiness in user cognitive factors have positive influence on using intention. The user innovativeness, self-efficiency, and social factors in user characteristics factors have positive influences on using intention. The convenience, interactivity, and accessibility in service quality factors have positive influences on both reliability and using intention. Safety in system quality has positive influence on both reliability and using intention. Reliability has positive influence on using intention. The control variables (Korea and China) affect its control hypothesis. Strategies and implications are suggested to assist the public using the intention of smartphone's e-government services based on the results of the empirical analysis. The mobile application service can be considered a new emergence of the paradigm just like the government's on-line portal websites appeared in the past. Under this prevailing situation of mobile smart devices, to promote the success of e-government mobile APP services, accurate analysis and understanding of users should precede anything, to provide services to grasp and satisfy users' desire properly. Conclusions - This study proposes implications to help E-governmental officers and companies make strategies. First, this is expected to give some information on the understanding and knowledge regarding the process of G4C smart APP service based on the empirical study. Second, this helps to make future policies and ways about E-government G4C smart APP service. Third, it is proved that super speed mobile communication technology and devices including phones will be crucial to change the structure of E-government services in 2-3 years. Fourth, it is necessary to increase the trust and using intention of users. Fifth, considering what type of environment users are placed in, to present proper public information matching their inclination, is important. Finally, various ways of experiencing service to explore potential users and ceaseless public relations are required.

  • Korean telecommunications industry has a large scale market and boasts on high service quality and high technologies enough to provide the mobile video telephony service(the VTS) satisfactorily. For many years, Korean telecommunications companies have been investing enormous amount of money to advertise their VTS widely and to allow their customers to change their cell phones for the 3G(the third generation) devices indispensable for the VTS. However, despite their efforts, the VTS adoption rate in Korea is very low as of January, 2010 and it seems that customers seldom feel the necessity to use. From this viewpoint, it becomes necessary to identify antecedents influencing the intention to use for the VTS empirically. For this purpose, we have proposed several hypotheses from the perspective of the Value-based Adoption Model(VAM). We conducted a survey and found the several factors which influence the value perception of VTS.

  • 지역사회서비스에서 서비스 이용자 만족도는 사회서비스의 품질 향상과 서비스 제공 기관의 자립을 유도하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 논 논문의 목적은 지역사회서비스 이용자를 중심으로 서비스 지속 의향에 영향을 미치는 만족도 요인을 살펴보고 기관에서는 이용자 중심가치 실현과 서비스 만족도를 높이기 위한 방향 제시 및 수요예측에 대한 정보 자료를 제공하고 한다. 본 연구에서는 각 측정도구의 신뢰도를 파악하기 위해 신뢰도 검사를 실시하고, 연구 대상자의 일반 특성을 파악하기 위해 기술통계와 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 이용자 만족도 요인이 서비스 지속성에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해 로지스틱회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 지역사회서비스에서 서비스 이용자 만족도는 사회서비스의 품질 향상과 서비스 제공 기관의 자립을 유도하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것을 확인하였다.

중학생들의 건강증진행위, 삶의 질에 대한 구조모형 (Structure Model for Health Promotion and Service Quality of Life of Middle School Students)

  • Purpose : Middle school students in the early stages of adolescents need balanced growth and development, and they are in the process of forming healthy lifestyles and are in an important period when they need to lay the foundation for a healthy life through active health management and guidance. Through systematic health-related policies and education, I intend to lay the groundwork for them to form healthy lifestyles in their high schools and adulthood. Methods : For this study, a survey was conducted from September 1 to October 30, 2019, and 300 middle school students based in Busan Metropolitan City were surveyed. Based on the analysis and results of preceding studies, a research model was set up to find out the effect of family support, health control activities and self-efficacy on health promoting behaviors and how health promoting behaviors affect the quality of life. Results : First, if family support is high, health promotion behavior and quality of life are analyzed to be high, so family support is affecting health promotion behavior and quality of life. Second, health control behavior had a significant effect on health promotion behavior, but did not affect the quality of life. Third, self-efficacy was having a significant effect on health promotion behavior and quality of life. Fourth, health promotion behavior was affecting the quality of life. Conclusion : In order to improve the quality of life, middle school students should first increase their health promotion behavior, and it is important to be supported by their family members and strengthen their self-efficacy as variables that increase their health promotion behavior. First of all, they should be given the infinite trust of the family and the strong belief that the family always supports them, and based on this, the student himself will be able to strengthen his or her self-efficacy. In addition, the process of physical and mental change of students comes to everyone, but during this process, members of society, such as families and schools, should send them support and trust so that they can grow up to be the decent members of society.

게이미피케이션을 활용한 교직수업이 예비유아교사의 학업적 자기효능감과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Teaching Profession Class using Gamification on the Academic self-efficacy and Learning Flow of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 게이미피케이션을 활용한 교직수업이 예비유아교사의 학업적 자기효능감과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해, 경기도에 소재한 A대학의 2022학년도 유아교육과 신입생 75명을 대상으로 1학기 중 12주 동안 8차례의 게이미피케이션 적용 수업을 실시하였다. 학업적 자기효능감과 학습몰입에 대한 게이미피케이션 활용 수업의 효과를 살펴보기 위해 두 차례의 검사에 모두 성실히 답변한 65명의 자료를 분석하였으며, 사전-사후 검사에 대한 대응표본 t-test가 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 게이미피케이션을 활용한 교직수업은 예비 유아교사의 학업적 자기효능감과 그 하위 요소인 자신감을 유의미하게 향상시켰으며, 예비 유아교사의 학습몰입과 그 하위요소인 인지적 학습몰입에 긍정적 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 게이미피케이션 활용 수업의 효과를 입증하였으며, 게이미피케이션 활용 수업의 질적 향상을 위한 후속 연구들을 제안하였다.

항공사 객실승무원의 개인적 감성능력과 상회적 감성능력이 팀웍역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effects of the Self-Emotional Ability and Social-Emotional Ability on the Teamwork Capability of the Airline Flight Attendants)

  • 항공서비스에 있어서 인적서비스 품질은 고객만족과 고객인지가치에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다. 최근, 서비스 직원의 서비스 역량 가운데 하나로 감성을 이해하고 관리하는 능력이 중요하게 다뤄지고 있다. 또한 서비스 기업에서 팀 중심의 업무 수행이 증가되고 개인의 팀웍역량이 서비스 품질에 중대한 영향을 미침으로서 서비스 직원을 채용하고 관리하는데 있어 팀웍역량 또한 중요한 자질로 평가되고 있다. 본 논문은 항공사 승무원이 자신의 감성을 인식하고 조절하는 개인적 감성능력과 타인의 감성을 이해하고 관계를 맺는 사회적 감성능력이 객실서비스를 수행하기 위한 팀웍역량에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였으며 연구 결과, 감성능력이 높을수록 팀웍역량 또한 높게 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이를 통해 서비스 직원의 감성능력을 개발하고 강화함으로서 고객과의 상호 작용품질 및 팀 성과를 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

Quality Evaluation of e-Government Services: A Systematic Literature Sudan as a Case Study

  • The technological revolution, also referred to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it embraced by government should transform the way governments serve their citizens. The growth of broadband in Africa is leapfrogging its technological development. And thus, many African governments will soon be able to offer quality e-Government services to their citizens. These technologically driven governments will be able to provide decision-makers with timeous information to make judgments that could influence policies. Proponents of e-Government believe that in the digital age, governments can use this information to reduce corruption and increase, accountability, transparency, efficiency, and public participation. e-Government service quality should ensure customer satisfaction. Although many studies have examined the role of e-Government and the quality of its services, few studies have examined the quality of e-Government services in terms of both supply and demand. This paper examines and reviews the academic-state-of-the-art on the factors that affect the quality of e-Government services from both perspectives. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods for data gathering and analysis, a mixed methods research methodology was used.

An Empirical Study on the Correlation among Innovative Strategies, Motivation, Level of Implementing Innovative Activities and Business Performance in Taiwan's High-tech Manufacturers

  • This study explores the influence of Taiwan's high-tech manufacturers' innovative strategy and innovation motivation concerning the implementation of innovative activities, as well as the influence of innovative activities implementation on business performance. The two intermediate variables, industry group and enterprise scale are also considered. Through a review of the relevant literature, a theoretical model of the influence relationship is developed, while an empirical analysis is simultaneously conducted on Taiwan's high-tech manufacturers. The research result shows that the internal driving force of innovative activities has a significant impact on the level of implementing technological innovative activities and cultural innovative activities. The external driving force of innovative activities has a significant impact on the level of implementing market innovative activities and management innovative activities. Companies adopting self-developed technology and purchased as well as self-developed technology strategies, perform better than those adopting purchased new technology or those with neither purchased nor self-developed technology strategies, at implementing technological innovative activities and cultural innovative activities. The level of implementing innovative activities has a significant influence on business performance (cost reduction and product/service differentiation). For the intermediate variables of "industry group" and "enterprise scale", it is proven in this study that they have no significant influence on the level of innovative activity implementation or business performance.
