정보기술의 수용에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고, 최근에 급격한 성장과 발전을 이루고 있는 모바일 게임의 이용의도에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 모바일 게임 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인에 관한 실증적 연구를 하였다. TAM과 모바일 게임에 관련된 연구를 기초로 하여 시스템적 요인, 개인적 요인, 사회적 요인이라는 3가지 차원에서 서비스 품질, 사회적 영향, 즉시 접속성, 혁신성, 자기효험이라는 5가지의 항목을 외부변수로 제시하였다. 연구모형의 검증을 위하여, $10{\sim}30$대의 학생과 직장인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 261부의 설문응답을 통계분석에 이용하였다. 통계검증 결과, 서비스 품질과 즉시 접속성, 혁신성, 자기효험이 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용 용이성을 통하여 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 통하여 기업에서 모바일 게임 서비스를 개발하거나 고객을 대상으로 효과적이고 효율적인 마케팅을 하는데 있어 보다 중점을 두어야 할 요인을 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among service quality, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and Continuous Usage in new technology-based banking system. Also, we intended to testify the moderating effects of user experience period in causal model. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, questionnaire has obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 279 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. All factors have an effect on user satisfaction and Continuous Usage, and we found that user experience period played moderating effect in causal relationship. Therefore, new technology-based banking system is found that the determinants of continuous usage intention is different according to the user experience period. Conclusion: Present study shows that self-efficacy in via of user experience period, there is a need to emphasize that the main consideration factor new technology-based banking system. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

본 연구는 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에 입원한 노인 당뇨병 환자가 지각하는 간호사의 의사소통 유형, 건강정보이해능력, 자가간호행위의 정도를 알아보고, 자가간호행위에 미치는 요인을 파악하여 노인 당뇨병 환자의 질 높은 자가관리를 통한 효율적인 간호·간병통합서비스 제도 환경을 조성하는데 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구 결과 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에 입원한 노인 당뇨병 환자들의 자가간호행위 능력을 향상시켜 당뇨병으로부터의 조기회복을 도모하기 위해서 정보 제공적 의사소통 유형적 요소와 건강정보이해능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 간호중재를 개발해야 할 필요성이 있음을 밝혀내었다.

The purpose of this study is to validate the evaluation of stock, which has relation with self-esteem and career for the development of commercial stock. This study conducted a survey of purchasing attitudes & receptiveness in order to hold an accurate course for developing stock. According to the analysis, the results are as follows. It examined the cuisiniers of deluxe hotels who mainly use stock of Seoul and the capital region. A total of 350 samples were distributed and 289 samples were selected for the research. Statistical analysis of collected data executed frequency, percentage, average, reliability analysis, factor analysis using SPSSWIN 12.0 PC package programs. Making stock, cooking skills, cooking methods, quality of food ingredients and cooking recipes are important. Also, sensory characteristics such as color, odor, and taste should be considered. Career and self-esteem act on the purchase accommodation attitude of commercial stock. Commercial stock products more than 1,000 mL or 2,000 mL of liquid styles need packing of vacuum pack(vinyl). Based on the result of this study, we will make efficient use of research data for the development of commercial stock products and we will be able to improve conservation of taste with good quality by making by hand through standardization and mass production of traditional culinary skills.

Purpose: This study aimed to confirm the mediating effect of work-life balance organizational culture in the relationship between work-life balance and quality of nursing service for clinical nurses. Methods: Participants included 224 nurses from four hospitals located in D city. Data was collected from 3 to 21 August 2020 using a self-report questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used for analysis. The mediating effect was assessed by Baron and Kenny's three-step hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping methods. Results: There were significant relationships between work-life balance and work-life balance organizational culture (r=.45, p<.001), work-life balance and quality of nursing service (r=.18, p=.005), and work-life balance organizational culture and quality of nursing service (r=.34, p<.001). Also, work-life balance organizational culture (β=.32, p<.001) showed a total mediating effect on the relationship between work-life balance and quality of nursing service. Conclusion: The development and provision of programs that can improve the work-life balance and establish an organizational culture that supports it will help improve the quality of nursing services.

이 연구의 필요성은 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무환경의 질, 복지개선이 시설이용 어르신들의 양질의 서비스 제공을 위해 노인요양시설 종사자들을 대상으로 감정노동행동이 직무소진과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향과 감성리더십을 중심으로 효과를 규명하는데 있다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동행동 중 내면행동이 직무소진의 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 표면행동에는 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 감정노동행동이 서비스품질에도 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성리더십은 감정노동행동 중 내면행동에서 정서적 고갈과 개인적 성취감저하에서만 조절효과를 보였으며, 표면행동에는 비인격화에서 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 감성리더십은 감정노동행동 중 표면행동과 서비스 품질에서는 유형성, 신뢰성, 확신성 요인에서 감성리더십의 조절효과가 나타났다. 따라서 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무여건 개선과 노인요양시설 이용 노인들의 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 앞으로도 많은 연구들이 이루어져야 하겠다.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to understand the internal and external responses that consumers experience when they are exposed to an innovative system in retail stores. This study considered the SST(Self-Service Technology) system in a retail setting as a type of functional environmental stimuli and selected a smart shopping cart as an example of SST system. The influences of functional environmental stimuli on consumers' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses were examined by applying S-O-R model. In addition, this study attempted to extend the traditional S-O-R model by (a) incorporating personal characteristics variables such as time pressure and perceived crowding and (b) considering not only emotional but also cognitive aspects of consumers' internal responses. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This study used a video-scenario technique. Participants watched a video about grocery shopping situations using a smart shopping cart and responded to their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses. An online survey was conducted using Amazon's Mechanical Turk (N = 185). All participants were US consumers over 20 years old and had been shopping at the grocery store in the last month. Data were analyzed through structural equations modeling with AMOS 20. Results: Test results showed that consumers who perceived higher levels of time pressure and perceived crowding in usual shopping situations were more likely to evaluate the SST system favorably. The results showed that personal characteristics have a significant impact on consumers' evaluation of functional environmental stimuli in retail setting. As consumers evaluated the SST system favorably, they experienced more positive affect and less negative affect during their shopping behaviors. Positive affect led to good service quality inference, which further increased patronize intention. However, negative affect did not show a significant impact on service quality inference, but only on patronize intention. Conclusions: This study attempted to investigate the influence of SST system by extending the traditional S-O-R model. This study classified the SST system as functional environmental stimulus of retail stores and analyzed the effect of stimulus on consumers' internal and external responses. The results of this study showed that the introduction of innovative SST can serve as an effective store differentiation strategy in an increasingly competitive retail environment.

Purpose: A main purpose is to increase the operational rate and reduce operating maintenance costs by Improving the durability of Blower of Military Armored Vehicle and Self-propelled Artillery. As a result, it is expected to improve the service quality of customers. Methods: After analyzing the cause of the stop of the blower, the improvement plans were established and the effectiveness of each improvement plans were verified by testing. Results: Mechanical, electrical and environmental factors affecting brush wear were reviewed, but it was difficult to specify the cause, which necessitated a review of the application of the BLDC motor. Conclusion: After applying the BLDC motor to the blower, tests proved that the existing blower can be replaced. It is expected that this study will help improve the durability life of similar equipment that is applied with Brushed DC motors as well as blowers.

This study analyzed affecting factors of employees working at dental hospitals to the organizational commitment and service quality, and then tried to utilize it as a basic data in executing personnel training policies for dental hospital's practitioners. The survey was conducted from July 1st to July 30th, 2010, and used 193 copies for this research analysis. As a hypothetical verification result through regression analysis, means and capabilities among empowerment factors influenced significant positive (+) effects, and self-determination and influences did not make significant effects. Also, organization commitment was displayed as influencing significant positive (+) effects to the service quality. When considering this research's results as a basement, an alternative for the managerial innovation shall be established for promoting mutual developments of individuals and organization in midst of promptly changing economic environments. That is, a personal training system has to be set up in which more decision-making rights on given assignments of dental hospital's employments are endowed, and then responsibilities are directed to be charged so much by introducing the empowerment concept instead of the managerial technique centering on controls.

Information technology and the Internet have had a dramatic effect on education method and individual life. Universities and companies we making large investments in e-Learning applications but are hard to pressed to evaluate the success of their e-Learning systems. e-Learning can be seen as not only one of Internet based information systems which can provide education services but also one of teaching-teaming methods which can implement self-directed teaming. This paper tests the updated model of information system success proposed by Delone and McLean using a field study of a e-Learning. The five dimensions - information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, net benefit - of the updated model are parsimonious framework for organizing the e-learning success metrics identified in the literature. Questionaires are collected from 107 students who are enrolling a e-learning class using online survey. The model is tested using SPSS and LISREL. The results show that information quality and service quality are significant predictors of user satisfaction with the e-Learning system but system quality is not. Also user satisfaction is found to be a strong predictor of the learning performance. This strong association between user satisfaction and teaming performance suggests that user satisfaction may serve as a valid surrogate for teaming performance. Empirical testing of the updated DeLone & McLean model should therefore be extended to cover a wider variety of systems.
