자기 수평유지 시스템을 위한 변위 적분 피드백제어 연구 (Integrated Displacement feedback Control of a Self-Levelling System)

  • This paper presents a self-levelling system for a mass, which undergoes a severe acceleration, with integrated displacement feedback control. After a general description of such a system, theoretical analysis is investigated to design an active control device. That is, the self levelling system is used to reduce the 'static' deflections while isolating the 'dynamic' vibration. A computer simulation model of 45 kg with two air spring mounts is considered to predict the performance of the control system. The results showed the controller can reduce the mass's displacement to the level of 1/3-1/5. Thus the self-levelling system can be applied usefully to reduce the dispalcement of a mass which experiences a high g dynamics.

  • This paper presents a friction model to realize self-excited vibration of multi-body systems. The friction coefficient is modeled with a spline function in most commercial codes. Even if such a function resolves the problem of discontinuity in friction force, it cannot realize self-excited vibration phenomena. Furthermore, as the relative velocity approaches zero, the friction coefficient approaches zero with the conventional model. So, slip occurs when small force is applied to the system. To avoid these problems a new friction model is proposed in this study. With the new friction model, the self-excited vibration can be realized since the friction coefficient changes with the relative velocity. Furthermore, the slip phenomena could be reduced significantly with the proposed model.

  • This paper introduces a Lorentz force type four-pole self-bearing motor, where the new pole arrangement of a stator is intended to function both as a synchronous PM motor and as a magnetic bearing. The Lorentz force type has some good points such as linearity of control force, freedom from flux saturation, and high efficiency unlike conventional self-bearing motors. Mathematical expressions of torque and radial force are derived to show that they can be separately controlled regardless of rotational speed and time. To verify the proposed theory, a prototype is made, where a ring-shape outer is actively controlled in two radial directions while the other motions are passively stable supposing the radial stability. Through some experiments, it is shown that the proposed scheme can provide high capability and feasibility for a small high-speed self-bearing motor.

  • This paper proposes a self-organizing fuzzy controller (SOFC) design technique applied to the vibration control of a dynamic system under irregular disturbance. In this controller, the fuzzy rules generate control signal continuously using the array of input and output pairs without using any special controller model. The generated rules are saved in the fuzzy rule matrix in real-time by self-organizing methods. This fuzzy logic control is demonstrated by simulation and shows the efficiency of the real-time self-organizing fuzzy controller in this system.

  • Aiming at a small axial pump with a levitated rotor, an axial-type self-bearing motor is presented, which has a rotor wish four permanent magnets and two stators with two-pole three-phase windings. In this system, only the axial motion of rotor is actively controlled by two opposite self-bearing motors just like in the case of an axial magnetic bearing, while the other motions are passively stable. For rotation, It follows the theory of a four-pole three-phase synchronous motor. This paper Introduces schemes for design and control of the self-bearing motor and shows some experimental results to Prove the feasibility of application for the axial Pump.

The self-levelling system can be used to reduce the "quasi-static" deflection while isolating the "dynamic" vibration. A computer simulation model of 45 kg with two air spring mounts is considered to predict the performance of the control system. Important control parameters were acquired to meet the requirement of the system. The results showed the controller can reduce the displacement of the mass to the level of about 1/5 after control. Thus the self-levelling system can be applied usefully to reduce the displacement of a mass which experiences a high g dynamics.

잠수함 수동소나 시뮬레이터 알고리즘 (An Algorithm for Submarine Passive Sonar Simulator)

  • 잠수함 소나 운용 요원의 능력을 향상시키기 위한 실제 해상 훈련은 많은 비용과 제약사항이 따른다. 소나 시뮬레이터는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고, 실제와 유사한 전장 환경을 모의함으로써 소나 운용 요원의 능력과 훈련 성과를 극대화시킨다. 본 연구에서는 수동 소나 시뮬레이터의 알고리즘을 제시하였으며, 알고리즘은 기동모듈, 소음원모듈, 소음 전달 모듈의 3가지 모듈로 나뉘었다. 기동모듈은 3차원 좌표계를 이용하여 함정의 기동을 구현하였으며, 시간 간격은 함정의 변침률에 따라 설정하였다. 소음원 모듈은 표적 소음, 해양 배경 소음, 자체소음으로 구성하였다. 표적 소음은 주파수 특성에 따라 비변조 협대역, 변조 협대역, 비변조 광대역, 변조 광대역 신호로 구분하였으며, 톤수와 속력에 의존하는 함정 방사소음 준위를 적용하였다. 해양 배경 소음은 음향도파관 효과가 고려된 바람 소음과 그외 배경 소음으로 모의하였으며, 자체소음은 유체소음과 소나돔 삽입 손실로 모의하였다. 소음 전달 모듈은 음선 기반의 모델을 이용하였으며, 기동 모듈의 각 시간에서 고유음선의 진폭, 위상, 시간지연을 합산하여 주파수 영역에서 표적 소음에 곱하였다. 최종적으로 시나리오에 따른 모의 결과 실제 해양에서 발생하는 소음과 유사한 경향을 확인할 수 있었다.

Flow Actuation by DC Surface Discharge Plasma Actuator in Different Discharge Modes

  • Aerodynamic flow control phenomena were investigated with a low-current DC surface discharge plasma actuator. The plasma actuator was found to operate in three different discharge modes with similar discharge currents of about 1 mA or less. Stable continuous DC discharge without audible noise was obtained at higher ballast resistances and lower discharge currents. However, even with continuous DC power input, a low-frequency self-pulsed discharge was obtained at lower ballast resistances, and a high-frequency self-pulsed discharge was obtained at higher set-point currents and higher ballast resistances, both with audible noise. The Schlieren image reveals that the low-frequency self-pulsed mode produces a synthetic jet-like flow implying that a gas heating effect plays a role, even though the discharge current is small. The high-frequency self-pulsed mode produces pulsed jets in a tangent direction, and the continuous DC mode produces a steady straight pressure wave. Particle image velocimetry (PIV) images reveal that the induced flow field by the low-frequency self-pulsed mode has flow propagating in the radial direction and centered between the electrodes. The high-frequency self-pulsed mode and continuous DC mode produce flow from the anode to the cathode. The perturbed region downstream of the cathode is larger in the high-frequency self-pulsed mode with similar maximum speeds.

에지정보를 고려한 복합잡음 제거를 위한 영상복원에 관한 연구 (A Study on Image Restoration for Removing Mixed Noise while Considering Edge Information)

  • 영상신호를 처리하는 과정에서 잡음에 의해 영상의 열화가 발생하고 있으며, 가우시안 잡음과 임펄스 잡음이 중첩되어 생성된 복합잡음에 의해 훼손되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 에지정보를 고려하며 임펄스 잡음과 AWGN(additive white gaussian noise) 잡음이 중첩된 복합잡음을 제거하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 먼저 잡음의 종류를 판단과정을 거친 후, 그 결과가 AWGN이라고 하면 self-adaptive weighted mean 필터를 사용하여 구하여진 값과 마스크 내의 중간값 사이의 평균을 출력으로 한다. 만약 임펄스 잡음이라고 판단 될 경우, 변형된 비선형 필터를 이용하여 처리한다. 그리고 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존의 방법들과 그 성능을 비교하였고 판단 기준으로 PSNR(peak signal to noise ratio)을 사용하였다. 테스트 영상들에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과로부터 제안한 방법은 기존의 방법들보다 잡음제거나 에지보존 등 방면에서 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.
