A self-administered questionnaire survey and face-to-face interviews were conducted on 150 local residents belonging to seven villages, 160 visitors and 86 experts in order to analyze the attitudes of groups of local residents, visitors as well as experts toward the development plan of Sobaeksan Jarak-gil. Reliability analysis and one-way ANOVA were performed on the data collected by a questionnaire survey using IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 after coding. The Duncan Test was conducted as a post-hoc test. Based on the analytical results, in economic terms, the expert group expected an increase in income, improvement in living standards and increase in expenditure for the maintenance of local infrastructure. In environmental terms, the visitor group was highly concerned about the disruption of the local natural environment and ecosystem, destruction of local properties and landscape, increase in water/soil/air pollution and increase in solid waste and noise. In social and cultural terms, the expert group had higher expectation for excavation of traditional cultural properties, instillation of local patriotism and pride, and the visitor group was highly concerned about a rise in crime, destruction of indigenous culture/increase in imitations, and induction of conflicts between residents. It is estimated that these results will be used as basic data for establishing the development plan of the mountainous ecological trail reflecting opinions of various groups.

458 female workers working in the small and medium scaled industries in Inchon area were surveyed to study their general characteristics, health behavior, working and environmental conditions, awareness of exposure at hazardous materials, current health status, and degree of working satisfaction. Self-administered questionnaire was distributed to the female workers with the explanation by trained interviewer on the purpose of survey and the method how to answer. The results were as follows : (1) 75.5% of the respondents are living with their families and others are living in domitary or rent house for herself. Age distribution ranges from teenagers to warren in their forties. In marital status 69.0% of workers are single and 31.0% of them have ever married. 69.4% of workers are high school graduate. The size of factory is 48.3% with less than 300 workers, 42.1% with 300~500 workers. (2) Most of the workers(86.7%) are full time workers, 52% of the respondents have working experiences in other factories. More than 65% have fewer than 5 years working experience. (3) The awareness of exposure at noise was 33% of respondents, it was significantly different by skilled status. The awareness of exposure at dust, other hazardous material was each 13.3%, 12.4% of respondents. (4) 26% of them are unsatisfied with their working cognitions and 43.7% of them are unsatisfied with their welfare in occupational system unsatisfactory rate of promotion is higher in the unmarried workers(45.6%), skilled workers(47.2%), full time workers(47.4%), long term workers(50%), and awareness group of exposure hazardous material(51.3%), compared to married women workers, unskilled workers, part-time workers, short term workers and unawareness group of exposure at hazardous materials. (5) The index of working satisfaction is rated on a scale of 1 to 10 with the higher point indicating higher satisfaction. Among the selected variables, marital status, working status, the awareness of exposure at hazardous materials, were statistically significant with the index of working satisfaction. (6) By multiple regression analysis showed that the determinant factors of index of working condition were health index, the awareness of exposure at dust, the awareness of exposure other hazardous materials, marital status and working period. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the awareness of exposure at hazardous material the index of working satisfaction. Therefore if the workers are less exposed to the hazardous material and are educated properly they will be more satisfied with their work thus improving their health and productivity. Finally, with the result of this study, there is a great need for the development of a health promotion program and a welfare policy for small-scale factories.

Power Line Communication(PLC) is need not additional communication line. So establishment expense is inexpensive and application is simple. Therefore, lower part network of various application field is possible. However, there are high subordinate interference and noise problem on limited transmission data and communication interference element. Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) is need not infrastructure, Self-regulating network architecture of sensor nodes is possible. So at short time, network construction is available. But, power consumption is increased by active sensing for QoS elevation and unnecessary information transmission, low electric power design and necessity of improve protocol are refered to life shortening problem and is studied. In this paper, supplement problem of power line communication and wireless sensor network mutually and because advantage becomes linkage integration control system using synergy effect of two technologies as more restriction be and tries to approach structurally control network that is improved for smooth network environment construction. Honeywell's hybrid sensor network does comparative analysis(benchmarking). Confirm performance elevation proposing teaming of power line communication and wireless sensor network. Through simulation, service delay decreases and confirms that performance elevation.
In this paper, we conducted word-to-word similarity analysis of standardized datasets collected through web crawling for 10,000 Vertical Noise Mouses using Word2Vec, and made 92 students of computer engineering use the products presented for 5 days, and conducted self-report questionnaire analysis. The questionnaire analysis was conducted by collecting the words in the form of a narrative form and presenting and selecting the top 50 words extracted from the word frequency analysis and the word similarity analysis. As a result of analyzing the similarity of e-commerce user's product review, pain (.985) and design (.963) were analyzed as the advantages of click keywords, and the disadvantages were vertical (.985) and adaptation (.948). In the descriptive frequency analysis, the most frequently selected items were Vertical (123) and Pain (118). Vertical (83) and Pain (75) were selected for the advantages of selecting the long/demerit similar words, and adaptation (89) and buttons (72) were selected for the disadvantages. Therefore, it is expected that decision makers and product planners of medium and small enterprises can be used as important data for decision making when the method applied in this study is reflected as a new product development process and a review strategy of existing products.

Since humans live while feeling rich in their five senses, care must be taken not to damage their hearing in order to lead a happy life. Hearing damage suffered in a living environment is common in a partial band where a specific frequency band is first damaged. However, since the initial pain of hearing damage does not appear much, it is difficult to determine the symptoms in the early stages. In this paper, we proposed a high-speed measurement method that can easily and quickly self-measure hearing damage through a simple app. In this method, 9 pure tones compensated for gain for each voice soub-band are alternately heard in both ears, so that one's own hearing damage can be detected at high speed. When 18 tone pulses were heard for 30 seconds per person, 1 out of 12 subjects was identified as suspected of partial hearing damage. And when the test subjects were informed of the hearing determination method for the number of hearings, the participants themselves immediately determined whether their hearing was damaged. This measurement method simply judges the hearing of both ears within 30 seconds with a smart phone, so that hearing measurements that took more than 10 minutes in hospitals are relatively accurate, and it was found that hearing health can be maintained while reducing time and costs.

The advent of the big data era has enabled the rapid development of deep learning that learns rules by itself from data. In particular, the performance of CNN algorithms has reached the level of self-adjusting the source data itself. However, the existing image processing method only deals with the image data itself, and does not sufficiently consider the heterogeneous environment in which the image is generated. Images generated in a heterogeneous environment may have the same information, but their features may be expressed differently depending on the photographing environment. This means that not only the different environmental information of each image but also the same information are represented by different features, which may degrade the performance of the image analysis model. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to improve the performance of the image color constancy model based on Adversarial Learning that uses image data generated in a heterogeneous environment simultaneously. Specifically, the proposed methodology operates with the interaction of the 'Domain Discriminator' that predicts the environment in which the image was taken and the 'Illumination Estimator' that predicts the lighting value. As a result of conducting an experiment on 7,022 images taken in heterogeneous environments to evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology, the proposed methodology showed superior performance in terms of Angular Error compared to the existing methods.

To overcome the difficulties of discharge measurements during flood season, MWSCM(micowave water surface current meter) which measures river surface velocities without contacting water has been applied in field work since its development. The existing version of MWSCM is for floods so that its applicability is low due to the short periods of floods. Therefore the renovative redesign of MWSCM to increase the applicability was conducted so that it can be applied to the discharge measurements during normal flows as well as flood ones by extending the measurable range of velocity. A newly developed high-performance MWSCM for general use can measure the velocity range of 0.03-20.0 m/s from flood flows to normal flows, whereas MWSCM for floods can measure the velocity range of 0.5-10.0 m/s. The improvement of antenna isolation between transmitter and receiver to block the inflow of transmitted singals to receiver and the improvement of phase noise of oscillator are necessary for detecting low velocity with MWSCM technology. Separate type antenna of transmitting and receiving signals is developed for isolation enhancement and phase locked loop synthesizer as an oscillator is applied to high-performance MWSCM for general use. Microwave frequency of 24 GHz is applied to the new MWSCM rather than 10 GHz to make the new MWSCM small and light for convenient use of it at fields. Improvement requests on MWSCM for floods-stable velocity measurement, self test, low power consumtion, and waterproof and dampproof-from the users of it has been reflected on the development of the new version of MWSCM.
Aimed at office workers at their height of Temporomandibular joint disorder(TMD), organized self-filling questionnaires were distributed from January 7 to 26, 2008 to 216 workers in the fields of service, office work, and production in D metropolitan city, to get a proper recognition about prevention and treatment of TMD by observing how strongly occupational stress influence on them. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. For subjective symptoms of joint noise as TMD, occasional was 45.8% and often 12.0%, while for joint dislocation often was 12.0%. 41.2% said they feel pains while chewing, while 24.1% said they occasionally feel pains while not chewing. 2.8% said they often experience mouth-opening disorder. 2. For joint noise, answers were significantly different according to their ages, while 30's are at their height (P < 0.05). For joint dislocation, the shorter they worked the more they have it, so less than a year worker was 37.9%, while less than 3 years 31.0%, and less than 5 years 20.7%. For work type, daytime workers have more dislocation, 58.6%, than shift-workers 34.5% (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). For pains while chewing, the shorter they worked, the more they experienced, which is the same as mouth-opening disorder (P < 0.01). 3. Workers with mouth-opening disorder have much stress on occupational autonomy (P < 0.05) and workers with dislocation and pains while chewing have much stress on relation trouble (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Workers with highly occupational insecurity has much trouble on dislocation and pains while chewing, while workers with dislocation have significantly much stress on unproper compensation (P < 0.05). 4. For who have joint dislocation, they have much stress on relation-trouble, occupational disorder, and un-proper compensation (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). Workers with pains while not chewing showed significant difference about occupational insecurity and relation troubles (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Who have mouth-opening disorder showed significant difference about occupational autonomy (P < 0.05).
Purpose : This study proposes the keyhole method in order to improve the time resolution of the proton resonance frequency(PRF) MR temperature monitoring technique. The values of Root Mean Square (RMS) error of measured temperature value and Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR) obtained from the keyhole and full phase encoded temperature images were compared. Materials and Methods : The PRF method combined with GRE sequence was used to get MR temperature images using a clinical 1.5T MR scanner. It was conducted on the tissue-mimic 2% agarose gel phantom and swine's hock tissue. A MR compatible coaxial slot antenna driven by microwave power generator at 2.45GHz was used to heat the object in the magnetic bore for 5 minutes followed by a sequential acquisition of MR raw data during 10 minutes of cooling period. The acquired raw data were transferred to PC after then the keyhole images were reconstructed by taking the central part of K-space data with 128, 64, 32 and 16 phase encoding lines while the remaining peripheral parts were taken from the 1st reference raw data. The RMS errors were compared with the 256 full encoded self-reference temperature image while the SNR values were compared with the zero filling images. Results : As phase encoding number at the center part on the keyhole temperature images decreased to 128, 64, 32 and 16, the RMS errors of the measured temperature increased to 0.538, 0.712, 0.768 and 0.845$^{\circ}C$, meanwhile SNR values were maintained as the phase encoding number of keyhole part is reduced. Conclusion : This study shows that the keyhole technique is successfully applied to temperature monitoring procedure to increases the temporal resolution by standardizing the matrix size, thus maintained the SNR values. In future, it is expected to implement the MR real time thermal imaging using keyhole method which is able to reduce the scan time with minimal thermal variations.
