A standardized ergonomics kit is suggested to evaluate and reduce musculoskeletal hazards that yield large socioeconomic burdens in the work system. This kit comprises basic and detailed analysis tools with proper tool selection rules. The basic tool includes a checklist for various risk factors to screen potentially hazardous jobs among manual works. Selective detailed analysis tools can then be applied to the screened job lists for more quantitative and precise evaluation. The tool selection rules are devised for using the basic and detailed analysis tools in a mutually supplemental way. To validate the standardized ergonomics kit, it was applied to evaluate jobs related to the musculoskeletal hazards in a paper-making industry. Among 101 manual jobs investigated, 44 potential hazardous jobs were screened during basic investigation phase and finally 16 hazardous jobs were identified by the detailed analysis phase. The result provided fairly promising ideas of ergonomic interventions for the hazardous jobs.

This paper describes evaluation methods of serials and also introduces a case study related to the selection and evaluation of serials. A total of 1,291 titles of serials, which were subscription titles of POSTECH in the field of science and technology in 2002, were analyzed. This study employs the analysis of POSTECH SCI Article reference data to suggest the models for evaluating serials and to identify the guideline for journal selection and collection development.

This study examined the factors that affect the relationship between radish liquid naturally fermented bread selection motive, consumer attitude and purchase intention. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to the consumers, of which 279 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 21 unusable responses. In order to perform statistical analyses required in the study, SPSS 18.0 statistical program was employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis, correlations, regression analysis. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that four factors regarding naturally fermented bread selection motive were extracted from all measurements with a KMO of 0.735 and a total cumulative variance of 65.759 %, with regard to consumer attitude, one factor was extracted with a total cumulative variance of 72.421% and a KMO score of 0.684. One factor for purchase intention was extracted that accounted for a total cumulative variance of 67.139% and a KMO score of 0.683. All factors were significant at 0.000 and the correlation between variables was significant. Thus, based on the results, the main research hypothesis that identifies the relationships selection motive between consumer attitudes and purchase intetion was adopted.

This study examined the factors that affect the relationship among career selection type, class participation, and career preparation behavior for university students who major in food service. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to students, of which 320 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 30 unusable responses. In order to perform statistical analyses required in the study, SPSS 18.0 Statistical Program was employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations, and regression analysis. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that two factors regarding career selection type were extracted from all measurements with a KMO of 0.754 and a total cumulative variance of 64.555%, with regard to class participation, three factors [I found only 1 factor in the paper; there were 3 variables] were extracted with a total cumulative variance of 71.1% and a KMO score of 0.702. One factor for career preparation behavior was extracted that accounted for a total cumulative variance of 64.312% and a KMO score of 0.765. Based on the study's results, the main research hypothesis that identified the relationships that career selection type had with and between class participation and career preparation behavior was partially adopted.

An active RC 2nd order Butterworth filter suitable for a baseband channel-selection filter of a direct conversion receiver is presented. The linearity of the 2nd order Butterworth filter is analyzed. In order to improve the linearity of the filter, the operational amplifiers should have a high linear gain and low 3rd harmonic, and the filter should be designed to have large feedback factor. This second order Butterworth filter achieves-14dBV in-channel (400kHz, 500kHz) IIP3, +29dBV out-channel (10MHz, 20.2MHz) IIP3 and 15.6 $nV/\sqrt{Hz}$ input-referred noise and dissipates 10.8mW from a 2.7-V supply. The purposes of this study were to identify the components of store image of women's clothing and to explain the relationships between store images and selection behaviors. Data were obtained from 330 females who college women and office girls in Busan. Its were analyzed by factor analysis, cannonical correlation, regression analysis and discriminant analysis. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. Dimensions of the clothing lifestyle were classified individuality-seeking, information-seeking, comfort-seeking and quality-seeking. 2. Store image factors of women's clothing were identified quality, design, information service, atmosphere and convenience. The types of preference store were the general public store, the public high class store and general obscure store. 3. It appears that designs is the factors to make store image of individuality-seeking, information-seeking and comfort-seeking and information service is the one to make store image of quality-seeking. Also they were usually purchased in the general public store by individality-seeking consumers and comfort-seeking consumers and purchased in the public high class store by information-seeking consumers and quality-seeking consumers. The store images, espacially the information service image, was contributed to the store selection behaviovs more than lifestyle. But lifestyle, espacially the comfort-seeking consumers, was contributed to the store behavior of the three types of store more than store image.

This study presents a portfolio selection strategy focusing on construction corporations by taking into accounts managerial efficiency and growth potential of a company. Data envelopment analysis(DEA) methodology and dividend scoring table are adopted for evaluating the managerial efficiency and growth potential of a company respectively. In order to show the effectiveness of the portfolios selected by the strategies proposed in this study, we constructed 3 portfolios for every 4 years (2007-2010) out of 56 listed construction corporations in KOSPI and KOSDAQ, and proved that our portfolios are superior to benchmark portfolios in terms of portfolio evaluation measures.

In this study, we tried to propose a selection method of release scenarios and a method of consequence analysis at a gas explosion by pipe release. Thus, release rates, damage areas of the facilities, and fatality areas were estimated and analyzed at various release conditions(temperature, pressure, release material, etc). As a results, we could conclude that the rupture was the worst case of release scenarios, and at release rates and damage areas were better estimated by the weighted average method considering a generic failure frequency of the release hole than by an arbitrary selection of the release hole.

This study proposes an efficient portfolio selection methodology for the listed corporations in KOSPI with consideration of managerial efficiency. For each industrial sector classified by KRX(Korea Exchange), the proposed method carries out an efficiency analysis using DEA (Data envelopment analysis) approach and for the efficient corporations filtered by DEA, construct portfolio using Markowitz's Model. In order to show the effectiveness of the proposed method, we constructed annually portfolios for 4 years (2007-2010) out of 600 listed corporations in KOSPI and KOSDAQ, and proved that our portfolios are superior to benchmark portfolios in terms of rate of returns.
