OJT 특성요인과 OJT 성과 간 관계에서 훈련자-피훈련자 관계강도 조절효과 분석: 국내 여행서비스업 초기 경력자를 대상으로 (OJT Characteristics and OJT Outcomes in a Domestic Travel Industry: Moderating Effect of Tie Strength)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to substantiate the relationship between on-the-job training (OJT) characteristic factors and OJT outcomes and the moderating effect of the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee on the relationship. OJT characteristic factors were composed of a unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support. OJT outcomes included job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the research. The tie strength means a sense of intimacy with a trainer. All of the OJT characteristic factors, OJT outcomes, and the tie strength were defined operationally as the perceived ones by a trainee. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed the data of 302 employees in a domestic travel agency as early career for seven years or less. The main methods for the analysis were multiple linear regression analysis and moderating effect analysis. The whole process of the data analysis was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 for windows. Results - The results of the study are as follows: First, every five element of OJT, including unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support, showed positive influence on OJT outcomes - job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee was positively related with OJT outcomes. Finally, the strength of ties between the trainer and the trainee was found positively to moderate the relationship of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, or OJT support, with OJT outcomes. However, the moderating effect of the tie strength was not significant statistically between the trainee's motivation or the trainer's ability, and OJT outcomes. Conclusion - In the study, it was demonstrated that every OJT characteristic factors have a positive contribution to job satisfaction and organizational commitment for early career employees. In addition, the study showed the need to pay attention to improve the quality of relationships between trainers and trainees, in order to increase the impact of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, and OJT support. These findings suggest the implications in the three factors as external factors that constitute OJT. The three factors are made by HRD practitioners who are involved in design and operation of the program as well as their interventions to improve the quality of the relationship between trainers and trainees. On the other hand, it was demonstrated in the research that trainee's motivation and trainer's ability, regardless of their tie strength, have a direct impact on OJT outcomes by itself. Moreover, the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability are intrinsic characteristics, rather than external factors that constitute OJT. Therefore, they are unlikely to be changed by HRD practitioners' interventions. In conclusion, it was argued in the research that the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability should be a consideration in selecting and matching partners in OJT participants before starting OJT.

임상실습이 자기학습 발전능력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Clinical Practice on Self-Learning Development Ability)

  • 임상실습 교육과정이 자기학습 발전능력 정도에 대해 분석하고자 수도권에 소재한 방사선학과 3, 4학년생을 대상으로 121명의 설문조사 결과를 분석하였다. 성별에 따른 자기학습 발전능력의 전체 평균은 $3.07{\pm}0.85$로 5점 척도의 기준으로 할 때, 보통 이상의 수준으로 성별에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 학제에 따른 자기학습 발전능력에 대한 결과는 전체 평균은 $3.07{\pm}0.85$로 보통 이상의 자기학습 발전능력 수준으로 학제에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 학과 선택 동기에 따른 자기학습 발전능력의 결과는 학과의 취업률이 높다고 판단하여 입학한 학생군($3.58{\pm}0.85$)이 높은 자기학습 발전능력 수준을 보였으며, 자아적성에 적합하여 입학한 학생군($2.30{\pm}0.40$)이 상대적으로 낮은 수준을 나타냈다. 진로선택 방향에 따른 자기학습 발전능력의 전체 평균은 $3.08{\pm}0.76$로 보통 이상의 자기학습 발전능력 수준으로 진로에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 임상실습 시 자기학습 능력을 높이는 방안이 필요하다. 아울러 통계적 유의수준의 차이를 보이지 않는 것은 문제점과 다양성을 제시하고 있다고 본다.

공공데이터를 활용한 초등학생 돌봄시설의 최적입지 선정 (Optimal Location Modeling for Elementary Student's Care facility using Public Data)

  • 맞벌이 가구의 증가로 육아에 대한 사회적 관심이 커지고 있다. 특히 자녀의 초등학교 입학은 상대적으로 이른 하교시간 때문에 돌봄의 공백이 생겨 출산과 더불어 여성의 경력단절에 주된 원인으로 꼽힌다. 본 연구는 이러한 정책적 기조에 부합하여 초등학생 대상 돌봄시설의 최적 입지선정 방안을 제안하였다. 돌봄시설의 후보로 기존 아이돌봄시설을 대상으로 하였으며, 최적입지 선정 시 수리적 최적화뿐만 아니라 입지적 특성을 고려하는 이중구조의 평가방법을 사용하였다. 실험은 서울시 송파구를 대상으로 진행하였으며, 총 258개의 후보시설 중 36개의 최적입지를 선정하였다. 먼저 공공데이터를 활용하여 돌봄시설의 특성에 맞는 평가기준을 세운 후 입지점수를 매겨 이에 해당하는 1차 후보시설을 선별하였으며, 이때 다양한 공공데이터를 하나로 통합하기 위하여 격자리샘플링 방법을 사용하였다. 다음으로 선별된 시설을 대상으로 공간 최적화 모델인 p-median 방법을 활용하여 최종 돌봄시설을 선정하였다. 이렇게 선정된 결과는 총 거리를 고려한 위치적 최적해 일뿐 아니라 돌봄시설의 특성을 고려한 다양한 입지적 기준을 만족하는 값이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 통해 공공데이터 융합 및 활용도를 높일 수 있고, 공공시설 최적입지 선정 시 정책 의사결정에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

초등학교 교사의 2015 개정 과학과 검정 교과서 선정 경험 분석 (Experience Analysis on the Selection of the 2015 Revised Science Authorized Textbook by Elementary School Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 과학과 검정 교과서를 선정하는 과정을 심층적으로 이해하고, 선정 주체인 교사의 인식 분석을 통해 과학과 검정 교과서 체제가 바르게 정착되고 발전될 수 있도록 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위해 과학과 검정 교과서 선정 과정에 참여한 초등학교 교사 5명과 내러티브 면담을 진행하고, 32명의 교사를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 이 과정에서 제기된 교과서의 저자에 관한 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 교사들은 '의견수렴' 단계가 가장 중요하다고 이야기하였으며, 경력과 전공을 고려하여 과학 교과서 선정협의회를 구성하였고, 학교의 상황에 맞게 평가기준표를 재구성하여 활용하고 있었다. 둘째, 의견수렴 과정에서 교사별로 과학 교과서 전체를 검토하는 방법을 활용하였으며, 내적 요소로 탐구 활동과 교과서 구성을 중요하게 고려하였다. 외적 요소로는 동영상과 같은 교수·학습자료가 매우 중요하게 고려되었다고 이야기하였으며, 교과서의 신뢰성과 전문성의 지표인 저자와 관련된 부분도 중요하게 인식하였다. 셋째, 학교운영위원회 심의 및 학교장 보고의 경우 선정 이후 진행하는 행정적인 마무리 단계로 인식하고 있었다. 마지막으로 3~4학년군 교과서와 5~6학년군 교과서를 임의로 통일하는 것 보다 학년군별로 가장 적합한 교과서를 선정하는 것이 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다.

응급구조과 학생의 성취동기와 임상실습 만족도와의 상관성 연구 (A Correlation Study on the Relationship between Motivation for Achievement and Satisfaction on Clinical Practice in EMT students)

  • Purpose : This study examines satisfaction of students at the department of Emergency Medical Technology with clinical practice and relationship between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice and aims to provide basic materials contributing to the improvement of clinical practice education. Method : It selected 237 students in the second and third grade at the dept. of Emergency Medical and having experience in clinical practice as the subjects, collected data from Sept. 1 to 30, 2007 and analyzed 237 questionnaires collected with SPSS 12.0 program. Result : 1. Degree of motivation of achievement scored 3.46 of full marks of five points and they showed motivation of achievement over average score. Students who entered the dept. of Emergency medical after beginning social career(3.78) showed higher motivation of achievement in the period of entrance and group having will to be volunteer(3.66) showed the highest motivation of achievement in selecting this major. The better personal relationship they have, the greater hospital grade and the higher their transcript, the higher motivation of achievement they have. In the desired area of employment after graduation, first-aid staffs at the field of industry group(3.85) showed the highest motivation of achievement. 2. Degree of their satisfaction with clinical practice scored 3.53 of full marks of five and they showed satisfaction with it over average score. They showed the highest satisfaction in the contents of practice(3.64). 3. There was statistically significant positive correlation between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice(r = .165, p < .05). Conclusion : There was statistically significant positive correlation between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice. Repeated research through sampling based on probability to generalize relevance of motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice is needed and further researches on developing program to inspire motivation of achievement in theoretical learning as well as in clinical practice are required.

과학기술인력 이러닝 역량모델링 및 교육로드맵 개발 (The Development of E-learning Competency Modeling and Education Roadmap for Human Resource in Science & Technology)

  • 이러닝은 오늘날 대중적인 학습방법 중의 하나이다. 이러닝산업의 성장에 따라 많은 연구자들이 역량향상을 위한 학습도구로 이러닝을 활용하게 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 역량기반 교육과정이 교육효과성을 높이는데 기여한다는 선행연구에 주목하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 과학기술인을 대상으로 이러닝 역량모델을 개발하고 이를 기반으로 교육체계를 도출하여 교육로드맵을 제시하였다. 과학기술인의 필요역량을 도출하기 위한 방법으로 교육수요조사, FGI, 델파이 조사, 전문가 워크숍 등을 시행하였다. 특히 업무성격에 따라 연구직과 행정직을 구분하고 업무경력을 고려한 5단계의 직급별 교육로드맵을 제시하였다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반의 맞춤형 교육과정 개발과 과학기술인 대상의 중장기적인 역량개발경로의 지원을 가능하게 한다.

여대생의 自我實現性에 따른 결혼관에 관한 연구-서울시를 중심으로- (A Study of college Women's view on Marriage According to Self-Actualization Degree -centering around seoul city-)

  • The purpose of this study is to apprehend college women's views on marriage in order to systematize the view theoretically, and to investigate the relationship between the self-actualization and their marriage perspective. Futhermore, it is my hope to provide some basic materials for making an desirable view on marriage. The measuring tools used for preparing this study are self-actualization test, which were designed originally by Shostrom and standardized to be suitable for Korean society by Kim Jae Ean and Lee Kwang Ja and a questionnaire about one's view on marriage. Statistical methods such as frequency, percentile, arithmetic mean, analysis of variances(X2 and F values)were used for data analysis. The results of this study are as follows; 1) It is revealed that more than half(59.7%) of the college women achieve normal or above normal degree of self-actualization. 2)It is revealed that most college women's attitude toward matrimony is positive and they have a large acquaintance with the opposite sex. Especially, they are eager to became employed after entering into matrimony. 3) It is revealed that the more satisfaction a college woman's mother feels about her own matrimony, the more positive attitude her daughter has toward marriage. some college women who do not want to have a child have a positive attitude toward divorce. This means that their matrimony depends upon their view of marriage. 4) It is revealed that the more self-actualization college women feel, the more negative attitude they have toward selecting their husband. 5)It is revealed that the less self-actualization college women feel, the more negative attitude they have toward having a large acquaintance with the opposite sex and they have a dependent attitude toward living with their parents 6) It is revealed that most college women want their husband to have higher academic career than hers regardless of her own self-actualization degree and they want have a job after entering into matrimony. It seems to be dispassionate reflection of contemporary thought.

직장여성을 위한 이지 캐주얼 웨어 디자인 개발 (The Design Development of Easy Casual Wear for Career Women)

  • This study rearranged a concept of Friday wear considered as casual wear by searching social background through analysis of literature study and photo materials and classifying by characteristics of casual wear. It investigated growing changes of casual wear and the progress of changes casual brands through a market survey based on departments in Seoul. And then, it examined characteristics of a design and the critical point of easy casual selecting GIORDANO, TBJ and NII of three easy casual brands. Conclusions of the study are as follows: Firstly, present casual wear showed subdivision of casual wear as abundant grouping vocabularies appeared contrary to the past. Secondly, easy casual wear has continuously increased by results of investigating departments in Seoul on the progress of changing easy casual wear brand including the concept of Friday wear. Thirdly, if a main target sets the early 20s, women workers in their 20's and 30's are likely to be reluctant to wear it according to results of investigating designs and characteristics based on GIORDANO, TBJ and NII of existing three easy casual brands through the market survey. Also, it was verified that most of these brands have no a luxurious image because they adhere to middle-low price. Fourthly, it improved problems of easy casual through developing designs of easy casual wear. Easy casual wear supplementing weak these points of easy casual wear was evaluated as suitable clothes for workers to wear in on and off their own time in Friday.

프로젝트 유형별 R&D 성과측정 개발 (Development on R&D Performance Measurement by the Type of Projects)

  • 본 연구는 연구개발의 성공여부를 판단하기 위하여 경영자들은 어떠한 요인을 중시하는가에 대하여 경험적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 성공을 위한 적절한 판단은 개발하고자 하는 프로젝트의 형태 및 유형에 달려 있음을 발견하면서 개발프로젝트에 대한 재무적 측정의 중요성이 상대적으로 낮다는 점을 주목할 수 있었다. 또한 측정 가능성은 측정지표 선정의 중요한 기준이 되지는 않았다는 점이 선행연구와의 상이한 결과로 오히려 혁신적 수준이 가장 많은 지지를 받음으로 연구개발 활동을 통하여 얼마나 높은 기술혁신이 이루어질 수 있는가에 대한 기술집약적 혁신 및 연구개발 활동이 강조되고 있음을 제시한다. 아울러 평가자의 역할이 판단에 영향을 미칠 것으로 나타나 평가자의 역할 또한 간과해서는 안 될 요인으로 제안하는 바이다. 본 연구를 통하여 향후 정부주도 지원사업에 있어 사업성에 대한 기대가 높은 것은 사실이나 기술적 요소에 대한 지원정책의 가속화가 요구되어 정부지원사업과 연구개발주관기업의 성과관리에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The Dentists' View of Dental Hygienist Duties in Korea

  • Background: The number and curriculum of dental hygienists in Korea have dramatically increased. Controversies have since resulted from insufficient job descriptions of the work performed by a dental hygienist. A dentist's perception was examined to legally reflect the actual work of dental hygienists. Methods: Four hundred and nineteen dentists were surveyed about the duties of a dental hygienist. Their views on the career and availability of each job were examined. The duties of the dental hygienist include 13 items in dental treatment preparation, 14 items of radiography, 21 items of preventive dentistry, 6 items of periodontal treatment, 12 items of oral medicine, 12 items of conservative dentistry, 8 items of prosthetics, 10 items of orthodontics, 7 items of oral and maxillofacial surgery, 6 items of implantation, 6 items of impression taking and model fabrication, 5 items of anesthesia and injection, 11 items of management and administrative, and 3 items of self-development. Results: Most of the duties were doable by a dental hygienist. Many dentists reported that managing implants, oral hygiene of special patients, some duties in oral medicine, teeth brightening, making temporary crowns, making individual trays, selecting shades, ligaturing, and precision impressions need ≥3 years of experience. Duties perceived by dentists not to be performed by dental hygienists were reading radiographs (55.4%), suture and stitch out (48.0%), intramuscular injection (36.0%), root planning (27.2%), cementation and removal of prostheses (23.2%), and examining pulp vitality (22.0%). Conclusion: Current laws are to be revised to include, the care provided by dental hygienists and under a physician's supervision. Flexibility is also needed to cope with rapidly changing dental technology.
