관광객의 선택행동 특성에 관한 연구 - 온천리조트를 중심으로 - (A Study on Characters of Select Behaviors of Tourist - at a spa & resort -)

  • 본 연구에서는 관광객의 가치유형에 따라 온천리조트 선택행동에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 분석하는데 첫 번째 세부 목적이 있다. 두 번째 세부목적으로 온천리조트 방문자의 선택행동특성에 관해 살펴보려고 한다. 세 번째 세부목적으로는 온천리조트 방문자의 만족도와 재방문, 추천의사에 대한 분석을 하는데 있다. 네 번째 세부목적으로는 다양한 온천리조트 방문자의 가치를 분석하는데 유용한 자료가 될 수 있으며, 온천리조트의 방문자 가치에 따른 선택행동특성을 분석하여 온천지역 관광상품의 개발과 유통 온천지역 경제의 활성화 방안과 온천지역 호텔의 경영수익의 극대화 그리고 온천지역 방문객의 욕구 만족을 통한 휴양, 요양의 극적인 효과를 유발함을 연구의 세부목적으로 한다. 온천리조트 방문자의 가치와 방문자의 선택행동특성에 관하여 문헌조사를 통하여 이론적 고찰을 하였고 실증분석을 하기 위하여 설문조사를 하였는데 우리나라에 개발된 온천 중에서 많은 방문자가 찾고 있는 중부권의 경기, 충청지역을 그 대상으로 하였다. 분석은 SPSS Windows Version 10.0의 Factor Analysis Routine을 이용 조사대상자들의 인구통계적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 빈도분석을 이용행태를 알아보기 위해 방문경험, 선택영향자, 방문기간, 이용 숙박시설 형태, 동행자, 등의 내용에 대해 빈도분석을 실시했다. 이용동기(기술통계분석)와 방문자의 선택속성 중요도 평가(기술통계분석), 개인적 가치 중요도평가(기술통계분석) 정보탐색경로 분석(기술통계분석), 이용동기/선택속성/개인적 가치에 대한 요인화를 위하여 요인분석을 하였다. 온천리조트 방문자의 개인적 가치와 이용 동기와의 관계 그리고 관광지 선택행동에 있어서 서로 중요한 상관관계가 있으며 온천리조트 방문자의 개인적 가치와 구매 후 행동의 관계, 온천리조트 방문자의 선택속성과 구매 후 행동의 관계에 있어서도 중요한 상관관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 따라서 온천리조트의 경영자나 개발자들은 방문자의 개인적 가치를 충분히 검토한 후 계획을 수립하여야 할 것이다.

  • 내용 기반의 비디오 인덱싱 및 검색을 위해서는 비디오 데이타를 셧(shot)으로 분할하고, 또 각 셧을 나타내는 대표 프레임을 선택하는 것이 필요하다. 하지만, 대표 프레임을 선택하는 것은 주관적이어서 일관되게 자동적으로 대표 프레임을 선택하는 것은 쉬운 문제가 아니다. 본 논문에서는 각 프레임에서의 영역을 바탕으로한 컨텐트 정보 및 시간 축 상의 변화를 이용하여 계층적으로 대표 프레임을 선택하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, 비디오 셧에서 카메라 모션을 검출하여 이에 따라 비디오 셧을 분류한다. 다음, 분류된 비디오 셧에 컨텐트의 중요도를 계산하기 위한 퍼지 규칙을 적용하여 대표 프레임을 선택한다. 끝으로, 선택되는 대표 프레임의 수는 브라우징 상세도(detailness)에 따라 계층적으로 선택되게끔 한다.

  • The BTL project, 4 years since its operation. has benchmarked the PFI Project in Japan and has been introduced. Given the evaluation step to select a preferred bidder, in a technological factor, the basic plans are corrected and complemented, whereas in a price factor, the low price bidding system is being enforced. There is concern that how to select preferred bidders and how to operate project costs during operation and management period may be problematic. Thus, in this study, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the method of deciding the priority to select preferred bidders in an early stage of the project and the evaluation model to evaluate the validity of BTL project expenses in process of project enforcement are established. Targeting the group composed of experts who have experiences in the BTL project. Then, the levelling of evaluation factors and grouping have been carried out as following : LCC analysis and disbursement for government including two more detailed factors.

  • A total knee replacement is an extremely 'position-sensitive' operation; a malposition or a malalignment of the components will lead to a breakage of the component, a fracture around the knee prosthesis, and the limitation of range of the motion, etc. In a conventional total knee replacement, surgeons have to select an appropriate prosthesis according to the shape of the surgical region. A wrong selection may give rise to side effects or to need re-operation. Nevertheless, it is so difficult to choose the most proper prosthesis out of various kinds of prosthesis. This paper presents a surgical planning system for the total knee replacement with an operation simulating method in order to determine the parameters for the total knee replacement operation. We select an alignment axis and a resection angle as major operation parameters in the total knee replacement operation, and introduce the method to determine the major operation parameters with the operation simulator we developed. The simulator is used to determine operation parameters for optimized operations, to select the most appropriate prosthesis, and to analyze the prospective problems of the operation.

  • Air Traffic Control is a job that aptitude is strongly needed. According to this, air traffic controllers have to be chosen and arranged by their duty characteristic. With the development of aviation industry, we need more capable air traffic controllers than before. However, it is true that there is no aptitude test for them in Korea. The world wide trend for air traffic control is changing that decision making and high ability with awareness for solving problem. Therefore the aptitude test is certainly required in order to select suitable people having basic abilities for the duty. This research inquires into the aptitude test which is globally taken because of the reason. And with result of that, inspection list is made for development of a tool for aptitude test which is suitable in Korea and additionally there are some special opinions of experts about the list. It is judged that this research will be based for the development of aptitude test in order to select air traffic controller.

AHP에 의한 조선기업의 작업능률향상을 위한 과업관련기법의 선택 (An AHP Approach to Select the Task Related Technique for Work Efficiency Improvement in Shipbuilding Enterprise)

  • The objective of this research is to select the most effective technique from task related techniques(motion & time study, job redesign, physical environment improvement) for improving work efficiency in shipbuilding enterprise. This study consists of several principal steps. The first step is to design critical criteria in evaluating work efficiency in shipbuilding enterprises. The second step is to develop sub-criteria of the critical criteria. The third step is to develop a four level AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)structure using the critical criteria, sub-criteria and techniques from task related techniques. The fourth step is to develop the pairwise comparison matrix by each level of AHP structure, which was based on survey data collected at the H heavy industry. And the last step is to select the most effective technique from task related techniques using AHP analysis. The result of AHP analysis has shown clear difference in priority among task related techniques in terms of work efficiency of the shipbuilding enterprise: The reduction of normal time has more importance than the reduction of allowance time, motion & time study techniques are most important for the reduction of normal time, physical environment improvement is most important for the reduction of allowance time as well.

반사균열 저감을 위한 Saw and Seal 공법의 줄눈재 평가 및 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sealant Evaluation and Effectiveness of Saw and Seal Method for Reducing Reflection Cracking)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to select the proper sealing method and to see the performance of the saw and seal method for concrete rehabilitation based on accelerated pavement testings and lab tests. METHODS : Two accelerated pavement testings were conducted. One is to select proper sealing method of the asphalt joints and the other is to see the performance of the saw and seal method. Lab tests were conducted to select proper sealing method and a test section was constructed to see the field performance. RESULTS : The result of the first accelerated pavement testing indicated that the adhesive preformed sealants showed good performance when asphalt layer was rutted and in terms preventing from water infiltration. The second acceleration test indicated that the saw and seal method using the adhesive preformed sealant showed much better performance than the control. In the lab test bitumen, rubber and epoxy showed good performance as the adhesive. CONCLUSIONS : Saw and Seal method using the adhesive preformed sealant would markedly reduce the joint damage on the asphalt overlay.

주제공원의 규모결정을 위한 재무적 손익모형 II -에버랜드, 서울랜드, 드림랜드 비교- (2nd Study : A Financial Model to Select the Size of Theme Park)

  • Generally, the size of our recreation sites is selected through use demand at the peak day. At same time, scale economic and diseconomic are applied to a recreation site. If you are a rational decision-maker, you would like to select the size of your park at profit-maximization point. This study is the first try for modelling a Gain-Loss by the size options of a theme park. For testing the validity of a financial model to select the size of theme parks. Ever-Land, Seoul-Land, Dream-Land's operating size was analyzed. By the size options, the revenue of each park was compared with cost. The profit-maximization point and break-even point of each park were found. Ever-Land and Dream-Land's size was selected between the profit-maximization point and the break-even point. In contrast with Ever-Land and Dream-Land's, Seoul-Land's was selected upper the break-even point. To increase the utility of this model in selecting the size of a theme park, a decision-maker must keep in mind a few limits of this study. That is, 1) this model can not be applied at public parks. 2) Sometimes the others can be more important than financial revenue and cost. Finally, there is the validity of Gain-Loss Model in estimating only the financial revenues and costs through the size options.

  • 패턴인식 문제에 있어서 다수의 인식기를 사용하는 연구는 주로, 선택된 다수 인식기를 어떻게 결합할 것인가에 중점을 두어 왔으나, 최근에는 인식기 풀로부터 다수 인식기를 선택하려는 연구로 점차 진행되고 있다. 실제로 다수 인식기 시스템의 성능은 인식기들의 결합 방법은 물론, 선택되는 인식기에 의존한다. 따라서, 우수한 성능을 보이는 인식기 집합을 선택하는 것이 필요하며, 다수의 인식기를 선택하는데 있어서 정보이론에 기초한 접근 방법이 시도되었다. 본 논문에서는 인식기 간의 상호정보를 기반으로 인식기를 선택하여 인식기 집합을 구성하고, 다른 인식기 선택 방법들에 의해 구성된 인식기 집합과 그 성능을 비교해 보고자 한다.
