Study on Relationship between Self-Directed Learning and Career Preparation behavior of College Students: Major Satisfaction, Positive psychological capital, Job-Seeking Stress mediation effect

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and job-Seeking Stress in the relationship between college students' self-directed learning and career preparation behavior. For this purpose, the study was conducted on 253 college students. The parallel mediation effect was analyzed using SPSS (24.0). Process Macro and Bootstrapping. The following results were confirmed. First, self-directed learning, major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, job-Seeking stress, and career preparation behavior were found to have a mutually significant influence relationship. Second, in the relationship between self-directed learning and career preparation behavior, major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and job-seeking stress were confirmed to be variables that affect the parallel mediation effect and serial multiple mediation effect.Third, college students' self-directed learning was found to increase career preparation behavior through the mediating roles of major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and employment stress. Therefore, in order to increase the career outcomes and success rates of college students, their own efforts, professors, and schools must create diverse environments and develop programs for college students' careers. Additionally, follow-up research must continue to supplement this.

여성복 구매후 불평행동과정 연구 (The Complaining Behavior Process after Purchase of the Women's Wear)

  • This study mainly focuses on the dissatisfaction of the post-purchase behavior regarding the consumer dissatisfaction complaining behavior and repurchase intention In the literature study approach it was hypothe-sized that dissatisfaction variables was consisted of the cognitive process and emotion. And the dissatisfaction variables and the individual vari-ables and situational variables were set up to contribute to form the complaining behavior. In the process of the complaining behavior the first thing the consumers would do when they would seek for redress or not. Consumers who sought redress and actually received the fair treatment from a store practiced positive word-of-mouth. However consumers who received unfair treat-ment practived negative word-of-mouth exit behavior or the third party complaining Behavior. And consumers who did not seek any redress either showed exit behavior practiced negative word-of-mouth or no complaining behavior at all. Therefore. complaining behavior process consists of redress seeking process and non-redress seeking process. For the empirical study the survey method was used and two other researches were previously conducted. First of all the research was designed to comprehend consumer complaining behaviors process Secondly it was conducted for measuring validity and reliability: Cronbach's q. The sqmple was 569 women aged 2-'s to 5-'s living in Seoul and other suburban areas. The various methods were used to analyze the date such as frequency, percentage and multiple regression analysis. Overall the results were verified. 1) The dissatisfaction variables and individual variables influenced situational variables. 2) The complaining behavior intention was affected by dissatisfaction variables indivi-dual variables and situational variables. 3) The repurchase intention occurred more when the justice was performed Consequently the complaining behavior proce-dure was consisted of the redress seeking and non-redress seeking. And dissatisfaction vari-ables and individual variables were verified to influnce situational variables. These complaining behavior variables affected complaining behavior Especially in a case of redress seeking process complaining behavior and repurchase rate were highly affected by the perceived justice from a store.

모터스포츠 참여 동호인(운전자들)의 감각추구성향과 운전확신수준이 위험운전행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Sensation Seeking and Driving Confidence Level on Reckless Driving Behavior in Motor Sports Club's Members)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of sensation seeking and driving confidence level on reckless driving behavior in motor sports club's members. Data was collected from 265participants of the Trackday, driving school. Subjects answered the questionnaire using convenient sampling method. Data which is obtained through self-administration was analyzed by using the frequency analysis and multiple regression. Results are as follows. First sensation seeking has influenced on reckless driving behavior such as, drunken driving and errors. Second, driving confidence level has influenced on reckless driving behavior such as, drunken driving, overspeed driving and errors.

대학도서관 이용자의 정보이용형태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Information Seeking Behavior of University Libraries Users)

  • 대학도서관이 효율적인 정보서비스를 개발하고, 제공하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 정보서비스 이용 대상자들에 대한 정보이용형태 분석이 선행되어야 한다는 점에 착안하여 전국 주요 5개 국립종합대학교 및 5개 교육대학교에 재직하는 교수, 학생들을 대상으로 정보이용형태에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 대학도서관의 주 이용자인 교수 및 학생집단이 도서관이 제공하고 있는 각종 정보서비스 이용형태에 대하여 어떠한 차이를 보이고 있는지를 알아보고 향후 대학도서관이 효율적인 정보서비스를 개발하고 제공하는데 있어서 개선방안을 제안하였다.

흡연행위 예측을 위한 대학생의 태도 분석 (An Analysis on Attitudes of University Students in the Prediction of Smoking Behavior)

  • Cigarette smoking has been identified as the single most important source of preventable morbidity and mortality. Smoking behavior varies each individual, so individuality & subjectivity of smoking behavior must be specially focused upon to understand smoking behavior. The purpose of this study was to find attitudes of university students in the prediction of smoking behavior. Q-Methodological method was used as a research design and data were collected during the period from Jan.1, 1997 to Feb. 28, 1998. As the research method, Q-statements were collected through in- depth interviews and a literature review. For the study 33 Q-statements were selected. There were 45 university students as subjects for the research. The 45 university students sorted the 33 statements using the principle of Forced Normal Distribution. The principle of Forced Normal Distribution, which has nine scales to measure the individual opinions, Pc Quanl program was used for analysis and Q-factors were analyzed by using principal component analysis. According to the results of this study, there were four categories of opinion about the smoking behavior in university students. The first type is seeking the habitual dependency. The second type is seeking the stress relief : The third type is seeking the active disapproval : The fourth type is seeking the self control. As a result, The meaning of the smoking behavior is affected by perceived subjective experience, so we need to understand each persons meaning of the smoking behavior and to develop appropriate nursing interventions based on the typology of smoking behavior. Finally, The result of the study will provide basic data for smoking prevention and cessation program.

자연과학분야 연구자들의 연구계획서 작성을 위한 정보추구행동의 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Natural Scientists' Information Seeking Behavior When Writing a Research Proposal)

  • 본 연구는 자연과학분야 연구자들이 펀딩을 획득하기 위해 연구계획서를 작성할 때 발생하는 정보요구 및 정보추구행동과 이러한 정보행동에 영향을 미치는 요소를 파악하는 것을 목표로 한다. 정보행동의 하위분야인 과업중심 정보추구행동을 바탕으로, 질적연구방법인 심층면담과 다이어리 연구를 통해 연구자들의 정보행동에 대해 조사하였다. 연구결과로 자연과학분야 연구자들의 연구계획서 작성과 관련된 구체적인 하위업무가 드러났는데 커뮤니케이션 관련 업무가 제일 활발히 수행되었다. 그리고 펀딩 지원 관련, 연구 설계 관련 정보요구가 발생하였고 정보요구 해결을 위해 인적자원, 문서, 온라인 데이터베이스, 웹사이트가 주된 정보원으로 이용되었다. 이러한 정보행동에는 개인적 요소, 과업관련 요소, 사회문화적 요소가 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구의 결과는 연구자의 펀딩 확보 활동에 관련된 정보행동에 대한 이해를 높이고 연구자의 펀딩 지원을 돕기 위한 정보서비스 전략 수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

기질과 가해행동의 관계에서 공격성과 음주행동의 순차적 매개효과 (The Sequential Mediating Effect of Aggression and Drinking Behavior Between Temperament and Offensive Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 음주 후 나타나는 문제 행동에 초점을 맞추어, 성인 음주자의 기질이 가해행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서, 공격성과 음주행동의 순차적 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 299명에게 기질 및 성격검사(TCI)-성인용, 한국판 공격성 질문지, 한국형 알코올 사용 장애 진단 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 기질 중 자극추구가 공격성에 가장 높은 설명량을 보였다. 자극추구와 가해행동의 관계에서 공격성과 음주행동의 매개효과가 유의하였으며, 그 경로 내에서 공격성과 음주행동의 순차적 매개효과는 완전매개인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 공격성과 음주행동이 자극추구와 가해행동을 연결하는 기제로서 자극추구 성향은 가해행동에 직접적인 영향은 없으며 오직 공격성과 음주행동을 통해서만 가해행동에 영향을 미침을 시사한다.

간호 대학생의 건강정보추구행동이 건강증진행위실천에 미치는 영향 (Influence on Health Promotion Behavior among Nursing students according to Health Information Seeking Behavior)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting health promotion behavior among nursing students according to health information seeking behavior. Methods: The study design was a descriptive survey and questionnaires were collected from 240 nursing students who have studied in nursing colleges located in "J" province. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\grave{e}}$ test, Pearson Correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: In Model I, general characteristics influenced of 17.6% of health promotion behavior factors. Health status, selection criteria and frequency of information search were statistically useful as influencing of health promotion behavior factors. In addition, in model II health information seeking behavior influenced of 18.1% of health promotion behavior factors. Conclusion: The results indicate that the health information seeking behaviors proved the influence on health promotion behavior of nursing students.

간호대학생의 그릿, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Grit, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, Career Preparation Behavior on Job-Seeking Stress of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 그릿, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동 및 취업스트레스 간의 관계를 확인하고, 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 간호대학생의 취업스트레스를 조절할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 G광역시 일개 대학 간호학과 4학년을 대상으로 2020년 11월 2일부터 11월 13일까지 연구자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 그릿 정도는 5점 만점에 3.21±0.50점, 진로결정 자기효능감 정도는 3.65±0.51점, 진로준비행동 정도는 5점 만점에 2.57±0.48점, 취업스트레스 정도는 2.07±0.64점으로 나타났다. 취업스트레스는 그릿(r=-.308, p=.000), 진로결정 자기효능감(r=-.336, p=.000)과 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 진로준비행동과는 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다(r=.214, p=.002). 대상자의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로결정 자기효능감(β=-.340, p=.000), 진로준비행동(β=.302, p=.000), 그릿(β=-.175, p=.010) 순이었고, 이러한 변수들은 대상자의 취업스트레스 영향 요인 정도를 22.1% 설명하였다(F=20.605, p=.000). 따라서 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 취업스트레스를 조절하기 위해서는 간호대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 그릿 정도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 적용과 진로지도 및 취업역량강화를 위한 개인 수준에 맞는 단계별 진로준비행동의 실천이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

여대생의 도움추구 행위, 자기개방성 및 자기은폐 간의 관계 (Relation between the Help Seeking Behaviors, Self-disclosure and Self-consealment in Female College Women)

  • The college students were faced with not just technical challenges that require skill acquisition but adaptive challenges that require transforming one's mindset to a more complex way of making meaning. The purpose of this study was confirmed the relations among the help-seeking behavior, self-disclosure and self-concealment of 343 female college students'. As a result of data analysis, positive help seeking attitude was higher when the level of self-concealment was lower and self-disclosure, but regarding help-seeking intention, consultation intention was shown to be higher in the case of lower self-disclosure and higher self-concealment. Therefore, female college students need to visit college consultation centers more often while attending college and it needs to provide those students with mediation so that they can use mental health consultation services easily.
