Patent strategy research has focused on the efficiency of licensing for investigation, analysis and utilization of application management, product and development task in finding patent idea, to establish patent strategy linked with management strategy and technology strategy. However, it is difficult to find the research on patent strategy that reflects an adaptive culture to enhance the internalization and performance of the established strategy. As a result, companies have been striving to imitate patent strategies of advanced companies that do not consider their industry and organizational culture. This study proposes a method of defining a firm 's patent strategy according to the competing value model that analyzes organizational culture as four frameworks. This study verifies the classification method through case studies, suggests a suitable patent strategy for the patent strategy type. This study has contributions in that discussing from a new point of view based on organizational culture theory and providing a IP strategic model with high practicality.

Time-reversal (TR) precoding focuses the energy of the effective channel in time and improves receive performance of a single tap receiver. Frequency-domain equal-gain-combining (FD-EGC) TR scheme, which works in linear block precoding fashion, has better temporal focusing performance than the traditional TR. Also, the FD-EGC improves receive performance of minimum mean square error receiver with distributed antenna systems (DAS). The detailed receive performance of the FD-EGC was analyzed in our previous work. In this paper, we focused on capacity analysis of the FD-EGC in DAS. We derived a scaling law which shows how the use of multiple antenna can increase the capacity of the FD-EGC precoding compared with that of no precoding. In addition, we analyze the secrecy rate of the FD-EGC which shows how high-rate messages can be transmitted towards an intended user without being decoded by the other users from the view point of information theoretic security.
Purpose: In the 4th industrial revolution, services that incorporate various smart technologies in the tourism sector have begun to gain popularity. Accordingly, academic discussions on smart tourism have also started to become active in various fields. Despite recent research, the definition of smart tourism is still ambiguous, and it is not easy to differentiate its scope or characteristics from traditional tourism concepts. Thus, this study aims to analyze the perception of smart tourism exposed online to identify the current point of smart tourism in Korea and present the research direction for conceptualizing smart tourism suitable for the domestic situation. Research design, data, and methodology: This study analyzes the perception of smart tourism exposed online based on 20,198 news data from portal sites over the past six years. Data on words used with smart tourism were collected from the leading portal sites Naver, Daum, and Google. Text mining techniques were applied to identify the social awareness status of smart tourism. Network analysis was used to visualize the results between words related to smart tourism, and CONCOR analysis was conducted to derive clusters formed by words having similarity. Results: As a result of keyword analysis, the frequency of words related to the development and construction of smart tourism areas was high. The analysis of the centrality of the connection between words showed that the frequency of keywords was similar, and that the words "smartphones" and "China" had relatively high connection centrality. The results of network analysis and CONCOR indicated that words were formed into eight groups including related technologies, promotion, globalization, service introduction, innovation, regional society, activation, and utilization guide. The overall results of data analysis showed that the development of smart tourism cities was a noticeable issue. Conclusions: This study is meaningful in that it clearly reflects the differences in the perception of smart tourism between online and research trends despite various efforts to develop smart tourism in Korea. In addition, this study highlights the need to understand smart tourism concepts and enhance academic discussions. It is expected that such academic discussions will contribute to improving the competitiveness of smart tourism research in Korea.
Recently, a grow in size and features of Interior construction work over the complex and The Fire-related regulations have been strengthened for the prevention of fire damage. This study is purpose to propose interior design, construction and supervision for the efficient and reasonable way throughout the fire-related laws are investigated in interior architecture. There have been several milestones in the history of library classification but most of the schemes failed to meet the new challenges in the organisation of information. Dr. S. R. Ranganathan tried to revolutionise the whole thinking on classificatory approach, when he devised the Colon Classification (CC) in 1933. He developed the Colon Classification scheme with a sound theoretical background based on normative principles, Five laws of Library science, canons, etc. One important feature of CC is that, its use is not confined to information storage and retrieval alone. This paper presents an over view of different editions of the CC highlighting the salient features of the editions. Further the implication of Five Laws of Library Science has been described. The authors stressed that the features of such as greater hospitality, specificity and mixed notation has paved the way to design and develop the depth schedules on various micro level subjects and so far about 130 micro schedules have been published. The impressions by the leading LIS professionals during and after Ranganathan's time have been highlighted. The authors expressed the fear that when the library world would see the complete version of the seventh edition of CC? It may be due to lack of institutional support engaging in the research or financial constraints. The authors are of the opinion that any scheme to flourish needs a sound research body to bring out the revised editions as done in the case of Dewey Decimal Classification. The relevance of the CC in the contemporary world of Librarianship is discussed. Finally concludes that CC needs to be resuscitated as it is a precious national heritage; and still a force for the management of libraries.

The role of information in knowledge society has changed. Library refers to information centre, which is actively involved information collection and promoting use of for the development of individual and society. Modern libraries are the centres of interaction for all interested in accessing information and in participating in the marathon of the present competitive age. Information and a conducive environment of its free flow is a vital tool in all forms of human endeavour. It is the link pin of national development. For a nation to develop it needs to have and provide relevant, updated and adequate information on food security, health, democracy, population, education, family planning, youth empowerment, gender quality, environment etc. The information intermediaries are the persons to modulate these complexities and find match between the information sources and users needs to satisfaction of Ranganathan's law: Books are for use; Every reader his/her book; Every book its reader; Save the time of the reader; Library is a growing organism. The relative importance of these norms in modern context has been evident from experience, study, observations, discussions, etc., and only by scientists and technologists, but also by managers, planners, and policy makers. They recognize the usefulness of information in the performance of their needs information needs. Libraries are therefore proper management, provision and dissemination of such information. It is clearly visible in the contemporary context, that the libraries in the knowledge society are much more than the book depositories This article looks at the theory/practice divide in library and information science and particularly Ranganathan's contributions, basic statements remain as valid in substance if not in expression as -to-day as when they were promulgated, concisely representing the ideal service and organizational philosophy of libraries today.
Shopping malls have become key players in the Indian retail space. Even in upcoming Indian towns, malls have been mushrooming. Raipur, the capital city of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh has witnessed the growth over the last few years. However, this unplanned growth of malls in cities is expected to lead to oversupply of mall space in the near future, making things difficult for mall developers. The study is an attempt to identify appropriate strategies for mall developers to iron out such kinks. This paper presents 'shopping experience' as a tool to compete, succeed and explore its composition in terms of its constituent factors. The paper uses Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) on a non-probability sample of 350 respondents. It condenses a set of twenty-two mall variables into five factors that directly influence the shopping experience. These factors included ambience, infrastructure, marketing focus, convenience and safety and security. In terms of significance, shoppers assigned different weightage to each of these factors. The study shed light on interesting insights regarding the expectations of mall shoppers in the city of Raipur. The results though interesting, may be extended to different social, economic and geographic contexts to check the universality. While strategizing, mall developers must assign proportionate effort on the factors based on the respective contribution to shopping experience. In light of intensifying competition in Raipur, the study is significant for future prospects of malls. In the absence of a scientific and objective basis, the developers run risk of making wrong investment and management decisions. This paper is a useful addition to the body of knowledge on management of shopping malls in India and is unique in terms of its focus on mall shoppers in the smaller Indian cities like Raipur.
The purpose of this research was to provide the information of mandatory regulation for Korean sports facilities and the preliminary data for building sport safety management manual through sports facilities abroad and system status. Futhermore, based on the information of sports facilities safety management, this research performed the benchmarking of each country sports facilities safety management system. As a result, in the U.S, Department of Homeland Security(DHS) leads effort to achieve a safe, secure, and resilient homeland. In Germany, law & regulations, sports facilities safety guideline and expert extension have been reviewed. Germany is more realistic and practical than other countries. In Australia, Major Hazard Facilities(MHF) is responsible for eliminating the risk of a major incident. Emergency Management System(EMS) should spontaneously respond when the alarm is raised as early detection and intervention are vital to ensuring that a small incident does not escalate to become a major disaster.
The rapid development of internet information technology has increased interest in e-Trade these days, but it is not activated greatly up to now. In order to promote e-Trade, it is essential to construct cooperative process such as connecting systems among trade related parties. Building e-Trade platform which is based on the infrastructure of the past trade automatic system is key point of promoting e-Trade. To do this, a study on the basic concept and specific components of e-Trade platform is needed absolutely. At this point of view, after this paper has examined domestic and foreign studies on the fundamental technologies about electronic commerce, it drew several key technologies that could be applied to e-Trade considering the current IT trend. Then it evaluates these technologies according to Technology Reference Model(TRM) of the National Computerization Agency. This will help us to show the operation strategy as well as the concept of future e-Trade platform and its composition. On the basis of the theoretical background, this paper classified NCA's technology model into 6 fields, which are application. data, platform, communication, security and management. Considering the key technologies, e-Trade platform has to be mutually connected and accept international standards such as XML. In the aspect of business side, trade relative agencies' business process as well as trading company's process has to be considered. Therefore, e-Trade platform can be classified into 3 parts which are service, infrastructure and connection. Infrastructure part is compared of circulating and managing system of electronic document, interface and service framework. Connecting service (application service) and additional service (application service) consist of service part. Connecting part is a linking mutual parts and can be divided into B2B service and B20 service. The organization operating this e-trade platform must have few responsibilities and requirements. It needs to positively accept existing infrastructure of trade automatic system and improving the system to complete e-trade platform. It also have to continuously develop new services and possess ability to operate the system for providing proper services to demanders. As a result, private sector that can play a role as TTP(Third Trust Party) is adequate for operating the system. In this case, revising law is necessary to support the responsibility and requirement of private sector.
A marine accident is caused various legal liability such as compensation for damages on civil law, responsibility on the Criminal Code and administrative sanctions. The results occurred by any acts is not connected directly to the legal responsibility. As a prior condition for these legal liabilities, it is required the causation between the act caused and the occurrence of the effect. It is very difficult to find out the cause in marine accidents, because of trouble of a proof security, the place occurred, time difference between accident and investigation point of time etc.. However, finding out the correct cause is an element important to prevent similar accident and to determine the liability reverted. The logical concept of the causation is not limited, but there is early necessity to limit it in the liability reverted. Therefore, this study aims to suggest reasonable standard to determine liability reverted in marine accidents.
