본 논문에서는 국내대학의 정보보호 전공 교육과정을 분석하였고, 교육내용을 중심으로 대학별 교육 차별화 방향을 살펴보았다. 또한 국내 정보보호 산업체를 중심으로 정보보호 분야별 인력채용 수요현황과 대학별 양성인력을 비교 분석하여 정보보호 인력의 충족정도를 분석하였다. 아울러 정보보호 전공 교육과정 측면에서 향후 융합 분야의 정보보호 인력 요구와 방향성을 검토하였다.

교육(education)과 기술(technology)의 융합이 강조되면서 에듀테크가 교육 현장에 적용되어 다양한 매체와 학습 상황 속에서 학습자 중심의 맞춤형 교육환경을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사이버보안 교육 현장에서 사물인터넷 보안 교육을 위한 에듀테크 기반의 교육용 교구를 제작하기 위하여 하나의 보드(Board) 내에서 이중 MCU를 기반으로 공격과 방어가 각각 수행될 수 있도록 하드웨어를 설계하였으며, 사물인터넷의 다양한 센서를 활용하기 위하여 모듈형으로 설계하여 제시하였다. 교육측면에서 에듀테크를 활용한 사이버보안 교육은 실제 물리적인 교구를 활용함으로써 교육에 대한 호감을 키우고, 임베디드 하드웨어와 소프트웨어, 센서 네트워크 등 기존 교육에서 다루기 어려운 분야에 대한 보안 교육 환경을 간단하게 구성하기 위하여 IoT 보안 교육용 하드웨어 설계시 참고가 될 수 있도록 연구 제안한다.

Nowadays, more and more countries are paying attention to basic teaching, so it can be found that they are carrying out a new round of basic teaching reform. The fundamental purpose is to adapt to the economic, cultural and technological development of the 21st century, so that their nationals will not be eliminated in the competition of the world environment, the spiritual civilization and material life of the nationals can be further improved, and they can have an advantage in the competition and catch up with the advanced level of the world. The cultivation of preschoolers' mental health determines the future development of a person. Through the long-term practice of art teaching at the Longyuan Branch of the District Third Kindergarten of Guangxi, This paper summarizes some effective teaching methods to cultivate children's connection ability and sense of security through aesthetic education.Firstly, preschoolers' contact ability was studied, and the aspects such as the definition of contact ability and the reasons for the formation of contact ability were explored. Secondly, the development of preschoolers' sense of security, what to avoid in order to develop a good sense of security and the effects of security on children were investigated. Finally, several specific teaching cases were written based on these theories. Through these cases, aesthetic education was utilized to promote preschoolers' contact ability and develop a sense of security. The study mainly draws the following conclusions that if children want to have a successful career, a happy family in the future, it is crucial to have the ability of connect and security in childhood. Aesthetic education can promote the formation of children's ability of connection and security.Finally, I write specific teaching cases based on the above theories and practice, through which these cases use aesthetic education to promote the formation of children's contact ability and sense of security.

The private security will overcome the limit of public police system and implement a small and efficient government concept. Especially in recent years, this security system has naturally been expanded in its functions from crime prevention to prevention of disasters. To manage the emergency by the private security industry, the private security services to involve some peculiarity and specialty. The policy agenda of private security industry for crisis management are suggested. First of all, to provide quality services for emergency management, the guards from private organizations should receive professional education and training to secure the specialty. Second, we need to improve the quality of security instructors with intensive education system for them. Security instructors should be able to effectively handle lots of different matters in the fields of security, but examination of the current curriculum of education for security instructor indicates that there is not much chance of it. Third, must be natural in light that the private organizations have some limitations in their operational capabilities and scopes. Private security duties are well established in cooperation with related institutions such as the police. Lastly, development of high quality crisis management commodities in the private security becomes even more significant. The government should be determined to make an effort to grow the private industry and foster a political environment for the same purpose.

정보기술의 급속한 발달에는 다양한 혜택과 정보유출 등과 같은 위협이 공존하고 있으며, 이에 따라 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식이 증가하고 있다. 기술적인 솔루션도 중요하지만 점차 고도화되는 보안위협에 대응하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 보안역량을 강화할 필요가 있다. 정보보호 교육은 보안역량 강화를 위한 대표적인 방법 중의 하나로, 국가, 기업, 학계에서 다양한 노력들이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 거시적인 측면에서의 발전방향을 도출하기 위해서는 현재까지 수행된 연구들을 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문은 국내외 정보보호 교육에 대한 연구 동향을 분석하여 개선사항을 도출하는 탐색적 연구로서, 해외 4개의 저널, 국내 2개의 저널에서 수집한 정보보호 교육, 훈련, 인식관련 177개의 논문을 대상으로 게재현황에 대한 기본 분석을 수행하였다. 또한 이 중에서 정보보호 교육 관련 70개 논문을 대상으로 상세 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 국내의 경우 교육과정 분석에 대한 연구가 대다수이며, 향후 교육 분야의 다변화와 실험연구 등을 통한 교육 효과성 측정관련 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다.

Machine to machine (M2M) communications is the hottest issue in the standardization and industry area, it is also defined as machine-type communication (MTC) in release 10 of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP). Recently, most research have focused on congestion control, sensing, computing, and controlling technologies and resource management etc., but there are few studies on security aspects. In this paper, we first introduce the threats that exist in M2M system and corresponding solutions according to 3GPP. In addition, we present several new security issues including group access authentication, multiparty authentication and data authentication, and propose corresponding solutions through modifying existing authentication protocols and cryptographic algorithms, such as group authentication and key agreement protocol used to solve group access authentication of M2M, proxy signature for M2M system to tackle authentication issue among multiple entities and aggregate signature used to resolve security of small data transmission in M2M communications.

본 논문에서는 NICE(National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education)의 사이버보안 인력양성 프레임워크에서 권고하는 보안 소프트웨어 개발 직무에 필요한 기술과 역량을 중심으로 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 보안 소프트웨어의 개발 직무에 어떤 보안기술이 필요하고 어떤 보안 역량을 보유해야 하는지에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 논문의 초점은 보안 소프트웨어의 개발 직무에 필요한 보안기술(핵심기술과 특화기술)과 국내 서울에 위치한 정보보호 관련 학과의 교육과정 사이의 일치성을 분석하는데 있다. 이 분석을 하는 이유는 서울에 위치한 5개 대학의 정보보호 관련 학과에서 실시하는 교육과정이 보안 소프트웨어 개발 직무를 수행하는데 얼마나 적합한 교육체계를 갖추고 있는지를 살펴보기 위함이다. 결론적으로, 만일 연구된 5개의 관련 학과가 보안 소프트웨어의 개발 직무 개발자를 집중적으로 양성하고자 한다면, 공통적으로 보안 테스팅과 소프트웨어 디버깅, 시큐어 소프트웨어 개발 방법, 위험관리, 개인정보식별과 프라이버시, 정보보증에 대한 교육이 필요하다.

교육 분야에서의 정보시스템 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 교육기관 및 관련기관에서의 개인정보유출 등의 보안사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있지만, 교육기관의 정보보호 업무자의 현황을 파악하고 이를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 교육훈련은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 교육의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 국내 교육관련기관 종사자의 기관유형, 근무지역, 담당직무별로 요구되는 정보보호 분야 지식 및 기술에 차이가 있는지를 정보보호 업무자 대상의 설문결과에 대한 다차원척도법(MDS) 분석을 통해 검증하고, 이를 토대로 교육관련기관의 정보보호 교육 프레임워크를 설계하여 제시하였다.

The earthquake input is required when the soil-structure interaction (SSI) analysis is performed by the direct finite element method. In this paper, the earthquake is considered as the obliquely incident plane body wave arising from the truncated linearly elastic layered half space. An earthquake input method is developed for the time-domain three-dimensional SSI analysis. It consists of a new site response analysis method for free field and the viscous-spring artificial boundary condition for scattered field. The proposed earthquake input method can be implemented in the process of building finite element model of commercial software. It can result in the highly accurate solution by using a relatively small SSI model. The initial condition is considered for the nonlinear SSI analysis. The Daikai subway station is analyzed as an example. The effectiveness of the proposed earthquake input method is verified. The effect of the obliquely incident earthquake is studied.

사이버공간 속 디지털문화의 융복합 윤리교육은 개인정보, 저작권 등 특정 영역에만 국한되고 있어 사이버 공간의 사용자인 디지털 네이티브들이 소통하고 공유하고 교류하는 사이버공간 속 정보수용능력과 정보 제공능력에 관한 교육은 미비한 상태이다. 이로 인해 정보보안의 중요성을 인지하지 못하고 타인의 개인정보를 남용하는 역기능이 최근 사회문제로 대두 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사이버공간에서 가장 많이 정보를 소통하고 교류하는 디지털네티즌들 가운데 대학교 1~2학년 학생들을 대상으로 디지털 리터러시 교육을 실시한 후 이들이 정보보안 인식의 변화를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 디지털 문화사회회에 필요한 디지털 리터러시 교육의 체계적 양성의 근원적인 대책의 마련하고자 한다.
