This study aims to analyze problems and deduce improvement plans for information security support policies for SMEs in Korea. To this end, an effective support policy necessary for reinforcing cyber safety nets to enhance the level of information security of domestic SMEs based on the analysis results by analyzing the status and problems of the previous research review and analysis, the current status of information security of SMEs and the information security support policies of major SMEs at home and abroad. I would like to suggest improvement measures. Reinforcement of awareness, legal basis, voluntary capacity building, joint response system, professional manpower and budget support, cyber security construction, untact era support, and regional strategic industry security internalization were suggested. This can be used as the government's information security support policy to raise the level of information security of SMEs in preparation for the post Covid19.

IoT technology is currently being applied at various industrial sites and is developing as a core technology in the fourth industrial revolution. Along with IoT developments, awareness and importance of IoT security is increasing, and research on IoT security is underway to counter these threats. However, research trends in the context of IoT security awareness are insufficient. This paper is a research that analyzes the progress of R&D and IoT security in both domestic and international IoT and thus leads to improvements. The research covered the 229 papers and articles of domestic and foreign journals covering security fields as a main theme. Among them, detailed analyses of 96 papers related to IoT security were performed. Research has shown that many studies are being conducted on trends in IoT security, key management and privacy. A detailed study on the characteristics of services to apply IoT technologies and access control and authentication between IoT devices is needed, and a study that addressed the issues of privacy in IoT environments in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to examine the operational performances by the investment level of information security in companies. The theoretical background summarized the meaning of information security, management information security, and network security. The research process was carried out in four stages. As a result of the analysis, the level of information security was classified into four groups, and the difference in operational performance was confirmed. According to the categorical regression analysis of the three dependent variables, independent variables such as network threats, non-network threats, executive information security awareness, industry, organizational size, and information security education all affected information security regulations, in-house information security checks, and information security budget investments. The theoretical implications of this study have contributed to updating the latest information security theory. Practical implications are that rational investments should be made on the level of information security of companies.

The findings of the study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the relationship of the demographic characteristics of the subjects to their awareness of corporate social responsibility, organizational trust and organizational performance, there were differences in awareness of corporate social responsibility according to the form of employment, academic credential and marital status. As for awareness of legal/ethical responsibility by the form of employment, the regular workers put more emphasis on that than the irregular workers. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship of the corporate social responsibility of the private security companies to organizational performance, namely organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, the two factors were found to affect each other.

This study aims at exploring relation of social security network building, civil culture and community unity. To achieve the purpose, this study selected the general citizens in Seoul Region (Gangdong, Gangseo, Gangnam and Gangbuk) from Jul. 15 to Sept. 15, 2014 as population and sampled 400 people using cluster random sampling. Excluding unhonest data, the number of cases used for the final analysis is 337 people. The collected data were analyzed for the study purpose using SPSSWIN 18.0, as statistical techniques, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, path analysis etc. were used. First, social security network building has an effect on civil culture. That is, the more activated voluntary crime prevention activity, the higher order law-abiding spirit. The more activated local government security education, police public order service, the higher awareness of participation becomes. First, social security network building has an effect on civil culture. That is, the more activated voluntary crime prevention activity, the higher order law-abiding spirit. The more activated local government security education, police public order service, the higher awareness of participation becomes. The more activated voluntary crime prevention activity, street CCTV facilities, police public order service, the higher tolerance spirit becomes. On the contrary, street CCTV facilities reduce citizens' autonomy. Second, social security network building has an effect on community unity. The more activated street CCTV facilities, police public order service, crime prevention design, the higher a sense of stability becomes. The more activated local government security education, police public order service, crime prevention design, the higher awareness of community becomes. The more activated voluntary crime prevention activity, government security education, police public order service, crime prevention design, the higher community institution becomes. Third, civil culture has an effect on community unity. That is, the more activated awareness of community, tolerance spirit, the higher a sense of stability, awareness of community and community system become. Fourth, social security network building has an effect on civil culture and community unity. That is, social security network building has a low effect community institution directly, but if civil culture is enhanced through social security network building, then it has a high effect on community unity.

This study investigates how consumers perceive the collection of behavioral information through 'cookies' on OTT platforms and the impact it has on personalized services. Through SPSS analysis on 120 consumers, which was conducted to examine four hypotheses, correlations were found between awareness of OTT companies' behavioral information collection and online tracking recognition, awareness and willingness to provide cookies, and the extent of confirming behavioral information collection terms during registration and online tracking recognition. The study concludes that consumer knowledge about behavioral information significantly influences the importance and intention to use personalized services, highlighting the need for regulatory measures by both companies and government entities.

The purpose of the research is that how awareness of importance of personal medical data, laws regarding personal medical data and perception gap regarding information of medical data system may affect usage of hospital convenience between a regular patient who has experienced hospital service and medical professionals. Preceding research analysis was conducted previous on establishing research model; 150 questionnaires to a regular patient and 150 questionnaires for a medical professional, total of 300 questionnaires were gathered for conducting a question investigation. First of all, the research concluded that there are a regular perception differences between a regular patient and medical professional. Moreover, there are perception differences among the different gender, age, and area of residence. Furthermore, medical professionals tend to consider that convenience of hospital usage will be increased if user strengthens recognition of security of personal medical data. Results of hypothesis stress that higher awareness of exposure of personal medical data and medical information system affect decision making convenience for a better usage of hospital. On the other side, awareness of laws related with personal medical information security does not affect decision making convenience of hospital usage and transaction. The results of the research analyzes with proof that strengthening awareness of personal medical data security positively increase convenience of decision making and transactions in selection of provided medical service.

With the emergence of new ICT technologies, information security threats are becoming more advanced, intelligent, and diverse. Even though the awareness of the importance of information security increases, the information security budget is not enough because of the lack of effectiveness measurement of the information security investment. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the information security investment in each business environment to minimize the cost of operating the information security countermeasures and mitigate the damages occurred from the information security breaches. In this paper, using genetic algorithms we propose an investment optimization model for information security countermeasures with the limited budget. The optimal information security countermeasures were derived based on the actual information security investment status of SMEs. The optimal solution supports the decision on the appropriate investment level for each information security countermeasures.

Security awareness and training are becoming more important as cyber security incidents tend to increase in industrial control systems, including nuclear power plants. For effective cyber security awareness and training for the personnel who manage and operate the target facility, a TEST-BED is required that can analyze the impact of cyber attacks from the sensor level to the operation status of the nuclear power plant. In this paper, we have developed an HIL system for nuclear power plant cyber security training. It includes nuclear power plant status simulations and specific system status simulation together with physical devices. This research result will be used for the specialized cyber security training program for Korean nuclear facilities.

본 고에서는 상황 인식(Context-Awareness)의 의미와 관련 기술을 소개하고, 상황 인식에 바탕을 두고 있는 상황 인식 보안(Context-Aware Security) 기술 동향을 살펴본 다음 그 응용 예를 알아본다. 상황 인식에 관한 연구는 국내외적으로 상당한 연구가 진행되어 왔지만, 상황 인식 기술을 컴퓨터 보안에 응용하는 상황 인식 보안 연구는 최근에야 시작되었기 때문에 본 고를 준비하는데 어려움이 있었다.
