  • People leave voicemails or record phone conversations in their daily cell phone use. Sometimes important voice data is deleted by the user accidently, or purposely to cover up criminal activity. In these cases, deleted voice data must be able to be recovered for forensics, since the voice data can be used as evidence in a criminal case. Because cell phones store data that is easily fragmented in flash memory, voice data recovery is very difficult. However, if there are identifiable patterns for the deleted voice data, we can recover a significant amount of it by researching images of it. There are several types of voice data, such as QCP, AMR, MP4, etc.. This study researches the data recovery solutions for EVRC codec and AMR codec in QCP file, Qualcumm's voice data format in cell phone.

  • One of the most pressing and demanding issues today in the conditions of widespread transformation and digitalization of spheres of human activity is information security and ensuring the integrity of data. The main research and development in the field of information security is aimed at improving efficiency and rationalization. One of the main means of data transmission and operation of information complexes are fiber-optic systems. To date, there have been incidents of illegal intrusion and theft of information, passing through this type of communication. Thus, today there is a problem associated with insufficient information security in fiber-optic data transmission systems. One of the most effective tools to counter acts of illegal interference in systems are artificial intelligence and cryptographic algorithms of information protection. It is the symbiosis of these two tools that can qualitatively improve the level of information security in fiber-optic data transmission systems. Thus, the authors of this article pursue the goal associated with the description of an innovative system for protecting information from violations in fiber-optic data transmission systems based on the integration of intelligent cryptographic algorithms.

  • In modern society, citizens' quality of life aspects of safety and crime prevention activities are actively considering the incidence of crime prevention in advance. It also can be quite important elicit the interest of who community members through effective crime prevention strategies. For crime prevention policies and techniques over time as more scientific and advanced methods are made. Today, A typical crime prevention strategies is private security zones and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is a corresponding to the new strategy. CPTED is a diversification can be called a crime prevention approach that emphasizes the principle of natural surveillance, access control, territoriality, activity support, maintenance and management. The defensible space of the space area related to crime prevention setting the activities of private security and CPTED determine. Also, the reality of crime prevention and protection should be considered space. The emphasis on proactive prevention of crime in modern society for the prevention of crime how to approach differing perspectives and disparate aspects of private security and CPTED. Technical and professional areas that overlap to some extent in a homogeneous aspect. Ultimately, CPTED is a crime prevention through space and environmental approach for crime. In addition, Ultimate goal of convergence, crime prevention, with the same or higher is required to study for the area after looking for the characteristics and limitations of private security and CPTED.

  • Recently, smartphone are increasing in Internet-enabled applications to install and delete benefits as well as internet through various interfaces such as 3G network, Wi-Fi, Wibro without the constraints of time and place. However, the prevalence of smartphones and the activity was generated from an existing PC smartphone security threats are causing a ripple in a society. In this paper, we serve live content services on the first and last content by creating an electronic signature is the signature of either the loss of any Content provided by both authentication and non-repudiation content protection scheme is proposed. The proposed method of secure smartphone users to download and install the content or an application for downloading content over the content for secure authentication.

  • Because of the increasing demand for day care centers, The Korean government has enforced childcare accreditation. The government has created the evaluation certification system for child care facilities. But the system includes variable items, and the physical rules are not sufficient for ensuring security and quality amenities. So this study, through literature search, examined the rules of Child Care Centers in the U.S. and compared them with those in Korea focusing on the provision of security and amenities. The standards found in 4 U.S. states were investigated, and the results are as follows. The rule pertaining to the size of indoor activity spaces in C.C.C. allows the spaces to be smaller in Korea than in the U.S. There is no specific criterion for infants and toddlers in our standard. When comparing the standards of Korea with those of the United States, Korea's standards do not state specific rules about child care facilities such as indoor furniture, finishes and space planning. Additionally, the binding force ensuring compliance with the standards of physical facilities is weak. Thus, the ratings of child care standards for the physical environment should be presented in detail. And if a center does not comply with the criteria, stronger penalties will have to be imposed.

  • The purchase of information protection products accounts for the largest portion of corporate information protection activity budgets. However, there are no evaluation factors and evaluation models that should be applied to objectively compare information protection products, and therefore, product selection is difficult. Therefore, in this study, we study the inherent quality characteristics of information security products and select evaluation factors accordingly. The selected evaluation factors are analyzed and a quality determination model is given by weighting according to importance. The target is limited to the network information protection product and can be extended to all information protection products.

  • The access control means the process to record and manage access restrictions and permits for protecting information in records. This paper emphasizes the control of access and authorization based on the roles and the data using activities of users as task performers. Also, it requires to gain the necessary approval in advance for important tasks such as mass inquiry and change on important information to influence the very existence of the whole organization. And then, it suggests that it is necessary to control some session of information with non-activity for certain time. Generally, this paper is to explain security elements of access control through various cases.

  • This paper studies the secrecy capacity for a wireless cooperative network with perfect channel state information at the relays, and receiver. A similar assumption is also made for the instance where there exist a direct link between the transmitter and receiver. Physical Layer security techniques are employed in wireless networks to mitigate against the activity of eavesdroppers. It offers a viable alternative to computationally intensive encryption. In this paper the design of a protocol utilizing jamming (via jamming nodes) for better security and relaying (via relay nodes) for the amplify-and-forward (AF) operation, is investigated. A a signal-to-noise variant of secrecy known as secrecy gap is explored because of its use of lesser computational power - preferable for practical systems. Thus we maximize this signal-to-noise approach instead of the conventional secrecy capacity maximization method. With this, an iterative algorithm using geometric programming (GP) and semi-definite programming (SDP) is presented with appreciable benefits. The results show here highlight the benefits of using fractional components of the powers of the relays to offer better secrecy capacity.

  • The main purpose of the study is to determine the key aspects of the public-private partnership system in the context of the economic development of the state. At first glance, the mutually exclusive interests of the state and business do not contribute to the development of common and agreed development goals. At the same time, ignoring the versatility of interests and the aggravation of the discussion regarding the two sides under consideration, the study of the theoretical foundations of the interaction between the public and private sectors of the economy allows us to draw the following conclusion: world economic theory from classical political economy to new institutionalism has a clear structured position on the ancient historical depth of existence of the form of partnerships Based on the results of the study, the main elements of the public-private partnership system in the context of the economic development of the state were identified.

  • Using the Kalman filtering technique, we propose a novel method for estimating the missing video frames to monitor the activities inside the control room of a nuclear power plant (NPP). The purpose of this study is to reinforce the existing security and safety procedures in the control room of an NPP. The NPP control room serves as the nervous system of the plant, with instrumentation and control systems used to monitor and control critical plant parameters. Because the safety and security of the NPP control room are critical, it must be monitored closely by security cameras in order to assess and reduce the onset of any incidents and accidents that could adversely impact the safety of the NPP. However, for a variety of technical and administrative reasons, continuous monitoring may be interrupted. Because of the interruption, one or more frames of the video may be distorted or missing, making it difficult to identify the activity during this time period. This could endanger overall safety. The demonstrated Kalman filter model estimates the value of the missing frame pixel-by-pixel using information from the frame that occurred in the video sequence before it and the frame that will occur in the video sequence after it. The results of the experiment provide evidence of the effectiveness of the algorithm.
