MAC(Mandatory Access Control)이나 MLS(Multi Level Security) 보안정책이 적용된 보안운영체제는 주체와 객체에 보안등급(Security Level)과 영역(Category) 값을 부여하고, 부여된 이들 정보에 의해 객체에 행해지는 주체의 접근을 제한한다. 하지만, 이러한 MAC과 MLS 보안이 적용된 경우라 하더라도 시스템의 보안정책을 위반하며 불법적 정보를 유통하게 하는 경로가 있을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 불법적 정보의 유통경로가 되고 있는 IPC(Inter Process Communication) 메커니즘과 스토리지에 의한 비밀채널을(Covert Channel) 문제 해결 위해 커널 수준의 설계와 구현을 시도하였다. IPC 메커니즘에 의한 불법적 정보흐름 제거를 위해 IPC 메커니즘에 MLS 보안정책을 적용하였고, 스토리지 비밀채널는 시스템 콜 명세를 분석하여 이를 식별, 감사, 지연처리가 가능토록 하였다.

In this paper, an contemplate the direction for Usable Security in IT security and User Experience. To evaluate how the user interface is convenient to use, we examine the components such as the property, learnable property, memory simplicity, faults and satisfaction level. By considering for the security, we should bring positive effects on the user experience. By emphasizing usability and security at the same time, we should increase the satisfaction level of the user experience and then produce the valuable experience through participation, use and observation. The positive user experience is the important task for the software engineering, business administration and others., and this will result satisfaction of the users, brand trust, and success in the market. On the other hand, for the negative user experience, the users cannot achieve their desired goal and therefore, are unsatisfied due to emotional, rational and economic inconvenience. Due to this, we should try to maintain a certain level of usability and security of the system in IT security and User Experience.

In this paper we applied our previously developed assessment framework to the data collected from an internet security readiness survey targeted at households. We used the assessment framework to compute an Internet Security Readiness index for each household, which was in turn derived from Internet Security Readiness capital, skill, and actual uptake/use of infrastructure indices. We then examined the relationships among overall Internet Security Readiness, and the capital, skill, and actual uptake/use of infrastructure related to Internet Security Readiness. In addition, we explored the influence of Internet usage level and experience on Internet Security Readiness.

공공기관에서는 보안위협에 대응하기 위해 매년 정보보안 솔루션에 투자하고 있다. 하지만 도입된 솔루션이 실제 공공기관의 정보보안 수준 향상에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 미비한 상태이며, 이로 인해 공공기관에 도입된 솔루션의 투자효과에 대한 측정의 어려움 등이 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 정보보안 솔루션의 도입 시 실제 정보보안 수준 향상에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증을 위해 전체 공공기관에 도입되어 있는 '내PC지키미' 솔루션을 중심으로 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과 내PC지키미 솔루션은 공공기관 사용자의 정보보안 인식향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 이로 인해 조직의 정보보안 수준이 높아진 것을 실증하였다. 또한, 솔루션 운영 시 보안 정책의 강제화 유무에 따른 보안성 향상에 대하여 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 공공기관의 사용자 및 관리자들이 정보보안 솔루션 도입 시 내부 보안정책 수립과 같은 운영 프로세스 개선 방안에 활용할 수 있다.

모바일 단말기의 확산과 더불어 많은 조직에서 직원과 방문자의 업무 효율과 보안을 위해 BYOD 개념을 MDM을 활용하여 구현하고 있다. 그러나 응용 수준에서의 단말기 장치 통제는 보안의 근본적 해결책이 될 수 없다는 문제점이 발생한다. 본 논문은 보다 근본적이고 유연한 보안 정책을 수립하는 방법으로서 모바일 단말기의 커널 수준에서 리눅스 보안 모듈(Linux Security Module)을 사용하여 강제적 접근 제어 방식으로 단말기 장치를 통제하는 방식과 절차를 제안한다.

We designed a security improved document DRM for protecting document based military information which is transmitted in the military information system environment. The user should be could not access document which not related to his/her role and duty, and must view the only document appropriate for his/her role and security level according to the security level of document. We improved the security of document DRM by adding to the access control module in DRM server. Our system allows operation mode authorizations for the document, considering the user's role & security level and the security level of document. And it prevents indiscriminate access to the document and damage the confidentiality and integrity of information.

In this paper for developing and implementing the HD level triple streaming hybrid security camera which output the three type of video outputs(HD-SDI, EX-SDI, Analog). We design the hardware and program the firmware supporting the main and sub functions. We use MN34229PL as image sensor, EN778, EN331 as image processor, KA909A as reset, iris, day&night function part, A3901SEJTR-T as zoom/focus control part. We request the performance test of developed security camera at the broadcasting and communication fusion testing department of TTA (Telecommunication Technology Association). We can get the three outputs (HD-SDI, EX-SDI, Analog) from the developed security camera, get the world best level at the jitter and eye pattern amplitude value and exceed the world best level at the signal/noise ratio, and minium illumination, power consumption part. The HD level triple streaming hybrid security camera in this paper will be widely used at the security camera because of the better performance and function.

본 논문은 리눅스 운영체제의 커널 수준에서 다중등급 보안기능 등을 추가적으로 구현한 보안 운영체제를 제시한다. 최근 Firewall, IDS와 같은 응용 프로그램 수준에서의 보안 제품은 기존의 부족한 운영체제 보안 기능을 이용하기 때문에 해킹 등에 취약점을 보이고 있다. 그러나 국내에서의 보안 리눅스 운영체제의 개발은 이제 시작 단계이며, 미국에서는 NSA에서 프로토타입을 개발하였으나 구현기술의 일부만 공개하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서 상용화 수준으로 개발한 다중등급 보안커널 기능의 보안 리눅스 운영체제는 TCSEC B1급에서 정한 기능을 만족하며, 커널모드 암호화, DB를 이용한 실시간 감사추적, root의 권한 제한 등의 추가적 기능을 제공한다.

최근 몇 년 동안 금융회사(은행, 증권사, 신용카드사, 보험사 등)를 대상으로 한 개인정보 유출, 홈페이지 해킹, 분산 서비스거부공격(DDoS) 등 보안사고가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현행 전자금융기반시설의 정보보호 관리수준의 문제점을 법적 준거성과 정보보호 인증제도 관점에서 분석하고 금융 분야 특성에 적합한 종합적인 관리체계 하에서 높은 수준의 정보보호 활동이 지속 가능하도록 정보보호관리체계, 정보보호 준비도 평가 및 주요정보통신기반시설 취약점 분석 평가 제도를 활용한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The strengthened aviation security measurements caused by increased terror threat all around the world have air passengers annoyed by uneasy treatment and some delayed process. The service level of air travel and competitiveness of airlines industry has been weakened also. The aviation security process is mainly conducted at an airport. The threat level of airport is not usually same airport to airport, and the quality of aviation security activity is neither same. However, ICAO requires every international airport to conduct similar process to ensure aviation security without considering situational difference of each airport. The paper has objectives to develop reasonable security measurements based on risk management concept. It studied the ways of achieving target level of security of an airport, considering the threat situation of the airport and its ability to conduct security procedures.
