The Reinforcing plan of private security capabilities (민간경비역량의 강화방안)

  • Recently in the condition of increasing of cruel-hearted crime, it is limited to keep the community safe by only police force and expanding role of private security is required. But current private security law and relation law have many delimitations. So reinforcing of Private security capabilities is needed and several measures are required. Integration of private security law and private police guards is the foundation of rule introduced of specific rights of private guards. Also authority of the private security should be ruled in private security law to prepare the conditions of performed guard duties. In relation to this, questioning of a suspicious person by a patrolman should be granted to the private security. Strengthening authority of private security can be helpful in preventing crime and policing.

  • The spread of Internet and the appear of Downsizing, SI(System Integration) is chaning centralized computing to distributed computing. Also distributed computing is rapidly changing to Ubiquitous computing escape from hard wire connected network. CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) is a middleware that used for smoothness communication between application program and operation system in a different environment. However distributed computing environment is not safe from the danger, the attack like virus, worm is too intellectual and variety. In this paper, we design a new DB security model and suggest efficiency of it in Ubiquitous environment base on CSS(CORBA Security Service) that present ed from OMG(Object Management Group).

  • As the importance and the need for network security is increased, many organization uses the various security systems. They enable to construct the consistent integrated security environment by sharing the vulnerable information among firewall, intrusion detection system, and vulnerable scanner. We construct the integrated security simulation environment that can be used by some security system model. In this paper, we have designed and constructed the general simulation environment of network security model composed of multiple IDSs agent and a firewall agent which coordinate by CNP (Contract Net Protocol). The CNP, the methodology for efficient integration of computer systems on heterogeneous environment such as distributed systems, is essentially a collection of agents, which cooperate to resolve a problem. We compare the selection algorithm in the CPN with the Fuzzy Controller for the effective method to select the agents.

  • Recently the flow of information security has become a user-centered change. This is mostly breach of security by the normal and abnormal entering harmful files during user internet. Therefore, we would like to design security system that breach of security can be prevented in advance to improve using the reliability of DNS and system control in this paper. In other words, we would like to suggest method can be block randomly to access the site which information security system of user-centric is breached harmful files infected in user computer.

  • With the growing usage of the networks, the world-wide Internet has become the main means to exchange data and carry out transactions. It has also become the main means to attack hosts. To solve the security problems which occur in the network such as Internet, we import software products of network security elements like an IDS (Intrusion Detection System) and a firewall. In this paper, we have designed and constructed the general simulation environment of network security model composed of multiple IDSes and a firewall which coordinate by CNP (Contract Net Protocol) for the effective detection of the intrusion. The CNP, the methodology for efficient integration of computer systems on heterogeneous environment such as distributed systems, is essentially a collection of agents, which cooperate to resolve a problem. Command console in the CNP is a manager who controls the execution of agents or a contractee, who performs intrusion detection. In the network security model, each model of simulation environment is hierarchically designed by DEVS(Discrete Event system Specification) formalism. The purpose of this simulation is that the application of rete pattern-matching algorithm speeds up the inference cycle phases of the intrusion detection expert system and we evaluate the characteristics and performance of CNP architecture with rete pattern-matching algorithm.

  • In addition to the rapid development of health information technology services for the development of new medical information, a lot of research is underway. Improve health care services for patients are many ways to help them. However, no information about the security, if only the technology advances in health care systems will create an element of risk and threat. Today's issues and access issues are stable over a public network. Ad hocsensor network using secure, non-integrated health information system's security vulnerabilities does not solve the security vulnerabilities. In the development and utilization of health information systems to be subject to greater restrictions. Different security policies in an environment with a medical information system security policy mechanism that can be resolved if people get here are needed. Context-aware and flexible policy of integration and confidential medical information through the resistance should be guaranteed. Other cross-domain access control policy for telecommunications should be protected. In this paper, that the caller's medical information system, diversification, diversification Security agent in the environment, architecture, design, plan, role-based security system are proposed. The proposed system architecture, design work in the field and in the utilization of one model are expected to be.

  • Network security system used in the large scale network composes individual security system which protects only own domain. Problems of individual security system are not to protect the backbone network and to be hard to cope with in real-time. In this paper we proposed a security system which includes security function at the router, and the access point, which exist at the backbone network, to solve the problems. This security system sends the alert messages to an integrated security management system after detecting intrusions. The integrated security management system releases confrontation plan to each suity system. Thus the systematic and immediate confrontation is possible. We analyzed function verification and efficiency by using the security system and the integrated security management system suggested in this paper. We confirmed this integrated security management system has a possibility of a systematic and immediate confrontation.

  • The multi-tenancy and high scalability of the cloud have inspired businesses and organizations across various sectors to adopt and deploy cloud computing. Cloud computing provides cost-effective, reliable, and convenient access to pooled resources, including storage, servers, and networking. Cloud service models, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, enable organizations, developers, and end users to access resources, develop and deploy applications, and provide access to pooled computing infrastructure. Despite the benefits, cloud service models are vulnerable to multiple security and privacy attacks and threats. The SaaS layer is on top of the PaaS, and the IaaS is the bottom layer of the model. The software is hosted by a platform offered as a service through an infrastructure provided by a cloud computing provider. The Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) delivers cloud-based apps through a web browser. The stateless nature of HTTP facilitates session hijacking and related attacks. The Open Web Applications Security Project identifies web apps' most critical security risks as SQL injections, cross-site scripting, sensitive data leakage, lack of functional access control, and broken authentication. The systematic literature review reveals that data security, application-level security, and authentication are the primary security threats in the SaaS model. The recommended solutions to enhance security in SaaS include Elliptic-curve cryptography and Identity-based encryption. Integration and security challenges in PaaS and IaaS can be effectively addressed using well-defined APIs, implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and standard syntax for cloud provisioning.

  • 현재의 보안정보에 관리는 크게 공개키를 기반으로 공개키 쌍의 관리만이 표준화된 형식으로 사용되고 있을 뿐, 다양한 시스템들 및 사용자들이 필요한 대부분의 보안정보들은 시스템별 흑은 사용되는 보안 서비스들의 따라 달리 관리되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 종류의 보안정보들을 통합 관리하는 보안 정보 통합 관리 시스템을 설계하였다.
