4차 산업혁명 시대의 보안은 안전의 문제로 확대되고 있으나, 기업의 정보보호 제반환경은 여전히 열악한 수준이다. 본 연구는 정보보호 투자의도 요인을 실증 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 제안 하고자 한다. 이에 정보보호 실태, 보호 행동이론을 고찰하고 UTAUT를 확장하여 연구 모델을 설계하고 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 정보 자산이 촉진조건에 영향을 미치고, 인지된 우려와 신규 우려가 사회적 영향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 영향은 경험과 습관에 영향을 미치지만, 정보보호 투자 의도에 미치는 영향은 기각되었다. 촉진조건, 경험 및 습관이 정보보호와 신규서비스 정보보호 투자의도에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 인지된 우려와 신규 우려가 정보보호 투자의도에 미치는 영향은 낮거나 기각되었다. 업종, 규모, 정보보호 조직 구성, 침해사고 경험, 정보보호 인력 비율, 개인정보 건수에 따라 집단 간 조절 효과가 있었다. 본 연구가 기업의 정보보호 수준 제고를 위한 정책 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다.

ICT 기술의 발전으로 인하여 융합현실 콘텐츠는 단순한 3차원 콘텐츠만을 보여주는 서비스 플랫폼에서 센서 정보, 공유 정보등 다양한 정보 등을 가시화하여 제공함으로서 다양한 산업분야에서 서비스 제공을 위한 기술로서 활용되어지고 있다. 제공되는 정보와 콘텐츠가 증가함에 따라 증강되는 오브젝트의 리소스를 네트워크로 전송하여 어플리케이션을 경량화하는 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 네트워크를 통해 리소스를 제공하기 위해서는 패턴 정보, 콘텐츠 정보, 센서 정보 등 다양한 정보들을 처리하기 위한 서버들이 클라우드 환경에서 구축되어야 한다. 그러나 클라우드 환경에서 실시간으로 송수신되는 데이터를 인증하기 위해서는 그 처리과정이 길기 때문에 랜더링 과정에서 딜레이 현상이 발생하여 QoS가 떨어지는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 센서 정보, 3차원 모델 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 제공해주는 융합현실 서비스의 증강 콘텐츠를 제공해주는 클라우드 서버를 분산하고 분산된 서버간 중계를 통하여 신뢰된 데이터를 처리하는 시간을 단축하기 위한 시스템을 설계하였다.

유비쿼터스 환경은 디지털 홈 기기들이 시간과 공간에 제약을 받지 않는 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공한다. 하지만, 디지털 콘텐츠의 사적복제 보장을 통한 콘텐츠의 이용 편리성 보장(Fair Use)이 이루어지지 않고 콘텐츠의 무차별적인 배포와 불법 콘텐츠의 사용 등으로 인해 피해를 주고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 등장한 DRM 시스템은 단말기에 저장된 라이선스의 보호와 콘텐츠의 재배포에 따른 라이선스 관리를 수행하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 DRM 시스템의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 대안으로서 콘텐츠와 라이선스에 대한 오용행위 감사 및 불법 대규모 유통을 사전에 차단하고 법적 대응을 위해 디지털 증거 생성 및 관리가 가능한 디지털 포렌식 모델을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the physical environment and mental health of the adolescents in urban and rural areas. This study was performed using the questionnaire survey method. The research subjects were high school students in Seoul and Jeollabuk-do rural areas. The questionnaire inquired about the housing, neighborhood, and school environments, and these contents were depended on previous studies. The survey was conducted from August 27 to September 6, 2013, and 446 data were collected. They were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 program. The main results are as follows. 1) The urban adolescents evaluated physical environment to be better than rural adolescents. Specifically, the urban adolescents evaluated 'facility/accommodation', 'security/health', 'amenity' of the housing environment, 'disorder', 'comfortability', 'nature awareness' of the neighborhood environment, and 'noise', 'overcrowding', and 'security' of the school environment to be higher. 2) The urban adolescents' self-esteem was significantly higher than rural ones. 3) The physical environment factors, which had effects on adolescents' mental health, are different depending on the areas, and so adolescents' physical environment would be designed by the local environment conditions.

In this paper, we introduce a canonical framework of the large-scaled web-based sensor gateway and practically implement it as the environment monitoring system. The system consists of a central management server, up to 250 local embedded subsystems and up to 250 sensor or actuator nodes for each subsystem. The node information is gathered periodically through a well-defined protocol on the sensor network and converted to the web contents and the SNMP MIB objects according to its data type. The MIB objects are well-defined and include system, network, sensor, actuator and alarm specific data classes. Because there is an increasing trend that a large number of sites are willing to adapt unmanned sensing and control, the developed system will play a key role to efficiently manage a large scale sensor networked system such as environment monitoring systems or countermeasure systems against disaster and calamities.

As the logistic environment of digital contents is rapidly changing, the protection of the digital rights for digital content has been recognized as one of critical issues. Digital Right Management(DRM) has taken much interest Internet Service Provider(ISP), authors and publishers of digital content as an interested approach to create a trusted environment for access and use of digital resources. This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme using license agent to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

최근 모바일 기기를 소유한 사용자가 증가하면서 기업에서도 모바일 기기의 보안성이 보장된 관리 환경 구현이 가속화됨에 따라 기업은 개인의 기기를 통제하고 효율적 관리를 위해 MDM을 도입하였으나 기존 MDM의 App 관리 기능은 관리자가 해당 App을 등록하기 전까지 보안 위협을 막을 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 보안성 향상을 위한 애플리케이션 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템을 설계하기 위해 MDM의 기능과 인증 기술을 분석하였고, 시스템 아키텍처를 정의하여 사내의 정보 유출을 방지할 수 있는 모바일 기반 응용 제어 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현한 제어 시스템의 보안성을 평가하기 위해 국제공통평가기준의 보안성 평가 항목을 기준으로 테스트 시나리오를 작성해 테스트를 진행하였다. 테스트 결과 평균 40%의 보안성이 향상된 결과를 확인하였다.

Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. However the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. But the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. First, Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? Second, What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards? and what the qualifications of the trainers? Then, what are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities? etc.. In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.

전자정부 서비스는 국민, 기업, 정부부처에 새롭고 빠른 서비스를 제공하여 업무의 효율성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 열린 정부, 투명한 정부를 지향하고 국가 경쟁력 확보를 위해서 필수 불가결한 국가적 과제이다. 전자정부 서비스는 그 특성상 매우 민감한 데이터를 전송하거나 처리하므로 전자정부 서비스에서 보안은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 현재까지 전자정부에 대한 연구는 다양한 컨텐츠와 인프라에 대한 개발만을 해왔다. 최근에서야 전자정부 선진국을 중심으로 전자정부 서비스에 대한 보안을 고려하기 시작하였다. 전자정부 서비스는 웹 서비스로 구축되어지고 있으며 보안을 고려할 때 웹 서비스 보안 기술에 대한 분석과 이를 전자정부에 적용하기 위한 전자정부에 대한 분석이 선행되어야한다. 본 논문에서는 전자정부 서비스 발전 단계를 고려한 웹 서비스 보안 적용 시나리오를 위해 전자정부와 웹 서비스 보안 기술을 분석하였으며 이를 기반으로 향후 구축될 범정부 통합전산환경에서 웹 서비스 보안 기술 적용을 위한 시나리오와 전체 뷰(view)를 제시하였다.

디지털 저작물의 전송환경이 빠른 속도로 바뀜에 따라서 디지털 저작물의 저작권 보호가 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. DRM(Digital Right Management)은 디지털 저작자나 출판업자, 그리고 인터넷 서비스 제공자들에게 디지털 저작물을 접근하고 사용하는데 있어서 신뢰할수 있는 환경을 만들수 있는 관심있는 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 라이선스 에이전트를 이용하여 기존의 DRM 기법이 가지고 있는 정적인 DRM이나 온라인환경에 제한된 어플리케이션의 단점을 개선한 디지털 저작물의 보호기법에 대하여 제안한다. 제안된 논문은 동적인 DRM기법으로 동적인 요구 제어 기술을 바탕으로 라이선스 에이전트를 이용하여 온라인과 오프라인 환경에서 동시에 모니터링과 추적을 수행한다. 제안된 시스템은 PKI 보안 환경에서 사용자의 행동이나 데이터 보안을 실시간으로 감시하여 불법적인 접근과 사용을 막는다.
