본 연구의 목적은 경비안전시스템 이용자들의 서비스품질이 기업이미지와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 실증분석을 통해 확인하고자 전국적으로 이용자 200여명을 대상으로 2019년 5월 2일부터 6월 12일까지 약 40일 동안 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문내용은 "서비스품질, 기업이미지, 고객만족도"로 구성하였다. 실증분석은 타당성과 중요도, 신뢰도, 연관성 분석을 중심으로 실행하였다. 설문조사를 통하여 탐색적요인 및 구조방정식 등을 추출하고자 SPSS WIN 18.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 경비안전시스템 이용자들은 서비스품질이 좋을수록 기업이미지가 좋아지고, 기업이미지가 좋을수록 고객만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스품질이 좋을수록 고객만족도가 높아질 것으로 제시하였다. 따라서 각 경비안전시스템 업체들은 고객만족도 향상을 위해 서비스품질을 꾸준히 향상시켜 나가야 할 것이다.

Currently, research on network functions virtualization focuses on using microservices in cloud environments. Previous studies primarily focused on communication between nodes in physical infrastructure. Until now, there is no sufficient research on group key management in virtual environments. The service is composed of microservices that change dynamically according to the virtual service. There are dependencies for microservices on changing the group membership of the service. There is also a high possibility that various security threats, such as data leakage, communication surveillance, and privacy exposure, may occur in interactive communication with microservices. In this study, we propose an ID-based group key exchange (idGKE) mechanism between microservices as one group. idGKE defines the microservices' schemes: group key gen, join group, leave group, and multiple group join. We experiment in a real environment to evaluate the performance of the proposed mechanism. The proposed mechanism ensures an essential requirement for group key management such as secrecy, sustainability, and performance, improving virtual environment security.

클라우드 컴퓨팅의 성장과 더불어 클라우드 이용자 데이터 보안에 대한 우려가 증가하고 있으므로 이러한 우려를 감소시키는 것이 클라우드 컴퓨팅에서 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대한 정의 및 장단점을 설명하고 클라우드 컴퓨팅 발전법에서 정의하고 있는 이용자 정보 보호 규정에 대해 논한다. 다음으로 클라우드에서의 개인정보 보호 논점 및 개인정보 위 수탁에 관한 기존 연구 내용을 살펴본다. 그리고, 클라우드 서비스 유형에 따른 개인정보 저장 방식의 차이를 살펴보고 이로 인해 클라우드 서비스 별로 개인정보의 위 수탁 관계가 달라져야 함을 논한다. 이를 바탕으로 IaaS와 SaaS 클라우드 서비스 유형별로 개인정보를 보호하는 방안을 제안한다.

마이데이터 서비스는 개인의 금융, 신용 등 데이터를 통합 및 관리해 주는 서비스로, 점차 다양한 분야의 개인 데이터가 통합되면서 개인에게 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대된다. 마이데이터 서비스의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 발견하는 것은 서비스를 이해하는데 매우 중요한 주제이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 마이데이터 서비스의 속성들을 도출하고, 도출된 서비스 속성들을 유사한 것들끼리 묶어 "편리성", "유용성", "보안성", "통제성" 요인을 찾아냈으며, 이 요인들과 마이데이터 서비스의 이용의도와의 인과관계를 연구모형으로 설정하고 분석하는 탐색적 접근 방법을 사용하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 마이데이터 서비스 이용의도에는 마이데이터 서비스 속성 요인들 중에, "편리성", "유용성", "통제성"이 유의미한 영향을 주며, "보안성" 은 유의미한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, "통제성"이 마이데이터 서비스의 이용의도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면, 마이데이터 서비스 사업자는 이용자가 자신의 데이터를 통제하고 있다는 인식을 가지도록 하고, 이용자에게 다양한 혜택이 제공될 수 있도록 서비스를 개발할 필요가 있다.

의료기술 및 IT 기술의 급격한 발전으로 인해 체내 이식형 의료기기와 같은 융합 의료기술에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 체내 이식형 의료기기와 같은 새로운 형태의 의료서비스는 무선통신을 통해서 제공되고 있기 때문에 무선통신에서 발생가능한 개인정보 위협을 포함한 다양한 보안 취약점에 관한 문제 역시 중요 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 특히, 이러한 의료서비스에서의 보안상 취약점은 환자에게 치명적인 위협으로 다가갈 수 있기 때문에 더욱 안전한 방식의 보안성 제공이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 현재 제공되고 있는 체내 이식형 의료기기를 이용한 의료서비스에 서 발생할 수 있는 보안상 취약점들을 지적하고 이에 대응하기 위한 보안 메커니즘을 제안한다.

Recently, the Fintech industry is growing rapidly, and mobile payment service plays a key role in this growth. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting initial acceptance of mobile payment service using Technology Acceptance Model. In the research model, service-related factors such as economic efficiency and security, user-related factors such as user innovativeness and social factors such as social influence were adopted as external variables, and acceptance intention was introduced as dependent variable. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were selected as mediating variables. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics v22 and Smart PLS 2.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, service-related factors such as economic efficiency and security did not affect the user acceptance intention. Second, individual innovativeness and social influence have significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use respectively. And the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which are mediators, have a significant influence on the acceptance intention of mobile payment service. The results of this study will serve as a useful guide for Fintech industries.

최근 새로운 형태의 네트워크 환경인 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 구현하기 위한 핵심적인 기술을 Ad hoc 네트워크와 스마트 태그 기술로 규정하고, 스마트 태그와 관련한 RFID 태그의 보안 서비스에 대한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이는 RFID 태그가 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 관련된 인프라에 적용되기 위해서는 중요한 몇 가지 기술적인 요소와 구조가 고려되어야 하며, RFID 태그의 보안성이 기술적인 측면의 핵심중에 하나로 규정되기 때문이다. 특히, 안전한 유비쿼터스 환경을 구현하기 위해 RF통신을 수행하는 수동헝 RFID 태그의 경우 태그 가격의 경제성을 보장하는 보안 서비스 및 이를 관리할 수 있는 기술적인 사항과 능동형 RFID 태그에 적용이 가능한 보안 서비스 및 네트워크 관리 기술이 절실히 요구되는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수동형 RFID 태그를 기반으로 구성된 네트워크에서 안전한 인증 후 태그 서비스에 따른 인증 레벨을 설정하여 동일한 서비스를 제공할 경우 이를 관리하는 프로토콜과 능동형 RFID 태그로 이루어진 네트워크에서 현재 위치 및 서비스 등록 과정을 수행하여 불법적인 RFID 태그에 대한 보안 서비스뿐만 아니라 서비스를 단일 서비스와 그룹 서비스로 구분해 안전한 통신 방식을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of e - commerce technology characteristics and personal values on purchasing behavior by information security importance. The results of the empirical study that examined the university students in 2006 and 2016 are as follows. First, personal value is centered on personal values, such as self - esteem and self - esteem in 2006. In 2016, however, personal values such as self - fulfillment and personal relationship with others are important. Transactional ease and product service serve as the main value of the fun and pleasure of life, but the sense of accomplishment as the core value of information protection. Second, the technical characteristics of e-commerce are as follows. In terms of ease of transaction and product service, technology characteristics are simplified and directly effected over time. On the other hand, information protection works very closely with individual value, There was a strong tendency to enjoy benefits. Especially in 2006, if you want to enjoy transactional convenience through transaction information security or benefit from product service, it has been changed to recognize the importance of information security through payment in 2016.

As financial transactions using mobile devices have been activated, mobile payment services have appeared and many changes have been made to the existing financial service methods. Due to the simplified payment method of mobile payment service, security threats such as personal information leakage, phishing damage, and malicious code are increasing. Research that can solve this is needed. In this paper, we discuss the features and security factors of mobile payment system. In order to improve the security of mobile payment system, we propose a fault analysis method based on frequency of occurrence using Fault Fishbone Analysis(FFA) technique.

본 논문에서는 IGMP(Internet group management protocol)를 부당하게 사용함으로써 발생하는 DoS(Denial-of Service) 공격으로부터 멀티캐스트 분배트리를 보호하기 위해 IGMP의 보안관련 기능을 확장시킴으로써 수신자 접근제어기법을 제안하였다. IP 멀티캐스트 애플리케이션의 상업적인 적용을 위해 채택된 특정 네트워크와 비즈니스 모델을 기반으로, CP(Content Provider), NSP(Network Service Provider), 그룹멤버(group member)에 대한 회계 및 청구와 함께 제안 접근제어기법의 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping)을 위해 키 관리기법 또한 제시하였다.
