이 연구의 목적은 시큐리티 요원들의 여가활동과 직무만족 및 삶의 질의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 수도권 소재 시큐리티 회사에 재직하고 있는 시큐리티 요원을 모집단으로 설정한 다음, 판단 표집법을 활용하여 총 360명을 표집하였다. 그러나 최종 분석에 사용된 사례수는 333명이었다. 이 연구에서 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시큐리티 요원의 여가활동 유형은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 둘째, 시큐리티 요원의 여가활동 유형은 삶의 질에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 여가활동 유형에 따라 삶의 질은 차이가 있으며, 관람감상활동에서 높다. 셋째, 시큐리티 요원의 여가활동 수준은 삶의 질에 인과적 영향을 미친다. 즉, 여가활동 수준은 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 직무만족의 하위요인인 급여만족을 통하여 삶의 질에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 급여만족은 여가활동 수준과 삶의 질 간의 관계를 매개하는 변수임을 알 수 있다.

인터넷 환경이 급속도로 변화하면서, 관리해야하는 내부 네트워크의 규모도 커지게 되었다. 이에 따라서 보안의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확대되고, 내부 정보의 보호를 위해 많은 보안 시스템이 도입되었다. 그러나 분산된 보안 시스템들은 각각이 다른 사용자 인터페이스로 인하여 효율적인 보안관리가 어려울 뿐만 아니라 장애발생 시 일괄적이고 즉각적인 대처가 어렵고 관리 인력의 비대화를 야기 시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시스템의 일관적이고 통합적인 관리를 위해서 중앙에서 각 시스템의 상태를 파악하고 관리하는 통합보안관리시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 통합보안관리시스템은 다중 에이전트를 이용함으로써 장애 대처가 빠르며, 각각의 보안 솔루션들에 대한 취약점을 최소화할 수 있고, 분산된 보안 시스템들을 일괄적으로 통제 및 관리할 수 있다.

To the cause of the development of IT technology and the Internet, information leakage of industry is also facing a serious situation. However, most of the existing techniques to prevent leakage of information disclosure after finding the cause of defense. Therefore, in this paper by adding information about the Hardware to offer a way to protect the information. User authentication information to access the data according to different security policies to reflect a little more to strengthen security. And the security agent for the data by using a log of all actions by the record was so easy to analyze. It also analyzes and apply the different scenarios possible. And the analysis of how to implement and how to block. The future without the use of security agents to be able to control access to data and H/W information will be updated for the study will be done.

본 논문에서는 한국정보보호진흥원에서 계층적 침입시도 탐지 및 대응을 위해 개발하였던 SDMS-RTIR(Scan Detection Management System with Real Time Incidence Response)을 지원하는 침입탐지 메시지 교환 프로토콜 라이브러리 IDMEPL을 구현하였다. IDMEPL은 IDWG의 IDMEF와 IAP를 기반으로 이기종의 침입(시도)탐지 시스템과 SDMS-RTIR의 실시간 상호연동을 제공하며 TLS 프로토콜을 통해 보안위협에 안전한 메시지 교환을 지원한다. 특히, IDMEPL은 유연성 있는 침입탐지 메지시 교환 프로토콜 선택 과정과 패스워드 기반의 암호화 프로토콜을 제공함으로써 각 침입(시도)탐지 시스템들로 하여금 자신의 네트워크 환경에 적절한 메시지 교환 프로토콜과 암호화 통신 방법을 선택할 수 있게 하였다. 이처럼 IDMEPL이 탑재된 SDMS-RTIR은 대규모의 네트워크 환경에서 이기종의 다양한 침입(시도)탐지 시스템들로부터 침입탐지 메시지를 실시간으로 접수하고 분석할 수 있다.

Currently the international flight passenger visit at Incheon International Airport increased 12.4% compared to January 2017. Such increase affects on the congestion of an airport and the security check is one of the most congested area. There is a prejudice that airport security is not related to the airport service and is only a type of control that limits the quality of service. However, considering the huge impact that airport security agents have on passenger move within the airport, trustworthy, fast and kind service at airport security check is one of the most important part of airport service quality improvement. This research is an importance performance analysis of Incheon International Airport security service passenger satisfaction and its significance using IPA method. This research will contribute to the improvement of airport operation and service quality, by proving the relation between airport security and service.

Airport security staff are outsourced workers, whose status is a special security agent under the security service law in Republic of Korea, who are subject to persuing both profitability and public concern at the same time. This paper has chosen the sample of security staff working at Incheon airport. This is because airport security staff is being outsourced, this paper had made an empirical research such areas as the perception of job identity, public service motivation and organizational commitment through job satisfaction. According to statistical research, it was found the perception on job identity by airport security staff had a significant negative effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The more they have perceived their status as non-permanent status, the less they had job satisfaction and commitment at the same time as a special security agent at airport. Their perception of job identity had a significant effect on such public service motivation factors as 'absorbing public concern' and 'a solicitude'. Lastly, their motivation factors had also significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

이동 통신 기술의 발전과 인터넷의 급속한 확산은 기존의 클라이언트-서버 환경을 대체하는 이동 에이전트 시스템을 출현시켰다. 그러나, 이동 에이전트 시스템이 안전하지 않은 네트워크 상에서 운영됨에 따라 다양한 위협에 노출됨으로 인해 이에 대한 보호 대책 수립이 시급한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 우선 이동 에이전트 시스템의 특징 및 구조를 살펴보고, 관련된 위협 요소를 분석하며, 이동 에이전트에 대한 보호 대책, 특히 최근 관심이 고조되고 있는 악의적인 호스트로부터 이동 에이전트를 보호하기 위한 대책을 제시한다.

Troublesome problems are being caused by hallucinogenic drugs which come not only from illegal narcotics but also from unprohibited general drug-kinds such as cough-remedy agents of textromerupan, namely, Lamina, Rubi-king and the likes. Abuse and misuse of narcotics permeated into and threatens mental health of socially-known peoples, actor, actress, talents and businessmen as well. This study especially dealt with problems related with Mesampetamin, Rurajaepam, Texstrometropan and Karisofrodol which affects mental behaviour, and considered counter-measures through analysis and developed appropriate system of goods circulation for guidance to be complied by the medicine professionalists. The guidance sought here is recommended to the government ministries for further enforcement of crack-down of the drug crimes. Arquesa in method is recommend as a method of identifying behaviors and facial expressions of abusers and misusers of narcotics at the spot in place. This study is directed to curtailing hallucinogenic drugs use for absolute preventive security by detecting out black dealers of narcotics supplying to the abusers and misusers. There is a need of special education program to cut off the flow of narcotics or drugs crimes into official security force as well as private security personnel. This study introduced a priority and emphasis of real augmentation to theory and practice of the modern scientific security which can protect the mental health of the guarded persons as well especially in the light of security safety curriculum at the school.

뉴욕주에는 미국에서 가장 큰 도시인 뉴욕이 있으며 특히 9 11테러사태 이후 안전은 뉴욕 시민 모두에게 가장 중요한 사안이라 시큐리티에 관심이 높은 곳이다. 본 연구목적은 뉴욕주의 민간경비 관련 법령을 분석하고 평가하여 한국에 접목할 수 있는 시사점을 찾아서 제시하는 것이다. 시사점은 첫째, 전문 법규의 운영과 다양한 자격제도이다. 둘째, 밀접한 민 관 협력 연계이다. 셋째, 전문적인 경비업단체의 활동이다.

Policies are collections of general principles specifying the desired behavior and state of a system. Network management is mainly carried out by following policies about the behavior of the resources in the network. Policy-based (PB) network management supports to manage distributed system in a flexible and dynamic way. This paper focuses on configuration management based on Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) standards. Network security approaches include the usage of intrusion detection system to detect the intrusion, building firewall to protect the internal systems and network. This paper presents how the policy-based framework is collaborated among the network security systems (intrusion detection system, firewall) and intrusion detection systems are cooperated to detect the intrusions.
