Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out the difference in the priority level of recognition for universal design application in public spaces by gender. Method: ANOVA(analysis of variance) and post-hoc test were conducted to determine the priority level of recognition and pattern for the disabled, non-disabled, and experts classified into males and females. Results: There was no gender difference in the comparison by sector for all males and females. However, in comparing of domains and facilities, women showed a higher level of recognition than men in the building sector and cross domain. When comparing space consumers and producers by dividing them into male and female groups, women showed a higher level of recognition than men in producers, but there was no gender difference between consumers. In comparison by sector, domain and facility, women producers also showed a higher level of recognition in the road sector, park and recreation sector, sidewalk domain, four-spaces in the park and recreation sector, and six-spaces in the building sector than men producers. Also, in the building sector, women producers and consumers showed a higher recognition level than men. Comparing the disabled, non-disabled people and experts by dividing them into male and female groups, in the case of non-disabled people and experts, women showed a higher level of recognition than men, while men showed a higher level of recognition than women in the disabled. In addition, there were differences in recognition patterns in many spaces and facilities by gender. Implications: This study is meaningful in comparing the differences in the priority level of recognition and patterns between men and women to apply universal design for people of all ages and both sexes.

We apply sector theory to obtain some characterization on Gaois groups for subfactors. As an example of a non-irreducible inclusion of small index, a locally trivial inclusion arising from an automorphism is considered and its Galois group is completely determined by using sector theory.

Transportation Efficiency Act of 2009 System National Integrated Transportation System Efficiency Act and the revised Road Traffic in the center of the Intelligent Transportation Systems rail, sea and air transport sector is expanding in various areas to promote business and Industry is planning to. Accordingly, the introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems Outlook and Direction of the railway sector and to provide a comprehensive introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems rail sector has raised the need. In this paper, the introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems rail sector strategy is presented as follows. First, the rail users a convenient rail-centric information system used. Second, the reliability and value-added operating system built for the creation of high-tech rail. Third, crime and accidents are implemented in a safe railway. The results of this paper, the railway sector through the national Intelligent Transportation Systems to develop and introduce strategies to provide operational direction is expected to be present.

This paper presents an efficient fault diagnosis methodology for lare chemical processes. The methodology is based on a two-tier strategy, When a falt occurs in a process, a top tier identifies the sector (process part or unit) that may contain the fault(s). Afterwards, a bottom tier or lower level evaluates the suspicious sector. The process modeling methodology based on functionality-behavior relations of process units, is proposed and utilized in the top-tier. This methodology models a target process as sequences of functions and variables and their relations. In the bottom tier, each sector has a dedicated diagostic module, which is tailored to the available information or models of the sector. For the sectors selected in the top-tier diagnosis, each diagnostic module is executed to identify the actual faults within the sector. Teh utility of the methodology is illustrated in the diagnosis of the CSTR with heat exchanger.

A modeling framework and its computational methodology for an industrial sector of the economy are investigated. The suggested industrial sector model is characterized by a programming (process analysis) representation of a production sector and an econometric estimation of the price sensitive (own and cross-prices) demands. By introducing the price sensitive demands into the process analysis representation of the production sector, it becomes possible to analyze and plan the pricing policy, the optimal production schedules and capacity expansion plans within a single framework. The computational scheme suggested in the report is based on the iterative approach each of which solves a separable convex programming problem.

In this paper, three dimensional static and dynamic analyses of two dimensional functionally graded annular sector plates have been investigated. The material properties vary through both the radial and axial directions continuously. Graded finite element and Newmark direct integration methods have been used to solve the 3D-elasticity equations in time and space domains. The effects of power law exponents and different boundary conditions on the behavior of FGM annular sector plate have been investigated. Results show that using 2D-FGMs and graded elements have superiority over the homogenous elements and 1D-FGMs. The model has been compared with the result of a 1D-FGM annular sector plate and it shows good agreement.

Despite the number of security incidents in healthcare sector is considerable, earlier studies have been done in business sector. We have tried to empirically analyze the misuse intention using information system for healthcare sector. As a result, the preventative security software of the information security management have positive impact on the effectiveness of sanctions. Though further analysis is needed, the security policies, security awareness program and monitoring practices are determined to have a valid impact on the effectiveness of sanctions equivalent to the preventative security software.

This study purposed realization and a phase reduction of school building $CO_2$ emissions. Accordingly selected standard school buildings and evaluated life cycle environmental load($CO_2$). This study proposed Green building technology which separated design sector, energy sector, afforestation sector for carbon-neutral city school buildings realization of M-city. As a result, elementary, middle and high schools of M-city built in the year 2013 were required that design sector was Energy Performance Index(EPI) 75 point and energy sector was solar installations more than 25% of the power usage, Solar systems installed more than 10% of total gas consumption and the area of afforesting more than 35% of the ecological area to achieve 30% $CO_2$ reduction compared to the Respectively standard school buildings.

The purpose of this study is to provide a program for activation in e-Marketplace of the Fisheries Sector in Gangwon Do. However, at present, the environment of e-Marketplace Infrastructure in Gangwon Do is very poor. Therefore, this study points out the problems of e-Marketplace of the Fisheries Sector in Gangwon Do and provides many considerations for a program for activation of e-Marketplace.
