대학생의 색기호와 색명 인지도에 관한 기초적 연구 (A fundamental study on the Color Perference and the Recognition of Color Names among College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 색기호를 알아 보고 색명에 대한 인지도를 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구결과에 의해 다음과 같은 점을 알게 되어었다. 첫째, 대학생들이 선호하는 색은 파랑>보라>흰색·녹색 순이며 혐오하는 색은 무채색>황토색>빨강의 순이다. 둘째, 가구색으로는 갈색계통을 선호하고 빨강을 혐오하며, 의복색으로는 흰색을 선호하고 빨강을 혐오한다. 셋째, 계절의 이미지색으로 봄은 노랑, 여름은 파랑, 가을은 갈색, 겨울은 흰색이라고 생각하며 자신의 이미지 색은 푸른색이 가장 많았다. 넷째, 색명에 대한 인지도는 검정색>회색>빨강>녹색 순으로 인지도가 높으며 남색>다홍>연지>감청이 인지도가 낮았다. 또한 무채색계열>중성색계열>난색계열>한색계열의 순으로 색명 인지도가 높음이 밝혀졌다.

지역문화행사를 통한 전통산물 판매활성화 방안 (Promoting the Sales of Regional Specialty Products through Local Festivals in Rural Korea)

  • Local fairs are often part of the economic development strategy of rural areas. This study aims to find out marketing strategies for promoting the sales of regional specialty products through local festivals in rural Korea. The data were collected in late 2003 (from a sample of interviews and surveys from 351 visitors. The data were analyzed using the SPSS computer program. The results were as follows; First, the factors that visitors were considered in purchasing were quality (49.5%), commemorative value (36.9%), and reliability (33.0%). And the top reasons cited for not buying were lack of distinction (45.1%) and high prices (26.6%). The discount rates expected in markets was 16.8%. Second, 49.8% of visitors has spent over 10,000 won and their purchase pattern has been for themselves and their family. Third, the public organizations for certi(ication for visitors were the National Agricultural Cooperative Fedration (37.9%) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) (22.5%). In conclusion, it was important for local stakeholders to provide more locally-manufactured, seasonal and traditional food, and to plan more locally characteristic events for their fairs. Further recommendations have included having a guide showing pricing and quality standards for products bought at rural fairs, developing product ideas for inducing impulse purchases, active promotion and marketing at event sites, and setting a standard system of warranties on products under the certification of the local authorities and with the financial support of the MAF Such recommendations were aimed at increasing the sale of traditional and regional specialty products at local festivals.

백화점 패션의류제품에 있어 기상요인이 매출에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Effect of Weather Factors on Sales of Fashion Apparel Products in Department Stores)

  • 기상마케팅은 기상 상태의 변화에 따른 소비자의 욕구와 구매행태의 변화를 기업의 마케팅계획에 반영하려는 노력으로 빙과류, 맥주나 음료 에어컨, 방한의류 등과 같은 계절적 상품들에서 일찍부터 중요성이 인식되어져 활용되어져 왔다. 그러나 기상요인의 영향력에 대한 연구는 기업의 사내 보고서 형태로 이루어져 왔으며 주요 기상요인들이 제품판매에 미치는 영향에 대한 학문적인 접근은 거의 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 주요 백화점에서 판매되는 다앙한 패션의류제품올 대상으로 일별 매출데이터와 기상특성자료들간의 관계를 체계적으로 분석하였다. 특히 기상요인들이 매출에 미치는 영향이 어느 정도인지를 파악하기 위해 백화점의 주요 판매촉진 수단인 정기세일과 사은품 증정의 효과와 비교함으로서 기상요인의 영향력을 평가하였다. 분석결과 패션제품 매출에 있어 기상요인들은 정기세일보다는 낮지만 사은품증정과 유사한 수준의 효과를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 기상요인들중 기온, 강수량, 바람이 매출에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기상요인의 구체적인 효과는 계절에 따라, 복종별로 상이하게 나타나 향후 의류제품 판매에 있어 기상마케팅의 적용은 시즌과 제품특성을 반영한 체계적인 예측모형의 구측과 적용이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 대기권내의 적외선반응 기체들의 농도증가에 따라 여러 가지의 기후에 미치는 변수들의 변화뿐만 아니라, 대기권의 역학조건의 변화까지 체험되어지고 있다. 대기권의 역학은 30년으로 정의된 기후변화의 주기보다 훨씬 짧은 주기를 지니고 있다. 이들 변화들은 수십년 이상의 시간동안에 지표면에 도달한 일련의 핵파쇄(spallation) 잔류물질들의 농도측정결과들을 바탕으로 논의되어진다.

연산호 육성용 어초 개발을 위한 송이 다공성 콘크리트의 적용성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Application of Porous Scoria Concrete to Artificial Reefs for Soft Coral)

  • In the study application of volcanic scoria concrete to artificial reefs is investigated. Volcanic scoria is a natural volcanic product that shows light weight, mil/i-porous, and far-infrared irradiation characteristics. The properties of volcanic scoria concrete using Jeju scoria aggregate are evaluated by conducting a comprehensive series of tests on strength and void ratio. It is concluded that the volcanic scoria concrete has the sufficient strength of 4MPa-13MPa and adequate void ratio of $12\%-35\%$ to be accepted as artificial reef concrete. The field experiments are performed through observation by scuba diver's at the Seogwipo coast. Porous specimen and plane concrete specimen are prepared for comparison purposes. Seasonal changes of soft coral on the two series of test specimens were have been observed from Apr. 9, 2004 to Mar. 18, 2005. The soft coral is well grown on the porous specimen however there are no significant changes on the conventional plain concrete specimen. Thus it is concluded that the volcanic scoria concrete is highly suitable as artificial reef concrete.

Association between PCR-RFLP of Melatonin Receptor 1a Gene and High Prolificacy in Small Tail Han Sheep

  • Melatonin regulates circadian rhythms and reproduction changes in seasonally reproductive mammals through binding to high-affinity, G-protein-coupled receptors. Small Tail Han sheep that has significant characteristics of high prolificacy and nonseasonal ovulatory activity is an excellent local sheep breed in P. R. China. The exon 2 of the ovine melatonin receptor 1a (MTNR1A) gene was amplified and a uniform fragment of 824 bp was obtained in 150 ewes of Small Tail Han sheep. The 824 bp PCR product was digested with restriction endonucleases Mnl I and Rsa I, and genetic polymorphism was detected by PCR-RFLP. Polymorphic Mnl I site was detected at base position 605 of the exon 2 of the MTNR1A gene. There were two kinds of genotypes in Small Tail Han sheep, AB (303 bp, 236 bp/67 bp) and BB (236 bp/67 bp, 236 bp/67 bp). The results indicated that genotype AA (303 bp, 303 bp) at Mnl I-RFLP site did not exist in non-seasonal estrous Small Tail Han sheep, which suggested that there was an association between genotype AA (303 bp, 303 bp) and reproductive seasonality in sheep. Polymorphic Rsa I site was detected at base position 604 of the exon 2 of the MTNR1A gene. Three kinds of genotypes were found in Small Tail Han sheep, AA (290 bp, 290 bp), AB (290 bp, 267 bp/23 bp) and BB (267 bp/23 bp, 267 bp/23 bp). Least squares means of litter size in the first parity and the second parity for genotype AA (290 bp, 290 bp) at Rsa I-RFLP site were 0.43 and 1.06 more than those for genotype AB (290 bp, 267 bp/23 bp) in Small Tail Han sheep.

약쑥의 Eupatilin과 Jaceosidin 함량변이 (Variation of Eupatilin and Jaceosidin Content of Mugwort)

  • 본 연구는 최근 다양한 기능이 보고된 쑥의 eupatilin성분과 jaceosidin 성분 고함유 유전자원을 선발하고 기능성 작물로서의 개발가능성을 제시하고자 실험을 실시하고 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 12개 지역의 도서벽지에서 수집한 자생쑥을 분석한 결과 강화${\cdot}$백령도 지역의 수집 쑥에서 eupatilin과 jaceosidin함량이 높았다. 그 중 가장 높은 것은 강화의 싸주아리 쑥이었다. 2. 쑥의 채취시기별 함량을 분석한 결과 eupatilin과 jaceosidin 함량은 모두 5월 23일에서 6월 10일 사이 채취한 쑥에서 가장 높았다. 3 쑥의 식물체 부위별 함량을 분석한 결과, eupatilin 함량은 상위엽이 하위엽보다 2배가량 많이 함유되어 있었으나 jaceosidin 함량은 그 차이가 크지 않았다.

20~40대 여성의 계절별 침구용품 디자인 선호도 분석 (A Study on the Perception and Preference of Design on Bedding Classified by 20s~40s Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and preference on textile design specially on bedding products which are widely interested in the life-style market. The study was carried out targeting to 250 women between the ages of 20s and 40s based on the four seasons. The collected data was processed with SPSS 21.0 program using frequency, cross tabulation, and ANOVA analysis. The results were as following. There were slight differences on the results of the study including purchase behavior and preferred bedding textile design: color, color tone, and pattern on the textile design of bedding products according to age and season. Most of age had similar color preference on the bedding products in the season but a slight different between fall and winter. However, as color tone and pattern on the textile design of the bedding products were concerned, there were significant difference between the age depending on the season. There were significant differences of color tones and patterns in fall and winter, but not significant in spring and summer. Therefore, the domestic market of the bedding products needs more various textile design development according to consumers' preference and seasonal trend which should be discriminated in order to increase product competitiveness.

Dynamically Induced Anomalies of the Japan/East Sea Surface Temperature

  • Variability of sea surface temperature (SST) in the Japan/East Sea (JES) was studied using complex empirical orthogonal function (CEOF) analysis. Two daily data sets were analyzed: (1) New Generation 0.05o-gridded SST from Tohoku University, Japan (July 2002-July 2006), and (2) 0.25o-gridded SST from the Japan Meteorological Agency (October 1993-November 2006). Linkages with wind stress curl were revealed using 6-h 1o-gridded surface zonal and meridional winds from ancillary data of the Sea- WiFS Project, a special National Centers for Environmental Prediction/National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) product (1998-2005). SST anomalies (SSTA) were obtained by removing the seasonal signal, estimated as the leading mode of the CEOF decomposition of the original SST. Leading CEOF modes of residual SSTA obtained from both data sets were consistent with each other and were characterized by annual, semiannual, and quasi-biennial time scales estimated with 95% statistical significance. The Semiannual Mode lagged 2 months behind the increased occurrence of the anticyclonic (AC) wind stress curl over the JES. Links to dynamic processes were investigated by numerical simulations using an oceanic model. The suggested dynamic forcings of SSTA are the inflow of subtropical water into the JES through the Korea Strait, divergence in the surface layer induced by Ekman suction, meridional shifts of the Subarctic Front in the western JES, AC eddy formation, and wind-driven strengthening/weakening of large-scale currents. Events of west-east SSTA movement were identified in July-September. The SSTA moved from the northeastern JES towards the continental coast along the path of the westward branch of the Tsushima Current at a speed consistent with the advective scale.

Determination of Macronutrients, Micronutrients and Heavy Metals Present in Spilanthes acmella Hutch and Dalz: Possible Health Effects

  • The study was conducted for quantitive determination of macronutrients, micronutrients and heavy metals present in Spilanthes acmella Hutch and Dalz, a traditionally used important medicinal plant. The results illustrated the presence of substantial amounts of essential nutrient elements in different parts of the plant. K and Mg were detected in the range between 36.35 ± 1.01 to 67.78 ± 1.33 g/kg and 2.17 ± 0.13 to 7.02 ± 0.84 g/kg of DWS respectively. While the essential micronutrients Fe, Na, Mn, Zn and Cu were detected in the range between 62.62 ± 12.72 to 856.95 ± 76.61 mg/kg, 365.47 ± 23.84 to 633.03 ± 38.12 mg/kg, 51.66 ± 7.77 to 186.33 ± 13.92 mg/kg, 41.87 ± 2.85 to 53.89 ± 3.79 mg/kg and 18.49 ± 2.07 to 48.71 ± 4.89 mg/kg of DWS respectively. Besides, heavy metals (Cd, Ni and Pb) detected in some of the plant samples were beyond the maximum permissible limit (MPL) of FAO/WHO for herbal medicines. The concentrations of the essential nutrient elements except zinc were significantly different in different parts of the plant (p < 0.001). Further variation in the concentrations of the elements in the plant was observed with respect to seasonal changes and geographical conditions. Nevertheless the findings corroborate ethnomedicinal significance of the plant and signify the possibilibity of utilizing its standardized products for preparation of food supplements as well as multidimensional therapeutic herbal medicines.
