Multi-level Mapping of Ontologies Based on Lexical and Structural Information (어휘와 구조 정보에 기반한 온톨로지의 다단계 매핑)

  • Since the Semantic Web emerged, ontology has been widely used in web environment. Even ontologies belong to the same domain, they may contain same meaning different words, or different meaning same words according to their development background and the type of utilization. In order to share and reuse the ontologies, ontology mapping is required. This paper presents a ontology mapping method that consists of the initial process of multi-level mapping based on lexical information, and the second mapping process using the lexical results and structural similarity. Mapping performance was improved by additionally expanding structural information of blank nodes, which have no lexical information. Through experiments, our method achieved 86.38% in F1-measure.

Fast PDE Algorithm Using Block Matching Error Prediction (블록 정합오차 예측을 이용한 고속 PDE 알고리즘)

  • This paper proposes the fast partial difference elimination (PDE) algorithm. When the conventional PDE cannot skip the rest of matching procedure in a candidate block using a partial matching error, the proposed algorithm estimates to skip it again using the block matching error predicted from the computed partial matching error. The proposed algorithm can eliminate impossible candidate blocks earlier than the conventional PDE since the predicted block matching error is always bigger than the partial matching error. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the computations while keeping image quality as good as the conventional PDE.

  • The present study investigates the effect of the shear rate-dependent thermal conductivity of non-Newtonian fluids on the heat transfer enhancement in a pipe flow. An axially-constant heat flux boundary condition was adopted in the thermal fully developed region. The present analytical results of Nusselt numbers for various non-Newtonian fluids show heat transfer enhancement over those of a shear rate-independent thermal conductivity fluids. The present analytical results showed good agreement with the previous experiments which excluded the temperature-dependent viscosity effect on heat transfer. This study also proposes the use of a shear rate-dependent thermal conductivity fluids in the design of a heat exchanger for heat transfer enhancement as well as reduction of fouling.

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍을 접해보지 않은 IT비전공자를 위한 5W1H 6하 원칙 개발도구를 제시하며, 이하 '5W1H 프로그래밍 모델'이라 칭한다. 이 개발도구는 육하원칙 개념을 적용하여 사용자가 프로그래밍 언어를 배워 코드를 작성할 필요 없이 '누가, 언제, 어디서, 무엇을, 어떻게'의 6하 원칙적인 행동양식으로 간단한 선택만을 통해 간단하게 프로그램 로직을 작성하여 대상 시스템을 동작시키는 네이티브 코드로 변환해줌으로서 프로그래밍 언어를 배우지 않은 사용자들도 시스템 개발을 할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 개념은 대부분에 시스템에 적용할 수 있으며 본 논문에서는 아두이노 스케치의 슈퍼루프에 적용하여 실험하였다.

  • Betaine was treated with hydrochloric acid and then with sodium borohydride to give a hydroxy compound 2. The reaction of 2 with thionyl chloride followed by thiourea led a comp ound 5. Oxidation of compound 2 with pyridinium dichromate(PDC) and succesive treatment with Lawesson's reagent also afforded the same compound 5. Cleavage of N-C14 bond compound of 7 was carried out via two reaction sequence from the compound 4. Finally, compound 10 was sythesized by a series of transformations from the compound 4.

  • Fouling deposits due to surface-coated particles have been calculated using CFD techniques. The sticking probabilities of the surface-coated particles are also evaluated on the basis of an energy balance. The sticking probabilities of the deposit surface are also included in the prediction of the deposition occurring through the multiple impaction of particles with the deposit surface. The sticking probability of an impacting particle is expressed in terms of such parameters as particle viscosity, surface tension, impact velocity, impact angle and the thickness of the sticky layer on a particle. Particulate behavior around a tube in cross flow was studied using the Lagrangian approach. Three important parameters i.e. impact velocity, impact angle, and particulate concentration, were used in the prediction of deposition rate. The computational predictions were found to be in good agreement with the experimental data.

  • 염료감응형 태양전지(DSSC)는 다양한 태양전지 중, 가장 환경친화적이고, 생산단가도 낮을 뿐만 아니라 다양한 색상과 투광성을 확보할 수 있어 많은 연구가 진행되어왔다. 하지만 액체전해질을 사용하는 기존 염료감응형 태양전지는 높은 휘발성과 열 팽창 수축에 따른 전해질 누액의 문제점으로 인하여 최근에는 고체전해질을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 또한 기존 염료보다 높은 흡광계수와 넓은 흡수스펙트럼을 지닌 페로브스카이트가 개발되어 현재 많은 관심이 주목되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 $TiO_2$ 제조상의 중간생성물인 Metatitanic acid (MTA)를 이용하여 광전극을 형성하고 열처리 온도에 따른 나노입자의 소성거동평가을 평가하였고 시차열중량 분석, 결정상 확인을 하고 염료감응 태양전지에 적용하였다. MTA 나노입자를 Field Emission Transmission Electron Microscopy (FE-TEM), Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH pore size distribution)과 Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) 분석을 통해 소성거동을 평가하고, Thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA)를 통해 열중량 측정을 하였으며, X-ray Diffraction (XRD) 분석을 통해 결정상을 확인하였다. 또한 Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy를 통해 MTA 나노입자의 표면분석을 하였다. 형성된 MTA 광전극을 페로브스카이트 염료에 적용하여 5%의 효율을 달성하였다.

  • 투명반도체산화물은 우수한 광학적, 전기적 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 차세대 박막트랜지스터의 채널층으로 각광을 받고 있다. 특히, 그 중에서도 a-IGZO를 이용한 TFT는 높은 가시광선 투과율(>80%)과 큰 전하이동도(>10 cm2/Vs) 를 갖는 등 좋은 광학적, 전기적 특성을 갖기 때문에 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 여러 연구들에 의하면, a-IGZO TFT는 소스/드레인의 전극으로 어떤 물질을 사용하는지에 따라서 동작특성에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 일반적으로, a-IGZO 박막은 n형 반도체로써 일함수가 작은 금속과는 ohmic contact를 형성하고, 일함수가 큰 금속과는 Schottky barrier를 형성한다고 알려져 있다. 이와 관련된 대부분의 이전의 연구들에서는 각각의 전극물질에 따라 전기적인 특성변화에 초점을 맞춰서 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 일함수가 작은 Ag와 일함수가 큰 Au를 a-IGZO의 박막 위에 얇게 증착하면서 이에 따른 고분해능 광전자분광(high-resolution x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) 정보의 변화를 분석함으로써, 금속의 증착에 따른 금속층과 a-IGZO 표면 및 계면에서의 화학적 상태의 변화를 연구하였다. Au 4f, Ag 3d는 metallic property를 나타내기 이전까지는 lower binding energy(BE) 쪽으로 shift하였으며, In 3d 또한 lower BE 성분이 크게 증가하였다. O 1s, Ga 3d, Zn 3d들은 상대적으로 적은 변화를 나타내었는데, 이는 Ag, Au가 In과 상대적으로 더 많이 상호작용한다는 것을 의미한다. 본 발표에서는 이들 core level의 정보들과, 가전자대의 분광정보, 그리고 band bending의 정보가 제시될 것이며, 이 정보들은 metal 증착에 따른 contact 특성을 이해하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

  • CoreNet is a valuable resource to use in the domain of natural language processing including Korean-Chinese-Japanese multilingual text analysis, and translation among natural languages. CoreNet is mapped to SUMO in order to encourage its application in broader fields and enhance its international status as a multilingual lexical semantic network. To do this, indirect and direct mapping methodologies are used. Through the indirect mapping among CoreNet-KorLex-PWN-SUMO, we alleviate the difficulty of translating CoreNet concept terms in Korean into SUMO concepts in English, and maximize recall of SUMO concepts corresponding to the concept of CoreNet.
