Some conclusions can be derived from the study: 1. Person's name should be script by the one's mother tongue because of its uniqueness. 2. Japanese person's name should be script and pronounce their mother tongue for exchange and sharing of an academic information. 3. We can anticipate that Japanese language materials will be increase in near future. 4. The National Central Library which publish Korean National Bibliography must have to responsibility to lead other library. 5. The script of [Korean National bibliography] must contribute to standardization and national and Universal Bibliographic Control. 6. The area of education, newspaper, publishing are scripting Japanese person's name with script conversion schemes for Koreanization, devised by Ministry of Education. 7. The script of [Korean National Bibliography]'s name index can be used as authority file at selection of heading in library cataloging. 8. Most of libraries script Japanese person's name with Chinese character in Korean language pronunciation. 9. Korean Cataloging Rules (KCR) and Korean Machine Readable Cataloguing (KORMARC) description rules should be defined about the mother tongue script of Japanese person's name. 10. It is desirable to increase of credit of Readings in Japanese material course in college curriculum. 11. Because Japanese person's name is complex and variable that it is desirable to add Chinese character with mother tongue script.

Local languages based information storage and retrieval system is essential for any online digital repository system. This paper reports the development of an interface in Bengali that allows users not only browsing and searching Indic-script based documents but also allows administrator performing various system level operations. This paper briefly describes the origin and key characteristics of Indic-scripts along with their encoding in Unicode standard with special reference to Bengali language. It also demonstrates the development processes of Bengal-script based information representation and retrieval (IRR) system viz. BURA (Burdwan University Research Archive) using different open standard and open source software (OSS) including different factors essential for building such successful Indic-script based multilingual digital libraries. The suggested strategies may help digital library developers to design an appropriate multi-script based information access services in any other Indic-script based languages.

Recently many documents have been written by HTML due to the expansion of the Internet and WWW. HTML allows scripting languages to interact between an user and an browser. Sometimes there might have problems with some functions of the script language. Some functions have the same name although the different contents and vice versa. It presents tremendous difficulties to maintain the functions. And, a file includes many functions shared among documents. If a user tries to see a HTML document, the file will be sent to the web browser in the user system. The network resource is wasted due to moving all data in the file through the network although some functions in the file is not used. So, we should design and implement the code library of a script language with a database. Each function has the name and arguments. A system of the code library manages functions with them. The system has the functions consistency and reduces the network resource consumption because there are only necessary functions in documents. Beside it is easy for the system to modify and reuse the functions.

Some conclusions can be derived form the study : 1) The script of Japan author's name for 3 years(1960-1962, not published by the National Assembly Library but by Korea Library Association)and that of 1963's was arranged by their mother tongue although they had not the "author index". 2) "Periodical's Index" which the publication of National Assembly Library was not accept the principle that the person's name should be pronounce and script by one's mother tongue. It means that the Library was not accept the uniqueness of personal name. 3) Because the arrangement of the same person's name is mixed with one's mother tongue pronunciation and Korean one that they are scattered each another. 4) The same surname and the same Chinese character has different arrangement because of pronunciation rule of Korean language. 5) The same person's name was regarded as a different one because of nonaccurate name transcription. 6) A Japanese name was transcribed as Hangul with Korean pronunciation. 7) A Japanese name was transcribed as Hangul with Korean pronunciation and added Chinese Character in parenthesis. 8) A same Japanese name was regarded as a different one when it was transcribed with Chinese character and Hangul. 9) The arrangement of a same person's name was different when between the surname and forename has one space and has not. 10) "Author Index" is not playing as a role of name authority file.a role of name authority file.

In order to overcome the limitations of th 2D method regardless of the client's request, the application of BIM was reviewed to create hight-quality products using 3D models and various BIM information for offshore wind jacket-type structures. First, we defined the input value through analysis of the target structure and wrote an algorithm(script library) and library to complete the BIM model. Design review using geometry information based on th BIM model, usage for visualization drawings and quantity calculation were reviewed. For the purpose of initial review, only libraries with a limited number of subjects limitations on the scope of research were used. However, in the futrue, various libraries will be developed and research will be conducted to expand the scope of subjects.

본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 WebCL을 이용한 초고해상도 이미지 처리 기법의 성능을 분석하고자 한다. WebCL로 인한 성능의 변화를 측정하고 평가하기 위해 자바스크립트로 작성된 대표적인 이미지 처리 라이브러리인 Pixastic 라이브러리를 WebCL 기반의 코드로 수정하였다. WebCL 기반 라이브러리는 8K Ultra HD의 이미지에서 기존 라이브러리 대비 최대 4.2배의 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있었으며 평균적으로 2.8배의 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있었다.

The language is one of the most important inventions in the human society, and it can be preserved as a form of book which is printed or written by letters. So, the language and letter can be basic factors in the library as communication media. Moreover, when we regard all of library activities as a communication, the study of the language and letter which is the origin of communication media can be a good research method of library history. For this reason, the present study deals with formation of three representative ancient letters, i.e. Hieroglyph, Cuneiform Script, and Chinese character with their relations.

This paper describes the design and implementation of a CAD object management system for the design library in VHDL design environment. For the efficient manipulation of design objects, the library is managed independently of the underlaid CAD system. Management and revision of design objects can be performed by a batch script of server commands or through the user interaction in the X/MOTIF graphic environment. Through the library server, design management tasks can be efficiently performed, such as configuration of design objects, version control, and management of attributes and methods for versions. Experimental results show that the proposed system is a viable tool for the management of design data in VHDL design environment.

본 연구는 최근 건설 산업의 큰 흐름으로 시도되고 있는 건설 공간 정보 모델링을 위한 BIM 핵심 기술 중 하나인 라이브러리와 관련되어 IFC와는 또 다른 관점에서 파라메트릭 모델링 및 알고리즘을 묘사할 수 있는 중립 라이브러리 개발을 위한 기술 요소와 효과적인 개발 방향을 제안한다. 이를 위해 최근 관련 연구를 고찰하고 현재 활용되고 있는 라이브러리를 이용한 대표적인 BIM 모델러인 Revit, ArchiCAD의 라이브러리 기술을 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 BIM 파라메트릭 모델 구조 및 알고리즘 정의를 위한 기술적 공통 요소들을 분석하고 개념적인 연구를 통해 이런 요소들을 포함한 BIM 묘사 스크립트 언어 기반 중립 라이브러리 개발 방향을 제시하였다.

웹 페이지를 구성하는 리소소의 개수와 크기가 점점 증가하고 있으며, 이는 상대적으로 지연이 큰 모바일 네트워크에서 웹 서비스의 급격한 품질 저하로 이어지고 있다. 게다가 현재의 네트워크 구조는 폐쇄적인 구조를 가지고 있기 때문에 웹 서비스의 품질을 향상시키는 프로토콜을 개발할지라도 네트워크 기능으로 제공하기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 네트워크에서 웹 성능을 향상시키기 위한 2가지 방안으로 Check Coded DOM 방안과 Functional JavaScript 전송 방안을 제안하고, NFV(Network Function Virtualization)를 활용하여 제안 방안이 네트워크 기능으로 제공될 수 있는 방안 모색 해본다. SMPL 라이브러리를 이용한 네트워크 시뮬레이션을 통해서 제안 방안의 성능을 평가하고 분석했으며, 제안 방안이 기존 HTTP 프로토콜보다 페이지 로딩 시간, 네트워크에 발생하는 메시지의 개수, 네트워크에 발생하는 트래픽 측면에서 향상된 성능을 제공함을 확인 할 수 있었다.
