Some conclusions can be derived from the study: 1. Person's name should be script by the one's mother tongue because of its uniqueness. 2. Japanese person's name should be script and pronounce their mother tongue for exchange and sharing of an academic information. 3. We can anticipate that Japanese language materials will be increase in near future. 4. The National Central Library which publish Korean National Bibliography must have to responsibility to lead other library. 5. The script of [Korean National bibliography] must contribute to standardization and national and Universal Bibliographic Control. 6. The area of education, newspaper, publishing are scripting Japanese person's name with script conversion schemes for Koreanization, devised by Ministry of Education. 7. The script of [Korean National Bibliography]'s name index can be used as authority file at selection of heading in library cataloging. 8. Most of libraries script Japanese person's name with Chinese character in Korean language pronunciation. 9. Korean Cataloging Rules (KCR) and Korean Machine Readable Cataloguing (KORMARC) description rules should be defined about the mother tongue script of Japanese person's name. 10. It is desirable to increase of credit of Readings in Japanese material course in college curriculum. 11. Because Japanese person's name is complex and variable that it is desirable to add Chinese character with mother tongue script.

Local languages based information storage and retrieval system is essential for any online digital repository system. This paper reports the development of an interface in Bengali that allows users not only browsing and searching Indic-script based documents but also allows administrator performing various system level operations. This paper briefly describes the origin and key characteristics of Indic-scripts along with their encoding in Unicode standard with special reference to Bengali language. It also demonstrates the development processes of Bengal-script based information representation and retrieval (IRR) system viz. BURA (Burdwan University Research Archive) using different open standard and open source software (OSS) including different factors essential for building such successful Indic-script based multilingual digital libraries. The suggested strategies may help digital library developers to design an appropriate multi-script based information access services in any other Indic-script based languages.

Recently many documents have been written by HTML due to the expansion of the Internet and WWW. HTML allows scripting languages to interact between an user and an browser. Sometimes there might have problems with some functions of the script language. Some functions have the same name although the different contents and vice versa. It presents tremendous difficulties to maintain the functions. And, a file includes many functions shared among documents. If a user tries to see a HTML document, the file will be sent to the web browser in the user system. The network resource is wasted due to moving all data in the file through the network although some functions in the file is not used. So, we should design and implement the code library of a script language with a database. Each function has the name and arguments. A system of the code library manages functions with them. The system has the functions consistency and reduces the network resource consumption because there are only necessary functions in documents. Beside it is easy for the system to modify and reuse the functions.

Some conclusions can be derived form the study : 1) The script of Japan author's name for 3 years(1960-1962, not published by the National Assembly Library but by Korea Library Association)and that of 1963's was arranged by their mother tongue although they had not the "author index". 2) "Periodical's Index" which the publication of National Assembly Library was not accept the principle that the person's name should be pronounce and script by one's mother tongue. It means that the Library was not accept the uniqueness of personal name. 3) Because the arrangement of the same person's name is mixed with one's mother tongue pronunciation and Korean one that they are scattered each another. 4) The same surname and the same Chinese character has different arrangement because of pronunciation rule of Korean language. 5) The same person's name was regarded as a different one because of nonaccurate name transcription. 6) A Japanese name was transcribed as Hangul with Korean pronunciation. 7) A Japanese name was transcribed as Hangul with Korean pronunciation and added Chinese Character in parenthesis. 8) A same Japanese name was regarded as a different one when it was transcribed with Chinese character and Hangul. 9) The arrangement of a same person's name was different when between the surname and forename has one space and has not. 10) "Author Index" is not playing as a role of name authority file.a role of name authority file.

In order to overcome the limitations of th 2D method regardless of the client's request, the application of BIM was reviewed to create hight-quality products using 3D models and various BIM information for offshore wind jacket-type structures. First, we defined the input value through analysis of the target structure and wrote an algorithm(script library) and library to complete the BIM model. Design review using geometry information based on th BIM model, usage for visualization drawings and quantity calculation were reviewed. For the purpose of initial review, only libraries with a limited number of subjects limitations on the scope of research were used. However, in the futrue, various libraries will be developed and research will be conducted to expand the scope of subjects.

In this paper, we are going to describe the performance characteristic of very high resolution image processing with WebCL on the web environment. In order to evaluate the variance of the execution time by WebCL, we modified the Pixastic library, one of the most representative image processing libraries written in JavaScript, by using WebCL. We achieved a speedup of up to 4.2 times and 2.8 times on average against the original one for the image of 8K Ultra HD with the WebCL-based library.

The language is one of the most important inventions in the human society, and it can be preserved as a form of book which is printed or written by letters. So, the language and letter can be basic factors in the library as communication media. Moreover, when we regard all of library activities as a communication, the study of the language and letter which is the origin of communication media can be a good research method of library history. For this reason, the present study deals with formation of three representative ancient letters, i.e. Hieroglyph, Cuneiform Script, and Chinese character with their relations.

This paper describes the design and implementation of a CAD object management system for the design library in VHDL design environment. For the efficient manipulation of design objects, the library is managed independently of the underlaid CAD system. Management and revision of design objects can be performed by a batch script of server commands or through the user interaction in the X/MOTIF graphic environment. Through the library server, design management tasks can be efficiently performed, such as configuration of design objects, version control, and management of attributes and methods for versions. Experimental results show that the proposed system is a viable tool for the management of design data in VHDL design environment.

The purpose of the present study is to suggest the development direction for the neutral library which can describe the parametric modeling and design algorithm to design the construction spatial information which is known as BIM. To do this, we surveyed the recent research related to neutral library and analyzed the library technology of BIM modeler such as Revit, Archicad. By using this result, we suggested the development direction based on BIM description script language for the neutral BIM library including the parametric design and the algorithm definition.

The number and size of resource constituting the web page has been increasing steadily, and this circumstance leads to rapidly falling quality of web service in mobile network that offer relatively higher delay. Moreover, Improving the quality of a web services protocol is difficult to provide network function because the current network architecture has closed structure. In this paper, we suggest schemes to enhance web performance in mobile network, which are Check Coded DOM scheme and Functional JavaScript Transmission scheme, and then try to seek idea which can be provided suggested schemes as a network function using NFV(Network Function Virtualization). For the performance evaluation and analysis about the suggested schemes, we perform network simulation using SMPL library. We confirm that suggested schemes offer better performance in term of page loading time, the number of message and the amount of traffic in the network than HTTP Protocol.
