  • Top of the alumina body which is made according to plan has been printed using a screen printer equipment in order to print an electrode pattern. The electrode is connected with the quartz crystal oscillator of the piezoelectricity method which has a piezoelectric characteristic. The pressure contact department has been experimented using three type of the teflon. The teflon is good for pressure delivery vector but it is bad restitution. So we devised the structure which inserts the metal in the teflon. Bottom of the module is connected with the signal processing department which is planned in advance and then has investigated to characteristic. Therefore we have got the best output-voltage and frequency characteristic follows in the pressure.

3극형 탄소나노튜브 캐소드의 전계방출 특성에 미치는 표면처리에 관한 연구 (Study of Surface Treatments on Field Emission Properties for Triode-Type Carbon Nanotube Cathodes)

  • Carbon nanotube cathodes(CNT cathodes) with a trench structure similar to gated structure of triode-type cathode were fabricated by a screen printing method using multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The effects of surface treatments on CNT cathodes were investigated for high efficiency field emission displays(FEDs). A liquid method easily removed the organic residue and protruded the CNTs. Field emission properties were measured by using a diode-type mode. The liquid method produced a turn-on field of $1.4V/{\mu}m$. The emission current density was measured about $3.1mA/cm^{2}$ at the electric field of $3V/{\mu}m$. The liquid method showed a high potential applicable to the surface treatment for triode-type FEDs.

${Sb_2}{O_3)$ 의 첨가가 $SnO_2$후막의 감습 특성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence ${Sb_2}{O_3)$ Addition on Humidity Sensing Properties of $SnO_2$Thick Film Devices)

  • For practical application as a humidity sensor SnO$_2$thick films devices were fabricated on the refresh type electrode by screen printing method and their material and humidity sensing properties were investigated. As a function of Sb$_{2}$/O$_{3}$ addition rate grain size was increased while porosity and initial resistance were rapidly decreased. And the area of resistance variation according to relative humidity was decreased with increasing heat treatment temperature. SnO$_2$thick film device heat treated at 95$0^{\circ}C$ and contained 0.05mole% Sb$_{2}$/O$_{3}$ had a best humidity sensing properties. From this result it is conformed that humidity sensing properties of SnO$_2$thick film devices could be approved by very small amount of Sb$_{2}$/O$_{3}$ addition.

  • The most widely used method to form an electrode in industrial solar cells are screen printing. Screen printing is characterized by a relatively simple and well-known production sequence with high throughput rates. However the method is difficult to implement a fine line width of high-efficiency solar cells can not be made. The open circuit voltage(Voc) and the short circuit current density(Jsc) and fill factor(FF) need to be further improved to increase the efficiency of silicon solar cells. In this study, gravure offset printing method using the multicrystalline-silicon solar cells were fabricated. Gravure off-set printing method which can print the fine line width of finger electrode can have the ability reduce the shaded area and increase the Jsc. Moreover it can make a high aspect ratio thereby series resistance is reduced and FF is increased. Approximately $50{\mu}m$ line width with $35{\mu}m$ height was achieved. The efficiency of gravure off set was 0.7% higher compare to that of scree printing method.

  • 스크린 프린트법으로 저가형 후막 용존산소 센서를 제작하고, 휴대용 용존산소 측정 시스템을 구현하였다. 전류 특성은 인가전압(바이어스 전압)을 0.7 V로 하였을 때, 응답시간도 짧고 전류 값의 변화도 가장 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 시스템의 구현은 MCU, 증폭단, 필터단, 전원부 및 디스플레이로 구성하였다. 용존산소 농도는 아날로그 값을 디지털로 변환하여 백분율로 표현되도록 프로그램하였다. 제작된 용존산소 측정 시스템은 표준 용액 대비 오차 ${\pm}0.5%$의 정확도 및 약 100초의 응답시간을 나타내어 고가의 상용 용존산소 센서를 대치할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Carbon nanotube (CNT) cathodes were fabricated using nano-sized silver (Ag) powders as a bonding material between the CNTs and cathode electrodes. The effects of the powder size on the sintering behavior, the current density and emission image for CNT cathodes were investigated. As the diameter of the Ag powders decreases to 10 nm, the sintering temperature of the CNT cathode was lowered primarily due to the higher specific surface area of the Ag powders. In this study, it was demonstrated that nano-sized Ag powders can be feasibly used as a bonding material for a screen-printed CNT cathode, yielding a high current density and a uniform emission image.

  • Printing technology is accepted by appropriate technology that smart phones, tablet PC, display(LCD, OLED, etc.) precision recently in the electronics industry, the market grows, this process in the ongoing efforts to improve competitiveness through the development of innovative technologies. So printed electronics appeared by new concept. This technology development is applied on electronic components and circuits for the simplification of the production process and reduce processing costs. Low-temperature process making possible for widening, slimmer, lighter, and more flexible, plastic substrates, such as(flexible) easily by forming a thin film on a substrate has been studied. In the past, the formation of the electrode used a screen printing method. But the screen printing method is formation of fine patterns, high-speed printing, mass production is difficult. The roll-to-roll printing method as an alternative to screen printing to produce electronic devices by printing techniques that were used traditionally in the latest technology and processing techniques applied to precision control are very economical to implement fine-line printing equipment has been evaluated as. In order to function as electronic devices, especially the dozens of existing micro-level of non-dot print fine line printing is required, the line should not break at all, because according to the specifications required to fit the ink transfer conditions should be established. In this study of roll-to-roll printing conductive paste suitable for gravure offset printing by developing Ag paste for forming fine patterns to study the basic physical properties with the aim of this study were to.

  • 소성 온도에 따른 전면 전극과 태양전지 에미터와의 계면에서 전기적 특성을 평가하였다. Ag 전극 형성 시 특정 온도 이상의 열처리 과정을 통해 에미터와 전극 간 양질의 전기적 접촉을 형성하기 위해 소성 온도에 따라 Ag paste 내의 siver가 결정화되어 에미터 내부로 성장함을 확인 하고 Ag 전극의 전기적 특성을 평가하였다. 소성 온도 $650{\sim}750^{\circ}C$에서 전기적 특성이 가장 좋았으며 silver의 결정 생성에 의해 Ag paste와 에미터 간 전기적 접촉이 잘 형성됨을 확인 하였다.

  • In this pape, we designed and implemented a hardware accelerator for the generation of bit map font from Hangul outline font description for LBP (Laser Beam Printer) and screen applications Whole system was implemented as a double size PC/AT application board which consists of processing bolck and display block. The processing block has a master processor (MC68000)and two slave processors which are MC56001 and KAFOG chip responsible for the short vector generation. In the display block, TMS34061 was used for monitor display and GP425 was used for LBP print out. The resolution of the monitor is 640$\times$480 and that of LBP is 2385$\times$3390. The current system called KHGB90-B generates about 100 characters per second where each character consists of 32$\times$32 bits

  • Web development and Internet technology development bring many kinds of works to web. This is the main reason why XML, document standard is popular. XML in web can be used to express document template or standard. XML with java can be more powerful and general. For example, XML can be used to transmit data and to print data into the screen using Ajax in JSP(Java Server Page) and to make interfaces in android, which is useful to reduce development cycle. However, XML is not easy to learn for the novice. In this paper, we propose the easy and effective way to reduce the learning curve of XML and to make and use XML documents. For the purpose, we suggest template base XML document generation and we design and implement XML document generator based on Template. XML document generator of template-based provides user interface and layout of XML document. So, users can generate XML document easily and effectively.
