In the client area we would like to use the teacher assistant robot in elementary school classrooms to utilize the language education service platform. Emerging IoT technology will be adopted to provide a comfortable classroom environment and various media interfaces. Extensive precedent review and case study have been conducted to identify basic requirements of proposed service platform. Embedded system and technology for image recognition, speech recognition, autonomous movement, display, touch screen, IR sensor, GPS, and temperature-humidity sensor were extensively investigated to complete the service. Key findings of this paper are optimized service platform with cloud server system and possibilities of potential smart classroom with intelligent robot by adopting IoT and BIM technology.
A three dimensional pharmacophore model was generated for the molecules which are responsible for anti-inflammatory activities targeting Interleukin-2 inducible tyrosine kinase (Itk). 16 structurally diverse molecules were selected as training set to generate the hypotheses using Discovery Studio v2.1. The best hypothesis, Hypo1, comprises two hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA), one hydrophobic aromatic (HA), one ring aromatic (RA) and shows high cost difference (63.71), high correlation coefficient (0.97) as well as low RMS deviation (0.81). Hypo1 has been further validated toward a test set, decoy set and Fischer's randomization method. Furthermore, Hypo1 was used to screen NCI and Maybridge databases. Finally, 2 hit molecules were identified as potential leads against Itk, which may be useful for future drug development.

Cytokines interleukin (IL) 12 and 23 play critical roles in linking innate and adaptive immune responses. They are members of heterodimeric cytokines, sharing a subunit p40. Although IL12/23 p40 is mainly induced in macrophages and dendritic cells (DCs) after stimulation with microbial Toll-like receptor ligands, methods to monitor the cells that produce IL12/23 p40 in vivo are limited. Recently, the mouse model to track p40-expressing cells with fluorescent reporter, yellow fluorescent protein, has been developed. Macrophages and DCs from these mice faithfully reported p40 induction using the fluorescent marker. Here we took advantage of these reporter mice to screen bio-compounds for p40-inducing activity. After screening hundreds of compounds, we found several extracts inducing IL12/23 p40 gene expression. Treatment of DCs with these extracts induced the expression of MHC class II and co-stimulatory molecules, which implies that these might be useful as adjuvants. Next, the in vivo target immune cells of candidate compounds were examined. The reporter system can be useful to identify cells producing IL12 or IL23 in vivo as well as in vitro. Thus, our cytokine reporter system proved to be a valuable reagent for screening for immunostimulatory molecules and identification of target cells in vivo.
The touch screen phone launched domestically in Korea, unlike the existing plane UI, it applied a cubic shape of 3D UI which provides three dimensional solid graphic. This study proposes to examine the correlation between the users' experience of 3D GUI, which were made by two different companies, and the brand. From this point of view, this study sets up a hypothesis about intimate correlation between individual differentiated brand and the user experience. Base on that, a model was designed. This study measured the satisfaction of user experience through the disclosure and non-disclosure of brand, focusing on 3D GUI cases which were launched so far, and it demonstrated that there was a clear difference in the degree of satisfaction. Through this examine, a brand was confirmed as one of the important element of user experience in using the 3D GUI that was launched competitively by companies. Therefore, the result of this study suggest that the designers need to establish strategies that make the brand as the core subject of design during the process of manufacturing product and service.
Laboratory scale model was constructed for open-cut riverbed infiltration experiment and four kinds of media were selected, medium sand, sand, volcanic rock, and gravel, for the experiment. Hydraulic conductivity for each medium and flow rate from the collecting pipe with functional screen were estimated from the experiment. Modified hydraulic conductivity scenarios considering turbid water (30~50 NTU) were applied in Visual MODFLOW modeling to analyze the effects of turbid water on the flow rate. Twenty-two scenarios were generated considering prticles in turbid water and applied to each medium cases in MODFLOW modeling. The minimum error was occurred when the gravel medium had 20% less hydraulic conductivities for the third layer-depth from the top and clay particles in turbid water might play a role in adsorption process to the surface of volcanic rock (2~5 mm). For medium sand case the error was also quite small when the mediumhas 5% less hydraulic conductivities for the second layer-depth from the top.
A mobile device is a handheld device, typically having a display screen with touch input and/or a miniature keyboard and accessible to the Internet. Because mobile devices are innovative and rapidly changing products, consumers are confronted with a decision-making problem to select the best device. This paper proposes an Analytic Hierarchy Process method to assess mobile devices and shows a method to select best mobile devices when purchasing. For this paper, the mobile devices considered as in the AHP model included net-book, tablet PC, smart phone, and camera phone. We derived 6 main criteria and 15 sub-criteria to synthesize the overall priority of criteria and mobile devices. The criterion of convenience in carrying showed the highest rank in the criteria. Although smart phones had the highest priority, the four mobile devices did not show significant differences in consumer preference.
This study analyses patent information of apparel design using computer technology and researches the trend of patent application focused on International Patent Classification. In terms of trend by filling data, Patent application started first in 1974 and increased sharply in 1993 with 14 cases and increased to 25 cases in 2000. In case of Korea, they began somewhat late in 1996, but reached a similar level with the leading country in 2000. In terms of trend by applicant, Gerber Garment Technology, Inc. filed 7 cases TORAY IND INC, filed 6 cases Levi Strauss & Co. filed 4 cases, NEC HOME ELECTRONICS LTD filed 3 cases, TOYOBO CO LTD filed 3 cases. Japanese companies occupied 52% and United States's companies occupied 48%. In terms of trend by country, foreigner occupied 47% of the patents filed by United State. Japanese take up 10% of total patent of United States. Korean occupied 84% of total patent of Korea and foreigner, american occupied 16% of the patents filed by Korea. In regared to International Patent Classification, in the section level G filed 92 cases(53%). In class level, G06 marked the first place in United States, Japan, and Korea. In subclass level, G06F marksed the first place with 74 cases. G06T and A61B were regarded as the new technologies. The new technologies are representing the dimensions of garment or computer-rendered model, providing the virtual reality through the texture mapping, digital dressing room or virtual dressing, and performing or retriving display on a screen for the result of changing pattern ao dress design, The technologies of core patent are designing or producing custom manufactured item, providing or prealtering the data for pattern making and visually displaying, interactively generating or previewing of various articles.
1974. 8. 15 SeoulMetro, beginning with the first electric railway established at six cities, so it is managing mass transportation of traffic. Especially, in case of seoul, It is managing that from one to eight lines, 286.9km, 265 stations have installed and now it is carrying about 5.5million of passengers everyday, and 2,000million passengers a year. So accident is increasing from the station every year. For this measure, SeoulMetro prepares safety fence for passengers crash but, as suicides or people who watch the accident took place, for at the bottom of passengers crash protection, PSD installing is needed. Even though, PSD is managing ATO section but, in controlling SeoulMetro, one to four lines sections are (ATS, ATC)section. Between as ATS, ATC section, ATO section, subway gate and PSD must have opened and crossed always at the time. And the interlock control corrosion protection gate, managing skills with installation, method, using in history, apply to 10rail cars one train sets, and maximum applying 2224% sections of passengers congested that consideration is to be needed. So 2004, SeoulMetro improved technology and basie design of PSD at ATS section. Based on this, from 2005.4 to 2006.6, using subway 2lines per 12stations set the model installation(full type 11stations, half type 1station) After installing in case of success, it is going about to suggest that effective analysis and hereafter subject.

In this paper, we introduce a cyber-physical intersection systems (CPIS) which intimately interconnects roadside units (RSU) located at intersection, on-board units (OBU) of moving vehicles, and smartphone apps. Based on the architecture of CPIS, we also present a green light optimal speed advisory based on the reference mobility models (GLOSA-RMM) to reduce intersection stopping time (IST) and fuel consumption. Based on several reference mobility models, the GLOSA-RMM determines the appropriate speed advisory by taking into account the current mobility and the intersection traffic light status, and then provides screen/voice GLOSA instructions to minimize the driver's distraction. We show that the GLOSA-RMM can reduce both the IST and the fuel consumption through the numerical results obtained from the prototype of the CPIS consisting of the OBU, the RSU and the smartphone app.

Most of wearable platforms(i. e. Samsung Gear, Android Wear) are using most of Tizen mobile platform features without any changes. However wearable devices have unique characteristics due to wearable type, small battery, screen shape, poor network and relative short but frequent user interfaces. In general, a wearable device has a process to be paired with the mobile device, which includes capability exchange that includes information such as device model name, network capability (3G, LTE, Wi-Fi and so on), manufacturer and supported languages. In other word, a wearable device depends heavily on the companion device (i. e. phone, tablet), so wearable platform should consider this. In this paper, we provide the effective application management mechanism using these characteristics of wearable platform to enhance user experience and to reduce sluggish of wearable platform.
