전도성 카본 잉크를 이용한 직류 저항형 습도센서 제작 및 평가 (Evaluation of DC Resistive Humidity Sensors Based on Conductive Carbon Ink)

  • A DC resistance type humidity sensor using conductive carbon ink was fabricated and its performance was evaluated. The humidity sensor was fabricated using a screen printing technique and have a structure that does not require additional metal electrodes to measure resistance change. To evaluate the performance of the humidity sensor, we measured the DC resistance change under various relative humidity levels. The fabricated humidity sensor showed a resistance change of about $2.5{\sim}50k{\Omega}$ in 11 ~ 95% RH environment. It also shows a linear relationship in the relative humidity versus log DC resistance graph. In comparison with commercial humidity sensor under real environment, it can be confirmed that the resistance of the humidity sensor changes to almost the same level as the measured humidity. These results show that the resistance type humidity sensor can be operated stably in actual environment.

  • 고체산화물 연료전지는 전해질의 양쪽에 cathode층과 anode층으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 셀을 제작하기 위한 구성소재 코팅법으로는 EVD, CVD, sputter등의 기상공정과 screen printing, tape casting, dip coating등의 습식공정이 있다. 이중 현재 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 screen printing법은 코팅기판의 크기와 형태에 제한을 받아 원통형, 평관형에는 적용이 어렵다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 electrolyte 지지체 위에 전사법을 통해 연료극(NiO-YSZ), 공기극(LSCF-GDC) 코팅층의 두께 및 형상을 제어할 수 있었으며 button cell을 제작하여 실제 SOFC에 적용이 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • Traditional screen printing is still a dominant method to print electrodes on c-Si solar cells. In order to achieve higher efficiency for c-Si solar cells, improvement of the electrode material is one of the key approaches. Shadowing loss can be reduced by using high aspect ratio finger electrode with width of finger electrode less than 80um. The rheological properties of Ag paste for applying c-Si solar cells are improved by using Ag nanowires. The printing properties including the aspect ratio of printed electrode can be improved with higher Thixotropic index (T.I.) values.

  • We propose the method which is possible to fabricate the electrodes with the fine pattern and low resistance by photolithography and electroplating. The widths of pattern fabricated were 30, 50, 70 and 100um and the thickness could be up to $10{\mu}m$. The resistivity of the copper electrode electroplated was below $2.0{\mu}{\Omega}$ cm which is about half of photosensitive silver electrode. Dielectric layer was coated on the electrodes by screen printing and the pores harmful to the discharge were not formed after heat treatment. In the viewpoint of resistance and patterning, this method has much higher potential for large area display than other methods like screen printing, photosensitive conductive paste method and sputtering.

  • 스크린 프린트법으로 MMIC(Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit)용 YIG 후막을 제조하였고, YIG의 조성과 프린트 조건의 변화가 다결정 $Y_{3-x}$C $a_{x}$ F $e_{5-x}$Z $r_{x}$ $O_{12}$ (x=0~0.3) 후막의 미세구조 및 자기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. $Ca^{2+}$와 Z $r^{4+}$ 의 치환 첨가량이 0.2인 $Y_{2.8}$ C $a_{0.2}$F $e_{4.8}$ Z $r_{0.2}$ $O_{12}$ 조성의 paste로 제조된 YIG 후막의 경우, 포화 자화값이 최대를 나타내었으며, 강자성 공명 흡수선 폭은 최소를 나타내었다. 또한, YIG 후막의 두께 및 소결 유지시간 등의 제조조건을 제어함에 따라 치밀화 및 자기 특성이 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.다.다.

Cell Fabrication and Performances of SOFC prepared by DBM and SPM

  • The research and development for the solid oxide fuel cell have been promoted rapidly and extensively in recent years, because of their high efficiency and future potential. Therefore this paper describes the manufacturing method and characteristics of anode electrode for solid oxide fuel cell, by the way, Ni-YSZ materials are used as anode of solid oxide fuel cell widely. In order to reduce production costs, we have fabricated single solid oxide fuel cell by doctor blade and screen printing method. Disk-type planar solid oxide fuel cell with an effective electrode area of about $7cm^2$ were fabricated and run for 500 h to investigate cell performance. The current density at a voltage of 0.7 V was $850mA/cm^2$.

  • We report on the fabrication and characterization of an OLED with an anode completed using screenprintable conducting polymer containing PEDOT: PSS. The demonstration of this organic transparent anode for OLEDs shows a good possibility for flexible displays using this polymeric electrode.

  • $Pb(Zr_{0.3},Ti_{0.7})O_3$, $Pb(Zr_{0.3},Ti_{0.3})O_3$ powders were prepared by the sol-gel method and PZT heterolayered thick films were fabricated by the screen-printing method. The structural properties as a faction of the composition ration were studied. As a result of the differential thermal analysis (DTA), exothermic peak was observed at around $864^{\circ}C$ dne to the formation of the polycrystalline perovskite phase. The PZT heterolayered thick film sintered at $1050^{\circ}C$ for 10min showed the average grain size $1{\sim}1.4{\mu}m$. The average thickness of PZT heterolayered thick films, obained by $3{\sim}6times$ of screen-printing, was approximately $60{\sim}110{\mu}m$.

  • $Pb(Zr_{0.4},Ti_{0.6})O3$, $Pb(Zr_{0.6},Ti_{0.4})O_3$ powder were prepared by the sol-gel method using a solution of Pb-acetate, Zr n-propoxide and Ti iso-propoxide. PZT thick film were fabricated by the screen printing method, and the structural and ferroelectric properties asafunting of the sintering temperature were studied. PZT film thickness, obtained by four screen printing, was approximately $100{\sim}120{\mu}m$. The relative dielectric constant and the dielectric loss of the PZT thick film sintered at $1050^{\circ}C$ were approximately 676 and 1.4%, respectively.

  • (Ba,Sr,Ca)$TiO_3$ powders, which were prepared by sol-gel method using a solution of Ba-acetate, Sr-acetate and Ca-acetate and Ti iso-propoxide, were mixed with organic vehicle and the BSCT thick films were fabricated by the screen-printing techniques on high purity alumina substrates. The structural and dielectric properties were investigated for various $Dy_2O_3$ doping contents. As a result of thermal analysis, the exothermic peak was observed at around $670^{\circ}C$ due to the formation of the polycrystalline perovskite phase. All BSCT thick films, sintered at $1420^{\circ}C$ for 2h, showed the typical XRD patterns of perovskite polycrystalline structure and no pyrochlore phase was observed.
