한국어 관객 평가기반 영화 평점 예측 CNN 구조 (CNN Architecture Predicting Movie Rating from Audience's Reviews Written in Korean)

  • 본 논문에서는 합성곱 신경망 기반의 영화 평점 예측 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 구조는 문장 분류을 위하 고안된 TextCNN를 세 가지 측면에서 확장하였다. 첫 번째로 문자 임베딩을 이용하여 단어의 다양한 변형들을 처리할 수 있다. 두 번째로 주목 메커니즘을 적용하여 중요한 특징을 더욱 부각하였다. 세 번째로 활성 함수의 출력을 1-10 사이의 평점으로 만드는 점수 함수를 제안하였다. 제안하는 영화 평점 예측 구조를 평가하기 위해서 영화 리뷰 데이터를 이용하여 평가해 본 결과 기존의 방법을 사용했을 때보다 더욱 낮은 MSE를 확인하였다. 이는 제안하는 영화 평점 예측 구조의 우수성을 보여 주었다.

설계, 개발 및 양산 정보를 활용한 신뢰성 지수 개발 (Development of a Reliability Index using Design, Development and Production Information)

  • Purpose: In this paper, we developed a reliability index (RI) to efficiently compare reliability of products based on the design, development and production information such as reliability tests, quality, product life-cycle management. RI also can be applied to reliability prediction of a novel product as well as comparison evaluation among existing products. Methods: For evaluating RI, we proposed evaluation process which is composed of five steps. Target modules are selected based on warranty data and correlation analysis. Scores of selected target modules are calculated by scoring function. Finally, weights of RI model are determined by optimization method. Results: This paper presented an empirical analysis based on failure data of mobile devices. In this case study, we demonstrated that there is a direct correlation between evaluated RI and field failure probability of each product. Conclusion: We proposed the index for comprehensive and effective assessment of product reliability level. From the procedure of this study, we expected to be applied for reliability estimation of novel products and deduction of field failure-related factors.

게임만족도 분포의 정규화에 관한 시뮬레이션 (On Simulation for Normalization of Game Satisfaction Density Function)

  • 게임산업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 부가가치를 높이기 위하여 수요자가 요구하는 높은 만족도를 갖는 게임을 개발할 수 있도록 만족도를 정량적으로 평가하여 만족도 기준을 제시할 수 있는 연구 및 근거가 필요하다. 특히 만족도 요소들의 점수화와 모집단 분포의 추정은 중요한 과제로서 이를 통하여 어떤 게임이 다른 게임에 비하여 만족도가 높은지 낮은지를 알 수 있으며 만족도를 제고시키기 위하여 보완해야 할 요소들과 기술력을 예측할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 게임 만족도 요소들의 접수분포를 정규화 하는 방법을 제 안하고 시뮬레이션을 통한 모수적 밀도함수 추정방법을 이용하여 모집단 분포를 추정하였다.

  • In this paper, we proposed the DFMEA Implementation Method for safety design of Weapon System. First, we presented the process for DFMEA. And then, the case analysis of OOO missile was performed in accordance with the process presented. After defining the system requirements of OOO missile, failure definition scoring criteria was set. In order to clarify the definition of failure, the failure was classified into safety, reliability, maintainability and others. After performing the function analysis, the relationship matrix analysis was performed to identify the failure mode according to the function without omission. After clarifying the failure classification, mode of failure, cause of failure and effect were analyzed to calculate the severity, occurrence and detection values. After the action priority was judged, the recommended action according to the failure classification was identified for the determined action priority. The results of this study can be used as a relevant basis for the design reflection and resource re-allocation of stakeholders.

스포츠 손상에서의 비구순 파열 (Acetabular Labral Tear in Sports Injury)

  • 목적: 스포츠손상에의한비구순파열환자에서진단및치료에대해고찰해보고자하였다. 대상및방법: 1995년3월부터2000년1월까지스포츠손상후발생한고관절통으로본원에내원한환자에서비구순파열로진단된15예를대상으로하였다. 원인별로달리기5예, 격투기3예, 에어로빅3예, 수영2예, 등산1예, 자전거 1예등이었다. 남자가6명, 여자가9명이었고, 나이는 평균41세였다. 모든 환자는6개월간격으로 추시하였고, 보존적 치료를 시행한 경우최소2년 이상 투약 및 증세관찰을 하였고, 관절경적 수술을 시행한6예에서 수술 전, 수술 후 6개월과 12개월에 Harris Hip Score (이하HHS)를측정하였고, JOA pain scoring system에의해결과를평가하였다. 결과: 보존적치료를 시행한9예에서 HHS는 평균 15점 향상되었고, 그중 4예는 1단계의 통증 지수 향상이 있었는데, 이들 모두Czerny 분류상type IA였다. 관절경적수술을 시행한6예에서수술후 HHS는 32점향상되었고, 6예모두에서2단계이상의통증지수향상이관찰되었다.결론: 스포츠손상환자에서급,만성고관절통을호소하는경우비구순파열은반드시감별진단되어야하며, 이학적검사상의심이될경우자기공명관절조영술을이용한진단이유용할것으로사료된다. 확진이된경우관절경을이용한파열된비구순의변연절제술이효과적인치료방법으로생각된다.

산림토양의 수원함양기능 잠재력 평가를 위한 주요 인자별 토양 조공극률 분석 (Analysis of soil coarse pore fraction by major factors for evaluation of water conservation function potential in forest soil)

  • As the water shortage has become a noticeable issue due to climate change, forests play an importance role as the provider of water supply service. There is, however, little information about the relationships between the factors used in the estimation of water supply service and coarse pore fraction of forest soil which determines the potential of water supply. To find out whether there would be an amelioration in the scoring system of water supply service estimation, we examined all factors except meteorological one and additionally, analyzed 4 extra factors that might be related with coarse pore fraction of soil. A total of 2,214 soil samples were collected throughout South Korea to measure coarse pore fractions from 2015 to 2020. First, the result of average coarse pore fraction of all samples showed 32.98±6.59% which was consistent with previous studies. And the results of non-parametric analysis of variance indicated that only two of eleven factors that was used in the scoring system matched the results of coarse pore fraction of forest soils. Tree canopy coverage showed no difference among categories, and slope also showed no significance at level of 0.05 in the linear regression analysis. Additionally, the applicability of 4 extra factors were confirmed, as the result of coarse pore fractions of soil samples were different for various categories of each factor. Therefore, the scoring system of water supply service of forest should be revised to improve accuracy.

Surgical outcome and risk scoring to predict survival after hepatic resection for hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombosis

  • Backgrounds/Aims: The hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT) is classified as the advanced stage (BCLC stage C) with extremely poor prognosis, and in current guidelines is recommended for systemic therapy. This study aimed to evaluate the surgical outcomes and long-term prognosis after hepatic resection (HR) for patients who have HCC combined with PVTT. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 332 patients who underwent HR for HCC with PVTT at ten tertiary referral hospitals in South Korea. Results: The median overall and recurrence-free survival after HR were 32.4 and 8.6 months, while the 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival rates were 75%, 48%, and 39%, respectively. In multivariate analysis, tumor number, tumor size, AFP, PIVKA-II, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, and albumin-bilirubin (ALBI) grade were significant prognostic factors. The risk scoring was developed using these seven factors-tumor, inflammation and hepatic function (TIF), to predict patient prognosis. The prognosis of the patients was well stratified according to the scores (log-rank test, p < 0.001). Conclusions: HR for patients who have HCC combined with PVTT provided favorable survival outcomes. The risk scoring was useful in predicting prognosis, and determining the appropriate treatment strategy for those patients who have HCC with PVTT.

슬관절의 전방십자인대파열에 대한 한방치료와 봉추나의 치료효과 증례 2 (Effectiveness of Oriental Medical Therapy and Bongchuna on Anterior Cruciate Ligament Rupture of Knee, Two Case Reports)

  • Anterior cruciate ligament tear is a common disease of knee injury. We report 1 case of anterior cruciate ligament complete tear diagnosed by MRI(magnetic resonance imaging) imaging and 1 case after reconstruction. Outcomes were measured by visual analogue scale(VAS) and Lysholm knee scoring scale. We applied acupuncture treatment, bee venom injection, bongchuna and prescribed herbal medication. Patients who treated by oriental medical treatments had a significant effect on the pain decrease and range of motion and knee function. Oriental medical treatments are very useful on pain reduction and prevention of muscle contraction, leading to satisfied rehabilitation, as wee as diminishing recurrence after operation.

  • A ribonucleic acid (RNA) is one of the two types of nucleic acids found in living organisms. An RNA molecule represents a long chain of monomers called nucleotides. The sequence of nucleotides of an RNA molecule constitutes its primary structure, and the pattern of pairing between nucleotides determines the secondary structure of an RNA. Non-coding RNA genes produce transcripts that exert their function without ever producing proteins. Predicting the secondary structure of non-coding RNAs is very important for understanding their functions. We focus on Nussinov's algorithm as useful techniques for predicting RNA secondary structures. We introduce a new traceback matrix and scoring table to improve above algorithm. And the improved algorithm provides better levels of performance than the originals.

Predicting tissue-specific expressions based on sequence characteristics

  • In multicellular organisms, including humans, understanding expression specificity at the tissue level is essential for interpreting protein function, such as tissue differentiation. We developed a prediction approach via generated sequence features from overrepresented patterns in housekeeping (HK) and tissue-specific (TS) genes to classify TS expression in humans. Using TS domains and transcriptional factor binding sites (TFBSs), sequence characteristics were used as indices of expressed tissues in a Random Forest algorithm by scoring exclusive patterns considering the biological intuition; TFBSs regulate gene expression, and the domains reflect the functional specificity of a TS gene. Our proposed approach displayed better performance than previous attempts and was validated using computational and experimental methods.
