임상간호사의 인성과 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Personality and Job Satisfaction of Nurses)

  • Purpose : The objective of this research is to explore the correlation between personality and degree of job-satisfaction among nursing profession in order to provide effective guide for HR management and nursing care. Method : The research has been conducted on hundred sixty four nurses working in C university hospital in Seoul, from February 23 to March 7 of 2002, through survey. For the experimental tools, I have used Young-Hwan Kim's MMPI(1988) personality test and Slavitt's job-satisfaction test(1978) which were improved by Eun-Seuk Lee(1988). The acquired data are analyzed through SPSS program using descriptive statistical method, t-test, One way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation coefficient analysis. Results : Most survey score were within normal range of personality measurement and Masculinity-Femininity scored high compare with the rest. Overall job-satisfaction score showed fairly high level of 3.01; in the order of high score, 3.43 for reciprocal action, 3.41 for job requirement, 3.20 for autonomy, 3.15 for professional status, 2.96 for doctor-nurse relationship, 2.54 for administration and 2.38 for compensation. Analysis based of social demographics showed that the degree of paranoia depends on the age, marriage, nursing experience, education, professional status and salary. Also, marriage had significant influence on the score of hysteria, psychopathic deviation, paranoia, psychasthenia, schizophrenia and masculinity-femininity. Test score showed that, based on the general characteristic of nursing profession, job-satisfaction depends on the age and professional status. The relationship between personality and job-satisfaction showed that depression score and social introversion score have statistically significant negative correlation with job-satisfaction. Conclusion : this research revealed that depression and social introversion are characteristics identified to have significant influence over job-satisfaction of nurses, among many characteristics.

공과대학 신입생의 자기주도학습준비도와 수학기초학력평가성적 및 대학수학학업성취도 관계 연구 (A Study of Relationship between SDLR, the Score of Mathematics Diagnostic Assesment and Achievement in College Mathematics of Engineering Students)

  • This study aims to investigate relationships among self-directed learning readiness [SDLR], prerequisite mathematics test score and achievement level in college mathematics. For this purpose, the adjusted SDLRS (self-directed learning readiness scale) of Guglielmino's model, the score of mathematics diagnostic assesment and first semester college mathematics score among 424 freshmen students of engineering department of D university in 2011 were used and analyzed. Research results are as follows: Firstly, freshmen of engineering department had average level of SDLR, though they showed relative low level of self-direction, passion and time control ability. Secondly, considering SDLR with the mathematics diagnostic assesment score (3 groups: high, middle, low), there were no statistically significant differences. Thirdly, concerning SDLR according to the achievement level in college mathematics, a group which acquired good achievement showed higher level of SDLR compared with middle or lowachievement group. Differences among three groups were statistically significant. Lastly, there were affirmative relationships between SDLR, mathematics diagnostic assesment score and achievement in college mathematics. Furthermore, mathematics diagnostic assesment score and achievement level in college mathematics were found to be the most closely related. Based on the results, we suggest strategies to elevate SDLR of engineering department students and improve their achievement in college mathematics.

대학수학능력시험 점수산정시스템의 품질 제고를 위한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Improvement of College Scholastic Ability Test Scoring System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the score data released by the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation to find out the problems with the current scoring system provided by the College Scholastic Ability Test and to suggest improvement measures to solve these problems. Methods: We calculated the descriptive statistics of the standard scores using the frequency distribution table of the standard scores and identified the characteristics of the standard scores by expressing the distribution as a graph. Also, we developed an index to evaluate whether each stanine level was stably assigned and calculated the indexes for each area/subject by using the data on the number of examinees for each level. Results: We found that the relationship of conversion from raw scores to integerized standard scores is different depending on the size of the standard deviation of the raw scores, and identified the problem that the raw score information is not fairly reflected in the calculation of the percentile and level as the two raw scores are converted to one standard score. This problem can be solved by calculating the standard score to a decimal point. Conclusion: In this study, as a way to improve the quality of the scores of the current CSAT, the standard score and percentile decimal notation, the specific regulations of the standard score and stanine level calculation method, and the expansion of the open range of the scores were suggested.

  • In this paper we introduced a new score generating function for the rank dispersion function in a general linear model. Based on the new score function, we derived the null asymptotic theory of the rank-based hypothesis testing in a linear model. In essence we showed that several rank test statistics, which are primarily focused on our new score generating function and new dispersion function, are mainly distribution free and asymptotically converges to a chi-square distribution.

시험불안척도, 상태-특성불안 척도, 간이정신진단검사를 이용한 한의학과 대학생의 시험불안 특성 (Test Anxiety Investigation of Students in Oriental Medicine College by Using Korea's version-Test Anxiey Inventory, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Symptom Check List-90-Revision)

  • Objective : The aim of this study is to investigate and measure the Test-anxiety of college students in OO Oriental Medicine by using Korea's version-Test Anxiey Inventory(K-TAI-K), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI), Symptom Check List-90-Revision(SCL-90-R), etc. Methods : We studied 181 students who being at OO College of Oriental Medicine in second semester, 2007 We used some questionaries like K-TAI-K, STAI, SCL-90-R , College Life Satisfacaion, Life Event Questionnaire. Results and Conclusions : 1.141 persons(83,43%) of students feel the largest test anxiety before test. 18 persons(9.94%) of students feel the largest test anxiety after test. 2.The 1st grade students of preparatory course and 4th grade students of regular course have the lowest score in State Anxiety Inventory and obsessive-compulsive of SCL-90-R. The 2nd grade students of regular course have the lowest score in State Anxiety Inventory and obsessive-compulsive of SCL-90-R 3. Students who failed in test one time have the lowest score , and who failed in test more than two times have the highest score in K-TAl-K Students who failed one time in grade promotion more than two times showed high score in second K-TAI-K. 4. The higher grade, the lower score in College Life Satisfaction. The scores of College Life Satisfaction have negative correlations with those of K-TAI-K, STAI SCL-90-R except phobic anxiety, 5. The scores of Life Event Questionnaire have positive correlations with those of K-TAI-K, STAI and SCL-90-R except phobic anxiety. 6. The scores of K-TAl-K have positive correlations with those of STAI, SCL-90-R, College Life Satisfaction and Life Event Questionnaire. A correlation coefficient of obsessive-compulsive scale is highest, anxiety scale is second, interpersonal sensitivity scale is third, depression scale is fourth high among the scales of SCL-90-R.

서로 다른 산포를 갖는 이변량 음이항 회귀모형에서 산포의 동일성에 대한 검정 (Tests for Equality of Dispersions in the Generalized Bivariate Negative Binomial Regression Model with Heterogeneous Dispersions)

  • 본 연구에서는 두 반응변수의 이질적 산포를 허용하는 좀 더 일반적인 형태의 이변량 음이항 회귀모형을 삼각소거법(trivariate reduction technique)을 이용하여 제안하였다. 이 분포에서 산포의 동일성에 대한 스코어 검정과 LR 검정을 유도하고 모의실험을 통하여 각 검정법의 효율성을 비교하였다. 모의실험 결과 스코어 검정과 LR 검정 모두 명목유의수준을 제대로 유지하고 검정력도 높게 나타나 산포의 동일성을 검정하는데 효율적인 검정법으로 나타났다. 하지만 스코어 검정은 LR 검정에 비하여 계산이 간편하다는 장점이 존재하고 모의실험을 통하여 스코어 검정이 LR 검정보다 약간 나은 효율을 보였으므로 산포의 동일성에 대한 검정에서 스코어 검정의 사용을 제안하고자 한다. 더불어 실제 사례에 두 검정법을 적용하고 그 결과를 제시하였다.

  • The proposed class of generalized logistic models, indexed by an extra parameter, can be used to model or to examine symmetric or asymmetric discrepancies from the logistic model. When there are a finite number of different design points, we are mainly concerned with maximum likelihood estimation of parameters and in deriving their large sample behavior A score test and a bootstrap hypothesis test are also considered to check if the standard logistic model is appropriate to fit the data or if a generalization is needed .

자동차 부품의 재활용을 위한 설계시의 주요인자 결정 (Determination of Design Parameters for Automobile Parts Recycling)

  • In this paper, same parts of a domestic automobiles and foreign automobiles are disassembled fur the evaluation of disassemblability, especially door trim and bumper. Influencing factors of disassembly are determined by the classification of bottleneck process in disassembly process. On the bases of disassembly sequence and structure of parts and subassembly, disassemblability is classified into aye categories. The influencing factors, which are related with the five categories are determined. By these relations, the checklist for disassembly evaluation is draw up and score tables of checked factors are established. For the establishing the disassembly score tables, the weighting values of each five categories are calculated by the disassembly test of automobiles and then, the weighting values of each influencing factors of five categories are calculated by the method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). And the last, the weighting values are modified and recalculated from the disassembly test. Using these weighting values, the score of influencing factors are determined and then, the score tables are established based on the score of influencing factors.

전국 중학생 어머니의 영양태도와 식습관에 관한 조사 (A Survey on Nutrition Attitude and Food Habit of Nationwide Middle School Student's Mothers)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide a baseline assessment and relationship of nutrition attitude and food habit among mothers of middle school students. Eighteen questions were developed to test nutrition attitude and food habit test was used to reflect dietary behavior. The questionnare was mailed to a representative sample of nationwide middle schools, and was asked to be answered by mothers of one class' students. Usable questionnares were recieved from 4,694 participants of 99 schools. The mean score of nutrition attitude was 65.9 out of minimum possible score 18 and maximum 90. Nutrition attitude was weaker in the areas of control and self-efficacy than in intention and outcome-expectation. The mean score of food habit was 38.6 out of minimum possible score 12 and maximum 60. Food habit was weaker in the areas of protein, vitamins & minerals and dietary fiber than in the other areas. Nutrition attitude and food habit scores were lower among rural, manually working, lower educated and low-income mothers. There was a significant correlation between nutrition attitude and food habit(r=0.37, p<0.001).

외국어능력 개별성취도지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on individual achievement index of foreign language ability)

  • 일정기간동안 성취한 개인의 외국어능력 개별성취도지수로 균일성취도지수와 상대성취도지수를 제안하고 그 특성을 비교하였다. 두 지수 모두 -1 ${\sim}$1의값을 가지며 해석이 용이하다. 또한 최고와 최저 점수가 서로 다른 시험의 성취도를 동시에 비교할 수도 있다. 그러나 상태성취도지수는 각 사람의 초기 평가시점의 점수를 고려한다는 점에서 균일성취도지수보다 합리적인 평가지수이다. 본 연구 결과는 각 학생의 현재 능력을 고려하여 성취도를 측정 비교할 뿐 아니라, 서로 다른 종류의 외국어능력시험결과를 동시에 비교할 유용한 지표를 제시한다.
