이 연구는 센서 네트워크를 통한 단순한 정보 전달을 넘어서서 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 진정한 상황인식 위치 기반 서비스를 구현하기 위한 방법에 대한 제안을 하고자 한다. 그러기 위해, 이 글에서는 점 개체의 영향력 범위에 대한 새로운 형식의 접근이 소개된다. 여기서, 영향력 범위란 점 개체 주변에 점 개체로 인해 어떤 현상이나 사건이 발생한 가능성이 있는 구역을 설정한 것을 뜻한다. 점 개체는 이러한 영향력 범위설정을 통해 공간적으로 확장 될 수 있다. 이러한 점 개체를 Spatially Extended Point (SEP) 개체라 한다.SEP와 그 주변 환경 사이의 위상적 관계의 점진적 변화 조합은 그 개체의 정성적 공간 행위를 표현하는데 이용될 수 있다. 이렇게 표현된 정성적 공간 행위들은 좀더 구체적이고 적합한 정보를 사용자에게 제공하는데 필요한 기준으로 쓰일 수 있다.

This study aims to examine how residents' perception of Neighborhood in the surrounding area changes to the spatial configuration changes due to co-residential area development in old urban area, and find out the characteristics of the perception changes. The research findings are as follows: First, the results of the spatial configuration changes analyzed by Space Syntax Model show that the integration value is between 0.5 and 0.7, which implies that the development in the old urban area does not contribute to the establishment of hierarchy. When the development takes place with the renewal of streets with consideration of the urban context, however, the integration improves relatively. Second, the actual distance and accessibility due to the street network appear to influence the residents' perception of Neighborhood. After the development, the residents' scope of perception increases on average. Third, the changes in the integration value of the streets after the development appear to influence the residents' scope of perception of Neighborhood. It turns out that there are frequent changes in the residents' scope of perception in the surrounding area around the streets with large increase in integration value, and the perception scope also moves to the center.

본 논문에서 기업의 내외부 경영환경요인이 관리회계시스템 특성에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 기업의 외부 경영환경요인으로 환경불확실성과 시장에서의 경쟁, 내부 경영환경요인으로 경영전략, 조직구조, 첨단 제조기술을 하위요인으로 구성하였고, 관리회계시스템 특성은 정보의 범위, 적시성, 통합성, 결합성 하위요인으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 기업의 환경요인 중 환경불확실성이 관리회계시스템의 정보의 범위, 통합성, 결합성에 상대적으로 중요한 영향요인임을 확인하였고 적시성은 조직구조가 가장 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 다만, 시장에서의 경쟁은 관리회계시스템 특성에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper suggests the set-up plan of the assessment scope in road noise considering road characteristics with the prediction model of road noise. The RLS90 prediction model with some assumptions is used to establish the assessment scope of road noise. The main contents of the applied assumptions are smooth drive of cars, flat region, location of all noise sources in one lane, drive in design speed, and set-up of assessment scope according to traffic volume and car speed. The information of traffic volume to predict road noise is obtained by the distribution of small cars and full-sized cars in road. In this study, the total traffic volume in road is computed by adding the number of small cars to the conversion number of small cars, which means the number of small cars making the same noise as one full-sized car. The prediction result of road noise with the influence factor of traffic volume, car speed, distance between road and receiver is presented. The resultant assessment scope of road noise is obtained by combining road noise prediction data with the set-up standard of road noise assessment scope.

This paper porports to explicate the factors determining the scope of public health in advanced capitalist countries. A few studies have veen conducted for such a purpose, yet even these studies show the deficiency of failing to consider a very important factor : the influence of medical profession. Since medical profession has played a significant role in the health policymaking, it is necessary to incorporate the hypothesis that assumes the causal links between the differing medical professional power and the vrying scope of public health. Following this view, this paper examined the various hypothese, including the power of medical profession, and found that the variables related to medical professional power as well as social democratic perspectives are its significant factors. In particular, our result shows that the power of medical profesion is the most important determinant, thereby supporting the hypothesis developed in this paper.

The SPS Agreement, concluded in the Uruguay Round for the purpose of controlling SPS risks, has traditionally been recognized to maintain the narrowest scope of application compared with TBT Agreement and GATT in relation with environmental provisions. Contrary to such an understanding on the scope of the SPS Agreement, the panel in the EC-Biotech case found that the SPS Agreement extends to regulate trade-restrictive measures on Genetically Modified Organizations(GMOs) causing health and environmental risks. This expanding scope of the SPS Agreement would have substantial influence on domestic environmental regulations as well as Multilateral Environmental Agreements(MEAs). This paper discusses the consequences of an expanding ambit for the WTO SPS Agreement through the designation of a wider range of health and environmental regulations affecting trade as SPS measures. As a result, not only precautionary measures on GMO risks, but also other health and environmental measures with trade impacts, could be subject to SPS control, and consequently, the institutional rigors of the WTO regime. However, strict and literal interpretation of the SPS provisions to expand its applicable scope would cause concerns about the WTO's intervention on the purely environmental measures. Pursuing harmonized and flexible interpretation of provisions on environment-related conflicts as well as accepting precautionary principle included MEAs will contribute to reduce such kind of concerns.

본 연구의 목적은 정성적인 개인의 공간 행동을 파악하고 행동 원인을 유추해 볼 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 이동 객체의 단순한 기하학적인 움직임에 초점을 맞추는 것을 넘어서서, 사람과 환경 사이의 관계 변화 내지는 상호작용을 파악하여 이동 객체의 행동 특성을 분석할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 특정 지역의 경계 근처에서의 이동 객체의 움직임에 중점을 두고 분석하였다. 이동 객체의 영향력 범위를 적용하는 새로운 접근 방법을 이용하여 정성적인 개인 공간행위 특성을 파악하였다. 본 연구에서는, 이러한 객체를 시공간적으로 확장된 점(STEP)이라 명명하였으며, 그 영향력 범위를 그 객체의 위치와 함께 잠재적 사건이나 주변과의 상호작용이 가능한 구역으로 정의한다. STEP과 특정공간간의 관계 정량화를 위해, 위상 데이터 모델을 기반으로 2차원 공간에서의 특정 영역과 STEP 사이의 위상 관계를 나타내는 12 교차점 모델이 이용되었다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 STEP 개념의 관점에서, GPS추적 데이터를 이용한 프로토타입 응용 분석결과가 제공되었다.

This paper studies the energies and energy release rate (ERR) for the initially rotationally symmetric compressed (or stretched) in the inward (outward) radial direction of the PZT/Elastic/PZT sandwich circular plate with interface penny-shaped cracks. The investigations are made by utilizing the so-called three-dimensional linearized field equations and relations of electro-elasticity for piezoelectric materials. The quantities related to the initial stress state are determined within the scope of the classical linear theory of piezoelectricity. Mathematical formulation of the corresponding problem and determination of the quantities related to the stress-strain state which appear as a result of the action of the uniformly normal additional opening forces acting on the penny-shaped crack's edges are made within the scope of the aforementioned three-dimensional linearized field equations solution which is obtained with the use of the FEM modelling. Numerical results of the energies and ERR and the influence of the problem parameters on these quantities are presented and discussed for the PZT- 5H/Al/PZT-5H, PZT-4/Al/PZT-4, $BaTiO_3/Al/BaTiO_3$ and PZT-5H/StPZT-5H sandwich plates. In particular, it is established that the magnitude of the influence of the piezoelectricity and initial loading on the ERR increases with crack radius length.

Blogs are readily available sources of opinions and sentiments which allows bloggers to exert a certain level of influence over the blog readers. Previous studies had attempted to analyze blog features to detect influence within the blogosphere, but had not studied in details influence at the blogger-level. Other studies studied bloggers' personalities with regards to their propensity to blog, but did not relate the personalities of bloggers to influence. Bloggers may differ in their way or manner of exerting influence. For example, bloggers could be active participants or just passive shares, or whether they express ideas in a rational or subjective manner, or they are received positively or negatively by the readers. In this paper, we further analyze the engagement style (frequency, scope, originality, and consistency of the blog postings), persuasion style (appeals to reasons or emotions), and persona (degree of compliance) of individual bloggers. Methods used include similarity analysis to detect the sharing-creating aspect of engagement style, subjectivity analysis to measure persuasion style, and sentiment analysis to identify persona style. While previous studies analyzed influence at blog site level, our model is shown to provide a fine-grained influence analysis that could further differentiate the bloggers' influence style in a blog site.

Purpose - As overseas direct purchase transactions using e-commerce increase, the scale and scope of international trade are diversified, and the transaction volume using online platforms in e-commerce is increasing. The e-commerce market share will become more important because it is not only a medium connecting B2C, but also because it will expand the scope of trade. This study aims to reveal the factors that influence purchase intention according to Korean-Chinese consumers in e-commerce. In addition, the study has comprehensively confirmed the influence between each factor in the e-commerce environment by integrating and analyzing the characteristic factors of online information sources and platforms in one structural equation. Finally, the study confirmed that there is a significant difference in the influence relationship between Korean and Chinese consumers. Through this, the study will contribute to content production in the e-commerce market according to the target market and the expansion of the mutual entry of Korea and China. Design/methodology - This study aims to confirm the mediating effect of the details of the online information source characteristics and platform characteristics when the perceived quality affects purchase intention. It is confirmed that the factors affecting Korean and Chinese consumers differ. Findings - It was confirmed that differences exist according to the group of Korean or Chinese consumers for the entire research model. In the case of Korean consumers, the mediating factors when perceived quality affects purchase intention are expertise, reliability, entertainment, informativity, and convenience; in the case of Chinese consumers, the factors are expertise and informativity. Originality/value - This study proved that Korean and Chinese consumers cannot be regarded as having the same characteristics, and therefore, strategies aimed at each e-commerce market should be differentiated. In addition, although previous studies on online information sources and platform characteristics were not integrated, this study confirmed a significant influence relationship among the factors that could affect purchase intention in the actual e-commerce environment.
