연근해 어선원 복지 공간 확보를 위한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on Securing Welfare Space in Crew Accommodation for Fishers Working in Coastal and Inshore Fisheries)

  • This paper intends to propose the direction for improving the welfare space in crew accommodation of fishing vessels engaged in coastal and inshore fishery business in order to solve the phenomenon which young fishers trend to avoid working on fishing vessels. Coastal and inshore fisheries are defined as permitted fisheries business under the Fisheries Act and classified into coastal fisheries and inshore fisheries based on a gross tonnage of 10 tons. Fisheries Act also stipulates the upper limit tonnage regulation and the restrictions on bottoms of fishing vessels permitted for coastal and inshore fisheries to protect fishery resources and to prevent overfishing. It is difficult to increase the welfare space in crew accommodation of fishers under such restrictions because the welfare space in crew accommodation could be secured by reducing the space for the strength of fishing. Therefore, this paper compares the revision trend of the international convention(The Work in Fishing Convention, 2007) and domestic laws on welfare space in crew accommodation of fishing vessels engaged in coastal and inshore fishery business to find out the problems and improvement points in securing the welfare space in crew accommodation of fishing vessels. As a result, it is proposed to revise the Enforcement Ordinance of the Fisheries Act so as to secure the welfare space in crew accommodation of coastal and inshore fishing vessels within the scope of maintaining the maximum allowable tonnage limit regulation by adding an exemption provisions of the restrictions on bottoms of fishing vessels in which case the gross tonnage is increased for securing the spaces for crew accommodation and sanitary facilities of fishers without increasing net tonnage where the bottoms of fishing vessels is increased by renovating or replacing the fishing vessels bigger than the bottoms of fishing vessels permitted within the scope of maintaining the maximum allowable tonnage limit regulation.

  • Recently, many companies want to accept and operate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in their fields ERP does not only include business, but also include finance, account, trade, personnel and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Especially, it is necessary to have ERP system for companies which have lots of external business such as trade and communication sector. And then, in this paper, I will think about OLTP (On-Line Transaction Processing) system for operating ERP system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. But it is regrettable that I can not make a comparative analysis with other systems because the ERP system is still on the introductory stage for the company studies and the benefits have not been realized yet. Another limitation of this research is its narrow scope of study in which only the raw material inventory system for a single company is covered. In the future, however, ERP system would be adopted by many corporations, which would help us to launch a comparative study on the results of ERP system implementation as a future direction of research.

The Effect of SMEs' Slack Resource on Internationalization: Focusing on SMEs' Subcontracting Relationship

  • Purpose-This study examines how financial slack resources and subcontracting of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) affect their internationalization. To identify slack resources, subcontracting, and internationalization of SMEs, 1,062 SME samples in the electronics industry are used in the logistic regression analysis to analyze their relationship with SMEs' export. Research design, data, and methodology-This study conducted the empirical analysis on 1,062 SMEs in the electronics industry using the sample survey method. The samples were based on data selected and distributed by the Ministry SMEs and Startups. The data analysis methods were descriptive, correlation analysis, and logistics regression analysis. Result-The analysis shows that only available resources are negatively related to SMEs' internationalization. It can be interpreted as a high tendency for SMEs to avoid relatively risky choices such as entering overseas markets if they have enough financial resources. Moreover, subcontracting has a negative relationship with internationalization. Conclusion-This study broadened the scope of SME research by analyzing subcontracting and slack resources together and provides practical implications for policymakers and managers.

민간조사제도 도입시 쟁점에 대한 연구동향 분석 (Research trend analysis of the introduction at the issue of private investigation institution)

  • 이 논문은 그동안 민간조사제도 도입에 관하여 논의되어 왔던 쟁점들에 대한 연구동향을 분석하여 그 시사점을 돌출함으로써, 바람직한 도입 방향을 제시하는데 연구목적을 두고자 한다. 분석한 쟁점들은 민간조사제도 도입에 관한 기존의 연구물들을 대상으로 추출하였다. 연구자들이 지적한 쟁점사항들은 명칭, 업무범위, 법인, 자격제도(자격기준 및 시험), 교육, 협회설립, 감독기관, 입법형태 등 8개의 범주안에 포함된다. 명칭에 대해서는 '탐정'이라는 명칭으로 통일할 필요가 있다고 본다. 업무범위에 대해서는 개정이 어려운 법률에서는 일반적인 업무규정을 개괄적으로 두고, 보다 구체적이고 세부적인 조사업무내용은 시행령을 통하여 규율하는 것이 합리적이라 할 수 있다. 민간조사제도는 법인으로의 제한적 운영이 필요하다고 본다. 교육에 대해서는 민간조사 종사자에 대한 신임교육과 재교육이 정기적으로 이루어져야 한다. 관리감독기관에 대해서 경찰청으로 일원화하여야 한다. 입법형태는 독자적인 법률로 규정하는 것보다는 경비업법의 개정을 통해 민간조사제도에 대하여 보완 규정하는 것이 효과적일 수 있다는 것이다.

한류의 비즈니스 확장에 관한 연구: 창의성 유형 모델 기반으로 (A Study on K-Wave's Business Expansion: Based on Creativity Type Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한류의 비즈니스 영역을 확장하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구 조사 결과, 2012년 '강남스타일'을 기점으로 산업에 대한 관심이 고조되나, 당시엔 유통망 확대가 주를 이룬다. 이에 연구자는 예술적, 경제적, 과학적, 기술적 창의성으로 구분된 '창의성 유형(Creativity type)' 모델을 토대로 한류산업을 문화산업에서 창의산업으로 확대해 "한류 자산의 생성과 활용을 바탕으로 부와 일자리를 창출할 잠재력을 보유하면서, 개인적 재능이 한류 가치 생산의 기원이 되는 산업"으로 조작적 정의한다. 이를 토대로 한류 자산 생성은 3위권에 있는 영화, 드라마, K팝에 대해, 한류 자산 활용은 화장품, 식음료, 의류산업에 대해, 개인적 재능은 새로운 한류 가치 생산의 기원이 되는 흥행 지적재산권(IP)인 웹툰IP에 대해 2013~2017년 동안 분석하였다. 그 결과, 한류 자산 생성에서 중국 쏠림 배경으로 토종 OTT 발달과 규제를 회피하려는 콘텐츠기업의 대안 찾기 등이, 한류 자산 활용에서 중국향 제품 개발 활성화와 K뷰티콘텐츠 등 유튜버를 통한 뷰티콘텐츠화로 선순환됨이 확인된다. 마지막으로 개인의 재능에서는 탄탄한 스토리로 더욱 짜임새 있게 된 웹툰 IP가 영화, 드라마 등의 새로운 한류 가치 생산의 기원이 됨이 확인된다.

패션모델의 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Fashion Model's)

  • 이 연구는 한국의 패션모델이 직업현장에서 수행하는 직무 영역에 따라 구체적인 직무항목을 체계화하여 분류함으로써 패션모델들에게 요구되는 직무의 영역을 도출하기 위하여 실행하였다. 이 연구에서는 패션모델산업의 각 분야와 한국 내 대학에서 활동하고 있는 10명의 패션모델들을 대상으로 데이컴(DACUM)법을 이용하여 패션모델의 직무를 분석하여 자료를 수집하였다. 그 결과, 패션모델의 직무는 7가지 임무에 따른 86가지의 과업이 분석되었으며, 패션모델이 입직초기에 수행해야할 직무가 32가지 과업(37.21%)로 분석되었는데 이들 과업은 대학을 졸업하기 전까지의 교육과정에서 익혀야할 과업이다. 분석된 결과에서 직무의 중요도, 난이도, 수행빈도를 조사한 결과 중요도가 높은 직무는 56가지(53.49%), 난이도가 높은 직무는 21가지(24.41%), 수행빈도가 높은 직무는 18가지(20.93%)로 분석되었다. 또한 중요도와 난이도가 모두 높은 직무는 16가지(18.6%), 중요도와 난이도 및 수행빈도가 모두 높은 직무는 7가지(8.14%)로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 토대로 패션모델 입직 전의 대학교육과정과 현직 패션모델을 대상으로 한 재교육 프로그램의 교육내용 구성에 본 직무분석 결과를 적극 반영함으로써 패션모델의 직무능력을 강화 할 수 있을 것이다.

환경경영 통합 리더 프로그램의 개발과 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development and Educational Effect of the Environmental Management Integrated Leader Program)

  • This Study developed 'Environment Management Integrated Leader(EMIL)' program and evaluated the effect of the Program. The procedure of EMIL program development is as follows; 1) Identifying the training needs Through the interview and discussion with corporate environmental staff and research members, training need are collected. 2) Setting the training objectives 30 objectives are developed through specifying and organizing the training needs. 3) Determining the scopes of the program This program consists of the four scopes. First, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Management is developed based on ISO 14000 and certification of environmentally friendly business. Second, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Technology includes air pollution, water pollution, solid wasted management, and pollution prevention. Third, the scope of Integrated Environmental Management focuses on master plan, green marketing, green production, and green accounting. Finally, the scope of Integrated Environmental Concepts focuses on food pollution, environmental activities, and bio-diversity. 4) Selecting the training methods Various methods are used such as off-site visits, exercises, case study, workshop, discussion, role-playing as well as lecture. 5) Implementing the program 49 trainees participated the program for 6weeks. All trainees are working for D. Company Group. 6) Measuring training effects To evaluate the effects of the program, pre-post training evaluation method is used. The results are highly significant at all 4 scopes by the p<.01. This study has some implications in order to establish the environmental management climate. First, the development of new environmental education program for management is necessary. Second, Vast investment are required. Third, more systematic approaches are desired in environmental education. Lastly, more customized program development and implementation to fit in industries will accelerate the expansion of environmental concept.

Present and Growth Strategy of the International Journal of Industrial Distribution & Business

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of various fusion research journals and the operational strategies of such journals and compare them with the operational strategies of IJIDB. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focused on the contents analysis of convergence journals after summarizing the development history from IJIDB's past and its external situation. In addition, we analyzed other strategies such as the number of publication journals, the number of publications, the academic scope, and the impact factor that other convergence journals operate on. Results - As a result of the analysis, the convergent journals showed to have several related journals, and some journals managed their impact factor well at 5.8. Also, some journals loaded 25 papers in one volume. Also, the managerial functions in IJIDB should be developed further to increase its stability. Finally, opportunities for articles by Candidates of Ph.D. and Masters degree students should be more open to in this field. Conclusions - If IJIDB finds its competitiveness in comparison with the operational strategies of other convergence journals, it will be the best journal in the Korea Citation Index to receive the most research papers and hospitality from scholars in the Korean journals.

Process Evaluation Model based on Goal-Scenario for Business Activity Monitoring

  • The scope of the problems that could be solved by monitoring and the improvement of the recognition time is directly correlated to the performance of the management function of the business process. However, the current monitoring process of business activities decides whether to apply warnings or not by assuming a fixed environment and showing expressions based on the design rules. Also, warnings are applied by carrying out the measuring process when the event attribute values are inserted at every point. Therefore, there is a limit for distinguishing the range of occurrence and the level of severity in regard to the new external problems occurring in a complicated environment. Such problems cannot be ed. Also, since it is difficult to expand the range of problems which can be possibly evaluated, it is impossible to evaluate any unexpected situation which could occur in the execution period. In this paper, a process-evaluating model based on the goal scenario is suggested to provide constant services through the current monitoring process in regard to the service demands of the new scenario which occurs outside. The new demands based on the outside situation are analyzed according to the goal scenario for the process activities. Also, by using the meta-heuristic algorithm, a similar process model is found and identified by combining similarity and interrelationship. The process can be stopped in advance or adjusted to the wanted direction.

원도심 내 유휴시설을 활용한 도시재생사업 모델에 관한 연구 - 일본의 빈집과 빈 점포를 활용한 중심시가지활성화 사업을 중심으로 - (A Study on Urban Regeneration Business Model Utilizing Idle Facilities in Old Town - Focusing on the City Center Revitalization Projects Using Empty Houses and Empty Stores in Japan -)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive a model of urban regeneration business using idle facilities in the old city center. The scope of the study was set as empty houses and empty stores owned by private companies, and analyzed the 50 central city revitalization projects using idle facilities in 14 local cities in Japan. The results of this study are follows; First, as an urban regeneration strategy using idle facilities in the old town, it was a combination of other functions centering on commercial functions or introducing new functions required in the city center. Second, various financial supports have been provided to induce the utilization of idle facilities by the private sector, and different strategies have been implemented for businesses that need maintenance first. Third, based on the analysis results, it was possible to derive urban regeneration business model. Fourth, in order to operate smooth business, it is a need for an organization that is in charge of reviewing the consistency of upper-level planning and urban guiding functions such as urban revitalization plan, balance review of expenditure and revenues by cost subsidy and loan repayment, consultation among the business partners.
