디지털 환경에서 학술연구자들의 정보요구 및 이용행태에 관한 연구 - 인문사회분야와 과학기술분야의 비교를 중심으로 - (A Study on Information Users' Needs and Information Seeking Behavior of Doctoral Researchers in Digital Age)

  • 인터넷과 정보통신기술이 급변하는 디지털 환경에서 학술연구자들은 종전보다 더 복잡하고, 다양한 매체를 통해 학술정보를 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 달라진 정보환경에서 국내 박사과정 학술연구자들의 정보요구와 정보추구행태를 알아보기 위해 5개의 범주내에서 13개의 질문 항목을 도출하고 이를 통해 집단 면접조사를 하였다. 5가지 범주는 (1) 일반적인 학술정보 활용 패턴 (2) 학술정보 활용 이유(태도), (3) IT Skill과 정보활용능력, (4) 물리적 도서관 이용 대비 전자정보 접근, (5) 전자정보 활용과 관련된 전반적인 견해 등이다. 특히, 인문사회분야 학술연구자들과 과학기술분야 학술연구자들을 균등하게 선발하여 면접조사를 함으로써 두 집단간의 공통점과 차이점을 비교 분석하는데 연구의 주안점을 두었다. 연구결과 학술정보 활용 목적, 정보활용능력, 인쇄자료 대비 전자자료 활용 비율, 연구 아이디어나 지식을 얻는 경로 분야에서는 차이가 없었으며, 학업이나 연구와 관련하여 주로 활용하는 자료, 즐겨찾는 학술 포털사이트 분야에서는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 과학교육 연구 동향 분석(기간;1992년 ~ 1996년) (The Analytical Study on the Research Trends of Science Education in Korea(The period : 1992 ~ 1996))

  • This study aims to analyze tile research trends of science education in Korea, and suggest the direction of the desirable research, which is to help the improvement of science education practically. To achieve these aims, the papers related to the science education (paper;1288, master′s thesis;724, doctoral thesis;59), which were published from 1992 to 1996 in Korea, are classified by the criteria for the analysis and summed up. The condensed results of this study are as follows, 1. The papers published through this period, maintains the stability in aspect of quantity compared with 1980s. It is owing to the efforts of the prime investigator so that "the science education," as a part of normal science, may settle down in Korea. 2. In the case of thesis for the academic degree, the doctoral theses are rare, as the ratio of the doctoral vs. the master′s is 1:13. Even so, most of the theses were produced by a few universities(master′s thesis/Kor. Nat. Univ. of Edu.;28.3%, Ewha Woman′ Univ.;16.2%, doctoral thesis/Seoul Nat. Univ.;57.6%, Kor. Nat. Univ. of Edu.;22.0%). 3. Most of papers are preponderant at three categories among the ten categories proposed by this study (science teaching-learning material;23.5%, science teaching methods;21.4%, psychology of science education;21.1%). 4. Concerning the subject of research, these papers are not diversity and intensive, that is; the subject related to scientific concepts, scientific thinking and attitude, and analysis of scientific textbook is 17.7%, 14.3%, and 10.5% of the total, respectively. 5. Though not including this study, among the theses for the master of science education, many of theses are related to the subject of pure science. There are some suggestions related to tile results of this study. The severe preponderance ill the training process, the subject, and area of research, can be pointed out one of the flimsy in our researches of science education. Because these cannot be considered separately, the policy and support of educational administration must be needed to remove this phenomena. To improve the present situation of science education, the research funds have to be given to the practical than the theoretical subjects. Which can make promptly a settlement of tile problems and difficulties from the field of science education, and encourage the reseal,:h activities that tile front teachers take part in. Lately, the accumulation of literature and references are a prior condition in the development of academic knowledge. Therefore the data base system for the information of science education and translation of foreign literature related to science education must be achieved. In addition, the programs that tile teacher and the investigator can make good use of such an information without limited conditions, must be prepared.

K-평균 군집분석을 활용한 중학생의 군집화 및 특성 분석 (Analysis of Characteristics of Clusters of Middle School Students Using K-Means Cluster Analysis)

  • 최근 교육에서 교육 데이터마이닝에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있는 시점에 과학교육에서 평가 결과를 활용하여 학생들에게 적합한 피드백을 제공하기 위해 빅데이터 분석의 적용 가능성을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 연구에서는 국가수준 학업성취도 평가의 24문항에 응시한 2,576명의 평가 자료를 활용하여 비지도 기계학습의 한 가지 방법인 K-평균 군집분석을 이용하여 학생들을 군집화하였다. 학업성취도 평가 자료를 활용한 군집화 결과, 학생들을 6개의 군집으로 나누어 볼수 있었다. 상위권이나 하위권에 비해 중위권 학생들이 다양하게 다른 군집으로 구분됨을 알 수 있다. 군집분석의 결과를 보면, 군집화에서 가장 중요하게 영향을 주는 요인은 학업 성취였으며, 군집별로는 교육과정의 내용 영역별, 교과 역량별, 정의적 특성 면에서 서로 다른 특성을 보이고 있었다. 하위 군집에서는 정의적 영역 중에서 학습의욕이 중요하게 영향을 주고, 교과 역량 면에서는 과학적 탐구 및 문제 해결력과 과학적 의사소통 능력이 중요하게 영향을 주고 있었다. 내용 영역 면에서는 운동과 에너지와 물질 영역에 대한 성취가 군집의 특성을 구분하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있었다. 따라서 평가 자료를 활용해 학생을 군집화한 후, 이러한 군집별 특성을 바탕으로 학생들에게 학습을 위한 맞춤형 피드백을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 군집분석 연구 결과 활용의 가능성, 내용 영역별 균형 있는 학습, 교과 역량 증진, 과학적 태도의 향상 등 과학교육의 시사점을 제안하였다.

학생과 부모의 과학에 대한 태도 측정 도구 개발 (The Development of Instruments to Assess Attitudes Toward Science of Students and Their Parents)

  • 본 연구에서는 부모의 과학에 대한 태도와 학생의 태도를 측정하고 그 상관 정도를 알아보기 위하여 기존의 과학에 대한 태도 연구에 기초하여 태도의 본질에 적합한 영역을 타당화하고 이에 근거한 학생과 부모용 검사 도구를 각각 제작하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구를 통하여 '과학의 가치에 대한 인식', '과학 및 과학 학습에 대한 태도', '과학 활동에의 참여' 영역이 과학에 대한 태도 영역으로 설정되었으며, 이 영역을 바탕으로 학생용, 부모용 검사 도구률 개발하였다(학생 설문지 신뢰도 ${\alpha}=0.93$, 부모 설문지 선뢰도 ${\alpha}=0.88$), 본 검사 도구를 중학교에 적용(학생 198명, 부모 153명)한 결과 학생과 부모 모두 과학의 학문/직업적, 사회적 가치에 대해 높은 인식 정도를 보여주고 있으나 개인적 가치에 대한 인식이 상대적으로 낮았으며, 학생들의 과학에 대한 자아 개념과 자기 효능감이 부족하였다. 또한, 부모의 자녀에 대한 학습의 지원 정도는 높게 나타났으나 과학에 대한 지원은 상대적으로 부족하였고 특히 남학생에 비하여 여학생의 과학 활동에의 참여 정도와 여학생 부모의 과학에 대한 지원 정도가 낮았다(p<0.01). 그리고 부모의 과학 및 과학 학습에 대한 태도와 과학 활동의 지원이 학생의 과학에 대한 태도와 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the trends of studies on work-related musculoskeletal disorder and to suggest the direction of future research. Method: 144 research thesis for a degree on work-related musculoskeletal disorder were systematic reviewed and published from Jan. 1990 to Mar. 2005. The analyzed using descriptive statistics, an actual number, percentage. 생활 주변 자료 활용 수업이 학업성취도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Instructional Use of Materials Around Everyday Life on Science Academic Achievement: Focused on the Third and Sixth - Grade Level)

  • The purpose of this study is to guide and apply gettable and accessible materials around everyday life into classroom instruction, and to find out their effects on student academic achievement. In order to achieve it, this study was tried to develop and guide available materials around life in teaming activities, to provide a preliminary assignment that could apply the available materials, and to compare its academic achievement to one from field trip loaming. For the hypothesis testing, first, the experimental and comparing classes were selected based on the results of basic learning diagnostic evaluation, which conducted by the researcher being served as a full-time science teacher of the third and sixth grade of K elementary school in Kwangju for 2 years. Secondly, the instructional use of the available materials around life was applied to the experimental class. Also, the instructional use of the existing materials was applied to the comparing class. Finally, for the testing of the effects on academic achievement, the posterio test was implemented after conducting the experimental instruction in knowledge·understanding, inquiry process, and attitude domains classified by the unit characteristics. Using SPSS/WIN program the t-test was performed in order to compare the differences between the two groups. Major findings were as follows: 1) In the achievement test of knowledge·understanding domain, there were no significant differences at the 5% level between the experimental and comparing classes. It could be difficult to say, therefore, that the instructional use of the available materials around life was more effective than the instructional use of the existing materials. However, it had some effects on differences between the third grade final achievement test and sixth grade experimental class. 2) In the achievement test of inquiry process domain, there were some significant differences in that the sixth grade experimental class was higher than the third grade out-of classroom experience unit. It was indicated that the instructional use of the available materials around life had some effects on improving the students' inquiry ability 3) In achievement test of attitude domain, there were some significant differences. It was shown that the self-evaluation test of the sixth grade experimental class unit was higher than that of the third grade out-of classroom experience unit; Especially, the learning activities in the experimental class were more active, and the experimental practice ability was improved. It was presented that the instructional use of the available materials around life had some effects on the students' academic achievement in attitude domain. It was concluded from this study that the instructional use of the available materials around life was less effective on Knowledge understanding domain, but was effective on improving their scientific inquiry ability and interest on science education.

3D 천문 프로그램을 활용한 과학 학습의 효과 - 중학교 2학년 "지구와 별" 단원을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Science Instructions Applying 3D Planetarium Software - using the unit 'Earth and Star' for the 8th grade -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 2학년 과학 '지구와 별' 단원의 학습에 3D 천문 프로그램(Starry Night pro 6.0)을 활용한 수업을 실시한 후 과학 학업성취도, 과학 관련 태도, 자기 주도적 학습능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 학습효과와 학생의 인식을 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 중학교 2학년 198명의 학생이며 6차시에 걸쳐 3D 천문 프로그램(Starry Night pro 6.0)을 활용한 수업을 실시한 후 적용하기 전과 후의 조사를 통하여 그 학습효과를 분석하였다. 검사결과는 독립표본 t-검정과 대응표본 t-검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 3D 천문 프로그램을 활용한 수업이 전통적 수업 보다 학업성취도에서 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 그러나 3D 천문 프로그램을 활용한 수업이 과학 관련태도에 미치는 효과의 분석에서는 유의미한 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으며(p>.05), 자기주도적 학습능력의 향상에는 효과적이라는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다(p<.05). 본 연구의 결과는 '3D planetarium software를 활용한 수업은 8학년 과학수업에서 효과적이었다는 것을 보여준다.'라고 끝마치고 있다.

KSR-3 탑재 자력계를 이용한 비행정보 획득 연구 (ACQUISITION OF THE FLIGHT INFORMATION USING THE KSR-3 MAGNETOMETER)

  • 2002년 11월에 발사된 과학로켓 KSR-111에 자세제어를 위한 정보 획득용 3축 Fluxgate 자력계 (AIM: Attitude Information Magnetometer)와 지구 자기장 섭동 측정용 Search-Coil 자력계(SIM: Scientific Investigation Magnetometer)가 탑재되었다. SIM은 지구 자기장 중 약 10~1,000Ha주파수 대의 섭동 현상을 관측한다. AIM을 통해 측정한 지구 자기장의 DC 벡터 성분을 지구 자기장의 기준 모델인 IGRF(International Geomagnetic Reference Field)와 비교하여 로켓의 위치와 비행 상태를 파악하는 프로그램 1과 KSR-Ⅲ에서 측정된 실제 데이터를 이용해 시간에 따른 회전 각의 변화를 알아보는 프로그램 2를 개발하였다. 알고리즘 개발시 자세제어의 요소로서 데이터 처리 속도, 로켓의 비행역학 등을 고려하였고, 이로 인한 오차를 감안하기 위해 최소자승법을 사용하였다. 프로그램 2를 실행하여 얻은 값으로(항우연 자료 비교분석한 결과 내용), 자력계를 로켓의 자세 제 어용으로는 부적합하나 붐(boom)이 장착된 로켓에 탑재할 경우 지구 상충의 자기장을 측정하여 분석할 수 있다. 또한 발사 전 로켓 몸체와 마운트의 자기장을 측정하여 로켓의 자기장'분포를 미리 모델링화 할 경우 자료 처리가 훨씬 용이하다.

Nursing Care of Arteo Venous Fistula for the Patient Undergoing Hemodialysis

  • Purpose: This study aimed to review the recent scientific literature regarding nursing care of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) for the patients with Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: An integrative review was conducted and articles were searched from Cochrane library, Medline, PubMed, Science direct and CINAHL databases by using the terms "nursing", 'Chronic Renal Failure', 'Haemodialysis', renal failure', 'or 'AV Fistula' nursing care', 'self-care'. The inclusion criteria were articles published in English in the year of 2015-2020 with availability of free full text. Reviewed data were carefully analyzed and charted regard to the nursing care of the patient with AVF. Results: 12 articles papers met the inclusion criteria. Three themes were derived from the data: (a) Intervention (b). Patient and nurse education (c) KPA Assessment of (Knowledge, Practice and Attitude) Conclusions: This review indicates the challenges that nursing care of AVF patients undergoing hemodialysis. The identified themes can be used in the development of more effective educational- programs. Future studies should focus on the development and evaluation of educational programs that include these selected themes.

역할극을 활용한 지구 온난화와 생태계 변화에 관한 수업이 고등학생들의 학업 성취도와 환경적 태도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Role-Play Method Related to the Global Warming and Ecosystem on High School Students' Knowledge Achievement as well as the Attitude towards Environment)

  • In this research, we have carried out an experiment with grade 10 students. Students will be choosing their roles and creating their own script in relation to the environmental problems such as the seriousness of global wanning and the mutation of ecosystem. Throughout this process, they will come up with a solution to the problem In addition, we will assess students' knowledge achievement as well as the changes in attitudes toward environment, and analyze whether the role-play method of education is efficient or not. According to the research result, we have confirmed that the method of role-play as a education tool was more efficient than the traditional lecturing method. Students experienced higher rate of knowledge acquisition and more optimistic effects on their attitudes toward the mutation of ecosystem and also the seriousness of the global wanning. Students also pointed out in the interview that the role-play allowed them to share their thoughts with other classmates, which were not carried out frequently in the traditional education system In addition, each member of groups could participate cooperatively with teammates, which ultimately helped them to develop scientific and introspective ways of thinking.
