This Research Paper was based on practical method to examine a subjectivity of ODA experts' images. It was used Q-methodology to solve the research problems. I found 4 types of images out throughout the process totally. The perception patterns came out in the research were divided into 4 types in Q-methodology. The results is following ; Those are separated 4 types like Type 1(called operationally individual type), Type 2(arbitrary type), Type 3(mellow type), Type 4(onlooking type). These types consist of each elements to evaluate ODA experts from the people minds. Therefore, This study give us one way to take an assessment of ODA projects. The results reveal that korean ODA policy more has to depend on the scientific evaluation of the person participated in each projects. And the findings demonstrate good questions in comparing with trends of ODA distributors of international development cooperation such as OECD/DAC.

As the digital technologies and internet have advanced, data have centered in the process of meaningful scientific ramifications and policy making in a wide variety of fields. Data curator in charge of managing data plays a significant role in terms of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of data management and re-uses. The purpose of this study is to identify the core competencies for data curator. For achieving the purpose of this study, two sets of data were collected. First, a total of 255 job descriptions were collected from the web sites including ARL, Digital Curation Exchange, Code4lib, ASIS&T JobLine for the period of 2011-2014. Second, in-depth interviews with five data curators from four diverse organizations were collected. The two sets of data were analyzed into seven categories identified from the related studies. Findings of this study showed that core competencies for data curator were identified into four categories, communication skills, data management techniques, knowledge and strategies for data management, and instructions and service provisions for users. The implications of this study can be considered as integrated and professional curriculum developments for data curator with core competencies.
This study is a literature analytical process for studying the drawing teaching methods considering the professional characteristics of animation and a principle analytical process for studying the perspective that when teaching methods that consider the function, learning and creative mechanisms of the brain are applied, the animation drawing ability will be effectively increased. In recent years, as an alternative discussion on the educational method of each field, study results applied with brain-based learning principles are being presented. This is not only being applied and implemented for art and drawing education but as overall educational alternatives. On the other hand, animation drawing requires artistic literacy and at the same time requires comprehensive teaching methods that can train the structural knowledge, cognitive sensation and communication method but such professional teaching methods are insufficient. Therefore, the principle of effective education is seen through the brain mechanism and the principle of demonstrating the creativity and learning by the brain is analyzed. In addition, through the fundamental relationship on the picture drawing and the function of the brain, the relationship of the drawing and the brain is identified. As a result, not only for the left brain that observes the cognitive information which can draw the structure and shapes but the right brain which is directly related to the drawing should be developed, but in order to express the creativity, teaching methods that can understand the mechanism of comprehensive brain where physical and psychological factors are expressed should be also developed. It is because the animation drawing education is teaching the methods for demonstrating the characteristics of artistic creativity required for the drawing ability. This process will not only be a foundation for identifying the difference against the previous animation drawing teaching methods, and the brain-based principles will be selected as the core strategic definition for designing the strategy and methodological model of future education.
There is a burgeoning number of products on the market that contain probiotics, but do they do you any good? What exactly are probiotics? They have been defined as living organisms that, when ingested in sufficient quantities, provide health benefits beyond basic nutrition. They are often referred to as "friendly bacteria" or "good bacteria." Probiotics have been claimed, amongst other things, to (i) reduce the incidence of colon cancer and other diseases of the colon, such as IBS, (ii) stimulate the immune system, (iii) have anti-hypertensive and anti-cholesterolemic properties, (iv) mitigate against the effect of antibiotics on the intestinal microbiota, and (v) protect against gastrointestinal infections. However, the scientific basis for many of these claims is not well-established. Indeed, the European Food Safety Authority has denied the use of several health claims associated with probiotics, particularly those related to mitigation of diarrhea following consumption of antibiotics. Thus, there is a need for research on the mechanisms of action of probiotics. We have been mainly interested in the use of probiotics to control enteric infections. There are several possible modes of action to explain how probiotics may protect the host from enteric pathogens, including competitive exclusion and immunomodulation. We have shown that probiotics produce bioactive molecules that interfere with bacterial cell-cell communication (also called quorum sensing), and this results in a down-regulation of virulence genes that are responsible for attachment of the pathogen to the gastrointestinal epithelium. These bioactive molecules act on a variety of bacteria, including enterohemorrhagic and enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Clostridium difficile and Clostridium perfringens, and there is evidence that they can inhibit the formation of biofilms by Listeria monocytogenes. These bioactive molecules, which are peptidic in nature, can exert their effects not only in vitro but also in vivo, and we have shown that they mitigate against E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella in mice and Salmonella and E. coli K88 infections in pigs. They can be delivered in foods such as yoghurt and maintain their activity.
This study aims to suggest better future-oriented improvements by considering the traits and changes of the curriculum of the courses related to the field of fashion. To get the best results from the study, out of all the fashion-related majors (courses) from 4-year based universities in Korea, 65 was selected and divided into 24 courses in the category of clothing & textiles, 34 courses in the category of fashion design and 7 courses in the category of fashion industry in 7 universities, and their education goals and contents of the curriculum posted on the internet homepage of each university were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, with the result from analyzing what the core terms have in common, which are used to express the educational purposes of fashion-related courses in Korea, the ideal type of talents that most of the fashion-related courses tend to pursue can be said to be those who are equipped with a sense of future-oriented creative direction and international communication capability, based on a multidisciplinary general capability, a professional executive ability, an information-analytic ability and an ability of planning, as well as in possession of a sense of beauty, creativity and a scientific mind. Secondly, with the traits of the curriculum of courses in each category, it was found that the category of clothing & textiles courses belongs to colleges of human ecology the most, and in terms of major subjects, the relative importance of clothing science seemed high compared to other school categories while the category of fashion design courses belongs to colleges of art, modeling or design the most, and in terms of major subjects, the scope of dress design appeared the widest, and finally the category of fashion industry courses belongs to colleges of natural science the most, and the relative importance of marketing seemed quite high. Moreover, with the result mentioned earlier, It was found that the names of departments and majors of fashion-related courses are differentiated, depending on what kind of college they belong to, and their curriculum have been differentiated to some degree accordingly. Thirdly, as shown above, Korean universities have attempted to make a lot of changes in the curriculum of fashion-related courses according to changes of the age, compared to what they did in the past, but they have still seemed to lack many things for the cultivation of talents fit for their educational purposes. Through the result from investigating both the changes of the current age and the directions in developing the curriculum, the study came to conclusion that each university in Korea should develop the major curriculum of fashion-related courses that are more sophisticated and intensive fit for the its department name and educational purposes.

TFT's have been intensively researched for possible electronic and display applications. Through tremendous engineering and scientific efforts, a-Si:H TFT fabrication process was greatly improved. In this paper, the reason on defects occurring at a-Si:H TFT fabrication process is analyzed and solved, so a-Si:H TFT's yield is increased and reliability is improved. The a-Si:H TFT of this paper is inverted staggered type TFT. The gate electrode is formed by patterning with length of $8{\mu}m{\sim}16{\mu}m$ and width of $80{\sim}200{\mu}m$ after depositing with gate electrode (Cr). We have fabricated a-SiN:H, conductor, etch-stopper and photo-resistor on gate electrode in sequence, respectively. We have deposited n+a-Si:H, NPR(Negative Photo Resister) layer after forming pattern of Cr gate electrode by etch-slower pattern. The NPR layer by inverting pattern of upper Sate electrode is patterned and the n+a-Si:H layer is etched by the NPR pattern. The NPR layer is removed. After Cr layer is deposited and patterned, the source-drain electrode is formed. The a-Si:H TFT made like this has problems at photo-lithography process caused by remains of PR. When sample is cleaned, this remains of PR makes thin chemical film on surface and damages device. Therefor, in order to improve this problem we added ashing process and cleaning process was enforced strictly. We can estimate that this method stabilizes fabrication process and makes to increase a-Si:H TFT's yield.

This study is an action study that plans a instructional strategy for improving experimental activities and interactions in online science classes and suggests improvement plans based on the results. To this end, from July 7 to September 9, 2020, the 'Earth and the Moon' unit class was conducted for 20 6th grade elementary school students located in G Metropolitan City. For the class, smart devices and alternative experiments were planned in the experimental activity category, and an online chat room and Q&A strategy were planned in the interaction category. Among the collected data, class activity papers, homework assignments, reflection journals, online conversation contents, and Q&A contents were input into the matrix and analyzed by writing analytical texts. As a result of the implementation, smart devices and alternative experiments provided opportunities for exploration, but there was a risk of misconception formation and hindered experimental activities. The online chat room and Q&A provided opportunities for communication and examination and feedback on scientific concepts. Through this action study, the researcher was able to reflect on the class while writing class reflection notes, and suggested the role of smart devices in terms of the effectiveness and efficiency of science classes.
This study examines the assessment systems of LEED v4.1, an eco-friendly building evaluation system in the United States, and SITE v2, an assessment system for sustainable outdoor spaces, and then compares and examines them from the perspective ofrelevant laws and institutional guidelines and standards in Korea. The conclusion is as follows. First, the US eco-friendly certification system basically not only establishes an independent evaluation system according to the field of expertise, but also provides a sustainable city and community through response to the climate crisis and the comfort of the external space environment. It can be evaluated that securing the quality of life of healthy and happy city dwellers is the top priority. Second, Korea's Green Building Certification System (G-LEED) was basically based on the American LEED system, but it was judged that there was a fundamental difference. It was judged that there is a limitation in not being able to achieve an integrated approach through the participation of various expert groups and stakeholders, but also in the accumulation of more scientific and reliable data and information through the application of cutting-edge information and communication equipment. Third, in the case of external space in Korea, a sustainable assessment system has not been established, and not only is it dispersed in various legal and institutional guidelines, but also its effectiveness is judged to be very low. Therefore, it is judged that it is urgent to introduce and secure the applicability of SITES v2, a sustainable outdoor space assessment system in the United States. It was judged that the effectiveness should be secured through the upward adjustment of the minimum Ecological Area Ratio.

The Army is constructing a training system using Miles equipment that applies the latest science and technology to carry out military training. The Miles training system is a system that uses Miles equipment to simulate the damage situation of combat personnel and equipment in the same way as an actual battlefield by conducting practiced maneuvers in the field. Through this, the training force can experience conditions similar to an actual battle. In particular, the training effects of the warriors participating in the training can be maximized by establishing an integrated system that utilizes cutting-edge science technologies, such as information communication and computer simulation. This study analyzed the effects of Miles training in the army using scientific techniques targeted at the mid-range Miles. In particular, the effect index for analyzing the training effect was derived from a literature survey and expert opinions. The weight of each effect index was calculated by applying the Swing method. The final training effect was calculated by combining the results of the survey from train-experienced people. The Miles training effect was 2.6 times more effective than previous training without using Miles, and the satisfaction rate with Miles training according to status was high through variance analysis, and the difference was statistically significant.
In this paper, I will critically assess E. Wilson's concept of consilience and thereby try to show the proper way that the humanities and the natural sciences could meet each other and carry out various kinds of interdisciplinary research. In section 1, I will delineate Wilson's concept of consilience. It is the core of his project of consilience to unify the humanities and the natural sciences through the natural scientific methods and therefore he claims that it is in principle possible to carry out the project of consilience. In section 2, I will examine the basic structure of knowledge in the humanities and show that, in principle, the project of consilience cannot be carried out. In section 3, I will show the difficulties that Wilson's projectof consilience has with respect to carrying out the interdisciplinary research between the humanities and the natural sciences. In section 4, I will deal with the various types and ways of properly carrying out the interdisciplinary research between the humanities and the natural sciences. In section 5, I will show that Wilson's concept of consilience has some more difficulties that are not to be discussed in detail in this paper. We also need to critically assess them in order to prepare a more solid ground for the interdisciplinary research between the humanities and the natural sciences.
